I have been given policy by local kandivali west person with assumptions that i will receive all documents but i did not received. So i asked him to cancelled the policy within 10 days from the existence. He is not responding neither country office at hydrabad is responding. Mr roy and his senior mr chavan are responsible for money loss and mental harrassment.

    At time of enrollment i was informed that i was offered a special anniversary package with 5 yrs holidays and with club usage..

    Now when i contacted with club they told me that i have no club usage policy

    The sales representative name was.. Mr. Amit and he is still saying that i was offered holiday with club usage and membership is wrong updated.. But countryclub is not correcting.

    And the person above mr. Amit was mr. Anupji.. He also talked that time with me and now he is not picking the calls
    Plz look into this matter.

      I have paid 65000 package for 5 years. But i want to cancel my membership. Even refund not possible also fine but idont want this membership. Please cancel this membership.

      I don't want clubcounrty people to call me and disturb me if i'm not using any of there packages and facilities.

      As they told if i don't use there packages and facilities, i don't need to pay any of amc amount

        I have taken a membership from country club for rs.65000. During membership enrollment, the marketing representative said it was 0% interest even if we pay it via credit card. So somehow we enrolled for the membership. Also, he assured there is no hidden charges. But soon after our membership enrollment, we heard a bad review about the company. So, from whom we took the membership, we requested the same representative to cancel our membership. He said he don't want to take this issue with customer care, he assured us to get this done offline by transferring our membership to someone others. So, we requested him for almost a month. Still now there is no action taken from him.in the meantime i got the agreement for the membership. From the agreement, it is clearly mentioned if we go for cancellation within 10days after our membership enrolment, we would have got our money back. Now there is no possibility to cancel the membership. When i tried to contact the customer care, they attended the call and no one is responding for me and they are talking themselves. Also when i get the credit card statement, i have to pay more than 10, 000 interest for my package. And also from the membership agreement, i have to pay 10, 500 yearly for maintainence. That marketing representative really played a game in our life. We are so helpless. We are really depressed with this country club activities. Please take necessary action to get our money back.

          Salesman & booking staff are not co operative persons. They talk rudely. Not proper talk & cut phone 2 time. I m spending money in lakhs. Not worthy
          Salesman sale time told talk any time for booking. But booking time they suggested booking e mail or phone number.
          Thinks before purchase countryclub membership. Do not purchase your money valueable don’t vest

              Let me start with the statement, 'i am looted'. I was told that in order to downgrade the plan, i have to submit the existing cards and new cards will be shared. Its been over an year and new cards are not yet shared. Associates who collected the cards stopped responding to calls. I have all the proofs of mail communications which i can share on demand

                I have taken the membership of county vacation 1 year back with registered mobile [protected] and membership number cvbg2mpclub5lb258318. While taking the membership, i was promised that, the membership cab be transferred after 1 year, if i don't like the services of cv. After 1 year completion, when i tried reaching to the country vacation agents/customer care/even manager from whom i took the membership, no one is responding to me. I want to transfer the membership immediately. All the personal number are switched off.

                  Since 3 years i am a member of country club. Whatever they have told while presentation about the country club is not meeting at all. We have to call country club n no. Of times if want any booking for any places to visit.in spite of that every time they are asking extra money for booking. We paid huge amount and took the membership for life time in that condition any time we can transfer that membership. Now i am really fed up with country club as we are not getting any benefit and just paying money every year. I request country club to transfer my membership asap and refund my money.

                    Complain regarding holiday booking - membership no ccmu69mpclub5lb59927 member name - udit agrawal

                    We had taken 5 years membership program in dec ' 2018. We had clearly told representative mr. Neeraj yadav that we are interested in international properties only which he assured that there are properties in dubai, singapore, bali, srilanka, bangkok, malaysia etc. And over the period there would be many other international locations which are going to be added.

                    The phone app and website also clearly mentions properties available at these locations. However, when we are contacting holiday booking department in june 2019 for booking our holidays of sep19-dec19, they are telling us that property is only available at sri lanka, dubai, bangkok.

                    Please note that we have already covered these destinations before taking membership, hence not interested in the same and looking forward for holidays in singapore, indonesia, kuala lumpur but they are stating that these locations are no more available with them. While checking the destinations at there website http://www.countryclubworld.com/holidays/member_search3.php, these locations are still visible till today but we cant book it. (Screenshot enclosed)

                    This is a clear case of conning customers. I am attaching screenshot of your website & phone app, where other international destinations are mentioned. Kindly arrange to provide us with immediate & urgent resolution as they cannot refuse booking at these locations when it is mentioned officially. We want to book holiday for either bali or singapore & malaysia.

