I bought a 'Blue Star Aura (DA60PMC) Desert Cooler 60 Liters' air cooler from croma on 19th May 2023. It was delivered in the evening of 20th May, and stopped working the next day.
Without any delay i registered the complaint on 21st may, specifying that the product is unreliable (defaulted in just ~4 hours of operation), and therefore i requested for 'Return and refund' in the customer care.

Instead of solving my problem, they registered 'Repair request' with the brand. I called the croma again and again reiterated my request for "Return and Refund", but they say that it can only happen if the product cannot be repaired (which is a near impossible case).
Today was the 6th call i made, and I succumed to their tactics, because when i reject to get it repaired and ask for return, they stop responding and do not act on my complaints.
Doesn't matter how much i want the product to get 'Returned and refunded', their will will prevail because now onus is on me because its my money and it was a mistake to buy from croma.

Because the product is unreliable we wanted it returned, but the croma denied us that and pressurising us to get it repaired instead.

    I had purchased Croma 4 in 1 Convertible 1 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC with Dust Filter (2023 Model, Copper Condenser, CRLA012IND283251) on 20th May 2023 through Tata Neu app and it got delivered on 21st May 2023. I was informed that the installation will happen today (22-May-23) but, I have not got any information about it. When we call the customer care we are hearing the same message over & over again that 'you receive the technician details shortly' but so far none of the technician contacted regarding the installation.

    I had opted this only because it had mentioned that the delivery would be done by 22-May-23. Request the forum's help to return back the product back if the installation is not done by today (25-May-23).

        On 14th of may 2023 i bought voltas ac from croma vadodara karelibag branch. fitted on 16th of may from technician. after fitted in few hours water leaking from inside. Contacted technician again he came and try to resolve problem. they are unbale to reslove problem. keep trying to contact croma dealer and voltas costmer care however still my problem is not resolved.

          I Purchased Croma AC online and before installation I got a called from Croma care and he told me you have to pay Rs. 250 as installation Charge. After Installation, I paid Rs. 250 to technician. Now After 10 Days, Again I got a call from Croma and he said your Installation Amount is still pending, I said I already paid, he said Your Installation charge is Rs. 1499 + 18% GST, So total Amount is Rs. 1770. After that I called many times to Customer Care but No Response from them after that I mailed to them many times by including Nodal & Grievance officer but still No Response. After that Again I called to ask If Installation Charge is 1770, then I already paid 250, so it should be Rs. 1520, but he said No, Total Pending Amount is Rs. 1770. And then he told me the Amount you paid that is for Stand Fitment Charge. I really got frustrated. I got lot & lot of calls for the payment of Pending Amount. But Croma Care didn't even responded. Now I don't have any option so planning to pay that amount but before that I'm raising this concern over here...

              A Disheartening Experience with Croma: A Nightmare with My MacBook Air M1

              I recently had a truly disheartening experience with Croma involving the purchase of a MacBook Air M1. Just two days after buying the laptop, I discovered a glaring manufacturing defect that made me question the integrity of Croma's practices. The caps lock key on the device was abnormally unresponsive, requiring an excessive amount of pressure to function properly. Additionally, I was shocked to experience mild electrical shocks while charging the laptop. Naturally concerned, I reached out to Croma's customer service for assistance.

              Their response was unexpected and disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility for the defective product they sold me, they directed me to visit an Apple store for a diagnosis. Following their advice, I made my way to the Apple store and consulted with one of their experts, who promptly confirmed the issues with my MacBook Air. The Apple representative advised me to return to Croma and request a replacement.

              Hoping for a swift resolution, I returned to Croma with high expectations, only to have them shattered. The staff at Croma refused to provide a replacement and insisted on taking my laptop for repairs, which would take a frustrating seven additional days. Imagine my dismay when I realized that within just 48 hours of owning a brand-new laptop worth a substantial sum, I was now faced with the prospect of relinquishing it for an extended period.

              Reluctantly, I agreed to leave my MacBook Air at Croma, hoping to have it fixed as soon as possible. However, two days later, I received a call from Croma, claiming that there was nothing wrong with the laptop and that I needed to collect it. This baffled me, as both the Apple store genius and Croma's own managers had clearly acknowledged and replicated the issues I was facing. Despite this, Croma insisted that I retrieve the laptop as it was, without any repairs or replacements.

              To collect my supposedly "problem-free" laptop, Croma directed me to visit their store and obtain a document, which I promptly did. However, upon reaching the designated Apple store, I was informed that my MacBook was not there. To my dismay, Croma had provided me with the wrong address, and the store was on the brink of closing for the day. I pleaded with them to wait just ten minutes for my arrival, but to no avail. By the time I reached the store, it was closed, with no one in sight. Attempting to contact Croma's support for assistance, my calls went unanswered for an agonizing fifteen minutes. Eventually, they called me back, only to deliver more excuses and ask me to come back another time.

