Hi.. I got member ship (No 218361) from hyderabad on 7th april 2016 by paying 1.5 lacs. The promises made by the executive mr. Ravi ([protected]) are 10 grams gold coin, 5000/- food voucher every month, benefits of making reservations in vacations and selling of vacations, 50000/- insurance from me and my spouse, 2.5 lacs fixed deposit for me and my spouse and amount paid will be converted to emi for 5 years which were paid through credit card. Till now i didn't receive any of the above benefits and the amount paid also not converted to emi. Because of this my credit cards got blocked and my entire salary is paid as minimum due. When i contacted ravi (From day 1), he is saying to apply new credit card and will provide the amount to clear the previous card dues. But till now ravi is not responding to the calls or not providing any information or any higher level manager who can help me in this. Because of the over due of my credit card outstanding now my home loan got rejected. Finally today when i called ravi, he says that "do what ever i can, but they will not provide any kind of help from them." when i asked him to provide his manager no, he gave me no[protected], named asim who is customer care manager but the no is not existing whenever i am trying. I drop couple of mails to the customer care and called the no's[protected] / 67484444, but i didn't get any reply to the mails nor the no's are working. I might have called some more thana 100 times to ravi, he hardly replied to me some 10 times, saying that he is busy or out of city or in hospital or in his home town. I don't want anything from country club except the below.

1. Convert my payment in to emi.
2. I would like to sell my vacations and booking as i am desperately need of money.

HI... Still the issue was not resolved. One the executive (Gowri Shankar) called me in last month and said to Pay additional 70000/- to get flat registration and 10 grams gold voucher. I asked him to give the 10 Grams voucher first then will think of flat later. He called me for couple of days and he also told me that he will come and hand over the voucher personally, if i pay him the fuel charges. Later he told that they got the voucher of 20000/- on my name and i should visit the office to collect the same. I enquired that i should get 10 grams voucher, not 20000/- rupees voucher and after that there is not update from him. Later after few days one more person (Nadal) from Country club called me and informed that he got 10 grams gold coin on my name and i should visit the office to collect. Then i informed about Gowri Shankar's offer and surprised to hear the answer that the call from Gowri Shankar is fake call, don't trust these calls and don't pay any amount for flat registration. He also told that they don;t have any ventures from Country Club. Finally i said ok and asked him when can i collect the gold coin? He said, he will check and get back to me but still no response. This happend almost 20 days back. From above calls i understand that first of all Country Club itself is totally fake and now i want my money back what ever i have invested (1.5 lakhs).

    Myself yusuf ahmad.
    Mai country club pune me job kar raha tha aur mujhe wahan pe hamesha salary problem hoti thi. Kabhi bhi time par salary nahi milti hai kabhi 10 days late kabhi 15 days late hoti. (Sabhi staff ke sath yahi problem hoti hai) extra pressure diya jata hai. Hamesha job chhorne ki dhamki aur salary ki dhamki milti hai. Late night tak free me work karna parta. Weekoff nahi milta. Aur abhi bhi wahan par meri 1 month & 15 days ki salary nahi mili hai.
    Maine wahan job resign kiya hai aur sabhi exit formlity bhi kiya lekin abhi 3 month se zyadah ho gaye meri salary nahi mili hai.
    I requesting to ccil pls give me my salary

      Hi,

      I took the country club membership & i was promised a plot at country club coconut grove vedic spa. I have the letter of allotment which was issued & all receipts of payments. Now its been 8 years & people who promised have left & people who are working deny saying there is no plot for my membership. I am seriously feeling like being cheated, so raising my complaint on this forum. Kindly look into this matter & provide resolution asap.

      Its been more than 3 weeks & no one has responded to my issue. I have been following up with so many people on different forums & no one is interested in resolving it.
      My name is Sikandar & my membership number is MILB641. I became your country club member in the year 2008 & paid the full membership fee (Receipt Acknowledgement attached to the email).

