I had purchased country club membership from Ronnie in the hope of getting services as promised by him also I paid full maintainence charges as soon as my money was paid the sales person vanished like he dint promise me anything I'm trying to contact your sales person every one is asking for extra money I want my money back or else this is going to far this time I will screw your company.

    Fraud company I want my refund

    They are fraud.. i bought romms for 40, 000 but now they dont response for my calls and messages.. they did fake promises and misguide.. i want my refund ......

    I am country club member from 2017. Initially while joining, they informed me that they will provide fitness, 7 days/6 nights holiday, free/discounted tickets for events etc for 10 years. I paid Total AED 18, 000.00 for the same. While signing contract it was mentioned every year we have to renew the membership and separate charges will be applicable. When I checked they told, they will waive off that charges later. Also, they asked me to use my credit cards and they can convert it into 24 months equal installments. If I am not happy I can cancel the membership within 30 days and they will repay my money back. Once I paid the full amount, I checked with my bank for 24 months equal installments, they told it is possible with some interest rates. They told me that you pay the internet rates. We will reimburse the same. Afterwards when I was checking online regarding the reviews I saw negative reviews and asked them to cancel the membership within 30 days and return back my money, they denied to do so. Even I was following up for the reimbursement of interest, every time they are telling it is under management approval. After 6 months all the employees whom I was communicating left the company and I have to follow up with the new employee who denied to pay reimbursement as their management denied and they agreed to adjust this for annual membership and sent me new agreement in 2018. In 2019, I booked 1st Stay in Amrutha Castle, then they asked me to pay utility charges of Rs 3, 000 (Rs 500) per day. Which was not informed earlier, later when I asked them, they waive off the same mentioning it is applicable for tie off properties only. Due to Corona in 2020 and 2021 I did not book hotel stay. Just now I am trying to book holiday I am surprised to see that they have closed their office in Dubai, sell their hotel and fitness without any information to members. When I tried to reach customer care in Hyderabad, nobody is responding. I sent an email to customer care to book the hotel stay, they asked me to send it to reservation department and when I asked reservation department to book for Singapore as per my membership contract with them, they informed me now there is no international hotel stay is available, only Indian stay is available and when I told them this is not acceptable to me, they forwarded my email to customer care to respond for the same. After continuous follow up ( I sent 5 reminders), customer care responding me mentioning there is no international hotel stay is available right now and book for indian hotel stay and asking reservation department to book hotel stay once they receive my reply for the place and date. When I paid you full amount for India and international hotel stay, why I have to book for Indian hotel stay only? You have taken advance for 10 years and as per my membership contract you have to provide me these facilities or you have to return back my money. Even there is no fitness in Dubai and events as well. Customer care and reservation both are irresponsible, they have given contact no's which is always switched off or left with no answering, To get reply to our email, we have to send several reminders. They don't bother their customers. They have already received our money and enjoying. I am requesting country club don't cheat people like this. Respond customers promptly. This is the only way to save business and you can grow as well. Last but not least, please return my money which I paid as you are not fulfilling the contract terms.

      Hi, I bought a country club package for my vacation and at the time of buying the agents bragged about country clubs services. I not only paid the membership fee but also the one time maintenance fee. I was told that I can book my holiday anytime and can also gift anyone. Now that I am trying to contact Country Club the person who sold the yearly package is not responding. I raised a ticket through the app and still nobody responded. I have sent multiple follow ups email and still there is no response. I would like to get all my money back from this company as they are not following what they promised. My number is[protected].

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        Subject: Cancellation of membership and refund of fees paid

        I am member of the club, with Membership no. CCDL10VIPLB31859. I became member on 11.05.2022. Since I became member, I have never utilised ANY of your services. Following are the major factors responsible for our not utilising your facilities:

        1. The complimentary holidays offered initially was just on paper. It was never provided to us in reality,

        2. Discussions with a few of known persons who had utilised your facilities had very poor opinion of the infrastructure and facilities. Summing up their experiences, they all repented to have invested in your membership and to have incurred substantial amounts in a sub standard product,

        3. We ourselves visited 3-4 of your clubs/ recreation centres/ resorts to check infrastructure and facilities and found them shabby and poorly maintained,

        4. I would like to have the refund of the fees paid of Rs. 35, 000/-. Being a Advocate i will approach to the court if my fees is not refunded at the earliest. i dont want to continue this service as they have hide many thing from me and they dont have good resort and hotels.

