Hi there,
I bought a Croma 240 l double door auto defrost fridge online and this got delivered to my address on 12th June 2023. Since then 4 days have passed and nobody came for the installation. We contacted customer support numerous times and got the same message like the back office is informed and someone would call you. This is so frustrating and disappointing. We did a big mistake buying croma stuff. We paid the money, and the fridge is in my apartment but I can't use it because the installation is not happening. Croma service is so pathetic and poor.

    5th June '2022 - I purchased an AC "CROMA INV/AC 1T CRLAIN0125T8654 5S" from Croma, installation and all done by Croma Service Team a few days later, it all went fine.

    21st Nov'2022 - Even before the first service, AC was LEAKING WATER from inside and NO COOLING was thrown at all. I raised a complaint to repair it for the same issue, which was fixed by Croma Service Team temporarily, but I was facing the same issue JUST after 2 days of fixing it, then I decided not to use much of it as that was the winter season.

    16th Apr'2023 - Again I requested to repair it for the same issue. The Croma Service Team suggested to me that they will fix it after I move to a new address as I was planning to move to a different place.

    26th May '2023 - I raised another request to uninstall from the old address and install it in the new address and fix the existing issue, but I got a mail from Croma saying AC is NOT under warranty, so the fixing the existing issue would be chargeable, and that ticket was closed by Croma.

    27th May'2023 - I called Croma Customer Care and explained the same issue, they said AC is UNDER WARRENTY as the purchase of a product is within 12 months period.

    31st May'2023 - Croma Service Team came to my old address and uninstalled the AC, and they said they would install and fix the issue after I moved to the new address which was on 1st Jun' 2023, and the ticket got closed.

    1st June'2023 - Again I called Croma Customer Care and raised a request to install/repair the same issue which was existing from 21st Nov'2022. The Croma Service team told me they will come today to fix it today but they haven't come yet and my AC's warranty is getting expired tomorrow. Now I suspect the Croma Service Team motive itself to fix it after my warranty expires, so that it would be chargeable from my pocket.

    3rd June'2023 - I raised this with CROMA GRIEVANCE and NODEL office. I got a reply saying that, that would be auctioned at the earliest.

    14th June'2023 - STILL, Croma Service Team haven't contacted me. Its neither installed in my new address nor the issue has been solved.

    The WORST Part is, CROMA is closing the service ticket without doing any action on it.

    After purchasing this product, within just 5 months, AC was having the issues and the Service Team was not properly responding or fixing the issue. I had a terrible experience contacting the Croma Service Team.

    Now I'm frustrated with this product and the Croma Service Team. I want it to be fixed as soon as possible or get it replaced with a new one.

      I have purchased One PANASONIC SPLIT AC, 1.5 T/ INVERTER / 4 STAR from CROMA Store in CITY CENTER SECTOR - 32 NOIDA on 10/6/23. The offer is based on buyback / return of my old Hitachi AC. Removal old AC is important as the new AC is to be placed at the same location.

      I am trying to contact the person who sold nd made billing, but he is not attending to my calls and is non responsive. Name of the person from CROMA is Mr. Nikhil and the mobile number given is [protected]..
      I am terribly dis-satisfied with the service and response of CROMS which is highly unethical and not confirming to TATA'S philosophy o f treating its customer.

      Its my resolution not to enter or buy anything from CROMS in future.

      I would also request to inform me the complaint escalation matrix of CROMA.

        Hi I have ordered zunVolt shimmer 120cm 3 blade ceiling fan on 29th may 2023 order id :TC[protected]
        through TATA neu app. on 30th may they have mentioned its DELIVERED but its not. i have called customer care and raise the issue and waited .
        on 3rd june again its mentioned it's DELIVERED but its not.
        again i called customer care and raise the issue and waited .

        AFTER 2 days I got call from croma customer support arguing with me saying product is delivered to me on 30/05/2023 . I told him it's not delivered to me and asked him you guys have any proof regarding it.!? He just disconnected the call 😶

        He says it's delivered on 30th then on 3rd again why they try to deliver??? please find the attachments' for this.

