Dear sir/madam,

I took country vacation / country club membership on 05/01/2019 for 10 years holidays vacations + clubbing for 30 years for my family (4 members) from kolkata.

I haven’t used any of the country club services till date since i became the member nor i’m interested in using it anymore because of witnessing many unreliable, non-stable & false promises made by them and moreover i feel that it...

We have taken membership but company have registred our membership.

Our planned vacation are not being entertained by them.

4 times we have visited their office 2 times at pvr mall and 2 times at ajni office, but no use

They every tym told dat the accomodation not available at the location.

Their representive not allowing to speak to head manager

They are refraining...

I bought membership in 14-jan-2017 for 5 years membership which will give me total 5 vacation (One vacation each year) and life time gym membership for which i have to pay maintenance charges. They told me they will put me on emi of rs 3000 per month for total value of 75000, however they did not inform me and charged 75000 on my credit card at one go. Which caused financial problem for me and i had to pay financial charges on my credit card...

Customer service is very poor tried many times and the service is pathetic once we enter to membership they not even bother to help members so many hidden charges they tell 1 thing after membership they not even bother to help people country club they call people and they told us can be use gym without any charges after visiting they told charges applicable and not getting any alerts....

While taking the membership and amcs i have been told that there will be no extra cost for own property of country club and a minimal charge when use nights in the affiliated properties.

But now when i am trying to book the holiday in their own property they are asking to pay ~800 pp/night (Viz, 2400 per family of 3) for breakfast + dinner.
