Sir on 15th of june in evening we went countryclub office on the call or your representative and they promis us to give one katani buffet WHICH THEY NOT PROVIDE US and one holiday package and they how ever make us a member of country club and swiped 70000 rs from us and promising that we ll arraing u holiday package and we came back to home .But after that they not picking our call and no back call and no voucher and not helping us to arraing free holidays which they gave us that empty voucher we searched place which we wish to go but no availability showing so please cancle this membership and refund our money so that we arraing our own tour .
These are those visiting cards which they gave us one of that is switched of and another not picking at all.

    One mr. Santosh kumar from hyderabad has contacted me and i have made 25 thousand payment online to country club for which i have already received an email. But the payment has not been updated it seems as i am still receiving calls for maintenance charges.
    A reminder to mr. Santosh for updating the payment has not yet worked.

    Kindly let me know where to complain for this matter.

      One fine morning my wife got a call from a company and they said that you have a got a lucky price of week holiday trip based on lucky withdrawals.
      Myself and my wife got there to a cafe, there they were marketing their products.. Myself and my wife never been a tours thought that we book such holidays we will definitely spend time for our family. While at the time of booking we don’t have money itself and still i managed to pay through my friends credit card. So to experience the country club we thought o[censored]sing the free coupon first but before this only we have paid the huge amount of 125000 actual plan for 185000. But to my bad their service is worst. Rooms weren’t clean, taps got rusted, spider webs in room in the place called amrutha castle which is their first property. Trust me even through websites such if you book the same room at the cost of 2200 you will get free breakfast but for the people with membership and annual maintenance payers they have to give breakfast for free.. But it is chargeable in our case. More over i have taken my brother and brothers son with me... He got rashes all over his body after staying there. Even to reach customer care i have to call multiple times. At the time of making payments the marketing guys used to call even at midnight. But no proper service is given. So i dropped mail to customer care asking for refund stating i didn’t like your service please refund the amount back.
      But we didn’t got any refund and more over i had hospital expense for my father at that time but no proper response. Mails and proofs are with me..

        I had taken membership from country club india on[protected] and in the agreement it has clearly written that if we cancel the membership within 10days we will get the refund within 120days from cancellation. On[protected] i had cancelled my membership due to some personal issues and also given wrong information for membership before taking it. So from that time i had mailed to their h. O and kolkata customer care very much time and now 120days has been completed it is almost 13-14 days late from the last date.

        Deposited amount - rs.15200 (Processing fee include rs.200)
        Cancellation charge - rs 3800 (Will be deducted while returning money as per agreement).
        But it has not been return yet and also giving the exact date when they will return the amount back and also while mailing them they were always tell we cannot do anything bcoz h. O is not provided any info regarding return amount yet.
        So please it's a humble request to complain against the company "country vacation a division of country club hospitality and holidays limited".

          Dear sir i am member of the country club member id ccdl65v5lb29716. I purchage package of holiday stay in 75000rs + 10000/year for 6 night * 5 years. When they bought the plan many of hotel shown in north india, north west india but after i putchage the membership of country club. No one hotel available in north india. When i goes to booking any hotel he said that property closed. I paid him 100000 but their service is not available now. Please take some action against him. And help me regarding this.

            This is rajeev nagyal. I had taken a membership in country vacation club on 29th december 2019. Membership number - cvpu1mpclub260336 and as per terms and conditions clause 34 of sales agreement i wanted to discontinue/ terminate the same with immediate effect the very next day. I had made a payment of rs 150000/ (One lakh fifty thousand) which is required to be refunded back. I had informed country vacation club through mail to discontinue the membership very next day i. E. On 30th december 2018 for which i had received a reply confirming the cancellation and refund to initiate in 120 days. It's been over 7 months now and there is no refund initiated by the country vacation club despite of many reminders. They are neither responding to mails nor to phone calls. Request to please look into the matter and have the refund initiated asap. Thanks

            I have been a country club member since 2008-09. My membership number is CVA72/0026. I have moved to Delhi in 2010. I have been to the country club office in Ansal plaza Delhi a few times to connect with them and get my plot registered and documents finalised but I am yet to hear from them.               I am herewith writing mail to take my reuquest for cancellation of plot booking at sagar venture and transfer my payment of 75000/- to sailabhoomi venture for registration purpose.

