1) I was asked to pay 35000 membership feeze using a credit card which is costing me 38000 and was told that you have tieup with the bank which will cost this as zero % charges on the EMI. I was told i will be getting 3500 ruppes back in my account which has not happened too.

2) I was offered yearly maintenance pay of only 2200 rupees which is not implied and I am being asked 3700 rupees yearly.

3) i was given 2night and 3 days leave as complimentary for booking the offer on the call direct which was told to be expiring on feb 3rd and 4th i was told they would extend it as the clubs were closed and the hotels were shut down due to lockdown in the contry.

Not even a single issue is sorted even after multiple followups and below is the number of the agent i was contacted by Rizwan : [protected]

    I have become a member for a Vacation Membership with the above number - CCDL65V5LB28885 for a Five year period. I have paid an amount of Rs.65, 000/- on 25/12/2017. I have attached a confirmation letter received from your end for your reference.

    At the outset, I had full plans to go on a vacation during this term, Since 2020, the scenario has changed completely. Given the current condition, one can not imagine to go out, and on top of it I have lost my job during COVID-19 and have been struggling for a day-to-day life. Also, due to this pandemic, we have been facing a tough time to negotiate and everyone in the family have been infected seriously. We are now in a very bad state of condition both in terms of mentally and physically.

    Therefore, I request you humbly to refund our hard earned money with interest, This would be a major help for us.

      There is severe harassment from Call Center asking for membership renewal & is going on since last 2 years.
      There is no interest from my side & have refused politely several times.
      However, the calling continues.
      Please notify them to Stop & delete my number from their database

        I have take a membership on the name of Puja Sachdev membership ID Ccmu38Vip5LB65856.

        I have been behind the Booking in November, the Hyderabad Team Sai Baba/Sandhya/ Srinivasa told me pay 5 year maintaience first and then Booking can be done. We paid maintaience and was awaiting for booking to us surprise we have been informed that your parents cannot be taken along with it. We exchanged a couple of email and they agreed as per the plan you have been sold and since cooling period of 10 days we cannot refund the money.

        We asked Saibaba why you have promised to book the same and take the maintaience but ironically no revert and no solution. We have send number of email copied to all people but no revert and they are ready to refund the money.

        Email mentioned all details and agreed that Mumbai team have sold the wrong . Pls help for reversal of money Rs 60000.

            Though I have become member about 10 years back I couldn't able to avail even a single holiday package because of high price and other related issues. When ever I ask for a booking they say no room and there is no link with other partners. Then there's is no point in continuation of membership and hence better to refund the amount I have paid long back with interest.

              On 20-December-2021, Mr. Neeraj Kumar (Sales and marketing manager) from country club visited my place to have a discussion on the membership of country club. After some discussion, he managed to lur me into availing the services ( though I was not very keen on getting the service). The executive put me under a pressure situation hg repeatedly saying that the offer of 72% discount will soon be over and that this is the right time yo buy the offer at Rs. 35, 000/- . He somehow managed to have the payment proceed via my credit card and had me sign the application form. He did not let me read the form even after requesting multiple times to have a look at it. He kept saying that he would take care of everything and that there is nothing fishy in the form. After making the payment he mentioned about some extra charges which I was not happy to listen to. Once he left the place, after giving it some more thought, I decided to have my membership cancelled within 2 hours of availing it and texted Mr. neeraj Kumar singh. He later called me on my number and said that no refund can be provided for membership cancellation and said the amount I paid was a relatively small amount and so refund is highly impossible to make. Considering the fact that the request to revoke the membership was done within 2-4 hours of availing the membership and it will take a week's time to activate the membership and that the EMI option on my credit card will take about 2-4 days to process, a refund initiation should not be difficult for country Club. I have written an email to them as well mentioning the same. But country club is adamant about no initiating refund. This is totally unacceptable. Country club is forcing membership by not initiating refund though the request to cancel the membership was raised 2 hours after availing the membership.

              My bank officials also condemned the attitude of country club and recommend me to file an FIR with police.

              Kindly process the refund.