                    Kindly arrange to make the properties available urgently or refund us our entire amount along with full maintenance paid for 5 years in advance.

                    There is no solution provided.
                    Hi was taken a membership on October 27th and I was checked some of my relatives and friends.They suggested don't invest on country club. It is fraud company. I immediately drop a mail to cancel the agreement on that day only. As of now I sent around 12 emails, I didn't get any reply on this. Can you please suggest on this?

                      I m feeling cheated from last 8 years. First they convinced me to take membership and telling wrong things. I paid rs70000. They told me u can use club facilities and one week holidays i can use without paying anything. They did not tell me about utilities changes and also annual maintenance charges (Amc). I started getting call from amc department for amc after some time. I had a lot of argument with head office persons but nothing happened. Then i started paying amc and used holidays after paying utilities charges. Also in booking holidays i faced very much difficulties also i did not get the date whatever i wanted. From last one year i did not pay amc and did not use holidays. Before two days one person nagendra from amc department from hyderabad called me and he talked in a nice manner and i was convinced and i paid online amc for two years. Before paying i told him clearly that i will use holidays one week each year for two years. He did not talk about this. I was thinking amc means holidays for me. Next day i checked my online account, nothing was updated there and i called him. He told me amc is for using club facilities and i will not get a single day holiday. If i want to use i will have to rs 35000 for renewal of membership. I was shocked. I shouted at him badely but nothing happened because they are shameless persons. Making fool and not telling truth is there daily routine. Finally i lost my money because i m not using any club facilities from started. Even one day i did not use. I wrote to customer care but no response. I will advise to all please do not go to country club. They are fraud and will loot ur hard earned money. Better i[censored] want to enjoy holidays book from ur self where ever and whenever u want to go.

                        Subject: request to refund money as cheated by country vacations

                        Dear sir,
                        I (Mrs shipra gupta) got country club membership on 23 feb 2019 and paid rs 81000.00 (Proof attached) to your officer mr baljinder (Mail id: [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com, sector 9d chandigarh) and got the agreement along with his hand written offers on papers (As attached).

                        But it is very very discouraging for me to mention here that i am being cheated 100% and all commitments which were made are all false in reality. Since 23.02.2019, i am becoming fool from your offices/officers

                        The following commitments were made to me on 23.02.2019

                        1. Offer valid for excess to 225 clubs for 10 years, life time oxygone zym &spa facility, banquet facility for 10 years.

                        2. Date of agreement (23.02.2019) with its validity till 22.02.2029. That is 10 years as per your commitment. (6n/7days holidays/ vacations per year round the year including peak days i. E. 24 dec to 3 january of every year.

                        3. Additional 2 years holidays/ vacations as per your commitment. (2n/3days holidays/ vacations per year round the year including peak days i. E. 24 dec to 3 january of every year.

                        4. Pick and drop facilities from nearest air port/ railway station included in all above offers.

                        5. Oxygone fitness and spa centre including it's all facilities for life time for 3 adults.

                        6. Banquets/ lawns booking charges waived off (Zero) for any 6 functions in a year for 10 years.

                        7. 6 special events invitation by post for various functions at various 225 clubs including new year program including chandigarh clubs etc for 10 years.

                        8. Food buffet charges rs. 949- bld. And rs. 699- bd and in case of restaurant 40% discount will be there.

                        9. Food voucher will be provided for every vacation availed.

                        10. Dae available for 7000 location and stay facility (6n/7d) can be availed by paying 1 day charges (Rs 7000.00 only)

                        11. Maintenance charges (Total rs. 26500.00) to be paid after 2 years i. E. After march 2021.

                        12. Membership card still not available. 40 days already gone.

                        But unfortunately:
                        1. I was not told by your officers about the timings of oxyzone (5am to 5pm). I was told that in written i will get oxyzone facilities for life time (For 3 adults) but i was refused when i visited oxyzone. Oxyzone authorities told that timings for cv (Country vacations) members are 5am to 5pm, no trainer will be provided and no spa facility will be provided. Hence, total false commitment. Now your officers as per mail forn chandigarh office (30/04/2019, form ms preeti, [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com) are replying that zym facility is available only (5am to m5pm) and that too till we have tie up with oxyzone. Even, i requested your officer mr baljinder, to give me on letter pad duly signed by cv authority for life long all facilities of oxyzone; but no document till date. Oxyzone is a brand, that’s why i was interested but if it would have been any other zym, i would have never been executed this agreement.