              I have been told by joel and sushma reddy during march 2016 that we are offering additional plot for club members with discount rate, hence you have to pay only 75, 000/- to get additional plot in sagar venture with same membership account.

                I'm Naveen.M, and I have paid Rs.65000 for the membership in country club on 27July 2019, at the time of the sales team has for fully signed the application and did not allow me to read the documents and terms and conditions, post that I have checked the reviews also have friends who are using it where not even one review is positive.
                want to cancel the membership in 10days cooling period.
                for the above reason I have spoken to the country club team for cancelation but they declined
                I request you to support and help me to get the refund.

                Same here...I want to cancel my Membership as well. The Marketing person who had come to my Home didn't reveal me the complete details about the Membership Fee and somehow made me to enroll. Later only I realised about all Hidden charges and most of their Hotel rating also average. I'm trapped and want to come out of it !!!

                    I had taken there membership on 18 july 2019.. As soon i came to know about the difference in what they have written in agreement and what they have told i email them regarding cancellation.. On same day.. But no response.
                    Simply brainwashing people by not allowing phone use and giveing offer.. I even visted there office but they said they can do nothing..
                    They told me that what return on agreement is not correct.. What they told me is correct.. Big frauds..

                      Some conditions were offered verbally but when the agreement was received after making full payment of rs.181000, verbal conditions not met in agreement. Low grade hotels booked instead of 4/5 star hotels. We agreed for rs 10000/ maintenance only when we book holiday homes & not other wise we are really disgusted dissatisfied & want to cancel my membership - (No cvkk1tclub10lb230722) & want refund balance from 1.81 lakhs urgently.

                          My dad took land from country club back in 2007 and dint register that time and gone back in office in one year and thay told we have shifted your location another place so that said you can register when ever you want and thay will change some maintain charges so now when there is time of registration there is no office there no one reviving our call and no response from there side and my dad paid 115000 in 2007 for land and plus maintaince for the land

                            • On March 21 I booked my holidays at Icheck Inn Ploenchit (Bangkok) from June 09 to June 12
                            • I made a payment of Rs 14736 through a payment link (http://qwt.me/afc748d0) sent to me by Ms Annapurna of Country Club
                            • My reservation was confirmed through Reservation Confirmation Voucher No : RES00804064 & CCI00804056 for 2 rooms Icheck Inn Ploenchit, Bangkok (Vouchers attached)
                            • On my reaching Bangkok on June 09th to my utter dismay I am informed by the hotel that my booking is not confirmed as they have not received money from Country Club
                            • In a new country I am stuck with my family without any hotel and I desperately tried to contact Country Club all in vain.
                            • I sent a mail to Country Club on 9th from the hotel itself which remained unanswered.
                            • Looking at our plight the hotel manager suggested that we pay some security and check in and then try to sort it out with CC.
                            • As we did not have any alternative we had to pay and check-in.
                            • Since 9th I was sending 3-4 mails every day and also trying to call but there was no response.
                            • I had to request my friend in India to get in touch with CCIL and try to help me.
                            • After wasting one full day she was able to get a response from Ms Annapurna that we should make the payment in Bangkok and Country Club India will refund our booking amount.
                            • This was communicated to me on 11th June by mail and she asked me to send my bank details so that the money could be transferred.
                            • Since 11th June it is now 35 days that I have neither received my money nor any timeline as to when will my money be refunded.
                            • I have been calling Ms Annapurna and Ms Anitha on a daily basis but none of them is able to tell the refund status and then they are either keeping me on hold or cutting my calls or getting the messages passed that they are “on leave”

