I have returned back a watch on 4th of june. Its been more than 2 months now and i still havent received the amoubt of refund. Now the craftsvilla team doesn't even reply to my emails. Can someone please tell me what further action should i take? I will wait for 2 more days and after that i will report this issue to consumer forum.

I have received delivery for ordered anarkali dresses, being unhappy with the fabric quality, immediately raised concern and received ticket number for returning products.
As suggested I couriered product back to the designers address within stipulated time and sent requested return courier details to [protected]@Craftvilla.com
However customer care did not responded till date .
I am continuously chasing over email for update on refund status..but no response.

Whenever I reached to customer care no +[protected]...it always ended up with "All executives are busy" and got disconnected.

There is no other medium to reach Craftvilla representatives/Customer care other than provided single no/email id.


I request you please take a note of complaint and help to get refund in time.

Hi, i purchased a saree worth rs.899 for my friend through craftsvilla.com on 4th july. but the product does not received till now. it has a tracking number which is A32051221. i tracked the number and its showing that the product was delivered. but my friend doesnot receive any of parcel. i also call in customer care number of craftsvilla which is [protected] but their is no reponse from them.

It is all ready been 20 days off purchase, i had filled a complain to replace my product but no is bothered about it, i have never come across such a bad service in my life time, i don't want to use slang language plz, rectify my complain as soon as possible, this will be my last purchase it is one of the worst web site ever seen, bloody in your web site it looks so attractive but when it come our door step it look so cheap and third grade product

Its been more than 20 days i placed my order to craftsvilla but as of now i have not received the order till date and there no customer service number where i can reach out to them, they are not responding on call.. i would request to take some action against them. they are more customers who are facing the same issue.

I have received my order code 506 new excludive designer wear lehnga MZOYA[protected] on thursday vide DTDC COURIER SERVICE TRACKING NO. A32258957. i am a regular buyer of this site.but now its quality is detoriating day by day.besides this its return policy is very poor.they have no arrangements to bring back the product.they ask the customer to do so which is highly inconvenient, they pay only Rs. 100 where as the courier charges to send back the product is higher than that.this is a torcher on customers.pls take some immediate steps in this regard.i want refund of courier charges fully in cash not a voucher.

The product description is"60 Gram Georgette + NET Half Half With Diamond Stone hand Work, Embroidred METI Border With Piping ". But when I received the saree, I found that the piece I have received and the piece is displayed in the site is complete different. The border of the saree is very cheap. There is no diamond stone hand work and the quality of the georgette is also very cheap. Most importantly, the same saree is sold for Rs. 699 in Amazon and Flipkart. So they are cheating the customers both the ways. By the quality of the product and the price of the product. So don't buy anything from this website.

I have ordered a blue and white Anarkali Suit on 18th July 2015, payment done via debit card of INR 1199. The estimated time of delivery was stated to be 25th July 2015. After waiting for more than 10 days, I E-mailed them about the same on their Customercare email id provided. I also tried calling their Customer care number [protected] which always plays recorded message and at the end says our executives are busy on another call. This message plays whole day this means whole day executives are busy over phone only either for personal reasons or any other. I even dropped a message on their Fb page but till date have not received a single response from their end. I want the money back with the compensation.

We have returned the courier and stil money has not refunded. Morning also I gave complaint after some time I got call from craftvilla executive he asked me to tell my ATM card number, cvv number, pin number so I told him.after asking my atm number He said that server is down ill try later and till now no response is there from him. Now am geting worried please solve my problem.

Till date I have not received the parcel.The payment has been done through credit card. I have already made a complaint with customer care through e-mail. But no response on what is the progress. I have ordered blue anarkali -order having Transaction No:[protected] and Shipment No:[protected], DATE: July 9, 2015 on Jul 13 2015, from crafts villa that totally different as displayed . [amount 1799(material cost) +100(delivery cahrges)] =1899 I mail them for refund they Requested me to send the received product back to the designer address within 7 days after delivery. i courier the product and it was deleivered on Jul 20 2017 but till now there is no mail and no refund given by them, no status updated by craftsvilla side that when they are going to give back my money . I frquently buy the things from other online sites .but never seen this type of response, actually aftre purchasing from craftsvilla, customers has to be alerted . may be this a fraud company kindly refund my money so,