        On this i write mail to them till now nothing happened!!!
        They are not addressing the issue i felt they are just trying to close it without solving it

            10th June 2023 purchase 1 ton 3 star croma own brand ac it delivered on 11th June 2023 @ 1 pm .. But installation today not done, while asking store person abirami she simply told tomorrow or wednesday executive will come.
            But before purchase they told quick installation quick service. I purchased product available in home im waiting how many days. Please consider customer request.

              I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received for my AC. I had reported an issue a week ago and your representative visited my place to address it. However, all they did was wash the AC with water, which did not solve the problem at all.

                I have ordered a speaker online from croma
                And received dummy product with missing items inside. And its been 15-20 days I have been requesting to help sending mails chasing them but didn't got any resolution or response to solve the issue I was told to visit store and get a product replacement and on visit store told me there is no request from their team to do so no update all my time and effort is wasted I have been roaming here and there for my replacement of the product they always called me and asked bout the complaint request then told me in 2-3 days this will be sorted but nothing happened I m so so furious now straight detriment to me

                        I have always been a cheerleader for all Tata brands and so was for Croma as well however I take a step back and swear never ever to go back to Croma for any of my electronic needs as Croma has by far started engaging in incorrect ways of making money. The technicians and vendors involved with Croma for any kind of installation are next to fraudsters as they always end of charging more money from customers in the name of Croma. I purchased a 1 ton Croma AC from Croma store in Ghodbunder road in Thane on April 15th and the same got installed on 23rd April 2023 by a technician named Bindresh Yadav. This technician charged me Rs 8619 for the installation, he charged me Rs 330 per feet for the copper pipes. He did not give me an itemised online bill and submitted a hand written copy of a receipt with total charges showing Rs 8619. I purchased another 2 ton Voltas AC from Croma on May 13th and the same was installed on 23rd May 2023. During the installation of this AC, I was charged Rs 240 per feet for the copper pipes and I also received an itemised online bill from Croma for this installation. The technician Kush Singh and the Croma personnel informed me that the previous technician has cheated me and charged me more money for the copper pipes as the standard rates for the pipes are around 240 Rs. I reported this issue to Croma grievance and after a few investigation days, Gulabshah from Grievance team called me just now informing whatever has been mentioned in the handwritten bill are the standard charges and the difference in cost is due to the difference in the brand of AC. If thats the case, how come for Voltas AC I was able to get an online itemised bill however Croma being an inhouse product I received a handwritten bill? Also dont think the charges of the copper pipe can differ by Rs 90 per feet for different brands. I dont think grievance has any answers for these as its certain that they are just trying to justify what the fraudulent technician has done. The technicians are confident to receive Croma support in this case as when I had called the previous technician to say I will be complaining for this, he said " han kar dijiye complain", so this is the audacity of these people and Croma just supports this kind of people and attitude. So obviously from my end I have decided not to go back to Croma for anything. From this post I just want to make customers aware that you need to verify these charges that the technicians are quoting when they come for installation and never accept a hand written bill. If someone or some brand is persistent with giving a handwritten bill instead of an online itemised one, its certain that he has his cut there and trying to rob you over and above the brand. Please be careful with any kind of electronic purchase with Croma. And the worst past, after the product is sold, Croma customer support, Grievance, Nodal noone will help you or I must that they do not want to help as to give you a satisfactory resolution they will have change their entire faulty supply chain mechanism, vendor support too so they do not want to do that so in case customers are always at the suffering end.

                          We bought the ac from croma Kamothe and was installed on 9th May 2023 and from same day at night despite it was turned on from 2 hrs there was no cooling and i registered a complaint at croma, in a day samsung technician came and did some changes in compressor but after that water started leaking from the compressor unit and the cooling problem also wasnt solved and their technician was also rude and told us to keep the temperature at 16 which is not the ideal solution. Croma persons told us that cooling should happen in 10-15 mins they also came to check that but there was no cooling and told us that this problem will be taken care of and had the complaint logged in samsung for several times.
                          Amidst this someone from samsung service centre kamothe called to look in the problem and said that its normal to leak from compressor and cooling is also proper and said the following words, ""if you compare small cars to mercedes what do you expect? ""
                          Still to this day i.e 1 june 2023 our complaint is not resolved and ac also has no cooling.
                          We have buyed samsung products before and they never had any issues but this is a big headache for us and request to please get the product returned as soon as possible

                            Do you care about you're customers ? Answer is not. Such a [censored] Reducles Ratan tata and waste croma.

