Dear sir/madam,

It is to inform you that i have been lured by the country club employees by false and fake promises and they took rs. 86500 after swiping through my credit card without providing the agreement copy on 7th july 2018. After returning home we verified the document copy (Screenshots i took) which they had provided for me and read and found that they had miss-guided me and taken the membership with-out explaining the terms and conditions mentioned in the document of country vacations and what the sale executive has explained is totally difference and opposite of what mentioned in sale agreement. As per the agreement there is cooling period of 10 days for which we can discontinue the agreement (Cancelled) by paying a nominal administration charges of rs. 3800/- to the company.

Initially i sent several mails but no response was received from them. I tried calling the customer care but no response from them as well. I went to country club begumpet office and asked them for cancellation of the agreement. After discussion with the country club executive (Rehana) i got the reply from rehana as “with reference to your e-mail, we would like to inform you that as per the signed agreement and company policy nominal charges of rs.3800/- will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 120 working days from the date of invoking cool off period. We have forwarded your e-mail to concern accounts team and the moment we get an revert from them we will update you the status accordingly “on 11th july 2018.

Then i waited till september and started following up through email and customer care. I know i won’t get any response, so finally i visited the begumpet office on january and got the reply as “as discussed with you today, we request you to wait till february month. “. But till now there is no refund and reply back from them.
Also i came to know that they won’t give any interest on the money.in my case i expect that they shall give me interest amount after 4 months, it’s been 9 months and i’m paying my emi’s every month with interest. When my money will be returned back with interest?

I would like to bring your attention to stop such fraud practices so that innocent people hard earned money is not wasted. I would expect a positive response from government regarding the country club fraud.

with due respect i would like to inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances i am unable to continue this facility offered by you in TEN YEARS AGREEMENT FORM . I HAVE MADE THE TOTAL PAYMENT Rs1, 50, 000/- through credit card in emi . but due to some financial problems it is not possible for me to pay emi with bank interest for the period of two years .as per your terms 26 of your terms & condition please deduct the nominal administration charges Rs 3800/- and refund the balance amount without further delay with your acceptance for cancellation of this contract on request .i am a service man and i have two kids who are studying, so it is a very hard situation which in turn may effect the studies of my kids . on good gesture please accept my humble request and refund my money . awating for your confirmation mail and action on this as mentioned above.. scan copy of agreement is attached herewith for your early action . i will send back all the documents and relevant papers as soon as you advice for return of the same .

from that date till now i have mailed several times all records with me and talked over telephone with their customer care representative but no such action initiate to get return of this refund . i request their higher authority to go through my mail send to arrange for refunds as i am facing financial crisis with my family at the present situation of covid 19 .

    The country club vacation has brought a proposal in dubai / sharjah, united arab emirates that they will give a plot of 910 square yard in ratnabhumi project and took advance. After some days when inquired about the documents and receipt, country club said it was mistake the plot size is in square feet. I immediately send them email to cancel the deal as the plot size
    They are offering in square feet is not acceptable to me and please refund the advance paid by me. Now almost three years, they are not giving me back my advance nor receipt for my record. Instead of that they are offering to by some other property. I have lost the trust and i need my advance paid money back which is dirhams 30, 000.00.

      I am member of country club from last one year. These people do not fulfill what promises are made before making a member and they will rob a lot of rupees in the name of the membership fee. My membership no. Is cvmuiclub240563. Its lifetime membership fees are 92000 but agent (Prakash verma and akhatar khan) took 102000 rupees from me. Later i asked him why you got 10000 rupees extra? He said we will give you a holiday package for 3night 4days in which the breakfast will be free for which do not have to pay anything. Last week when i asked him to give me my holiday package for sirdi he started excuses. Now i am thinking of going to the consumer court. Lots of people cheated from country club. None made it a member of the country club.

        It's been a year now and we are yet to receive refund of our deposit amount of Rs 26, 000/- although we have received replies to our emails that our money will be refunded.
        We are Sr. Citizens and require money for our medical treatment.
        Customer care, Kolkata tells us that they are yet to receive a cheque from their Head Office in order to send us the refund through RTGS.
        Would request your kind help and immediate action at the earliest.

          We had been called to attend 1 hr presentation of country club at 6.00 pm on 17 frb 2019.. Korum mall thane mumbai, even after 2 hr of session. When i said i am not interested to buy membership the they said we will not provide your voucher and grill coupon. We all have to face weird behavior. On top of that they did not give redemption voucher as well which they committed. This type of cheating was not expected from country club. Country club is operating very impolite, rude, unmannerly,... Completely fraud and cheating.