        5. Every now and then your representative would call with the sole aim of getting the Administration Charges paid for the past periods. I would always say that we have paid you full membership fee and also Administration Charges for the first year. We are entitled to at least one stay in your vacation centre. When we have that experience and are satisfied with the facilities and service, we may be encouraged to continue with the membership. Hearing this, the company Rep. cuts the phone.

        I have documentary/ picture/ video evidences of many of your clubs and vacation centres. Hence, if my request is not heeded to, in a reasonable period, I shall be constrained to share those in social media like, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram et al. I can assure you that this will be done with great sense of purpose to not only get our refund but also prevent many others falling prey to your machinations. I don’t need to tell you power of social media these days.

        I will also approach to the competent court of Law in India.

            This is to inform you that we both are totally disappointed by taking this membership and not at all happy we feel we are scammed and cheated

            Your zonal manager Mr Anoop singh did fraud with us by giving all false commitments and promises during membership so that we take membership and after taking membership when we come to know real facts and details and tried to contact him he ignored our messages and calls and later he blocked us everywhere so that we cant contact him. this is so unprofessional from the position of zonal manager

            i have all proofs and witness for what he committed before taking membership
            i was going to give 4 more memberships of my friends to country club but because of all this i stopped them from taking

            Please let me know what can be done now. if i want i can go to consumer forum also as its scam and fraud or i can post this on all social media and online as i have good reach there are more than 7-8 false commitments not 1-2

            Please let me know what to do now...

              I had paid 5 years AMC together in an offer offered to me by your zonal manager Mr anoop singh & someone Trinesh from Hyderabad head office so i paid total 15000 RS + GST thats 17700 RS

              Now i am asking GST invoice for same which i paid and i am not getting it which is legally wrong as if your company charged me GST i should get invoice its more than 10 days so tomorrow my accounts team filing official complaint in GST department that you guys took GST and not giving invoice which is illegal

              Kindly send me invoice or refund amount charged on name of GST otherwise i won't be liable for any action by GST department

              Already disappointed n unhappy by taking club membership

                I tried to reach customer care no proper response, I was cheated by the marketing guy name Karan and he left the org .lot of false commitment, not able to book single holiday also, I tried to reach Sonia she told it will be sorted out but no call back after wards, not even received my membership package by courier

                    We are gold card holder in Country club. After corona when me Runu Das and my family visits country club hotels, there is no maintenance at all. AC is not working, room lights all are not working, staffs are very poor quality, and we booked the hotel before three months and they know that we have one wheel chair person still there is no such fixed rooms.
                    In Puja vacation, 2021 I avail the Goa country club there also very poor condition of rooms, colors are faded, baathroom condition is worse. And now I'm in Kovalam country spa resort here also room quality is poor, lights not working, bathroom is not good.
                    If any reactions is not taken, then it is very sad to be a member of this club.
                    I hope some actions should be taken.

                        I am a Sr Citizen (woman) of 67+ years old. Membership no. CCDL06CLUB10LB7974, member since 10.12.2010.

                        Before the expiry of my Country Club membership of 10 years on 10.12.2021, I received phone calls from Country Club different offices inviting me to extend my membership further. I opted to extend for 5 years and accordingly Mr. Ajay Haldar, Asst. Sales Officer, Country Club Delhi office, who corresponded with me, extended my membership for 5 years upon payment of Rs. 20, 000 as asked for and the receipt of payment was acknowledged. Then I paid 5 years AMC paying Rs 14, 160 to Ms Azma of Country Club Noida office who also contacted me earlier and she acknowledged receipt of payment.

                        Responding to my request both Mr Haldar & Ms Azma agreed to carry forward my unused holidays of the previous 10 years membership. This was very important condition of my membership extension.

                        After the contract papers of membership extension was signed and sent back to Mr Ajay Haldar, I find my original 10 years membership records vanished and only 5 years extended membership is being shown in my logged in Country Club Membership Account page. I brought this to the attention of Mr Haldar immediately.

                        Since 17.10.2021 I am in constant communication with both Mr Haldar as well as Ms Azma for showing my 10 years membership records so that I can avail my unused holidays of 10 years membership tenure.