                              This is regarding my country vacation plan-& my membership no. Cls570052

                              We had taken the membership on 19th feb 2011 after going through the presentation. During the presentation country vacation representative promised me a lot,
                              And finally people came to my house for the payment - rs 36 thousand. The prime reason for taking the membership was that they assured that they are establishing club with all amenities in kolkata. But till today they are only giving promises as there is no signs of any activity for having a club. Secondly i have been paying their administrative charges every year with out availing any of their holiday packages for last 8 years.
                              - i lost the trust not sure why to pay the maintenancecharge if i wont be getting any services for years to years, seams youonly want money giving different reasons.
                              I have visited their few sites in maharashtra but found those assets were lacking many amenities & not adding value to money.
                              This year i have been contacting with their mr nikhil for surrendering my membership and have written several mail to him. At the start he assured that i will get refund but for last few weeks he is also not attending my calls.
                              I have paid administration charges for the whole year 2019.
                              Now i want my money back and also do want their mails for next year administration charges, for which they very punctual.
                              Please help me to get my money back...

                                I want to Cancel Membership as right from joining they are failed to provide proper details. My membership number is CVJP2CCLUB5SB254240. I have taken membership of 5 years and was offered few free holiday vouchers and verbal commitment by their local staff for extension of the expiry date, now I have requested them to extend the expiry which they refused over call made to their customer care and no response over email . More over they have shut down their local office at Jaipur so no one is here to address our queries.But they promiseme to provide extra free holidays, New Year Passes etc all false commitments. As I haven't availed any holidays wanted to cancel membership and my money back. Please help

                                  After put the complaint on consumer site as three days have been gone but not any communication got from country club side. As i have buy 25 years membership with rs. Of. 2, 25, 000 /-.

                                  After spent this lot of money i didn't get all the offers and services from country club till now.
                                  Kindly be take some strict action should be taken against country club.

                                  It is totally negligency against customer support .

                                  If no response will receive from country club the same complaint would be put in consumer court.

                                    At the time of accept the life time membership of country club since December 2018 with on table commitment and confirming by mail, till date country club didn't provide me apple phone 32gb as under offer price of accepting life time member ship. In this concern country club DSC at jaipur mr. Deepak not support to me any thing as well as country club head office also not support .

                                    Please request you provide me my offered apple iphone 32 gb on priority basis.

                                      Trick Used: Called us that we win the free voucher worth 25000, on arrival inform us that we have to attend 1 hr session with country club representative.
                                      They showed us a dreams of vacations in India and out of India. We signed the sale agreement, but same day I try to explore more about this company and found all that has been told to us was not correct.this is there daily business to Laure normal middle call people in such offers.
                                      As per agreement point 26, this agreement cam be discontinued if cancelation filed with in 10 days, so we immediately sent mail on given mail id to cancle this agreement but we haven't got any response from customer care. we are following up with them on given number but with no response, all we get is "we will get back to you".

                                      I have invested 65000, of my cc which I have to pay to bank

                                      It not resolved, even after I sent for cancelation request they are not processing it and customer care lady is not picking up the call, with no response on mail as well.                                       Today I got first mail response from country club and that is "we have fwd your request to concern department, they will get back to me" nothing about which department, when will they address my query, no time lines

                                      Issue is still pending, they call ed me to their office to discuss this point i attended the meeting, but it was of no use they say in there own contract, point 1 and point 26 are contradictory. this means the sale agreement it self is not correct, so this means also that the money they have taken from me is not correct.

                                      Still following up with them but getting no response from customer care and no one is answering the phone call.

                                      Still after the month i am getting only one response that money will be refunded in 150 days, but no dates given and now i am not getting any response on mail . this is very frustrating, Cheating and with no response must be putted behind bars,

                                        I have registered for membership in june 2018 and requested for its cancellation within its cooling period.
                                        As per the document i should get the refund amount within 120days.
                                        But they have not given my refund till today, which is more that a year.

                                        They started their processing in july 2018. Till now, they are not giving me a date, when they will refund my money.

                                        I have received few emails asking for cooperation with them. I never got an email response from their customer care unit. When i call them, they just say that their account team has not updated them yet.

                                        Like others i am not sharing all the false promises here.

                                        I want my refund as soon as possible.