            In 2015 when i was in pune i got a call and invited with wife for the gift and the fraud story started.

            In short i paid 15k that time never availed a single rupee service of country club as i got a call asking to pay some 50-60k to avail vacation benefit. I denied and told them to return my 15k which they can not cos they are cheater and running their business on false commitments & this money.

            I have an email of that time that my membership is terminated. But suddenly last month i received and email mentioning that my amc charges are 40k and i have to asap.

            I got shocked with this email and immediately called them on[protected] & [protected] and from last one month

            Either they are not receiving my calls or if they by mistake receive my call they disconnects.

            I am continuously sending emails to them on below emails which i managed to find:

              They called one to collect the gift when we go through the presentation they started forcing to take membership same they offer 7day packages we paid 49000 on spot and in the document showing clearly 2 night 3 days but when they take they agree 7 day packages at the time vacation and they told you have to come for booking same branch they do booking for us

              When we approach they are telling only 3 days 2 nights only if need more you have to pay extra

              Currently am not india if i visit india surely i want beat them who cheated me i fedup their service if last 49000 i don’t care

              And government has take steps these country Club people standing outside of the malls and asking public to fill the nonsense form and same day evening calling people to there fake office take their gifts after the presentation it’s complete cheating process

                I have joined in this country club, in august 2018, but still i didn't got the membership cards. It has been 1 year now, i have gone there and spoke with each and everyone in there. They are playing with me like a football, not even they are given some respect to me.in begumpet, hyderabad branch i have joined under the manager name called tarun.

                When i have joined the manager told me that they are providing the membership with 85000 rupees with 30 years free maintenance in all the country clubs over india + upto 1 lakhs insurance from hdfc + free spa coupons (12) for every year + free infinity access to all other activities and facilities (Swimming pools+gyms+sports+pubs etc.,) in all over country clubs in india + every year 1 week free vacation with in india with free room in a 5 star hotel + free breakfast in that vacation (I have to pay only the taxes of the room and breakfast), if i need lunch and dinner i need to pay full amount. If i want to travel in that vacation like a tour the country club people will arrange a free bus for all the club members with a guide.

                I told him, that is really nice can you please provide all these thing in a paper with a seal and signature of the club director?

                He said, sure. But first you need to pay the money then only we can release the agreement.
                I said, ok. I will pay. And i have paid immediately through my brothers credit card.
                Then he has given a agreement paper and asked me to sign, and i saw there is maintenance for every year, and there is nothing whatever they told above.
                What did i have to do, he has showed that paper after i paid. So i begged him to give my money back and he has called his manager and a girl, all three members are convinced me that time. But i have only agreed to take the membership cards when ever they have given the documented proof for the above mentioned facilities, it has been 1 month, 2 months, 3 months but still no response from them but i am continuously calling them and begging them to give my money back. I don't know what to do, but they are giving the reckless responses. So i have mailed everything to their directors and heads, they cut theirs employees 3 months salary for this cause but they did't refund my money. When i go and asked their head naveen (Customer support) he has shown the agreement papers which i have signed by forcefully, and talking only rules. I have explained everything to him but he is talking only rules and he is even asked me to pay this year maintenance.

                But there is no response form their directors yet, and these people has not giving my money back and still they did't send the membership cards yet. I did't used at least once the club.

                I really don't know what to do???

                  This is to bring to your notice that this country vacations is a dubious company fooling people to take their membership. They have not fulfilled even a single promise and infact i have not received the membership card after more than 2 months of the membership agreement. I have no choice but to pay the emi every month, such fraudsters cannot just fool everyone this way. Please take actions and stop them from fooling people.

                  They also keep on calling us to pay the yearly charges and they also say that the international vacations are not yet available and offer just 1 destination (They had promised that they cater to most of the places in the world)

                    I took membership in aug-18, at the time of joining prem kadu person from marketing at kandivali branch told me of interest cashback offer, now i m continuously following with him and there head office.
                    He is just fooling me.. Today will give, tomorrow will give, dd is under process.. Frm last 1 month he is telling dd is ready n fooling around. Country club cheating on there promises made. I have also written on there customer care. Now they are not receiving my calls. I am following with them from last 6 months.

                      First of all i am lucky that i saved my hard earned money by not registering to their membership today. They approach me telling that i got some free vouchers, which includes holiday voucher, inox movie tickets, barbeque nation vouchers and some few more. Enough to get you to their office asking to attend 45 minutes presentation.