      One of your representative Srikanth (don't remember full name) insisted to take-up this membership. He started chasing me day in & out from my office to my residence. Finally, he advised me to take up this membership & offered me a complimentary site at CG Phase E - Site No.140 (Site 1089 Sq. Ft). Looking at the offer, I agreed to take up this membership!

      I received a letter of allotment dated 28/04/2008 informing that a site has been allotted to me & to pay a sum of 20, 000/- (Twenty thousand only) towards site stamp duty & registration expenses. I called your representative several times to get the site registered, but as usual after sales customers are left behind without service. Your representative started pushing dates of registration & requested me to wait for some time giving various reasons for delay. Days passed, I though of escalating to his manager & spoke with Rajshekar & got to know that Srikanth has left the organization. He said to he will check & will advise, but never heard anything from him. I have spoken with dozens of people about this, but unfortunately no one helped!

      Last month, I visited your office at Indiranagar (Bangalore), and spoke with one of your managers in Amrutha estate (sorry if I spelt it incorrectly). He heard the entire situation, & advised me to wait for their response. Again, no one has contacted me on this till date. Hence, I decided to call myself again & spoke with you yesterday.

      I am not happy with the way, things have been handled so far. I would request you to please get my plot CG Phase E - Site No.140 (Site 1089 Sq. Ft) registered as early as possible!

      This is still not resolved...
      We also faced the same problem. We have the allotment letter and all the paid receipts with us. The plot was not registered with us. We tried contacting the Nellore(Andhra Pradesh) office of Country Club where we were in contact with. We got to know that the office is not in function. All the telephone numbers have been changed.

      How do we get this issue resolved?
      Problem still not resolved. I am going to send legal notice. This is very bad service!

        Hi, They promised us international trip for 10 days as it is a 25yrs of celebration at CC and we paid 100000 (1 Lakh rupee), now they dont respond to our calls or emails not they kept their promise. They promised many things but didnt turn up for 1 also, Agent name is Imran Malik, Darshan, KIran Kumar, who are working in Sajjapur CC, Bangalore. THey are not returning our money also which was paid in cash.

          I wish to draw your attention to the contumacious daylight fraud committed on me and my spouse by mr. Manoj (Manager) of country club resorts at their office located at ansal plaza, new delhi. We were called to the office of country club at ansal plaza, delhi, 15th may, 2016 on the pretext that we had won a country club vacation voucher and salon voucher worth rs. 10, 000/-. When we reached the office on 15th may 2016 (Sunday) at ansal plaza building at around 1:30 pm, mr saksham met us and started giving us the details of the offer to join country club as a member and avail their schemes. He, under the supervision of mr. Manoj, who claimed to be managing the branch, we were told of all the schemes that a member can procure and other details.

          Though the offers and schemes were very attractive, we were reluctant to take the membership as we could not afford the same. Mr. Manoj then suggested that we made only part payment today and take the membership for 10 years period, without compromising on any of the offers, dicounts or facilities. This, he suggested, was an offer only available for 15th may, 2016. We told them that we want to take a half an hour break and think about the scheme with an open mind, but mr. Manoj insisted that we could not leave the table as all these proceedings were being recorded and were aired for their hyderabad office. They said we could take as must time as possible, but we could not leave the table as this was the company’s policy. We did, in fact, spend a of time understanding the terms of the contract, asking them questions about the facilities, seeking clarifications. They orally explained all the discounts and offers and assured us that we can avail of company club vacation straight away in june this year.
          To suit our affordability, mr. Manoj and mr. Saksham offered us a series of discounts one after the other and assured us that we needed to pay only a part of the total payment. Rest of the amounts, they claimed could be paid, by way of 18 monthly installments and without any interest. When we enquired about the written documents, they showed us two contracts signed by an ex-army officer and an advocate, to prove their credibility. They also said that this year country club is celebrating its 25th anniversary and that is why these discounts are given to a few people selected through random lucky draw. But all through they made these offers only orally and backed it by saying that the written policies and rules would be shared after we take a decision.

