I had ordered a smart phone on 12th april 2019 with the option of home delivery by 21'st april (It was the only option for my location in bangalore). And i got the first invoice as home delivery. But the next day it turned to store pickup without my consent or prior notice.
I would like croma to resolve this and get it back to home delivery as i can't engage in store pickup. Home delivery was the only option available at checkout...

Next morning i got call from the delivery boy to deliver product i told please deliver in evening 4 pm because in afternoon i will be office so in evening i will take leave for 3hrs for receiving the product....

Worst ever customer service support

I have bought a water dispenser from them of croma make. The water tap keeps getting spoilt every few days and the customer service support team takes 2 months to fix it. You have to hold the customer care number for 30-40 mins and after that they keep promising you everytime that the service team will visit but nobody ever visits. I had made a complaint on 25th may and then another on 28th may. Post this made various calls and no response from croma.

Then on 5th june wrote an emails on which received a response on 6th may that we will resolve this within 24 hrs (Attached). But again no call till date.

Every call and even in the email then acknowledge that we have your complaint registered and assure of call back in 24 hours....