                        About banquet facility, now via mail chandigarh office of cv are telling me that for banquet facility, food is must with taxes. But on 23.02.2019 i was not told about the same condition of food. Again, cheating.

                        2. I was offered 5+5 extra years holiday. But i was not told that for extra 5 years holidays, i have to pay taxes. Further, i was told to pay amc after 2 years (Rs 26500.00). I was never told that without paying amc, i can not avail or use first 5 years holiday benefit. Now as per mail from chandigarh office (30/04/2019, form ms preeti, [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com) i have to pay amc before availing first 5 years holiday benefits.

                        Further, i was not told that to avail 5 years extra holiday, i have to pay taxes. Further, i was told that i can use this 5+5 years holiday during peak season also (24 dec to 5 jan) but now your offices are refusing for the same.
                        3. I was offered extra 2 years extra holidays (After 5+5); but now again your chandigarh office, via mail (30/04/2019, form ms preeti, [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com) is writing that “as per their knowledge, not applicable”.

                        4. I was told that during holidays, 40% discount on restaurants will be provided. Further, food vochures will also be provided for all holidays but now again your chandigarh office, via mail (30/04/2019, form ms preeti, [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com) is writing that “not applicable”.

                        Like wise, so many lucrative offers were provided to me on 23.02.2019 but all were false. This list is endless.in nutshell, i wish to conclude that it is a total cheating and fraud.

                        Even after mailing ur offices so many times (2019 march 3, 15, 16, 26, 28, 29; april 1, 2, 4, 5,) no attention was given to my queries.

                        Then i personally visited your chandigarh office on 22 april 2019 and met ms preeti. Then from there, i came to know that all commitments made on 23.02.2019 were fasle and wrong.

                        Inspite of calling your officer, mr baljinder (Atleast 100 times) he is not capable to fulfill anyone of commitment. He is just lingering on the matter and giving me lollypop that i am trying, i m trying.

                        Finally,

                        It is submitted that i am not at all interested to continue my membership due to the reason that i am being cheated from your side, all commitments are false, no benefit is there and i am not at all satisfied with your offers/facilities. Therefore it is requested to refund my money (Rs. 81000.00) as i am persuing this matter since last more than 2 months. Kindly refund immediately otherwise i shall be forced to take appropriate legal action.

                        After pershing the matter continuously, after surrendering membership, then on 01 june 2019 i got a mail from country club office at chandigarh;for refund the amount within 120 days.
                        But 110 days are hone and no refund bus there.

                        On april, i have received my country club cards. but i dont want to use because of some fake promises given by Country club.

                        still i did not use my cards. how to return my cards?
                        No one is responding properly.
                        I want to cancel my membership which I have taken on 17 Sept 2019. I feel it's all fraud and I don't believe anything is useful which they are offering. I want my money back.

                        Anything they offer have hidden conditions and I don't want to be a part of such club(FRAUD).

                        Please return my money back asap.

                          I have been trying since several months to get bookings done in country club resort in north india but i am unable to get it. Now the executives inform me that most of the properties are closed now.
                          I have been told to speak to seniors but there is no contact number of any senior executive given to me.
                          What do i do?
                          I feel cheated as i have already paid my annual maintenance charges till the year 2021 by relying on the false promises made by the company executives and now they are do rude whenever they are questioned about the company closing all the properties!!!
                          I have not been able to avail the services since last 2 years and am being continuously promised to get a very good property booking next time but that next time doesn't seem to come...
                          I am really disappointed as my hard earned money is actually going waste just because of the fake promises.
                          I want an action immediately.

                          I want to know any other options for complaint against company.

But untill now they did nt provide any of that services. We asked the country vacations executives somany times about that services. But they are not responding properly.                               I have been enrolled as a country club india member - membership-
                              Ccdl10v30lw10271 i have been made to pay rs 144000/-. For a promised
                              Combo membership of vacationing & clubbing. On 15 nov 2011. I wanted to seek refund right in dec 2011.
                              In the last 8 yrs, i have written to everyone including md of country club.
                              At the starting, there has been no response to letters / emails even visits in delhincr have not
                              Yielded any thing. The email ids given for ms neha and amit at east of kailash, n delhi office did not work. I was ready to give complaint in hard copy form but was told only to send by email.
                              Automated acknowlegement has come but nothing beyond.