          Once we decided to take the membership on the discounted price offered by them, they asked us to pay a part of the total amount (Rs.55, 000/) which we had to pay by way of debit card (50, 000/) and cash (5000/-) to country club. Before we could even read the contract, understand it and sign it, mr. Manoj swiped the card on the payment machine. We were very uncomfortable with this and were reluctant to give the pin number but he assured us that this had to be done because the discount can be availed by payment from visa card only. He said all the documents will be provided to us, mentioning all the discounts and scheme. After the payment was deducted from our account, we were then given the contract papers. As we started reading the papers we realized that this was a very superficial document which did not mention any of the tie-ups that mr. Manoj and saksham had talked about. It did not even mention any facilities, discounts, offers, options for family vacations, gifts, wedding bookings and various other things that mr. Manoj had mentioned. We were instantly agitated and we told mr. Saksham that the document does not mention any of the things that they had orally promised. But he told us that this is a standard format and nothing more. Since we were not satisfied with this reply, saksham called mr. Manoj to reassure us. Mr. Manoj also said that this was a standard document and the other details and terms will be emailed to us on my email id by tomorrow (We have not received any such email from country club till now).

          As we started reading the contract closely, we became more and more suspicious. At this juncture, we were given the assurance by mr. Saksham that, despite the expression “non-refundable” in the contract, the payment was refundable since we had only made a part payment. He told us that we could refund the amount “through some process” till the time we do not use any of the services. Mr. Manoj then asked us to give a post-dated cheque of the remaining amount which we refused. He told us that even if we do not want to give the cheque, it is okay, but when we get the conformation call from hyderabad, we should say that we gave the cheque of the remaining amount. We were not happy with this suggestion at all. Saksham sensed our irritation and told us that this was only a formality since some internal country club contest is going on and this would have increased the ranking of their office as well as their own scores! This was extremely unprofessional and we told the same to saksham. When we got the call, the lady on the other side asked some questions, but i stood my ground and did not say that we have given the cheque of the remaining amount (For this the call records may be verified).

          Mr. Manoj had assured us that the rest of the amount (60, 000/-) was to be paid without any interest, while we could start using all the services forthwith. Since he had claimed that we could immediately book our vacation using the country club app, we wanted to do this immediately and asked mr. Saksham to download the app and help us in the booking. I even gave him my phone but he said that the app could not be downloaded for some technical reason. We started feeling that all their confidence about the promises they were making was now coming down. We were to receive a gift voucher of rs. 10, 000 but mr saksham said that they will deliver that to us in the kit since they only are left with expired vouchers. Once the payment was made, we were told that the fitness centre in rajouri garden could only be used on making a payment. We were shocked because all this while he had claimed that all the facilities of 25 years membership would remain the same for the 10 year membership, which included the use of fitness centres services without any payment whatsoever. We were very distressed with this immediate reversion of promise and talked at length to both manoj and saksham that they should assure this, as promised.
          We were then given a receipt for only rs. 50, 000/-. When we asked the receipt of the remaining amount, mr. Manoj said that he had forgotten to hand over the money to the accountant! We were astonished but the exhaustion of almost three hours of this transaction did not make us react at that point.

          We started realizing, while still in their office, that both the agents of country club had been only doing big talk with us but we were trapped since we had made the payment. We were very tense but we continued to believe that country club is a big brand and such frauds cannot take place in this company. With this assurance, but a lot of anxiety, we left for home.
          This morning when we downloaded the app and tried to figure out about the possibility of making the bookings using the id and password they had given us. When we tried the same, the paid amount displayed on their website and it said that we cannot make any booking until we pay the remaining amount. This came as a big shock to us. We immediately called mr. Manoj. He retracted his earlier claim and said that since the “membership was not approved”, no bookings could be made! He again attempted to give us verbal assurance that all that was discussed and shown in the presentation will be provided. He also attempted to falsely suggest that he can provide discount on the same. This was of no use now since we could see through his tactics and fraudulent manipulations.