                        But to my utter surprise, none of them is doing the needful nor responding to my series of emails and even not receiving my telephonic calls. Ms Azma is however telling that Mr Haldar will do it. In despair I emailed to Central Customer Care regarding this matter on 01.04.2022, but did not get any reply, not even an acknowledgement of my email.

                        Under the circumstance I do not know what more I shall do so that immediate action is taken by Appropriate Authorities to solve the matter and mitigate my harassment.
                        Kindly advise.

                          I signed up with countryclub as there was an office in qatar. But the office has been closed in qatar and its now been absolutely horrific experience to get the services that were promised.

                          One of the main reason i joined was due to tie ups for international destinations.

                          In the pasymt ive received numerous calls for the AMC payments but now when its time to make use of the service i dont have anyone to talk to.

                          Ice tried calling, messaging and sending emails to the contact person who last toom my AMC payment and promised to provide service but he is not answering and of my calls and ignoring almost all messages.

                          Ive called the customer service but there is no one answering. I called reservations and ask to speak to a manager to explain my situation and ask for help however the reservation staff kept me on hold for long amd then disconnected the call.

                          Its 10 days now and ive only received a couple of emails without receiving help but no one wants to speak to me.

                          I want a senior manager to call me on my qatar number[protected].

                          Hopefully i receive a call soon.

                            The country club people are a big fraud. They have cheated my parents who are senior citizen 85000rs! With fake promises of dubai package tour. This is harrasment and we are constantly following up but we got no refund.

                              I am highly dissatisfied with the services that members of country club provide. I have paid for the international membership which offers me some benefits travelling around the world, I am not happy with the service I get. I do not get the benefits of the membership that I have paid for. I am willing to get the refund from the company asap.

                                I was trapped by the sales persons and convinced to pay the membership fee.

                                One day on[protected] in the morning I got a call from a guy (sales man). He told me he is calling from the Phoenix mall, Pune (First lie). They said, there was a lucky draw that happened in the mall and you are selected, so please collect your gifts. For that you need to come to phoenix mall. That was the first lie that they told me that they were calling from phoenix mall. When I reach phoenix mall, I called them back and they told me that you should not go to the Phoenix mall, but instead you need to come to the building just next to the Phoenix mall, where there office was. Till this point I didn't know who they were. As I had the impression that they were genuinely from Phoenix mall.

                                When I reached there I saw the board of Country Club. I realized the truth now. But Still I entered into the office. There was loud music that was being played inside the office. I still regret that I entered into their office and listened to all their offers and lies. And that too they convinced me to pay 91206 Rs as membership fee. I still wondering how I was convinced to pay as they used the trick o[censored]rgency by stating that the offer is only till today. (Still cant believe my mind at this point). I used my credit card to pay the membership amount.

                                Second lie: They told me that they have excellent properties all over India and abroad (e.g. Thailand, etc. ). They have 4 and 5 stars hotels only. They don't have any hotels below that standard. But when I checked all their properties in the internet, they had very few 5 star hotels and 4 star hotels. In fact many hotels are very bad and very poor quality hotels. Many hotels are located in a very remote places which has a very poor connectivity with the city center and tourist spots.

                                Third lie: They told me that the amount will be converted into EMI with 0 interest. But when I saw my statement. The interest is being charged. So, that was the second lie they told.

                                Fourth lie: They said that you can book your holidays using the Country club app. But the truth is there is no option to book via the app. The booking is all done via phone. Although they have app but it is of no use.

                                When I did research about the country club on the internet I saw only negative reviews and all unhappy members who want their money back. As they have bad experiences in hotels. After analyzing all the above points and reviewing on the internets and research about their hotels I realized that what a terrible mistake I did.

                                Since I didn't use any service yet and do not want to keep my membership with Country club I want the refund of my money.

                                I have sent them my request for refund but I am not getting any reply from them.