                      Now once you get in their office with your wife, they will seek your personal info. Your salary, car, vacations domestic n international details you need to fill in their form. Once they started briefing, it was all fine by that time. I was convinced that they do offer maximum discounts, telling very lucrative discount and offers to ensure that you swipe your card to get their membership on same day as discount is applicable only for that day. But i have not opted for it as you cant decide on same day, you may seek some time, you check with your friends or colleagues about the company and their feedback. Later i realised that these guys are trying all wrong means to sell their membership, lot of attitude problem i can see in their staff. Not ready to listen, and if someone do not take membership they get into argument.

                      The guy told me that country club is a listed company and is in business since last 30 years, so being into finance, i quickly checked the financials, stock is a penny stock, trading at rs. 6, sales degrew by 13% in last 3 years, so i checked with the executive why is it so if your company is doing so well why sales is going down, he might find my question unanswerable, so his manager came in to address my query and started asking me stock price of tata motors going down, jlr business, zee business, etc. N told me that we do not know what all these companies do, so please stop discussing financials, you are here to discuss financials or for membership. I told him honestly, i am here to collect free voucher and what was wrong, you called me for that only in your office. But was interested to know about their presentation for two reasons, firstly it was my first presentation of such holiday membership company and secondly, from financials perspective, i thought, is this company a hidden gem stock which can turnaround its performance in coming years and reward its shareholders in big way. But i am sure you cant expect companies like country club to grow and flourish with such employees.

                      I saw one live example today, one couple sitting next to me went into argument and lady executive of country club was just trying to convince them, the argument turned into almost shouting. And the manager briefing to us shouted telling his colleague to simply give them gift, as they are here for gift. And later he also started arguing with that couple. Are you inviting couples by luring them to insult them in your office? Is this the way to behave with your potential customer. If someone like me wish to take any membership in future, i will surely not go with country club.

                      By that time i made my mind not to purchase their membership and it was already 2.5 hours in their office, i told the guy that i will not take country club membership immediately and i do not want your free gift also as myself, my wife were getting late. And so i along with my wife and kid left their office without any such freebies. Was not surprised, they do not have courtesy to ask you to get your free gift because they are there to simply make you fool. Its just to lure you to get into their trap. They may not give free vouchers to you, i cant comment, they may give free vouchers only if you get their membership or after insulting you so much which couple sitting next to me experienced today.

                      I believe customer is king, companies need to ensure their satisfaction but these guys do not consider you as their customers till you have not taken their membership and simply keep an attitude thinking you are cheater who came only to collect free gift. This is what clearly told to me by the office manager today.

The guy was not ready to accept that i am attending such presentation for the first time looking at details. He was not trusting me, so if you cant trust the couples who you are inviting, how you can build upon the relation. They may trust you if you get their membership on same day only because they also believe that once you are out of their office, you will never go back to them, its just on words that because we are giving time to them, so they give us free vouchers. Its all rubbish! If you want so, be ready to get insulted first which has been experience by couple sitting next to me.

                      Truly speaking, i would have thought of taking their membership later. But i realised that i am lucky enough that i saved my hard earned money. I just missed doing googling about country club, else i would have saved my car petrol and precious 3 to 4 hours by avoiding todays experience. After doing some of googling and reading their membership customer feedback online made me realize that these guys are making all false claims and promises to lure you, you will end up paying your hard earning money for which later you will only repent.

                      Jago country club walo jago... Improvise on your work culture, train your employees, improve your business integrity and operate ethically. You are into hospitality business, not into luring couples business, stop insulting and misleading them.

                        Dear team,

                        Country club members called me on one day and sold travel and vacation package to me with all false commitments. Also, when i requested them to cancel and refund my money back on next day, they didn't helped me. I spoke with multiple cc representatives but since 6 months struggling to cancel the same and to get my refund back. Kindly let me know how to get it my refund back as i didn't availed any services of country club. I met with the person who sold the product to me, he took the photo of my membership card and told me to get it cancelled and get it refund back but no luck.

                            Me and my wife joined this fraud club membership in april 2018 at their baroda office. We have paid 65000 plus 36000 (Amc)
                            After 2-3 months we inquired for booking and they started making fake stories and lying a lot about available resorts in karnataka.
                            Then we changed plan to rajasthan and there also they never gave us proper answer or helped at all. Finally we decided to cancel our membership and given written complaint on 8-6-18 to their baroda and hyderabad office.
                            Baroda office incharge mt ashish sharma is time passing and making fake stories every day about our refund of 1.02 lacs.
                            Finally on 3-2-19 i got one cheque of 65000 but it was dated 6 march 2019. And when i asked about amc amount refund (36000) he has no clear answer nor he is giving direct contact details of their finance department of hyderabad office. He admitted that he will loose his job if he gave their numbers. Just imagine what kind of environment they have created for their own employees,? Forgot the customers. Their customer care number are absolutely useless and they have just one work to loot money from ppl in the name of booking and amc etc.
                            Very horrible experience. I am fed up with their lives and fake promises since last 6 months.
                            This fraud club should be banned by indian govt permanently.

