Hope you are doing well.
Now I am drafting this mail to raise a concern regarding my experience on visiting an authorised CROCS outlet in Trivandrum which is my hometown.
I am aware that CROCS is one of the premium footwear brands throughout the world and I was interested in purchasing a model from a nearby outlet. Frankly speaking, I am not a true fan of online purchases, as we already know that guaranteed trust cannot be placed in the case of genuine and quality. Because of that, I always visit directly to the company store to experience the touch and feel, comfort and satisfaction of the fashion products.
Coming to the point, today (05/10/2021) I visited the Crocs brand outlet in MALL OF TRAVANCORE (Trivandrum, Kerala) and met two staffs, one is a lady (don't know her name) and the other one is a male staff(Name - Mr. Arshid). The outlet was empty and I entered the outlet, saw many excellent products and made a roam inside for searching my desired clogs (Men's Navy Clogs). I enquired about the rates and offers if any and asked for the trial to confirm the fitting and comfort. Mr. Arshid provided a clog for that and I wore it. Suddenly, the lady staff asked me whether I came here only for just knowing the size only than purchasing. I didn't respond anything for that. Then I got attracted towards a clog model having a higher heel that costs around Rs. 3995. I asked Mr. Arshid for taking a look at that model.
Suddenly, the lady restricted me with a loud voice " You are not allowed to do the trial again and again for multiple products". On hearing that, I was shocked and became irritated. I don't know why she told me like that. (To be honest, I don't know whether CROCS BRAND having a rule like, customer has no right to do the trial of wearing the footwear.)
As per my knowledge, I truly believe that all the premium brands that are currently running in India provide the trial session of their lucrative products to the customers to experience the quality. I strongly believe that, as a customer, I also have the right to do so before spending money on the product.
After that incident, Mr. Arshid and the lady returned to their seats without saying anything to me. I just stood there alone unattended in the display section for almost 15 minutes. Initially, I thought that they might be busy, but the whole outlet was empty and I was the only customer there. Then I realised that they are ignoring me by leaving me unattended. (Maybe the lady thought that I am not at all a genuine customer to purchase this brand and Mr. Arshid also left from attending because of her instructions I guess.) After that, I left the outlet without purchasing anything from there with heavy disappointment.
I know that Crocs is a fast selling product and because of that reason only, I came to you. Unfortunately, it was a pathetic experience for me indeed. Let me add a point that the dealing of Mr. Arshid was not bad, but I am not sure about the strange behaviour of the female staff. I was about to purchase the high heel clogs that I liked the most, unfortunately, because of that atrocious experience, I dropped the plan to purchase that. WHY SHOULD I INVEST THE MONEY IN THE BRAND THAT HAS PROVIDED ME WITH THE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I will never recommend to my friends or relatives to purchase this product from the outlet or the brand as well. There are many international brands available in our country that enhances the best quality products as well as the first-class customer experience. (Personal experience also).
additionally, I wish to share some concerns with you to get to know better.
1) Is this the same pathetic customer service that your brand staffs are providing to all of your customers who visit the outlet directly? If so, kindly look into that issue so that most of the customer complaints can be cleared and can help in promoting the sales in that outlet.
2) Is there any rule in the brand that trials are strictly prohibited for the customers who directly visit the outlet for experiencing the touch and feel of the product?
(Even the automobile manufacturers provide the test drive of the lucrative cars to the customers to enhance the best customer experience before the purchase.)
Did the brand provide any sort of customer service training to the staffs before the appointment? If not, kindly provide that so that, it would surely enhance your marketing. A delightful customer experience would be one of the most significant factors to promote a brand and the products.
Kindly issue a warning to that lady staff if possible for her misbehaviour to the customer. I also checked the review and saw the complaints about the lady as well. Hence, I believe that my side is clear.

Crocs India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had ordered this clog from my other chrome profile without registering on it and after entering the mail id and contact number which I had entered during when I placed this order, I still am not able to make a return request.
So, I am requesting the crocs team to assist me in returning this crocs clog and refund my amount asap.
