I had ordered for two suits from crafts villa one was for 1699 and the other was for 2499. They sent me only the order worth 1699 but after paying I opened the package only to discover it was not the suit that I had ordered and this suit was priced for 999 only on their website. The bill stuck to the package had my original order number and description as well. I have written quite a few mails to them but all I get from them is contact seller and return the package. I have contacted the seller via the website called his number provided by crafts villa but no response. How can I send a package when no one is guaranteeing that I will get my money back. Crafts villas customer care number is never reachable and once it does gets connected after the automated message stating that please hold it gets cut. They are not interested in resolving the issue or rectifying the mistake. It's passing the blame game where the customer who is actually giving them the business is being penalised!!!

Dr sir/Madam I have made an order for sharee of Rs. 2999 but Product is delivered yet. I made this order on 10/09/2015 expected delivery date is on 17/09/2015 but now it is 16/10/2015 almost One moth. Once they picked up my call but No response yet. Respected Sir/Madam 3/10/5 I shop a anarkali salwar suit online from craftsvilla product name evelyn-cream, sku- MMONS[protected], price- 999/- ( Nine hundred & ninety nine rupees). But the deliver product is very low graded material. I can not found the return option at Craftsvilla's. My financial condition is not good so I brought only one dress for puja celebration, now I loose 1098/- (One thousand & ninety eight rupees, that amount including shipping charge) on this crisis period. On 9th Oct I purchased few items from crafts Vila paid Rs 3317 transaction no IG0AUXTVZ4 on address monika Sharma W/o Atul Sharma near Grover hotel opp New bus stand kangra &other Of Rs 889 on address vandana thakur pritam nagar address They se d me msg that shortly I will get confirmation from the company but I got confirmation of product of Rd 889 bt no mail of the product of Rs 3317 .I tried to ring to custom care no 100 time bt only waiting.I send email to custom care. But they always send new ticket no of complaint saying shortly some body will contact me bt no. Body contacted me so I am thinking to go to consumer court

I have ordered an unstiched suit fabric worth Rs. 1199 and the description on website was shown as chanderi with the zari & embroidery work and it was mention as the best quality of product which was highlighted at the end and written the description(color & fabric) same above (picture of the suit). When i saw the fabric, it was cotton mix & there was no zari work, embroidery work was there so i request them to pick the product & refund the amount. For this they just sent me a mail to courier the product and courier expense shall be bear by me(customer) only which shall not be paid either by craftsvilla or by the seller. They told me to provide Rs. 100 voucher but it is not useful for me as i will never go to buy anything from craftsvilla in future.

I have order this suit i.e.- SKU :MFABF[protected]. But they had deliver me this wrong suit SKU: MSUCH[protected] . I had complain about my wrong suit deliver it to me. As I have got wrong stuff by them. And after complaining about this matter the courier man came to our home but we are not able to return back because the things which he wants we don't have. On 30th July I had got the stuff and on the next day I had called to courier man from which i got this. I had call on this number - [protected]. I talked to Mr. Kayor He told me to return the parcel back to them .. According to them I had return it back. I had also dispatched their parcel back to them but they haven't refund my money Rs. 2, 099. Also I had given them my bank details but till now i haven't got my cash back. They are also not giving their contact number so that I can talk to them... Such a fraud company is this . I just want my cash back. Please contact me on this number for refund my cash- [protected]

Hi I want to refund my purchase its a Navy blue color semi stitched front silt suit bought on craftsvilla.com. I want to refund because it has embroidery work with gold thread and it's not good it's embroidery work is unfinished. So please refund my money. Thanks

On the 6th of October, I had made online purchases worth INR.11, 300/- thru the internet banking gateway. The amount was debited to my account, but no receipt from Crafts Villa. The Crafts Villa account shows nil amt. Several calls were made to their customer care number, but as usual not reachable. Several mails written to their email address, with out any response. Hope this company is not a fraud or briefcase company.

Please take back the order, suit not up to the mark.No one picks the phone up. None cares and their official sight is also in a way to befool the Customer. If you ordered something and it is not showing in the cart to exchange than whats the use of such website. It is showing last to last product we purchased and in the dispute section to raise a dispute it is showing cant raise a dispute as there policy says you can return the product within 3 days, iagree with this but what about the product we just received a a day back and it is not showing in the cart .So basically we cant raise a dispute, after three days they will show us the product with a message (CANT RAISE A DISPUTE).Please need some resolution on this. The order number is[protected], in this order I ordered two pcs but was, gave the full amount at the time of delivery, but when the package was open only 1 pc was found in it, pathetic customer care service, also the seller (DS cotton house, surat ) has not picked the call ever after 100 times we have called him nor he has replied to our messages for which we have the delivered and seen report.The mail that i received from your side says that i should return the product, if i do so than what proof will i have with me against the fraud that has been done by CRAFTS VILLA of the Seller.

Bought a product on 9th July 2015, it did not turn out to be as described on website so leaving me unsatisfied, i choose to return the product immediately by couriering it to the company on my expenses. Since then havent heard anything from the company's end, neither have a received my money back. No matter how many number of times i try to get in touch with their customer care department over a call or through mail, i havent received any satisfactory answer or service from their end. I have ordered a ladies suite to above mentioned company last week and from last 3 days i am calling to their courior to deliver my order but they didn, t delivered and now they are saying that it was cancelled any returning back to craftsvilla .Now i am calling to craftsvilla coustemer care from morning but no body is picking the phone .courier name is ARAMEX and my docket no. is [protected]

First and fore most the customer care number doesnt work at all at any point of time.the sellers number is not reachable.how much ever mails u post for return or refund they will send a reply that the executives will get back in 2 working days. But they never turned back in inspite of writing n timea to them. The worst service I have ever seen.