                              If i donot get satisfactory response in 20 days i will be constrained to go to media and also make a fraud and crimnal complaint.
                              During the invited session at country club tdi mall, rajouri garden, n delhi
                              Office, we were not getting attracted with the vacationing offers at
                              Country club india and affiliate properties. Ms archana &mr kapil (As
                              Per introduction) duo pursuaded me and my husband by including clubbing as a spl offer along with 30 yr vacationing we were lured by
                              Mention about additional clubbing offer and description was made of
                              Eros regency, faridabad, ck27 noida and some club property at manesar.
                              Pannch sheel club, safdargunj club and masonic club besides others
                              Were mentioned as affiliate clubs in ncr. On insistance on
                              Authenticity, i was shown a photo copy of affiliate clubs but no document was provided to me. I was told that all details will be provided with thecountry club members kit.
                              Returning from the session with a payment receipt trcd00203189 dt
                              15-11-11 for 1.44 lakh payment (Rs 85000/ on hdfc credit card emi), i
                              Was having high expectations.
                              . We had the first taste of club on visiting ck27, noida (That we
                              Located after 30 km of travel and two hours of search with no one at
                              Country club office on telephone able to guide. The place was a great disappointment and even the promised discount mentioned by country
                              Club india hyderabad office was not being honoured. The complaint tocustomer service did not elicit any response. I have not been able to
                              Get any clarifications from country club officials over phone. The tdi
                              Mall office is always evasive and even visits to that office are
                              Infructuous. Later i came in telephonic contact with your office at
                              Community centre, east of kailash, n delhi. Talking to ms neha vashist
                              Generated some confidence and i made a visit to that office on 13 june
                              2012.
                              I was astonished to learn that my member ship is not the promisedcombo membership of vacationing & clubbing as mentioned duringi hac
                              Invited session at country club tdi mall, rajouri garden, n delhioffice on 15-11-11.
                              I was nursing an apprehension in my mind about the veracity of claimabout pannch sheel club, safdargunj club and masonic club etc being

                              (Not available on your website) but it was a shock that. Ms archana&mr kapil duo has cheated me even about the combo membership. I would
                              Have been the last person to agree for pure 30 yrs time share vacationing membership. I have been made to accept the offer on trust without being given any documentary details& opportunity to question.
                              This constitutes an unfair practise and amounts to fraud. This can not
                              Be expected from a indian. Public limited company. Company is releasing attractive cover page advertisements in national newspapers

                              Delhi is indulging in malpractises.
                              I have not had any satisfactory experience (Except at east of kailash
                              Office, n d) and do not wish for any further relationship with country
                              Club india. I have till date not availed of the holidaying facility
                              And seek refund of my membership amount at the earliest.
                              . If i donot receive a favorable response i shall be constrained to approach
                              Appropriate govt deptt,, law enforcing agency public
                              Responsible. Your reputation for cheating is well known. Now.

                              I have paid 12, 000 Rs for my small duration holydays plan in 7th July 2018 in thane office. But after some day came to know ofc has bee closed and no one responding for my query. Form last 8 months I'm trying to connect country club.
                              Kindly let us whr shlud I contact.
                              Or return my money.. I have receipt for the booking amount.

                                I have been trying since several months to get bookings done in country club resort in north india but i am unable to get it. Now the executives inform me that most of the properties are closed now.
                                I have been told to speak to seniors but there is no contact number of any senior executive given to me.
                                What do i do?
                                I feel cheated as i have already paid my annual maintenance charges till the year 2026 by relying on the false promises made by the company executives and now they are do rude whenever they are questioned about the company closing all the properties!!!
                                I have not been able to avail the services since last 2 years and am being continuously promised to get a very good property booking next time but that next time doesn't seem to come...
                                I am really disappointed as my hard earned money is actually going waste just because of the fake promises.
                                I want an action immediately.

                                  These country club guys have established an office in riyadh, saudi arabia and cheating people. Check their reviews in google and complaints board if you want. Government of india should take up this case on high priority. Here is my case : i am a member of country club. I had got the membership from country club saudi in 2016. Recently, i had planned a family trip to thailand. I thought of availing the country club holidays option as it was part of the package and asked them to book the accommodation in bangkok, thailand. They booked it and shared me the voucher. Along with that, they asked me to pay the additional tax (Rs: 4266 (Per day charges is rs:20.6 usd) for which i paid. They also said i do not have to pay any additional amount to the hotel in bangkok. So, once i reached the hotel in bangkok on 8th august 2019 late in the night, the receptionist told that my booking exists but i have to pay the accommodation cost. When i told them that it has been booked from country club, the hotel receptionist said that they have not received any payment from country club and he will not let me do the check in without payment. He also said lot of customers from country club have been facing the same problem. It was a horrible experience for me. A total embarrassment. I contacted the country club representative from saudi on whatsapp immediately and told the issue. He apologized to me, asked me to do the payment and assured me that he will fix the issue. I paid around 4800 thb and took the receipt from the hotel and shared it with the country club representatives and asked for the reimbursement. It has been 3 weeks now, i have been following up with them to reimburse my amount but there is no proper response from them. Most of the times, the responses have been unprofessional. I just want my money back. Moreover, i have asked them to revoke my country club membership and refund my membership amount as i was totally unhappy with their services. There is no response for that too.in fact, they have never called me on their own after i took the membership. This company lacks professionalism and ethics. Customer satisfaction is horrible. I suggest to everyone not to take any memberships from country club.
                                  I do not know how to get my money back. I badly want them to revoke my country club membership and refund my membership amount. If country club does not solve my issue, i am going to take this issue to social media.

