We have purchased a air cooler from Croma store Agra. On the 7th day of purchase cooler automatically shut off, then we log a complain in customer care they told us that it will take atleast 10 working days to a technical person to come to you home to check the cooler because it was 'Id' time. After 2 or 3 days we got the message that the complaint is resolved. But the person never come to my home to resolve the issue then also they have closed the complaint. Again we have logged the complaint after 2 or 3 days the technician came to our house to check the cooler, after that he changed the capacitor then also the problem was same then he said he need to change the motor of the cooler, we asked him how much time it will take to change the motor he said it will take 2 days. After 2 days he came and changed the motor of the cooler but again the problem was same it was not working the fan speed is very slow even it is on high speed. He make the video of the same and send it to his manager Mr. Mohammad Ali from Greater noida. He said we have to go to the store and tell the same thing to the manager, so we went there and told the store manager(Agra) but he said i will mail it about the same but we cannot change the cooler. After 2-3 days we again called up to Mr. Mohammad Ali to ask what is he going to do with this cooler but he said everything is fine. He is not going to do anything in this. We told him that we will going to complain about him so he said ok do it. Now please tell me who is going to sove our issue i think this is our worst experiance with Croma we are not going to purchase anything from Croma and not going suggest anyone to purchase anything from Croma.

    I have ordered a laptop from croma and his delivery date is 2nd may but till now it not delivered they residual it many time, first they promised me to deliver at 4 may, then 5 may, then 6 may, then 8 may, now I get a message the it is again residual .

    This is really very bad experience with croma . I will never order any product from croma not . This is very bad experience

      Symphony 55 touch cooler is under 2 year extended warranty by Croma which was purchased last year, when we buy you force us to buy warranty saying all are covered under warranty.

      Cooler had delay in starting and call was logged, next day it had fire suddenly, luckily no casualties, when technicians came and checked they said that motor is gone and had to be replaced, difficult to get parts

      Today that useless ongo team calls and say it’s a malfunction of motor, it’s not covered under warranty by Croma

      Such a pathetic response which you won’t say when purchasing, what is left in the cooler if motor is not covered, nothing is mentioned in the bill or anywhere

      I have put the same response in Twitter dm for Croma and escalated it in email as well

        Address: Infiniti Retail Limited, Trading as CROMA, Shyam Business Park, Mouza- Nizampur, PO- Bora, PS- Singur, Dist- Hooghly , KOLKATA ,

        I purchased a Croma make inverter type split AC online from Croma website, vide invoice number SLTC14XXXXX on 15th April 23. It was delivered to me on 17th April 23. As per the details appearing in Croma site, it was qualified for same day installation, free of cost.
        Today is 3rd May, 16 days have already elapsed after delivery and 18 days after purchase of the AC, against their promise of installation on the same day of delivery, installation of the supplied AC has not been done till date.
        I am narrating the chronology of the events that took place during the intervening period from the delivery date, i.e., 17th April, 23.
        On 18th April, a gentleman called from Croma and intimated that the AC would be installed on 19th April 2023.
        On 19th April I was waiting for technicians from Croma to come for installation, but nobody appeared and my entire day was wasted.
        I also called on Croma helpline number [protected] twice in between, and both times promptly service request numbers were generated by them, but actual service did not materialise.
        On 21st of July at about 10:00 a.m., a technician from Croma visited my place and submitted a quotation for Rs 4570/- (installation was supposed to be free, this is for other charges). I agreed, subject to issuance of formal receipts against my payments. On hearing this, the technician told me that he was not ready with the equipments needed for installation and left, assuring me that he will come back at around14:30 hours. He neither came back, nor informed.
        In the meantime I had taken up this issue with Croma in Twitter, Messenger and wrote to Croma Customer services via email. Nothing really happened except for empty assurances that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible. The funniest reply came from Croma Customer Service team against my email, saying that the product is of Blue Star instead of Croma make and it is 1.5 tons instead of 1 ton. They must be dreaming things.
        Finally it appears to me that Croma installation teams do not care about instructions from their sales team. The sales team is really helpless and buying time by giving false promises to customers.
        SEEING THE MISERABLE QUALITY OF SERVICE ON INSTALLATION OF A NEWLY PURCHASED PRODUCT, I AM EXTREMELY WORRIED ABOUT THE SERVICE THAT I MAY REQUIRE DURING AFTER SALES PERIOD.
        Frustrated with these incidents, I raised a service request no. C[protected] on 21st April, 23 in the Croma website, for return and refund of the product. The product delivered by Croma on 17th April, 23 is lying unpacked at my premises in the same state as it was delivered.
        All of a sudden on 24th April, 23, without my consent, Croma has unilaterally closed the above-mentioned service request no. C[protected] raised by me for return and refund of the AC, as issue resolved. Further, I am not able to register my objections against the unilateral closure of the service request no. C[protected] by Croma, as I have been blocked by the Croma team to reply their mail intimating me that my service request has been closed as resolved.