          All day long, we have made multiple telephone calls to mr. Manoj and mr. Sakham who have asked us to write a complaint to the customer care. Mr manoj then asked me to contact you regarding the same. I also talked to mr saksham and he gave us the telephone number of some mr. Shashitosh jha who saksham claims is the head. Mr. Shashitosh’s number is not reachable and despite multiple calls to the two agents who interacted with us yesterday, we have not been given one single sign that the claims made by them were not false.
          We are deeply distressed with this entire experience and have been harassed into taking the membership. Yesterday we were given the assurance that, despite the expression “non-refundable” in the contract, the payment was refundable since we had only made a part payment and till the time we do not use any services.

          Given the harrowing experience and the breach of the very first promise that was made to us (Immediate country club bookings in the month of june), we do not wish to have any association with country club. We have yet not received any email with the details of the offer or the discounts. We have had multiple telephonic conversations with mr. Manoj and saksham who refuse to email us the documents mentioning the schemes and offers that they verbally promised us.

          There are gross discrepancies on what was assured and represented and what appears to the real scope of the membership. We are deeply disturbed and traumatized due to the outrageous false promises made during the presentation yesterday. The cheating and fraud became too apparent to us this morning when we attempted to make the bookings today.

          We request you to refund the entire amount that was paid by us yesterday at the earliest. We do not want this membership and urgently require the refund of our entire money since we have not availed any of the services of country club. We were pushed to making this payment even before we signed the contract and this coercion has vitiated our consent from the very beginning (The company has cctv cameras which they can look into to verify this). This experience has caused extreme mental harassment to me and my husband and we hope that now there will be no further delay in refunding our money.

          We request you to kindly refund the amount and take appropriate action against the agents.

            The country club given oral commitment so i have purchased by mistake this product, as in bond (100 rs) which i have signed, nothing is mentioned as commitment made by ahmed mohiuddin (Mob: [protected]), so if possible can u please help me to cancel the credit card emi which i am paying from last 2 months.

            Country club also committed to pay the emi interest rate but they are not paying the interest rate to me, as it is writing in bond which i have signed

            Please help me to get rid of this 1 lac rupees

            I want to cancel the country club member ship - cvhyd6club5lb217196, due to below issues, false, & fake promise made to me.

            1. The sales people made a wrong statement by telling us about the 12 months installments which they will provide with 0% processing fees and interest free emi amount they promised rs. 8, 333.33/- pm. But now i am informed on confirmation call from country club that they are not giving any facility of that kind.

            2. The sale person afroz told us that, by using country club card you can get 40 – 50% discount on purchase of any item in shopping mall, online portal, travel, hotels etc, & also he told us you will get 2 movie tickets every month, but all this promised are false. We haven't received any movie ticket or not getting any discount also, this all commitment is made fraud to us.

            We don't want to continue the membership anymore & we will not pay any further amount also

            So please refund our hard earned money rupees 100000 (1 lack) with emi interest.

              We were approached by country club people many times conveying that we have been selected for some free gifts and country club membership at good rates. we met them in their office in Pune and we paid Rs 65, 000 to them by using my credit card. they had given promise that we do not have to pay certain charges for their club lawn, hall etc if we do not use it and only if we use these facilities we will be needed to pay for these charges in that year. later on their HO said that this is not correct and asked us to tsake this assurance from the country club local team in writing. after lot of follow up the local country club team gave this assurance in writing. however there were whole of confusions and later on even the local team said that this was never promised (despite having given this assurance in writing over mail). sensing trouble we told them to refund our membership fees of Rs 65000. but they have not done it. it is a clear case of cheating as they have neither given us membership nor given us the refund of our money

                While registering for membership, they do not inform the members about their plans clearly. They did not mention about the yearly subscription amount that has to be paid along with 30yr scheme of 2.05lac advance payment. Only after making the payment, they called us informing about the yearly subscription amount of Rs-8500 to be paid.
                This is a fraud case.
                My father is retiring this month and he invested in this scheme assuming he will get benefits by paying that advance amount, but not he is liable to this fraud case. How will he be able to pay that yearly subscription?
                When we asked them to cancel the membership and refund us the money as we have been fooled and unhappy with this scheme, they are not responding back with proper responses. They are saying it is not refundable but can be transferred but they are not willing to help us in this matter.
                We need the contract/agreement which we signed which states this and upon asking them to send us the copy, they are not doing that. It has been more than a week now with the follow up.