                                    Some of country club exicutives called and gave too many offers and asked to pay AMC and 100000 rs urgently .thy called and harrsed for more than 3p days finally after paying their phones are switched off.they are cheating everyone, its a hard earned money 6 or 7 months salary they are sucking blody beggers, we have to kik them out..

                                    We al have to raise a complent in consumer court against those stupid exicutives and companies...
                                    Soo many people have lost their life paying for these stupid

                                      My self dilip ghedia, 69 years old senior citizen form jamnagar. We got call from your contry vacations' jamnagar office on twice on 20th and thrice on 21st of may 2019 by your managing staff puja bhatt. She told me that we were lucky winner of some draw, selected for deal and they got our number from reliance mart jamnagar outlet asking details and etc on 19th of may 2019.

                                      When we went there they collect our primary detail and then told that u have to go to our conference hall for better understanding of our the products, hence we curiously went there.

                                      Now they told that don't pickup any call or you can't call any one during this 90 minutes. After giving so many details of hotels and accommodation by you manager dipak mandani they come to conclusion about the total package of rs.4, 20, 000.00 for life time membership and etc.

                                      We deny for such big offer and thinking about to leave your office, in mean time of your managar dipak mandani told me to go for some lower budget scheme with country vacation, and that was rs.90, 000.00 membership offer with discounted price of rs.69, 600.00 in that total 5 trips was there with 2 free accommodation trip at any place under country club.

                                      Now come the real game.

                                      1. They don't allow to discuss with my son, i am 69 year old senior citizen and need to talk to my son before taking any such decision.

                                      2. They told me that the offer will be only for this moment and you would not get such offer once you leave our primacies.

                                      3. We took that positive with some intent with their emotional guidance, we decide to go with the plan.

                                      4. Now we pay total rs.50, 400.00 in two transaction through debit card, till that moment no agreement documents was produce to us for signing.

                                      5. When we sow the documents there was three things that was not told by them

                                      1. No refund once after u pay to us. We had not signed the documents before payment.

                                      2. 5% increase every year in your yearly renewal of rs.10, 500.00 amc

                                      3. How many trip or package was not mentioned in the agreement.

                                      Doing this lots of time was given in to their emotional guidance and pressure of current time deal, me and my wife signed the documents quickly without reading them as we already pay them rs.50, 400.00. We left to home with grisma popat, she came with us to collect the cheque of rs.19, 600.00 due balance of the deal.

                                      We received printed receipt and one free trip voucher and agreement copy till this moment.

                                      At evening time i read the documents properly and felt cheted due to above three points, so i have make stop payment of rs.19, 600.00 cheque.

                                      Now further i don't want any kind of deal from your country vacations, at the age of 69 i felt very bad for me and family that such people takes advantage of our age.

                                      Further i visited today if i can get any kind of rate or brochure so that we can take them further with you but dipak mandani and staff told that there is no such policy for rate and etc.

                                      You can cheque the cctv footage of above matter if you can.

                                      Now i can't understand how to trust such people whom not answerable once they take the payment from us, and moreover they also told that we could do nothing but to see u hopeless once after u pay to us, but before that we give u all emotional guidance and etc.

                                      With above reference this deal is not valid due to all facts mentioned above, i would like you to react on this and give back my payment of rs.50.400.00 cheque to my address mention above.

                                        Sir on 15th of june in evening we went countryclub office on the call or your representative and they promis us to give one katani buffet WHICH THEY NOT PROVIDE US and one holiday package and they how ever make us a member of country club and swiped 70000 rs from us and promising that we ll arraing u holiday package and we came back to home .But after that they not picking our call and no back call and no voucher and not helping us to arraing free holidays which they gave us that empty voucher we searched place which we wish to go but no availability showing so please cancle this membership and refund our money so that we arraing our own tour .
                                        These are those visiting cards which they gave us one of that is switched of and another not picking at all.
