Very irresponsible and rude attitude towards customer from Latha ( customer support executive, Mogappair, Chennai)
We have purchased PUREIT ULTIMA ECO on july 2022 from CROMA mogappair, chennai.when we are about to purchase, one person from sales pushed us to take AMC for the amount 3K which will cover the filter change for a year but no one mentioned how frequent the filter needs to change and how much we need to spend.
After 6 months, we got a GKK error and we logged a complaint to pureit service centre and the same was rectified by the technician for the amount approximately 1000/- plus. but again now (6 months after the 1st filter change)we got a GKK error and we logged the complaint to the same PUREIT service centre but the technician is giving the quotation for 5000/-.and we ask the same to CROMA, Mogappair they mentioned that AMC will cover after 1yr where the same details are not educated to us while we purchase and till now we haven't received any mails.
We really don't understand after paying the full amount of money for the product and AMC. Why should we pay 5k for every 6 months.why none of the details are educated to us while we purchase and why the AMC persons are only focusing on sales and nothing else.
For Past 5 days I have been following CROMA mogappair and still the problem didn't get rectified and the water started to smell very bad. Executive (Latha, Customer support executive) who received the complaint having a very bad knowledge about the product and she is showing so much attitude towards customers.
I sent mail regarding this issue to CROMA but after 4 days they replying and very response from CROMA also.
