My concern is not about the resort but how they treat their members. I would like to mention my concern about the response from cv employees. I have been writing and calling the central customer care and other executives, also from goa country club regarding my membership from last 9 months but there has been absolutely no response from the team. We took the membership while we were staying at their resort in goa and now it seems they made a lot of false commitments. When we asked for reservations a couple of time well in advance, they said it is not available and hence we were unable to avail the holidays on time and even after paying amc for full period, they now say that my holidays are expired. Initially i was told there is no validity to the membership and i can avail the holidays whenever we are comfortable and it can be extended for next 3-4 years, if for some reason we are not able to avail the holiday every year but now no one seems to respond on my query which is very disappointing as i have made full payments for everything.

    Sir, i am an employee working in the indian navy. I am presently working at vizag and my wife was pulled into join the country club membership with rs 1, 00, 000/- without understanding the hidden loop holes. However, immediately on understanding the concept within 2 days of signing the contract i had applied for cancellation as per the terms and conditions mentioned for refund within the cool off period of ten days. I mailed them both at central customer care and to vizag about the same and personally submitted hard copy of the letter for cancellation at hyderabad office and took their receipt on it. I was promised that as per the contract the money will be refunded after deduction of rs 3500/- as service charges after 120 days. However, after the 120 days, neither of the customer care are giving correct picture and are putting blame on each other for the delay. They are also not responding to the e mails or phone calls instead are making calls for upodates on holilday bookings and payment of annual maintenance amount.
    I and my family had been put into lot of personal problems due to loss of hard earned money and i request to help me get my refund at the earliest.

      I am twinkle arora i purchased your 5 year membership on 02/07/2017 at patiala. Paymnt was made by credit card amount is 65000₹
      Mr. Parit, mr. Rihan and mr ashish kaushik they were describe me the plan.
      Mr. Rihan and mr. Parit was said that they will pay the annual maintenance charges its their responsibility nothing to worry about it.
      After two or three days i call
      Mr. Parit to cancel my membership he said that he left the job and will not help to me. I said what about my membership he said call mr. Rihan and i call him but he never picked my call then i call mr. Ashish kaushik and he said he has also left the job. I asked them now what i do and he said rihan is also left the job. No body is left to responsible for my problem. Mr. Ashish kaushik gave me a contact no of mr. Parshant. I called him and he said he will arrange a call from sakshi. After few days she called me and i asked about my membership cards she said she will call me after check and she told me to drop a mail to her regarding not received membership cards. I mailed her immediately but still no reply. I called sakshi many times but she always said she will call me after checking. Today i call to parshant and he said to me that he will not help me call sakshi.
      02/07/2017 to 31/08/2017 still not received cards. I'm paying interest on that amount. Now i need my payment 65000₹ with interest.
      I hope company will take it seriously and will reply me soon.

        Country club and country vacations are real creeps. They called us by today. They are very stupid persons to ignore. Simply say no to them. There vouchers are fake like hell. Saved my 90000 today. Will enjoy a tour in real pleasure with these 90k. Country club means loosers. They want money from us for their zero rated hotels which they call 4–5 star hotels. Lol.

          We planned holiday for kualalamput and bali.. With my old aged mom n dad.. But we reached bali we got to know that hotel has not been booked.. Even after i paid 28000/.. To country club for booking.. Whole day we spent time on reception and after so much of struggle again i paid money to book my rooms.. I m asking to refund my money but they are not responding at all... Shrinavas an annapurna are the concern person whom i was talking too..

            This is my 5th escalation on this matter, which has been pending since may 2017 without getting a satisfactory resolution.

            The entire transcript of my compliant is enclosed below for reference

            "this is in connection with my booking at your country club goa resort from 05th – 11th may 2017. I had planned a week long trip to goa and accordingly checked into the property on the 05th of may with the intension to have a comfortable and relaxing stay at your property. Unfortunately my experiences with the room, quality of the food, accessibility to the pool forced me to cut short my stay at your property and move to an alternative hotel accommodation. I’m highlighting specific issues that made me take this extreme decision

            1. Hotel room : i was allotted room 101, this was a ground floor room, the room was not very well ventilated, the lack of lighting made the room feel dark and gloomy during the day and night
            2. For a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, there were inadequate towels, toiletries and drinking water
            3. The sanitation in the room was not very hygienic
            4. The quality of food at the restaurant was poor, except for breakfast which was average. My children refused to eat at the restaurant given the quality and the overall hygiene conditions at the restaurant
            5. The pool was crowded with a group of guys openly drinking in the pool, my kids refused to enter the pool looking at the type of individuals who were using the pool

            Though i’ve been a member of country club over the last 8 years, this is my first trip to any country club property any where in india, and my first experience leaves a very sour taste. I booked the place looking at the property pictures online, but the location / ambience of the room, the ventilation, the size of the pool, food et all was below expectation.