                Country Club is a fraud and only know to fool consumers.
                We want to take this to Consumer court and fight back my parents hard earned money. They are in trouble and no one from this Country club is helping us. This is how they treat consumers who have paid so much money on trust and mistreating them.

                I have joined in this country club, in august 2018, but still i didn't got the membership cards. It has been 1 year now, I have gone there and spoke with each and everyone in there. They are playing with me like a football, not even they are given some respect to me. in Begumpet, Hyderabad branch i have joined under the manager name called Tarun.

                When i have joined the manager told me that they are providing the membership with 85000 rupees with 30 years free maintenance in all the country clubs over india + upto 1 lakhs insurance from HDFC + free spa coupons (12) for every year + free infinity access to all other activities and facilities (swimming pools+gyms+sports+pubs etc., ) in all over country clubs in india + every year 1 week free vacation with in india with free room in a 5 star hotel + free breakfast in that vacation (I have to pay only the taxes of the room and breakfast), if i need lunch and dinner i need to pay full amount. If i want to travel in that vacation like a tour the country club people will arrange a free bus for all the club members with a guide.

                I told him, that is really nice can you please provide all these thing in a paper with a seal and signature of the club director?

                He said, Sure. But first you need to pay the money then only we can release the agreement.
                I said, ok. i will pay. and i have paid immediately through my brothers credit card.
                then he has given a agreement paper and asked me to sign, and i saw there is maintenance for every year, and there is nothing whatever they told above.
                what did i have to do, he has showed that paper after i paid. so i begged him to give my money back and he has called his manager and a girl, all three members are convinced me that time. but i have only agreed to take the membership cards when ever they have given the documented proof for the above mentioned facilities, it has been 1 month, 2 months, 3 months but still no response from them but i am continuously calling them and begging them to give my money back. I don't know what to do, but they are giving the reckless responses. So i have mailed everything to their Directors and heads, they cut theirs employees 3 months salary for this cause but they did't refund my money. when i go and asked their head Naveen (customer support) he has shown the agreement papers which i have signed by forcefully, and talking only rules. i have explained everything to him but he is talking only rules and he is even asked me to pay this year maintenance.

                but there is no response form their directors yet, and these people has not giving my money back and still they did't send the membership cards yet. i did't used at least once the club.

                I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO??????????

                        This mail is in regard with the false commitment provided by country vacation & brain washing the common man forcing to become a member, (The whole story is attached in the mail, the key points are below). Now they are denying to refund the money. Request to help me in getting back the money.

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased the country club membership card from your (Membership number : cvbg2club5sb188677)

                        Basaveshwaranagar office, bangalore, karnataka state for a consideration of rs : 51, 000/- ( fifty one thousand ) paid via cash & hdfc debit card (Note as you told you accept only cash).
                        For country vacation 2days 3night package. During nov end 2014


                        1. Verbally you told lot of things that we will be preferred customer & for booking we have to just inform you 2 days prior. And we can since we are one of the luckiest customer the additional vouchers to take additional members can be used.

                        2. Free spa services.

                        3. Lifetime free club membership without annual charges or taxes.

                        4. Stay at their club facilities is free.

                        5. Members can use any of their 95+ owned facilities with no additional charges for stay.

                        6. We have facilities available worldwide.

                        7. Every weekend, we organize programs like disco night, gazal night etc free of cost, but when checked its charagable even for using the place.

                        8. Free cab pickup from airport/train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and

                        Railway station.

                        On the other end, the facts about their above products and services are totally different. Please find the below mentioned contradictory facts written in the agreement or not mentioned anywhere.

                        1. Whenever i tried contacting the consultant, i never got any availability till date, & hence unable to use the service.

                        2. When inquired about spa services at their customer care center, they mentioned charges will applied.

                        3. Annual maintenance charges inr 5000 excluding taxes applies and must be paid to avail club benefits.

                        4. As per the agreement, they have over 59 leased and/or own properties however, as per the latest list shared by their executive says only 44 (Including international locations) facilities. Moreover, it is not for free and charges to be paid per night basis.

