Delayed delivery of online order, No updates

I ordered Apple ipad 8th generation from Croma online store on 1st July 2021. I have received confirmation that it will be delivered on 6th july. There's no update after that other than "order processed". When I contacted Croma costumer care, they said that their special team is working on it and they have sent the product to their courier partner, but I didn't get any message/mail about that.

I ordered Apple Ipad 8 Gen from Croma's online store on the 1st of June 2021. There has been only a single order confirmation email I received saying that the delivery was expected to arrive on 2nd June. No updates after that. The website only tracks till 'Order Shipped' since day one.

Product not delivered against 1 day delivery period mentioned on website at the time of booking and making payment

Order is not cancelled after so many emails and calls

Hi,

On 23 may i have place an order on croma and same day i have raised a request to cancel the same order. I have been told that it will cancel and team has raised a request to cancel the order but i have not received any confirmation. So next day i mailed again and asked same thing they again confirmed they escalated this and order will cancle and i will get confirmation in 24 hours. Again i did not received any confirmation....

Defected Power Bank

On my birthday I received a tata product croma power bank as a gift. This product has full capacity 10000mAh. I have hardly used for 2-3 times. My phone has battery capacity of 3000mAh. On full charged power bank I can hardly charge my phone for maximum of 2 times. Ideally it should charge 3 times. And there’s more than this. Refund issue almost 15 days

Hi ..This about the fraud CROMA is doing and gathering money from the customer. I received 2 Croma EGC gift card for each value Rs. 10000. I have bought a product from Croma SONY HT RT-40 and the delivery person returned back to Croma even before delivered to me.

PC 04 error and not cooling

I have veen trying to reach croma cust. Support from past 2 3 days but constantly number is unreachable and off and i have mailed also for the same problem but no solution provided till now.