                            We are yet to get a reply from this fraud company.
                            Mr ritesh dubey incharge in this matter is not replying our messages or picking up our calls..
                            Local Baroda office is also just passing the blame to some higher authorities and not interested to resolve the complaint.

                              I would like to thank country club for giving a beautiful location at kovalam.. It was a well maintained place with very helpful supportive staff especially for the north indians like us.. Food was good.. Sea food was very tasty.. Thank you county club... You satisfied delhi member..
                              We are very happy and my kids also enjoyed a lot.. Weather was also good for our favor... Country club rocks..

                                I purchased a holiday package named "millionaire club classic" from "country vacations division india" worth rs. 10, 50000/- using which i am eligible to book holiday packages (International/domestic) once a year for 5 years starting from 04/11/2018. I submitted my travel plan with dates (05/02/2019 to 11/02/2019) and opted for "one week family holiday" package which is complimentary. They were postponing my request from the beginning and as my travel dates are falling near, today i. E. 31/01/2019 they are forcing me to opt for domestic travel instead of internation holiday package (As promised at the time of payment). Also, i'm forced to accept 40% of my payment as the refund, which i'm not willing to.

                                  I had paid advance amount of 10200 Rs for taking membership on 7th of July 2018
                                  On that same day i requested to cancel membership and for refund.
                                  Several times mailed and called for refund. Simply they are saying that we didnt get your details please call after few details. (But after few months email came from this company to pay annaul maintanance)
                                  My membership relates to kolkata branch and central branch is hyderabad. Whenever iam to kolkata they are saying that call to hyderabad and hyderabad brach saying that call to kolkata.

                                    I have taken country club membership on 5th january 2019 by paying entire 65000/-. On the same day i got to know there is change in cancer treatment for my mother and i will need to arrange money for that.
                                    I had sent the cancellation request on same night.
                                    To my surprise there was no reply till one week. The country club person - mr. Manojraj who sold me the membership was giving me false promises. He said membership cancellation is not possible and he will help me alternatively but till date there is no action.
                                    I wrote many mails and tried calling but no response. I wrote an email to ceo of country club but no response.
                                    Apart from this all the descriptions told by mr. Manojraj and his companion changed after i made payment.

                                    Present status: After mail from consumer complaints, now company is ready to cancel the membership(normal cancellation) for which they will deduct Rs3800/- and it will take 120days for settlement which is not acceptable.
                                    Moreover the company calls customer on pretext of lucky draw saying holiday worth Rs.25000 gift voucher will be provided on the spot . Later they tell it will be delivered on mail but this all are lies.

                                    So I want my complete refund within a week. This has already caused a lot of trouble to me .

                                    I have taken membership at country club begumpet hyderabad i want to cancel my membership due to my problems i am not using the card there is no use of that card i went to office but the executive tells the money is not refunded please let me know what we have to do how to get the money refund shall i contact consumer court

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      It is to inform you that i have been lured by the country club employees by false and fake promises and they took rs 65000 after swiping through my debit card without providing the agreement copy.
                                      After returning home we verified the document copy (Screenshots i took) which they had provided for me and read and found that they had miss-guided me and taken the membership with-out explaining the terms and conditions mentioned in the document of country vacations and what the sale executive has explained is totally difference and opposite of what mentioned in sale agreement. As per the agreement there is cooling period of 10 days for which we can discontinue the agreement (Cancelled) by paying a nominal administration charges of rs 3800/- to the company. So i sent several mails and letter as well through but no response was received from them. I tried calling the customer care but they are cutting and blocking my number after identifying me.
                                      I would like to bring your attention to stop such fraud practices so that innocent people hard earned money is not wasted.
                                      Will look forward for your sincere cooperation on this.

                                        Hi i have taken membership in this company at thane at korum mall. They offer u prizes which are fake. I paid sum of 20000 for membership and i asked for refund same day. They are not giving. Kindly suggest refund procedure. They are very rude. Initiallysfaen they call u up thousand times to saying that u have been selected to collect free vouchers. Of hotel stay later on they don't give u anything and ask u to pay for their membership. This place is located at thane. Pls shut down this company.
