This is with regards to my crocs flip flop which I bought from a crocs store located inSarath City Capital Mall in Kothaguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad on 30th December 2021. But it’s not even 10 days that my slipper today wore out when I washed it as the color went away and it has left an ugly mark on my slippers .

This is unexpected and the quality of the slipper is also in question how can it wear out in just less than 10 days . Request you to please replace my slipper a and provide me a 90 day warranty claim for the same. I have paid 2475 for this supper name it’s not worth the money as it is wearing out so badly.

Please look into the replacement of my slipper asap.

I ordered a product from shopcrocs.in and money has debited from my account … But I didn’t get any confirmation regarding my purchase and while tracking the order number, site says there is no order placed in this order number… my order number provided by site is[protected]…

Myself Dr.K.Aravinth, I have been using crocs products for 5 years, I bought a sliders on August month at Metro shoes, Phoenix Market city Chennai, It caused irritation and I complained about that they told they will send to crocs team and clear the problem .As per their solution I gave the product and I got after 1 month and again I used the product but it doesn't suit me .Either I need replacement or refund really it tenses me, kindly do my needful

I got my pair of sandals flr 4495 from amazon 5 -6 months before and now its broken into 2 parts from between.what's the point of getting so expensive sandals ??kindly help

Myself Dr.K.Aravinth, I have been using crocs for more than 5 years, so I got Crocs sliders on August month at Metro shoes (Phoenix mall ), It doesn't suit well so I complained about this they told me we can send to crocs and resolve it . According to that I gave to them and they got resolved within 1 month and I used again sliders hurts me makes the skin reddish and it gives pain to me, So i need any arrangements for me if can I can switch to any clogs model rather than sliders

I wish to process a return request and am not being bale to do so since i'm finding it difficult to navigate through the website and none of the customer care numbers are responsive. if this continues, i shall have to abstain from purchasing from your platform in the future and this is utterly dissapointing.

I had purchased crocs slippers( dual crocs comfort) in visakhapatnam central in mainroad but i had purchased last year because of lockdown i didnt visited store regarding this, kindly replace new product even i didn’t used this slippers few days also

I have strap broken around a year, I want to replace strapbut no one is responding.

I brought crocs product after dussehra in AJIO, after using some days I found my right croc is loose while the left is perfect fit may be because of manufacturing defect. I want to exchange the product.

I had purchased a pair of crocs in 8 august 2019. Which i used very rare for hardly 2 months after that there covid 19 pandemic started. Whole 2 year gone in lockdown as no one had moved out of their home because everyone was scared about covid infection. The problem with my crocs is that when i wear and walk, i feel the stones and it really hurts very bad that i am not able walk properly it’s that uncomfortable. Also, the upper leather is hurting & it’s peeling off from foot, very poor quality. I purchased crocs from panvel orion mall, metro brands ltd, crocs store. I had put a complaint in crocs india also for this but they said that they will contact me in 24 to 48 hours on 1st of november 2021 but still no one has contacted me. I have paid rs 3495 for this product & it’s not value for money. I am not at all happy with the product and their services. I want my refund or a replacement. I have attached the bill and photos of crocs. So please look into this matter and get it solved asap.

I had bought a clog from shopcrocs.in and the order id is[protected].The size of the product is not fit for me.So that I want to return the product but the return option is not showing.I didn't see any contact number of them.So I don't know what should I do.

I bought two pair of crocs sandals from model town dekhi and within few months o[censored]se it got damaged. Horribly loose it became.. please get it repaired quickly. Bothe pair got damaged on their own.

I have purchased a ladies sandal from Crocs Showroom Vaishali Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan on 19 Jan 21 vide invoice no 230. Under normal use the sole of the sandal has opened from the joint with upper flap while the other piece is intact. This is due to failure of adhesive used for jointing the upper flap with the sole. The strap has also left its place of joint. The sandal is now not wearable. In addition to this the inner lining of the strap has also left the joint.
The showroom staff did not provided any help when contacted personally. It is supposed that the Crocs products are made of highest quality standards and should provide desired service.
Kindly look into the complaint and help to resolve the problem

I had bought crocs clogs from PVR Mall PANVEL maharashtra crocs store on august 2019. The bottom part of Plantar fascia ligament of foot touches the stone & road thats hurting me after wearing the crocs .also the upper leather part on the thumb & the fingers the leather is getting removed and its separated. I can no longer use my crocs . Used it for few months after purchase then pandemic came, i did'nt use after, this is thoroughly unacceptable especially when I have paid 4500 rupees for it . i am shocked the quality of the crocs is so poor. Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

I had bought crocs literide clogs from crystal hypermarket kolenchery on 3rd February 2021. The top part of the clog with perforation came out from the sole and its separated. I can no longer use my shoes . This has happened within a short span of 6 months from purchase, this is thoroughly unacceptable especially when I have paid 4500 rupees for it. Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

I had bought Crocs clogs (bayaband) on 12th sep from flipkart india, i used clogs very occasionally in hospital, with in one and half month clogs tear from Belt and clip joint and also Sole

I bought a crocs from amazon .in, within 3 months .just one day after warranty period crocs white strap was gone, because of low durability and defective product ., it cant be use now because of the quality i want return my cash or replace this low quality product..and bring back a good one thankyou

Size issue, that i brought these crocs from gulbarga karnataka. But my native place is Hyderabad, sangareddy. So i came to hyderabad. So i want to exchange this item. These crocs size is 8. But i want size 9.

My money is not returned
