Ts high time i am experiencing with this bloody up site ...

my order no.[protected] Name of the item- diwa- b black floor touch embroided designer anarkali suit Price- 1199 /-

Is its being almost a month no one pick up the cust care no... and my problm is not getting resolved... i wanted to refund that suit and i want one of your executive to come to my door steps to collect it. As it is not possible for me to courier this suit to you people and i want my money back .. i do online shopping blindly but this time what i m experiencing with your site is too bad. I want the resolution for my this complaint on urgent basis its high time for my patience and this is my last efford i hope i will get the revert this time

I ordered Arohi 201 suit from craftsvilla.com. They sent me DTDC tracking number which was incorrect, and after 4 days seller contact me and told the order is out of stock.. If nothing was couriered then how they generate tracking number. I mailed them for refund but now craftsvilla is not responding my mails of refund and even their number is not working

I have made this order numbering[protected] on saturday night. I have already made the payment of 1998/- which includes dress @1699 and earing @299 and didnt get the confirming mail from craftsvilla. And amount has been debited already from my account.could you cancel that order and return my money as soon as possible. Thanku

I ordered a dress material and the quality i found out was worst si i wanted to return it so i tried to call the customer service, but they are not attending my call i have been trying for more then 15days but its the same and i have also emailed them but they didn't give any reply to my email...

We had ordered the below mentioned on 17th October 2015. We received a courier today from FED EX which was amounted to Rs.2238 & the bill was drawn for two lehengas, But there was only one piece in it. We have now paid for the bill amount & received only one piece.

We have ordered the dollnx blue semi stitch sarre price 1199 but s totally different from the picture we have seen while buying . we want to return and want our money back as far as possible. we are very dissappointed from it as we have cancel it but again it had came so we want to return and want our money back...

We got wrong colour suit actually we want mahroon colour suit as shown in the picture but we got red colour suit and we want to return this one and we want mahroon colour please solve out this problem as soon as possible we have to change it fast...

I raised a complaint to refund my money within 2 days i received my product. Reason: poor quality, dull colour n defective product. My order id#[protected]. They asked me to deliver through courier which came back to me. Worst thing: they delivered the product at my door step but cant collect it, complete absurd. Not refunding my money. Keep excusing about courier no & xyz. This company should get a tough lesson to fraud customers. I do online shopping alot & worst experience ever. A site which royally screws your mental state of mind as it gives you the worst ever shopping experience with its excellent services that include
1. A customer care phone number for their very precious customers. Oh please don't be happy because when you call on the number their executives are always busy. ( may be they are busier than modi and obama or may be they are bigger than flipkart and amazon because they would treat you like a peice of and not pick up calls)

2. Being so busy... They will do you a favour by responding to your mails once in a while if they feel like .. But mail would consist no reply to ur actual enquiry .. Instead trying to be over smart they will reply as they want to. ( generally the reply is... " we have looked into matter .. We will do this and that and all crappy )

3. Its roughly been 10 days since my order has been placed and apparently today i come to know that my order has finally be accepted... Omg craftsvilla what a big favour u did by accepting my order after 10 days im highly obliged ! 😂

4. Sellers contact info:- oh this story is a great one again... The bloody sellers number is always out of reach ... Is he even alive.. Well crafts villa i know you guys are too big to give a damn to that probably thats why u had a talk with seller after i placed an equiry twice

5. The excellent courier company services that these people have taken .. Had no idea about any order number that i received from the site. These people told me to track my order through courier company. What do you people think is written on my forehead ?

6. Last advice to craftsvilla... Pls shut down your company and relax. Complacency wont take you anywhere. You feel consumer doesn't has any rights and that you can get away with this faulty system!... You are wrong ! ! !

7. If you still dont give a damn to consumers complaint then theres something known as a consumer court too ! I will definitely be filing a case against you people so that other people like me don't have to go through the torture of paying another 1500 bucks and buying a new dress at the end moment just cuz their order did not arrive !

And the most disappointing thing the same product is available on much more cheaper price, I had ordered in Rs. 1499 but same product is available on Rs. 910 I called craftsvilla so many time but it is saying all over representative are busy and after some time they automatically reject the call... I order saree from Craftsvilla.com. But I never received it. I tried to call their customer care but the phone number never works. I sent mail to their customer care and got reply you will get it in next 2 days. But even its not delivered and then mail train starts running and in every mail they told me, you will get your order in next 2-3 days. I asked many times about the return but I never got the positive reply and not the money too. So please don't by anything from the craftsvilla. This is just a fake site and will never take care of your quires once you paid the money.

I think on 12 oct 2015, I had ordered one red beautiful beige& red heavy worked saree- bought on craftvilla. My mobile no. is . Now, the problem that the dress which I had ordered is not that dress which I have received from courier man .And I have paid Rs.1200 for above mentioned saree, if you really see the saree which is just a simple saree not at all the one i have requested for.This is totally unexpected from online shopping site because I have paid Rs.1200. Now, kindly I am requesting you craftvilla to please refund my money.