            Before 2 years ago I'm very new in learning computer, I don't have laptop that time so I decided to purchase new one. When i visit croma the salesman show the dummy laptop which is display 24/7 there and sold me that laptop...I'm not much aware that time but after a months ago (almost 8 months) my laptop body(Lenovo) will crash so many times...I gave 67k for my laptop but it's not worth it.
            Pls do something I'm a student and my laptop body crash again, how many time i'll pay for it.

              I have bought Apple phone from Croma and with this I have taken 2 AC services which all would be valid till 23rd July 2023 but from last one month i am following with Customer Cares and they are just ensuring you will get services as it is valid but after booking of services, I am getting sms of cancellation as expire of validity. I am surprised, every person of customer care have difference suggestions and opinions. I called them in Jan 23 also about the services where they have suggest me to take this in near May/Jun for betterment but now they are refusing.
              A Last request to Croma if they can work on this on priority level and provide my AC services at the earliest otherwise last date as per my invoice will automatically come and expried this office. I would suggest all dear friends to not to visit to Croma anymore and not to buy anything from them as all are setting in Croma are liar.

                  I purchased one new 1.5 ton blue star window AC from Croma, saket, N.Delhi on 9th apr 2023 vide bill no. 1005 & order no.S0A[protected]. The AC was making high noise during running hence I am unable to use it. Blue star technicians visited at my home & observed the AC defects. I have requested croma to replace my ac immediately. Till date no replacement done by croma despite no. Of mail sent to their customer service . Please help me to resolve my issue soon. My Purchase Bill attach here for reference.

                      Non Delivery but in message it showing delivered

                      I have ordered the Havells Air Cooler from Croma, Vidyanagar, Anand store on 23/04/2023 and on the bill the delivery date is 24/04/2023.
                      The delivery guy ([protected]) called on 24/04/2023 saying the address is not proper. I was in a hospital addressing the patient so I told the delivery guy I'll call you in 2 Minutes but when I called him He didn't pick up my call.

                      Thereafter I tried to call on [protected] the Store...

                        Dear Team,
                        Very irresponsible and rude attitude towards customer from Latha ( customer support executive, Mogappair, Chennai)
                        We have purchased PUREIT ULTIMA ECO on july 2022 from CROMA mogappair, chennai.when we are about to purchase, one person from sales pushed us to take AMC for the amount 3K which will cover the filter change for a year but no one mentioned how frequent the filter needs to change and how much we need to spend.
                        After 6 months, we got a GKK error and we logged a complaint to pureit service centre and the same was rectified by the technician for the amount approximately 1000/- plus. but again now (6 months after the 1st filter change)we got a GKK error and we logged the complaint to the same PUREIT service centre but the technician is giving the quotation for 5000/-.and we ask the same to CROMA, Mogappair they mentioned that AMC will cover after 1yr where the same details are not educated to us while we purchase and till now we haven't received any mails.
                        We really don't understand after paying the full amount of money for the product and AMC. Why should we pay 5k for every 6 months.why none of the details are educated to us while we purchase and why the AMC persons are only focusing on sales and nothing else.
                        For Past 5 days I have been following CROMA mogappair and still the problem didn't get rectified and the water started to smell very bad. Executive (Latha, Customer support executive) who received the complaint having a very bad knowledge about the product and she is showing so much attitude towards customers.
                        I sent mail regarding this issue to CROMA but after 4 days they replying and very response from CROMA also.