              This entire ordeal severely disrupted my work, forcing me to travel to multiple locations for a problem that was not of my making. As a dedicated professional and a sincere customer, I expected a different outcome when purchasing a MacBook from both Apple and Croma. However, both companies have profoundly let me down, consistently providing misguided information and treating me as a mere pawn in their game.

              As an honest doctor who simply sought to acquire a MacBook, I find myself deeply disappointed and disillusioned by this experience. The events of the past five days have caused immense frustration and inconvenience, leaving me questioning the integrity and professionalism of both Apple and Croma.

              All I am requesting is replacement for my defective product at earliest

                  I have ordered AC from croma site with order number[protected], which was supposed to be delivered on 15th june but till this date it is not delivered. When i raised complaint C[protected] they marked product as delivered. I am calling them every day and they are saying i will get update in 48 hour, but till this day i did not get any update

                    Instalation date : 28 Feb 23
                    There was a slight water leakage starting from 28th march onwards followed by a full blown water leakage on 6th April.
                    1st complain lodged: voltas complaint no [protected]
                    Technician came fixed the leakage. 10 15 min after the technician left the ac falls off its support and hangs from the pipes. image attached below. technician comes back and fixes it.
                    since the falling incident the ac has had multiple cooling issues as well as water leakage issues. that keep reoccuring a day or 2 after it has been repaired.

                    Croma refuses to replace the clearly defective ac which the Voltas ac technicians also say they do not know why the leak keeps reoccurring. What am i to do with an ac that keeps leaking everytime and i have to give multiple complaints. this is causing so much mental stress! They refuse to return it saying its out of return period. its barely a few months old !

                      I purchased a VOLTAS INV/AC 1.5T 183V MDAZQ 4ADJ 3S
                      invoice no SLEC384419 from croma on the 15 feb 23. Installation was done by the voltas technician on Feb 28th. March 25th onwards it started leaking a little everyday. April 6TH had a full blown leak with water spraying every where.
                      1 st complaint was filed after which the technician came on the 10th repaired it.
                      After the technician left within 10 - 15 min the Ac fell and was hanging from the pipes as the technician did not attach it properly. It was hanging for over an hour before he came back and fixed it back.
                      Ever since then the AC has not been cooling properly and has been regularly spraying and gushing water and there has been multiple complaints given since dated as below

                      Ac is not in use since it sprays water since the 13th May 2023 awaiting for the technician to come and give a jobsheet for replacement.

                      Croma says its return window is closed but how am i supposed to keep using a product barely a few months old with repairs needed atleast 2 -3 times a month This is causing so much mental stress for repeated repairs and complaints. i would like to request for a return and refund for the product.

                          I have installed my croma 1 ton ac crom INV/AC 1T CRLAIN0125T8654 5S by croma technician dated 31st Januray vide complain no-SR ID :BAC310123FS00168. After 2 months its occurs cooling problem. As a result i had to raise another complain vide no-SR ID :BAC280323FS02653. After visiting of technician told us that they did not install AC properly so all gases leaked, and they tightened the pipe and refill the gas. But Same problem occur after 1 months. So i had to raise another complain via no SR ID :BAC090523FS00130. That day another technician came and told that previous technician did not fixed the AC properly so all gas has been leaked. I did not pay this time and told to fixed my AC properly. But still i have mailed to customercare several times, and raise complain, But did not get any response, Croma officials intentionally rejects my complains. I did not what to do. For the unskilled croma technician i have to faced this kind of issue. Please help me in this regards to solve my proble.

                              I purchased a TV Kodak 126 cm 50 inch QLED from Croma online it got delivered on 10/05/2023 and installation done on 11/05/2023. However, installation technician has confirmed the tv is defect one and shared the job sheet and raised a complaint with croma. Croma has taken request and informed us that replacement will be processed with in 24 to 48 hours. But, i did not get any call even if for 48 hours. And when I called to customer care, due to product unavailability we are initiated return of the product with taking the confirmation from me.

                              Now, if the we need to return the product need to wait for 2days to pickup the. 7 days to get the refund.

                              This was the very bad experience from Croma.

                                I had placed an order on the 12th of May 2023 and it mentioned i would receive my product on the same day at 9pm. But in the message it said the next day 13th of May. On 13th of May, i received a message at 1:36pm that my product is out for delivery and within 1 2 minutes, i received a message saying the product is delivered. Which I have not received. I tried calling the customer care, but it was a computer generated response. It wasn't helping. I hope Croma takes actions and does the needful!

                                    Dear Sir

                                    I have received a rugged AC and logged a complain C[protected] with CROM and they are just passing time and send a mail every other day that they tried to reach me and I am not available.

                                    I am really frustrated with this approach of just passing time and making customer tired of follow up and accept the damaged product.

                                      I had order a tv drom croma which was delivered on time, but then i was also told that the installation would be on the same day where as i haven't recieved any updated regarding this. what's the point of on time delivery even when i can't even open or use the tv.
