On 6th september, 2015 i have ordered two prducts via debit card payment option (As cod was unavailable at my location). On 16th i received 1 product and my another product with order:[protected] returned back. However, neither the customer care of craft villa or the courier person tried to inform me regarding this or contact me. Now when i again asked for resending the product, the representatitve are not confirming any detaiuls. Kindly let me know my status and if it is not possible to deliver me the product of order:[protected] by 24th september 2015 then kindly refund my money by this weekend

As per tracking code...parcel has reached to the particular place...but customer care number is always busy...So as per account number and bank details ... transfer that return...

Com) worth 2421/- but the order no.[protected] is not confirmed from your side and I got message from your side that order is not confirmed but money is deducted from my account I. e. The saree is stitched very poorly. the fabric is even cheaper in quality. the product costed 1000 bucks when it isn't worth 100/- .

I had ordered an item (craftspurchase cotton salwar suit) on[protected] for an amount of Rs.2, 399/- including shipping charge (Rs.100.00) which had already been paid through internet banking from SBI. As per their information, the said transaction is bearing No.#[protected]. But, it is surprised to me that my account in Craftsvill.com shows "I have placed no order". No information to me as to the shipment of the product. I have communicated with them several times through e-mail, but they have no response. The product is very urgent for me.

I have been worried. Please, confirm me about my order immediately.

I have order 3 items from Craftvill and have received one item from craftvilla but another 2 items are pending and due to pending of shipment I have requested craftvilla to cancel the order and refund me back the payment. My Order No.:[protected] amounting to Rs.2198/-. Mr. Ajay Mishra has assured me that I will get the payment back within 10 days But as of now more than 10 days has passed and as of now I have not received the amount on my bank account and now also not getting proper support from their side.

I hv purchased a kurti from your site and the size is overlarge so i want to return and refund my cash. but you are not refunding me by saying that it is non refundable just beacuse of its size. in case if yr product was torn or any other problem was there then what would you do? again you wont refund???? in my opinion CRAFTVILLA is not working well. you should improve yr policy in case of refunding otherwise yr craftvilla will destroy completely.

I bought a saree from craftsvilla .com, which was a defective one so I spoke to the customer care they told to ship back the product to the seller. I so I did exactly the same but after shipping the product back they didn't initiate my refund yet.fraudulent service

I ordered an item through craft villa through online. After booked, the item shipped through DTDC courier. Atlast the courier told me that they will not reach the item at home. I am unable to get the item from their office. booking date is 17 Aug 15 so far I didn't get the item. I. Don't know that why Courier refused for delivery. I have ordered watch worth rs 350 on 15th Aug 2015 and till now it is not delivered to me even after several follow ups with customer care through email & contact. Payment was done online through my saving bank a/c. They r even least bothered to reply on my complaint. Customer Care number is always busy..I want my money back. It's a fraud company. I can't waste my time and money with such irresponsible company.

Transaction #[protected] I request you to kindly cancel my order. After reading the reviews in Indian Consumer complaints I don't want to buy the saree from this site. Mainly because I need it on 10.9.15, but it seems it is not possible. In Craftsvilla site nowhere the no. of days for shipment is given that is why I placed my order. I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused by me.

Crafts villa is so un professional that the product ordered does not match the pictures and when you call their Customer Care, the phone lines do not go thru which makes the process go into an infinite loop, they have not even responded back to my emails till now. Not sure how are they running the show with no support system. you can't leave the customer in a condition when you are liable and responsible.