                          This is in reference to the Symphone Cooler that we received today on 23rd April 2023. The delivery guys just ran away even before i could show him that the cooler is broken and by the way he was behaving during delivery it was very evident and clear that he Knew about the Broken Air Cooler of Symphony.

                          I tried calling Him and his Senior both the Name and Numbers of the People are given below

                          Rahul Alkute - Delivery guys who came to my residence to delivery

                          This delivery guy was in a hurry and just ran away and i kept on calling him to show that the Cooler is broken.

                          Croma DC (dont know his name)
                          Phone : +91 [protected]

                          Then i spoke to this guy named as Croma DC, his number was given to me by Rahul Alkute the delivery guy. He promised me that he will take it back and told me that he is sorry for what happened.

                          But both of them have blocked my numbers and i tried calling them the entire afternoon and evening.

                          The reason i wanted the cooler is due to extreme heat my son has taken sick and is not well, he is not well for the past 3 days and his temperature is about 102 or more for past 3 days.

                          Does Croma take advantage of such situations and delivery us a Broken Air cooler. Is this the business and how your conduct business and take advantage of the situation.

                          You know the air cooler was broken and you just deliver me this and run away. This is pure cheating.

                          Replace the cooler in next 1 day. i need a new cooler.

                            Order I'd: SOA[protected]
                            The order was booked at store on Anwar shah extension on 19th April 2023. The delivery date was 22/04/2023. On 22/04 the croma app showed " out for delivery". Today, on 23/04 it has gone back one step, I e., "Order shipped". Number of complaints by email and phone calls to your customer service is futile. My emails hv not been answered and phone exec has no clue about delivery. The shop phone no +[protected] is also switched off. Totally worthless company and service is pathetic. I had told the shop person during buying that the date of delivery is o[censored]tmost importance as the fridge was for my son's birthday. But now I am deeply dissatisfied.

                              I bought an air cooler on 17 April 2023 and it turned out to be defective. It automatically turns off after 30 min. i placed a return request in 19th April 2023. Its 22 April 20223 today nd my old cooler is still with me and I don't know when my new cooler arrives.
                              i emailed regarding the same thing but there is no response.
                              i received a whatsapp mssge saying I might get my cooler by 2nd may which is far too long for a replacement and makes no sense.
                              immediately I receive an email saying that the product is not eligible for replacement, take refund.
                              I mean this is a bad show altogether.
                              There is no answer from the customer care as well.
                              I want this fixed ASAP.

                                I had ordered voltas Ac from them for Rs 23198. They had given invoice labelled as infiniti retail croma, there was nothing to be suspicious about.

                                2days later they called me convincing me to pay another 23198 as previous invoice had to be cancelled.
                                You may call it brain fade moment but i ended up paying Rs 115320 for AC only to realise i had been cheated by them. They had convinced me by giving croma ID card, DTDC courier copy and infiniti retail invoice. They are not responding to my messages or calls.

                                Website, email id, are all fradulent. @Govt please take action against them.and help get my money back.

                                  I have booked one product on 17-Apr-2023 from Croma City Center Gwalior store.
                                  It was supposed to be delivered on 19-Apr-2023. I visited to croma store and they said it will be delivered by 20-Apr-2023.
                                  Again i am getting call from croma store that they are unable to deliver product on 20 th Apr.
                                  It will be delivered on 21-Apr-2023.

                                  What is this non sense going on in croma. I am totally disappointed by the croma service.
                                  I am raising complaint everyday to croma. But no action has been taken.