                        5. Charge for the cab service is to be paid separately.


                        Moreover you contract looks one side, when i have not availed any vacation instead of your team/organization refunding me money, your asking for annual maintenance charges amc.

                          I was called with my wife 29.06.2116 at a hotel in my city at Kaithal(Haryana). The sales persons were Mr. Pradeep ( Mobile No. [protected]) and Sonu Dutt (Mobile No. [protected]). They kept us engaged for more than one hour telling about Country Club and made different offers. In last when we were about to leave, then these persons offered me following package against payment of Rs. 1, 75, 000.00 :
                          1. 4 nights/5days ALL PAID international package of any one country out of Dubai, Bali, Srilanka, Malasia and Singapore. (all paid means including 4 Air-Tickets, Stay and visit to famous places)
                          2. 3 Nights/4days Domestic stay.
                          3. 10 years 6N/7D domestic stay.
                          4. 10 years DAE facility.

                          Whole of payment was made on the same day at 9:30 PM. These persons have given me the offer in writing with their signs on the offer sheet. The validity of offer of international package was also told to be for Three Year. But now the Country Club is refusing to meet its commitment and saying that Air Tickets of International stay is not included in the package. Despite trying many times, Mr. Pradeep is not talking/picking up the phone. Mr. Sonu Dutt talked to me and said that only Mr. Pradeep can resolve the matter. I have contacted Delhi head Ms. Afreen. But she is also not able to resolve the matter. I am asking for refund of my money. But these people are refusing. Please resolve my problem. My details are:

                            This is chintan chavda. Few days back i got a call from country club ltd. Shyamal (Ahmedabad branch) and they invited us (In couple) to come down at their office to collect "free gift"

                            When we went there, they did not give us any free gift and rather they explained their plans. At some extent we were convinced to buy a plan but they are starting at 50000 rs (For 5 years of vacation + gym + club). Thus, we denied them and about the leave the office. At that time a sales person stopped us and offered plan worth 10000 (For 1 years of vacation + gym + club). He also told us that if we like the plan of 10000 we can pay another 40000. So we purchased that plan. After 15 days i have not received any proof of the membership so i called the regional office but they were clueless at all. So i called their ho (Hydrabad) and asked to give explanation. After a week back i received a call from ho and they said that you have to pay another 15000 to get membership details.

                            It is totally cheating.

                            Beware of this fraud company. I am going to file an official compalint in consumer forum court.

                            Paid 60000 they promised 7 day holiday trip per year lifetime but given 3 only 3 days

                            I paid rs 60000 in country club for 7 day holiday trip per year but given only 3 days per 3 years, they cheated a lot, please take action against them

                              When visited their counseling rooms they clearly offer me that they provide me rooms at Mumbai as frequently I have to visit Mumbai, but after getting membership they told that they are not having facilities of rooms in Mumbai.

                              Membership agreement clearly shows of studio room but I have visited two properties at Kovalam and Munnar but they are not having studio room their even they provide me room after lots of requests.

                              While getting membership they told that we can get room even before one week but whenever I applied they shows that we should have to book before two months.

                              While membership they also told that international club will be also available but when I asked for Dubai booking they told me for heavy charges and when I told that give me in writing they refuse to give me the same.

                              they are telling lies, again in oct2017 we asked for booking at ooty and kodiakanal but they told that now we have to clear all years maintenance and also whatever maintenance is paid will not be valid until we shall pay the entire maintenance. I was ready to do that but after that I had been told that we must have to purchase the food coupons compulsory for which they are charging huge amount, and without food coupons they will not give any bookings.

                                My name is Ranjeet
                                I had taken my membership on dec2015 and yet havent got membership card. I had made my payment in cash to one of the club staff named Akram.
                                Now only after 3 month thay hav closed r- city mall store and non of the person are answering the calls. Since i dont hav card so i cant visit any other outlet also. If very soon i am not getting any help then for sure i m going to file complain with my 4 friends who r suffering wit the same after taking membership !!

