I've ordered new 24" tv of croma brand from the croma store located in chala vapi Gujarat, on 21 may 2022 for which I received the delivery next day i.e. on 22 may 2022. As I was said that the installation person will come for installation within 48hrs, but nobody came up till 25th may 2022, and when I unboxed the tv i found it in opened/used condition. For which I already raised the query via mail. Since no response came via mail I even had personally visited the store regarding the same query for which I they assured me to resolve my problem at the earliest. It’s already 26th june 2022 and yet my query is not resolved. Inspite of my constant follow ups now the representative of tata croma is saying the tv will not get replace as its unbox. The delay was from your end, i already waited for 72 hours, though it was their duty to send somebody for installation within 48hrs of delivery. And now instead of solving the query they are trying to get their hands out of it.
Not expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude from such a big brand TATA CROMA. Worst service, worst product worst representatives. they are duping the people by providing used, defective products.
It’s my humble request, kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
I want to return the tv.
