ONLINE TRANSACTIONS HAPPENED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE Dear Sir On 25/8/2012, One unknown person used my credit card no. on line transaction. I had immediately informed to ICICI Bank for the online transaction and blocked my credit card. In the meantime, some transaction on my card continue. Some transaction pay to PAYU recd by SMS and following statement recd by ICICI bank and the following Date Time Payment to Amount 25/8/2012 10.38 AM PAY U Rs.20,672/- 25/8/2012 10.44 AM PAY U Rs.4517/- 25/8/2012 10.49 AM TATA DOCOMO Rs.2000/- 25/8/2012 10.56 AM ONLINE Recharge ser. Gurgaon Rs.500/- 25/8/2012 10.58 AM Reliance Infocomm Ltd, Mumbai Rs.1000/- 25/8/2012 11.04 AM Paytm Mobile Solution Pv Noida Rs.3000/- I have already informed the Police station and lodged the FIR. If you want the FIR copy pls inform me I have sent to you shortly. unknown person was used my credit card on line for booking air ticket of jet airways flight no.S24645 H 25AUG12 6 BOMCJB HK2 IN THE NAME OF UNNI/ANIL MRS & UNNI/DAMODHARAN MR SECOND TICKET Flight no. 9W2402 V 26AUG12 7 PNQIDR HK1 IN THE NAME OF SHARMA/UMA MRS ETICKET IS ENCLOSED FOR YOUR REFERENCE If any information of said persons i.e. any ID proof, PAN No., Address proof any details if you want pls let us know immediately But regrett to inform you I have sent email to all the company Reliance Infocomm, TaTa Docomm, but they not given me any reply. That person use two mobile nos. In this regard, I request you to kindly give TOP TOP PRIORITY to this issue and recover my money from the Fraudulant companies immediately. Somebody called me from mob. no. [protected] and asked me my card details. By mistake I have provided the details and he had done transaction of rupees 9751/- with details as "PAYTMMOBILESOLUTIONSNOIDAIN-15/10/16 09:51:26 Ref no.[protected]". I immediately mailed you from Canara Bank POWAI branch. But found no response. Please look into the matter and help me by refunding the money. Please call me immediately.