                                  Country club vacations made all false promises and nothing is true.
                                  When we are interacting with them for the first time they are polite and everything seems too good as soon as you made payment they will say simply will look into it.
                                  No party passes.
                                  They will offer seasonal based memberships.
                                  They will offer you plot but no one will be interested to show you where the plot and whom we need to contact for it.
                                  They will simply annoy you though when your calling them.
                                  Its been more than 45 days no one called me for anything plot/party passes/offers anything.
                                  I need your suggestion how to get my money refund.

                                    I have purchased one membership of country vacation 10 years holidays package in june 2013 costing approx rs.80000/-. And approx rs.8500/month as amc charges. Two years amc charges i have paid i.E. Total i have paid to country vacation rs.96000/- till date.

                                    Vacations were purchased from below mentioned office:
                                    Country vacation office from where i purchased the member ship
                                    Sco-44-45, above punjab national bank,
                                    Top floor, sector-9d, madhya marg,
                                    Chandigarh. Pin code-160009.

                                    This was in name of my wife mrs. Puja chadha w/o nishant dawer

                                    At that moment they explained everything and assured that if i will book holiday in 3 month advance they will book it surely. But when i asked on 8th july booking for goa in first week of oct 2014 but in first attempt they refused by saying that all accommodation is full so my request cannot be fulfilled.

                                    Even after 3 months advance booking not available. At the time of selling this holidays package they assured that holidays will be definitely confirmed if booked in 3 months advance.

                                    After this i submit request for refund of all my money as i didn’t got satisfactory service from them. But they stopped replying emails. On telephone i spoke to chandigarh office; they asked me to call hyderabad office. But never got any booking. Then i started searching contact mail ids on google and take as many as in loop hoping that may be anyone can help. Every time i got reply in mail that our executive will call you in this matter but i never got any call.
                                    Now after approx 2.5 years so much follow ups i have to take final step to get my hard earned money back. So i sent a legal notice to get my money back but even after receiving that notice they didn’t respond. Just i received one call from there delhi office executive that they will look into the matter and will call me.
                                    But till date i haven’t received any call but continuously receiving calls for amc due notification.
                                    Now i need consumer forum to help in this matter.

                                      I had taken up membership on 07-12-15 on payment of rs 10000/-, as the gym at pheonix mall is very close to my residence. Hence very timely convenient.

                                      The gym was shut on last week of december 2015.

                                      If the gym is to be shut down, why was the membership even accepted in the first place??


                                      It is surprising that there was no communication prior to the closure of this facility to the members in advance. I personally feel that before such decision was taken, members must be taken in confidence well in advance.

                                      I requested to refund rs 10000/- peacefully as this amount is not huge for a reputed club like them.

                                      The club responded by stating to use gym at ghatkopar or juhu. But as it is far and there is too much traffic and time constraint it is not possible to use the gym at ghatkopar or juhu.

                                      Since phoenix mall was close to my house i didn’t have to travel much.

                                      I had requested to consider refund as i had not used even for a month, they have not co-operated.


                                      Hence i am approaching the consumer redressal forum.

                                      I paid 10000 .and gym is closed its been 4 months. No one informed us that gym going to close.
                                      I spoke to costumer care agent and i spoke to the manager . They are just saying that it will open soon .

                                        We are highly dissatisfied customer, please help us.
                                        We took country club membership, at that time Mr Ashwani made an offer that we took this membership then they will give us one domestic trip free ( including air ticket and hotel) which we can avail in starting of march. Ashwani knows we make a payment of Rs 50, 000 and remaining in 10 months instalment of Rs 10, 000.
                                        We don't want this membership, but after getting this offer, we took this membership.
                                        Now after getting this membership, they are saying first make a full payment of Rs 1, 00, 000, then they will do something.
                                        I don't know, if things are like that, commitments are change as per them, then what will we get in future as well. Now we want to cancel this membership but they are not cancelling the same.
                                        They are saying sell this membership to somebody else.
                                        Please help us.