            What surprises me is that a member of the club is firstly made to take a package that includes all meals (I may have erred when booking, but the customer service centre refused to amend my booking) and while i still accepted the deal, the quality of food did not justify me paying for all meals

            Given i was on a family vacation i had no choice but to change the hotel to ensure that my family had a enjoyable time in goa,

            I paid for the entire stay in advance and given i used the property for only 1 day (Out of my booking for 6 days) due to the reasons listed above, i request you to kindly grant me a refund of the additional amount i have paid.

            I have vacated the property very amicably after discussing my issues with the manager concerned and i hope that i will get a favourable response for my request for a refund"

              I have joined the country club, malaysia in may 2018 and make the full payment.
              After making full payment, management gives me plot allotment letter but registration is not done. I have followed up many times through mail but there is no response from management. I came to know that rajeev reddy is head of country club. He is taking photos with celebrities by cheating a lot of people.

                  I paid the total charges for 5 years of membership rs.71000 before paying the charges, i asked the executive about the availability of the dates for holiday and he agreed to book a holiday as per our choice.

                  Until the payment was not successful they troubled us a lot and called us at their office. After a successful payment they denied to book the holiday and ignored our call and mails too.

                  We also contacted the customer support but they also told me to contact the executive first and confirm with them.

                  Finally they told me that the holiday cannot be booked now until i pay extra amc charges of rs. 12000, which was not discussed during the membership.

                  I did planned that holiday for a special occasion but they spoiled it fully by taking my money.

                  After all this, i am not able to trust any agencies like this.

                  Now i want to cancel the membership and want my money back.

                    On 2nd November, 2018, I entered into agreement with Country Club Vacation at Empress Mall office, Nagpur . I paid Rs.182, 250/- by credit card on the same day. As I needed a huge money for my daughters' education abroad, I visited their office on very next working day ie 5/11/18 (3rd & 4th being Saturday & Sunday). I gave in writing my financial constrain and asked to refund . They accepted my request . I again sent mail to them on 12th November, 18 to have proof of my request as I did not collected ack. Then I personally met Mr.Abhishek Kumar Reddy, Branch Incharge. He assured me my refund after 45 days. I waited and after 50 days, reminded him of refund. He started delaying my refund on pretext of one reason or other. Then he gave me mobile no. of customer care. She assured me that the case is being perused by Mr.Abhishek and he will only authority to get my refund. I am in dire need of money and paying very heavy interest thereon . On his advise, I returned Original Agreement copy along-with some cards & brouchers on 9/03/2019. I got acknowledgement for the same . Now he stopped picking my call or any call from me . Country Club is using my money and not bothering about my urgency. Now more than 6 months passed . I am still waiting fro my refund. It seems they got no intention to refund and defraud my hard earned money. CCV has not acknowledged even a single mail till date . This shows their intention .

                    Since my request to cancel my membership very next day ie 5th November, 2018, there is no written Response from Country Club, Nagpur /Hyderabad or any other place, Mr.Abhishek Reddy, In change of Nagpur center has been giving me ORAL assurance that my amount will be refunded since last more than 6 months. I am continuously reminding him but he is giving me false promises (oral ). I did not received any single written reply or mail confirming my refund or anything about it. It shows they want to 'Cheat' me for my amount of Rs.1.82 lacs . It am sure they are doing the LOOT of so many customers including me. I wish to APPEAL TO EVERY ONE NOT TO FALL IN TRAP OF COUNTY CLUB, COUNTRY CLUB VACATION as they are fooling around with this or any other similar company name.                       This is the third time when i have witnessed management issues with the country club, undri branch. Firstly they close the pool at 7pm only, which is too early & unfair for people who work till evenings, especially when this pool is for adults not just kids, where they giving the reason that the locals are mannerless which is untrue as i myself have seen the crowd and they are obedient. So request to take an action against the staff & especially manager to extend pool time atleast till 9.30 as it in mumbai country clubs.

