My membership of 65000/- was to be incentivised by 5000/- by the marketing team. Ms Reena Rawat in Oct 15. Was also promised holiday vouchers, food vouchers, .etc., but nothing has been honoured todate despite repeated reminders.

I had enrolled myself in a country clun gym and even paid fees which was 10000 Rs. which is not a small amount for a middle class people.

Now there is no gym in rct mall when it is shut down i do not have any information. I am trying to find country club in RCT mall ghatkopar but no response.
I am badly frustrated and do not know what should be my next step.
Please give me my cash back as i do not want to block...

They confirmed that they will give me three vouchers as follows:
1. Open holiday voucher for 6n/7d with one year validity
2. Open holiday voucher for 6n/7d with three year validity

This is chintan chavda. Few days back i got a call from country club ltd. Shyamal (Ahmedabad branch) and they invited us (In couple) to come down at their office to collect "free gift"

When visited their counseling rooms they clearly offer me that they provide me rooms at Mumbai as frequently I have to visit Mumbai, but after getting membership they told that they are not having facilities of rooms in Mumbai.

Country club vacations made all false promises and nothing is true.
When we are interacting with them for the first time they are polite and everything seems too good as soon as you made payment they will say simply will look into it.
No party passes.
They will offer seasonal based memberships.
They will offer you plot but no one will be interested to show you where the plot and whom we need to contact for it.br...

I have purchased one membership of country vacation 10 years holidays package in june 2013 costing approx rs.80000/-. And approx rs.8500/month as amc charges. Two years amc charges i have paid i.E. Total i have paid to country vacation rs.96000/- till date.

I had taken up membership on 07-12-15 on payment of rs 10000/-, as the gym at pheonix mall is very close to my residence. Hence very timely convenient.

The gym was shut on last week of december 2015.

If the gym is to be shut down, why was the membership even accepted in the first place??


It is surprising that there was no communication prior to the closure of this facility to the members...

When we were taking membership it was told that from first day of taking membership we can avail country club facilities.We took one year membership and paid 30000.

Now when we requested to make first booking, country club is asking ti pay 50K which is completely unethical .

If this continues i will not hesitate to pull country club in consumer court....