                                  I paid 75000/- on 23 Feb of 2021 I didn't receive any tax invoice. The amount I paid and the amounts I see in the app are totally different. In the first week when I want to visit plot they said can't arrange commute because of Coved 19 situation. I wanted to cancel the deal as I didn't want to continue .said the same to TRIVENI who is my executive at first she convinced me to use the membership services. I agreed and asked then to comvert the amount paid to plot to convert 65000/- for lifetime membership(35yrs) and 10000/- for next three years AMC.
                                  THE JOB IS NOT DONE TILL DATE.
                                  . The executive said at first when selling this membership later if you don't want you may transfer to some one or rent it out for some money which was quiet interesting. Asked for the same and now they say that they are not giving the membership at that prices. And no proceedings towards resolution apart from that answer.
                                  . Didn't give me a tax invoice till date where the executive said orally that will provide a GST invoice finally I got the invoice last week after visiting the office i.e. in August where payment is made in February that too just a receipt. Not tax invoice.
                                  . I didn't receive my membership cards for more than a month later, contacting Customer Care(here after CC)said to visit office. I visited the office to ask about the same then after a week's time I received the cards which was delivered to my neighbours instead of me.
                                  . In the beginning days first executive Triveni didn't answer most of my calls and never calls me back in my missed calls felt very insulting after paying 75000 in 15 minutes living that I get a premium feature which we won't get outside. Letter Mr Vishnu took up the responsibility of assisting me over the phone he told me to call me back if anything is needed.
                                  . Same thing repeated with Mr Vishnu also most of the time other is busy or won't be able to pick up the call and he won't be able to restore call me back to follow up. I tried to make some hotel bookings in March which took more than a week where I have to drop calling to two Country Club anymore and I had to cancel my trip to book hotels at high prices in the last minute. The same type of conversations wete going on with mister Vishnu about credentials to login in the app and also about the transferring of membership.
                                  . The jobs are done only when I visit the office in person, over the phone neither the credentials logging nor the receipt or the hotel bookings are not happening .taking out the time for these things is quite impossible for a customer hope you got my point.
                                  . Call Centre numbers doesn't work 98% of the times speaking today on 2nd August 2021 with MS Sandhya team leader of customer care in visiting office directly got to no that some technical issue with Call Centre is going on so we could not respond properly and also got to know that we(customers) can email for all or most of the above services where I got to told with their geet executives that making a call will do the job. None of the executives told this till date.
                                  . Asked for refund several times for not responding to calls and not calling me back same happened again after several visits to the office when I met Mr Khaaja an executive of customer care service on last Thursday i.e. 29 july 2021, who told me that he will arrange a call back meeting with Jeevan Reddy who is his superior. He didnt call all me back on the day at the mentioned time where I had to cancel my office meeting and wait for his call .
                                  later when I visited today on August 2nd he said that he FORGOT TO ARRANGE A CALL BACK which is very irresponsible answer.
                                  . Promoted or said gym or classes are not available due to pandemic where a request for refund for the above mentioned reasons also.
                                  . The main reason I opted for this membership was to avail gym facilities in most of the cities throughout the India and in my near by locality like soltair fitness and talwalkars for the next 35 years as a shocking news I got to know that there is no any tie up at present with any of those dreams I was pretty much disappointed knowing this.
                                  . Orally said, documented, available services/ things never matched for me in this six months time span.
                                  . I have to take out time for each and everything to make it happen it may d i d cards login credentials receps bookings or even CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. Where as I can get all the above services promptly without paying any premium membership costs like 75000. Even to draught this email I have to spend an hour of my precious time.
                                  . Till date no one event happened and cant see any events in the app also.
                                  . Just in the span of first six months availing this membership I have to go all this experiences I thought of opting a refund instead of proceeding any further with the country club membership
                                  . I might have missed some points which I shall attach further if needed for now at touching your references for the above mentioned points.
                                  . The most frequently heard answer from the Country Club executives was pandemic situation unable to provide the particular service where as any other company in the world though their policy is non refundable payment when they are unable to provide the service they are refunding the amount to maintin a good relation with the customers.
                                  Expected the same with Country Club but the answers I here from the executives are totally different.

                                  Please do the requested query and escalate as soon as possible. Its already six months I have paid seventy five thousand rupees in fifteen minutes and experienced these issue

                                  Did you get a refund Yash? The girl Triveni is really making all o[censored]s fools with false promises.

                                    Unable to contact customer care

                                    Hello team, i got a membership as they told me about alot of benefits. But when I want to utilise the benefits, nobody is there to help the customer care doesn't respond and even if we call nobody takes the call. I'm on a call for an hour and yet nobody responded....
