I have purchased that product a month ago. When I wear this for the first time. It was harmed me then i visited my near by crocs store he said it is because of these charms then i have removed that charms but that product still harming me and affect my skin. Hard moles are established. So, I am requesting you to kindly take it back and refund my money othervise give me suitable product which will not harm me thank you

I brought a new crocs unisex marbled white sandals, but the arrived sandals have no jabbitz... And the inside bill was not mine..

I by mistakenly ordered a product which comes under kids section so returned the product. Even after returning the product successfully, I didn't receive the refund yet. Pls do refund the amount as soon as possible.

I ordered a crocs scandal and y'all gave me a crocs slider. The app doesn't work and no one picks the call. What nonsense is this?? You guys just know how to get money and then do nothing. The sliders sent are cheaper than the sandal y'all scam people by this. I need my refund ASAP

Hello. I can't find my order history in my crocs profile and I have emailed them about the issue but I got no response. It's been long hours and also I had to ring them multiple times to call for the return request. The service is very poor and slow.

I bought white crocs sandals for women. They have got too many scratches at the back of the foot which looks very bad.. kindly suggest what can be done to make them look clean.

Bought 2 pairs of crocs slipons of same category but different colours, 1 in July 1 in October..after using for 4-5 months I noticed it started getting folded from front side.both the pairs.which made me very vulnerable to falls.so i stopped using them.went to the store from where I bought them.they kept it saying they will send to company n asked me to come after some days.when i went the salesman or manager of the store said nothing can be done as it got enlarged with use .this was first time I heard something like this for a crocs product.ee whole of our family is using the crocs products since it started its operations in India but never came to such incident..i hope company will look into it as it's not any ordinary company we have tremendous faith for it.and 2 pairs is not worth wasting

My order number is[protected]. I ordered two flip flops in size 5 on July 9th. Only one got delivered in the wrong size . The other not delivered .
There’s no option to exchange the wrong piece . The website status of my order is not updating . Nobody answering on their customer care . I wrote an email day before and today . No resolution.

I have ordered crocs sandal in Amazon on 19th May 2022 and received on 22nd May 2022 .now it is broken within 2 months. I want to claim warranty .. warranty period is not yet over .. please help

Return package has been picked and no is no reply since then nor the refund has been issued for order id #[protected] even though the item has been picked almost a week ago. The customer care number is a waste as no one answers the call and ask to send an email.

I purchased Crocs Literide Pacer shoes from Hang Out, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. However, they sold Women crocs shoe size W9 by saying that these are unisex shoes. These shoes are very UNCOMFORTABLE once you wear more than 2 hours because women's shoes are generally not that wide compared to unisex or men shoes. We checked the same shoes on the crocs website and the same was mentioned for Women only. After sharing these details with them, they refused at first, but later acknowledged their mistake but refused to provide the feedback book. That’s how they have dumped their unsold large size (women's shoes) to us. They are cheating customers by mis-selling their Crocs footwear.

Damaged crocs sandle with in 15 days

After placing my order and also completing the payment process I entered my card details but didn't receive the otp in my no and the status of payment says pending payment
"We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created.
A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 24 hours)."

It's been days since I have addressed my complain and received the above quoted email and yet nothing has been done to resolve this problem..

I bought a pair of crocs clog two months back. But the strap on the left clog is twisted and it is extremely uncomfortable to wear. I need to get it repaired

On 15 june I bought a pair of flatform sandals from the store, and the very next day the colour of the product got worn off. I contacted the store and they instead said that I got some paint on the sandals and thus it can not be replaced.
Their explanation was rubbish, as it does not look like paint at all, pls look at the atatched photo.
If anyone who can use common sense would know that, had it been paint it won't have been on the inside part of the sandals (which faces the inside of the legs).
Moreover, coincidentally one of my colleagues in my office also had bought same sandals from crocs from different store and her condition was also same.
This indicates there is something wrong with the quality of the colour of the product.
This was my first purchase and I am really disappointed.
Need the solution asap.

Ordered a pair of crocs from www.shopcrocs.in on June 8, 2022. It's been 3 weeks, have tried calling them multiple times on the customer care number mentioned on the website[protected], no one answers the call, and keeps hanging up.

It got broken within a year.,
Straps got removed from the sole also got broken into half from front side
