Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — gold loan is pay with in one year but it shows negative account

Hi

I have taken a gold loan from syndicate bank already i paid that amount below one year and taken my gold also . so i have been listed in CIBIL,
but recently i have applied for credit card which got rejected & even my Home loan .Have no idea how this will resolve.Kindly help me in this regard.If need any details please let me know, i can provide necessary documents.

I ma S Kumar am apply for bank loan but cibil report apply to website system error message display in the screen