                            I buyed the philips trimmer unfortunately in my life at croma online. I got the 2 years old product with the damaged box and mis matched product what you showed and what you delivered. Then i rise the request to return the product but at that time no body came to my home to take the product then i leave the product in my home near by store under hot sun at that day. After that the croma delivered the same damaged and mismatched 1.5 years old product. i rise the request by you're croma to provide the refund to me but they refused that. i rise my complaints against croma in consumer affairs help line but they are closings them without providing refund to me even now also they refuse to that.

                            And I want refund to my order, this trimmer product is vibrating and heating a lot. My hands becomes reddish-brown and full of pain after using of the trimmer. i contact to doctor and he advised me to never use it again, Now i am in hospital. Provide refund and accept me to return the trimmer. If you not accept then i will rise the complaint in National Consumer court India against you Reducles Ratan tata they will take the necessary action steps on you and on you're croma as per legal laws of India.

                            Tell the whats the need of me to buy the 2 years old damaged mismatched product at 1134 rupees, i can get it about 500 to 600 in my near retail shops with more bargains. Refund my money right now by croma

                              I had purchased refrigerator from Croma Rajauri Garden Store. I faced many issue ever since I had purchased this product. It has already been replaced one time. However, I got same issues after replacement. The product is already in Extended warranty. I raised multiple complaints but didn't get any resolution from croma. They just align technician and repaired the product but same issue reoccurring. It's been more than a month but i didn't get any resolution. As this product already repaired many times but the same issue is persisting again and again. I have asked them to exchange the product as the product under extended warranty. They said me to reach out to Onsitego. I had raised complaint in onsitego multiple times. Multiple times technician visited and multiple times product has been repaired, But they didn't resolve the issue. I am very frustrated

                              Refrigerator under Extended warranty.

                              Issue : Ice forming in freeze compartment, water, milk and every liquid material gets freeze, food spoiled. The Temperature of freez section goes down to -10 degree Celsius and the body of refrigerator gets hot and the temperature of body goes 60 degree Celsius.

                              I have shared all proofs to croma and Onsitego as well. The Technician who visited, he saw the live proof of formation of ice in freeze compartment and diagnose the issues but the same issue persisting again and again. firstly compressor has gone faulty because of more cooling and then they changed the thermostat and after that technician repaired the thermostat and after that technician forcely stopped the compressor pressure due to which the refrigerator started getting hot approx 60 degree temperature of body.
                              They just entertaining me daily basis that technician will visit and rectify your issue then technician will repair but no response. They just unnecessary delaying every time and not providing service. So I need refund for this refrigerator. Please help me to solve my issue. I had tried a lot from last month but no resolution.

                                I ordered a Croma Portable AC on May 21, 2023 at Croma Phoenix Mall Chennai. Since they didn’t have the stock, they delivered to me from Pune on Thursday May 25, 2023.
                                Then after delivery, I didn’t receive any calls from Croma for installation. There is no use in calling Croma customer care since they are creating just requests and asking me to wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours they are closing the request without proper reason.

                                  I am Manish yadav I bought iPhone 13 from Croma store Janak puri on 31/01/2023 I face wide angle camera blurr issue so I visited the Apple service centre and they told me that the camera lense is not ganuine I also visit Croma store and call the help line no but the are not helping me with that issue I bought it from Croma store thinking that it was a trusted platform

                                    I have purchased a bluestar air conditioner on 24th may 2023, it was supposed to be deliver on 26th of may 2023, The customer care is helpless, they can't even track the current location of the product, and they are not providing any expected delivery date, simply asking me to wait for 48 hours. pls help me to get it delivered as soon possible, i am tired of calling customer care for nothing.

                                        My last order Pickup done and Refund Also Done.

                                        No pending Pickup and Delivery Showing in My Neu app and croma account you can check it now.

                                        After 7-8 days of this i am Getting calll at 8.20 Pm that i coming to collect Pick-up also don't have any idea about product and order no to Delivery boy...

                                        When i have asked details then they Manager sir has said me to Pickup the product and I don't know about any order and products details...