                Hello,

                My dad has a membership, Membership number is CVMY1CLUB5SB244256 from the last 4 years. Not even once v could avail of the vouchers. Whenever we planned a trip, always the response was the hotel/resort is fully booked. MOST PATHETIC, IRRESPONSIBLE, WORST HANDLING OF CUSTOMER'S REQUEST & DOING IT FOR YEARS. WE HAVE ALSO PAID OUR AMC TILL 2023. NOW AFTER ALL THIS NONSENSE SERVICE, WHEN WE WISH TO CANCEL OUR MEMBERSHIP, WE ARE TOLD TO PAY EXTRA 6K FOR THE SAME.. R U INTO LOOTING / EXTRORTION OF MONEY BY PEOPLE? SINCE U HAVE OUR 2 MORE YEARS OF EXTRA MONEY IN AMC, THE CANCERLATION MUST HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY IF'S & BUT'S. HOW MUCH MORE YOU WANT TO STOOP TO A LOW LEVEL? I NEED THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED ASAP.

                    I had recently made a booking for holiday with country club in Darjeeling. The booking was in the hotel Rink Heritage which was an affiliated property. At the time of the booking this was the only affiliated property of Country Club and I explicitly asked for booking here. The same was confirmed by the booking agent. After a few days when I received the vouchers I saw this was named to a different property Broadway Homestay, a budget hotel. Not only was the booking changed without informing me, this hotel too had a much lower tariff than the money I paid which the booking agent then refused to refund. Not interested in staying in a budget hotel I asked for cancellation of booking. The money however has been put on hold and will have to be spent in the next 3 months. This is unethical and illegal. I cancelled the booking because Country Club downgraded the booking to a budget hotel. Tehy were also dishonest in claiming that staying in this hotel will entail the same expense even with the Rs. 2500/ tax one supposedly has to pay for associated properties. I want an immediate refund of my money.

                      On 19 nov21 attended lecture and membership provided in short period no any document or agreement provided after several time called and visited. After signed all behaviour of staff changed. Information given by them is not match as per online checked .No proper co operation. I have my job issues. So can't afford such club membership. Kindly refund all money and stop payumoney emi and cancle membership this is request.

                            Mr.electrician named Raju asks for bribe to attend any complaints regarding electricity.
                            We, some senior citizen of Rohini have some gathering at Gate no 2 at just entry in park.
                            There is no light or poor lights, asked Mr electrician give proper light but providing servlce he asks some tip and more over he hinders it.

                              Then they have given false promises and taken 1 lakh rupees from us and then we saw their reviews are only bad

                                I enrolled as a Member (ID: CCBG16MPCLUB5LB105968) of Country Club by paying a membership of Rs.65, 200 and after that I had paid 2 AMC amount and all inclusive comes around 85K. So far I had utilized only 2 Holidays; due to Covid lockdown and fear of getting infected, I couldn't utilize my 10 Holidays for year 2020 and 2021. I was forced to cancel my Resort booking twice due to the Covid situation. Now they are asking me to pay next year AMC again without allowing me to use my expired Holidays which is really unfair. This is a perfect case of cheating, they first trapped me by getting me enrolled as a Member without revealing the fact that only if I pay the AMC, I can utilize the Holidays. Now they aren't even considering the Covid situation and giving option to utilize the expired Holidays. There is no response to my Emails and their Customer Support number also not working.

                                  Invested 135000 for national tour package and didn't use any benefits, cheaters using girls to market public to get their.

                                  My complaint two months back not at resolved. Very poor and negligent behavior of the organization. Don't join in it.They registed the plot and it is not traceable. Waste of membership and waste of registration charges.Booking the holiday homes are also difficult. They neither return the money nor give good service.

                                    As a member I have trying to get the resrvation, nop proper phone no and customer care. Whatever mentioned in Website is not working, some people are not even responding.

                                      We bought countryclub membership
                                      We are family of 2 + 2. My children are now 14 and 19 yrs respectively. You do not allow the stay of 4 members in a room.
                                      When I am requesting for booking for 2 room, 3 nights each, I am offered only one room so pity that you sell a family vacations plan but do not provide booking for the family.
                                      On top of this you ask for Rs 1500 per night as utility charges because it is a tie up property. On your list I see that most of your properties are tie up only where I was sold that Country club owns more than 70% of the properties.

                                      I do not understand the benefit of buying the countryclub membership and then the annual subscription which I have paid for the who term as lumpsum.

                                      End of the day you offer me a Room of (which is generally available for public @ Rs 2000 to 3000 per night) and for this you additionally charge 1500 per night from me. On top of this you do not provide two rooms against my holidays balance.

                                      I clearly see this as a case of cheating done by Country club. Please provide a workable solution or else refund the whole amount which I paid to Countryclub.