                      They suddenly decide to give am off, reason that the staff has expired, but excuse us we people coming all the way from distances, rushing out hells out to reach before 7pm, we reach on time & pool is uncleaned from a week, plus declared that gym & pool closed as the staff not there. Here i'd like to say atleast 20+ people came that time & had to go back. Point is atleast they should inform by an email about the sudden off or demise. This way keeping member uninformed & expecting them to go back with no staff so no pool gym excuses is silly. Yes i understand it's for condolences for the staff's demise but then atleast keep all closed, be true to your condolences cause keeping the restaurant open & other things closed is not fair. Silly excuses, too much time & money wastage & consistent silly excuses from staff for closing pool early, sudden offs without informing & keeping restaurant bars open but gym pool closed giving excuses if staff's demise that no staff is present whereas the staff was there.
                      Also the gym trainer ajit kankar was found to be using outside shoes in gym being the trainer himself, like seriously.
                      Better if changes are made & members time & money are respected.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I took country vacation / country club membership on 05/01/2019 for 10 years holidays vacations + clubbing for 30 years for my family (4 members) from kolkata.

                          I haven’t used any of the country club services till date since i became the member nor i’m interested in using it anymore because of witnessing many unreliable, non-stable & false promises made by them and moreover i feel that it is not useful to me.

                          I have not availed any of their services so far but yet they keep me calling & asking to pay amc for next 10 years apart from membership payment (Already paid 1.85l including amc) although i was assured there won't be any extra charges in the name of amc later on.

                          I have already received 2 different emails from the same company with 2 different offers/facilities for paying next 10 years of amc, so again witnessing unreliable & false promises.

                          On this event, i googled & found plenty of negative reviews about their services of country vacation / country club.

                          I would request you kindly cancel my membership and initiate the refund process asap.

                          Sub: Complaint regarding not cancelling the membership & refunding the paid amount due to fake promises.(Country Club / Country Vacation)

                          Respected Sir/Madam,
                          On January 5, 2019 we took a membership from Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd (also known as Country Club India, Country Vacation etc.) for 10 years of Holidays Vacation(6N 7D yearly) & Clubbing for 30 years for my family (4 Members) in Kolkata for Rs. 1.85 Lacs.

                          The salesperson at that time made many fake promises & even lied to us almost for everything. Few of them are.

                          1. We were told that this amount i.e 1.85 Lacs includes everything(One time membership fee + AMC for 30 years + Free pick up & drop facility + Free guide for site visiting + complimentary breakfast)
                          2. We can book any Resort/Hotel anywhere in India & Abroad at anytime in a year.
                          3. We can take foods/meals from outside as per our convenient restaurant.

                          4. There won’t be any other/extra charges in the name of AMC or Service charges for next 30 years.

                          5. We were not even allowed to read the agreement before making the payment as we were also convinced that everything is written in the agreement as it is whatever he has just explained to us so we believed him & made the payment.

                          The salesperson also expressed that the written rules & regulations are merely for formalities, in reality we don’t follow this, we are quite customer friendly. So don’t worry at all about this. Finally we left & after few days we received the payment receipts & membership cards.

                          So 2 months past since we got the membership, from 3rd month onwards they have started calling us many times in a day for clearing the payment for AMC, initially I took it casually but after few days I started discussing with them more clearly on it & told them we already paid for it at the time of membership but they denied it & told us we will have to pay the AMC before booking any rooms/hotels for Holiday vacation every year nearly paying Rs. 12, 000.

                          While enquiring with Customer Care they confirmed that we will have to pay additional Rs. 2, 000 to 3, 000 as service charges every year for availing the rooms/hotels.

                          We were also told that we need to plan 3 to 4 months prior to Rooms/Hotels booking for Vacation every year. Moreover we all will have to compulsorily take all 3 times meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) from the same Hotel & need to make payment for pickup & drop as well.

                          So we felt that all in all it will be a very expensive affair if we go for any vacation through them.

                          Few days back we have received 2 different emails from Country Vacation/Club providing 2 different offers/facilities for paying next 10 years of AMC at one-shot(Special offer), so again witnessing unreliable & false promises from them. As it feels like we have been cheated.

                          On this event, I googled about Country Club / Country Vacation, found plenty of negative reviews about them and also many fraud cases have been filed against them in Consumer Complaints forum.

                            We have taken membership but company have registred our membership.

                            Our planned vacation are not being entertained by them.

                            4 times we have visited their office 2 times at pvr mall and 2 times at ajni office, but no use

                            They every tym told dat the accomodation not available at the location.

                            Their representive not allowing to speak to head manager

                            They are refraining to what they commited during the agreement

                            So we want cancelation of ïmembership and the amount should be refunded back as they are not at all interested in serving us.
                            They are making peopl fool by their false commitments.

                            Compnay should be banned.

                            They flash their false commitment in the leased reputed mall to attract peopl on the lust of gift vouchers

                            But fail to fulfill our need and fail to serve us on what they commited.

                            Our earned money is lying in their accounts for no reason for last 9-10 months ecen more than dat.

                            Please help us getting refund.

