I had bought a pair of black ballerina a while back from crocks, I use them for my office and otherwise. the other day one out of the pair has shrunk a size or two smaller than the original one - which is quite shocking.

    I bought crocs literide about 9 months ago, from the Crocs Outlet, MGF Mall, Jaipur
    For the aforesaid footwear, I paid an exorbitant sum of around Rs 4, 500. Naturally, with the anticipation that it would last at least two years.
    I am bitterly disappointed that it din't even last for a year. The upper half of the footwear is now fully broken and ripped.

    I tried to contact the outlet and they said there is nothing we can do about this. I have wearing crocs since my college days and this the first time I have faced an issue like this.

    Such a atrocious experience from a reputable brand like yours can never stay the cause and hence, being a loyal customer of your brand, i am seeking for a replacement and I'm hoping Crocs India will do everything possible to maintain my faith.

            I bought crocs Unisex Kids Bayaband Clog for my baby who is 1 and half years old from crocs retail outlet in Gandhi Nagar jammu but today I saw that the Clog is Broken from front after wearing it just for two weeks. The product was not durable at all. I spent 2200 rupees for a product which had life of 2 weeks. Kindly resolve this issue.

                  And today upon receiving it, I have received wrong product

                      Hi,

                      I bought a LiteRide Perforated Clogs with Slingbacks (similar to https://shopcrocs.in/literide-vivid-blue-almost-white-unisex-clog.html) from official crocs online store. After wearing it for 2-3 months I noticed that corns had appeared on bottom of my foot. These corns were causing extreme pain, and I had to stop using the product to prevent corns.

                      All in all, it was unpleasant experience for me to have spent so much money on a slipper and it being uncomfortable.

                      I am attaching receipt of the purchase. Please help me on what to do next.

                        One of my pair of crocs got a broken strap and dent on the down surface. I always use my crocs inside operation theatre only as I work as doctor. That damage witnessed was within period of warranty. Now it's been more than 15 days since I registered complaint online, but dint get any help. Now warranty period got over since 9 days.
                        Kindly respond asap as I can't wear my crocs to OT.

                              I paid but the order status shows pending and no response since a week from customer support

                              I ordered prepaid from shop crocs.in last week. The amount got debited from my account too. But there’s no payment confirmation, order status pending and there’s no response from support call line or their email....

                              I bought crocs lite ride last year in october last week and with in a year i became broken down with in 6-7 months the inside foam is broken n the flap also broken up..
                              Totally disappointed by the brands..its too costly and not relible..

                                This is Chinmay one of the crocs customer. I have bought one of your clog product on 9th April 2022. The product is in warranty and it got damaged. I want a replacement as son as possible. I have paid so much of my hard earned money on this product and this is what I got. This is really not acceptable. Need a new product from you guys.

                                  The order status is pending and i dont know if i should repay or just leave it at that. What if i repay online but the product arrives as to be paid cash on delivery.
                                  Either that or i can cancel it.
                                  But since the payment is pending there's no option present to cancel such an order.
                                  Im baffled.