                              I'm a member of country club since 12 years. They have discontinued affiliations with many other clubs. Even the existing ones are not in good condition.
                              I received a call from ms. Bhavani in the last week of march. She requested us to pay the lifetime amc and in return promised a 4 night free stay in their resort in mahabalipuram. Also a food voucher for complimentary meals. Till we were not paying up.. The calls were coming every 15min with more promises. After paying the said amount, now she is not bothered to answer my calls. There is no valid number available for the head office. All the numbers on the net are not working any longer.
                              They are cheats and will never advise anyone to associate with them.

                                I had become a member of country club as they had a fitness center near my residence and i had paid the full amount, however after 2 years the said fitness center was shifted to a far off place.
                                I had joined this looking at the usage of the fitness center and was paying the amc as per the contract.
                                In dec-2018 i received a email that my entire amc for the remaining period of 20 yrs shall be paid if i pay a discounted amount, after many discussions with the representative, i paid the discounted amount.
                                But now they have not updated the discounted amount in my profile till date

                                  On 09.02.2018 i received a call from country club stating i have been selected in a lucky draw and called me to amrutha castle, bhavani (Executive) and chandra sekhar (Manager) spoke to us explaining about the holiday packages membership along with 150 yards land for ₹.150000.
                                  Keeping in mind the future of my child i said ok and i paid rs. 65, 000and he said he will offer me a new credit card for value of 150, 000 and give me back my 65, 000 and convert it into 0% interest emi.

                                  Now he is not providing card nor my money back because i can't pay the huge money.

                                  Please help me in getting my money back.

                                    Dear customer care,
                                    I was invited by ansal plaza delhi office of ccil on 1st dec.2018. For a lucky draw to receive free gift voucher of stay.
                                    There i was was attended by mr. Suaib khan and brainwashed till 10.00 pm to make to pay 2.16 lac for a 30 year membership.
                                    There were lot of facts hidden from me and i am coming across them when ever i try to use this membership.
                                    On 3rd april 2019, i was called by ms. Rashmi of ccil amc deptt. With some offers. With her lot persuasion of made them a payment of rs.32, 000 for a 5 years amc with some offers made by them.
                                    As soon as the payment was completed, the gentle girl changed the track and now not even picking the phone and so her seniors. I was promised a 6 nights free voucher in goa without making any payment at hotel. I had put up strong protest and sent a mail attaching the conversation which clearly state the whole story. I feel cheated at both the places. I conclude that they are a fraud company and cheating the people.
                                    I request the company to cancel my membership and refund the money collected from me. I have not availed any services of the company.
                                    Also, request to take action against those people who are misleading the members. The audio clip is attached.

                                      I had taken a country club membership on 15th September. I loved the offers and facilities being provided by country club, but because of a personal problem I have to cancel my membership. Have paid an initial deposit of 40k, and have asked for the cancellation and refundof my money as I couldt go ahead with the membership, I have been following up with my branch person who was the spoc of contact but have not received any response from them and branch has also been closed ..                                         This is to inform you that I joined Country Club Membership on 31.8.2018, with the name Parveen Kumar, Membership id - CCCDG203V5LB30384, Contact No –[protected], Email id : [protected]@gmail.com. I paid the amount of 5, 000 as a Cash on the joining day and the Rest of the 20, 000 and 25, 000 through net banking. I paid Total amount of 50, 000 to Country Club.

                                        Within Just 5 Days of joining Country Club Membership,

                                        I cancelled my Membership from the Country Club under the Cooling-off Period of 10 Working Days and requested the Refund of all the 50, 000 back.

                                        As per the All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA)

                                        So, I visited the Country Club office at Paras Down Town Mall, Zirakpur, Punjab.

                                        The HR Manager at the office assured me that,
                                        Since you’re cancelling the Country Club Membership under the Cooling-off Period of 10 Working Days.

                                        You will receive your Total Refund of 50, 000.

                                        After couple of days I got an Email from their Central Customer Care in Hyderabad which said

                                        But! Even It’s been more than 120 Days now.

                                        I still haven’t received my refund until today.

                                        They are mentally harassing me over and over again.

                                        Country Club has been mentally harassing me from last 6 months.

                                        And I am fed up with follow ups through emails and phone calls.

                                        Country Club Customer Care is not responding to my emails and phone calls at all.

                                        I am still getting the same Automated Response through emails over and over again from the last 6 Months. '

                                        I just got an Email response from (AIRDA) - All India Resort Development Association regarding this issue.

                                        It said.



                                        Dear Mr. Praveen Chaudhary,

                                        We acknowledge the receipt of your mail concerning the issue with Country Club.

                                        Please note Country Club / Country Vacations is not an All India Resort Development Association(AIRDA) member. However, we have written to Country Club on the subject and will await for their response.
