I had placed an order on 21st may 2022 but by error payment got deducted three times then i lodge a complaint to refund the payment for two times on 25th may, then croma refund the one time payment only. Then fresh complaint is lodged on 3rd june, after that croma is not responding.
They said that they are working on it from 3rd june...

    Croma TV 32 inch purchased on 19th June 2022 but installation is pending over 2weeks and response from Croma Vanasthalipuram Hyderabad is pathetic and negligent.

        I had purchased apple ipad on 12th june with 2 offers of Rs. 3000 instant cashback and no cost emi with HDFC credit card for 6 months.

        Delivered on 17/06/2022

        Total cashback = 3000 instant + 1100 approx. no cost emi interest pre refund

        Already complained on customer care but no action taken and they said it would be technical issue for payment time.

        Please solve this issue and provide the cashback of 4100+ OR I’ll return the product and refund my all paid money with interest i paid.

        Final payment was Rs. 29090
        Instant cashback and no cost emi offer was Rs. 3000+1130

        Payment should be Rs. 26080 approx but from my HDFC credit card they deducted full payment of Rs. 29090.

        Please refund my applicable cashback of Rs. 4130 approx

          I have made a purchase from Croma for the above mentioned product. There was a offer going on with No Cost EMI and 3000 rupees cashback on HDFC Credit and Debit Cards. I have made the purchase using my Credit card and selected the offer and applied for No Cost EMI for 6 months. I even selected the offer in the payment page. But i was charged the whole amount that is 42, 100 rupees and no cashback. I need my refund for these both the cashback and the no cost emi interest amount back. I have made a purchase from Croma as they were having the offer else i would not have opted for this company. I have attached the Invoice and the order page screenshot for further details. Please help me getting my money back.

            i purchased two coolers from croma store, cannaught place, new delhi on 14th june 2022 .
            my first complaint is lack of awareness among your workers- I selected two coolers both from symphony and when i asked about the delivery date they told me it'll be delivered in a day. But after the bill has been made the guy (chandan) told me the product for shipping is not available and they will give me the demo products which i selected in the first place.
            my second complaint is - the product was okay at first but after scrolling through your online site i saw they haven't given me the remote that comes with it and also the wheels of the cooler was missing.
            my third complaint is after telling the same problem to the offline store customer care support, even after 2 days they haven't done anything yet.
            Please sir/ma'am i come from a middle class family and it is really hectic for me to go to the store ask about the progress made in this direction.
            please solve the issue on war footing or else i have to take judiciary help in this matter which will drain my money and my time further more.

              I have purchased the product from croma online with worth 2500 (gift card2k) and other was by paying online, the order went wrong due to their tech issues and it was not reflecting on portal.

              I have called like 100 times and struggling to get my refund processed. Everyday wait for 1 hour to escalate repeat the issue and same update . they were just asking to wait for call back wait for email or message and no update after waiting for 2-3 days also. Its been more than one month 10+ Service request raised but no one helped me just strulgging to get my refund from croma. It's worst support and process ever came across.

                I am a regular buyer at Croma and when I recently purchased a mobile, the sales person told me to get the Tata Croma Credit Card.

                He promised that I shall be receiving 1000 Rs voucher to spend in any partner outlets and there will be no annual charge.

                While doing the KYC the bank specifically mentioned about the annual fee charge and I refused to go ahead.

                The sales person then mentioned that you accept it for now and the fee will be waived by croma seperately. After the card was issued I immediately got charged 589 Rs as annual fee charge the fee is still not waived.

                The false claims by the sales person in a store like Croma is not at all appreciable and please beware of this frauds and cheating.

                  Recently i purchased a samsung tv from croma and paid them 1, 51, 000 from my credit and debit cards, was suppose to get the cashback which i havent, the bill which was delivered to me with the tv is for 141, 700... this is appx 10 thousand rupees less then what i have been charged and no cashback or refund has happened for the extra surplus amount charged... infact they have sold me separately a warranty of 15 thousand plus for which i paid separately and they delivered the product after 7 days of actual payment...so till 7 days i was not aware of this fraud as i got the actual bill croma with the product delivery only... i need the refund of the extra billing charged to me then the actual billing cost of the product

                    I've ordered new 24" tv of croma brand from the croma store located in chala vapi Gujarat, on 21 may 2022 for which I received the delivery next day i.e. on 22 may 2022. As I was said that the installation person will come for installation within 48hrs, but nobody came up till 25th may 2022, and when I unboxed the tv i found it in opened/used condition. For which I already raised the query via mail. Since no response came via mail I even had personally visited the store regarding the same query for which I they assured me to resolve my problem at the earliest. It’s already 26th june 2022 and yet my query is not resolved. Inspite of my constant follow ups now the representative of tata croma is saying the tv will not get replace as its unbox. The delay was from your end, i already waited for 72 hours, though it was their duty to send somebody for installation within 48hrs of delivery. And now instead of solving the query they are trying to get their hands out of it.
                    Not expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude from such a big brand TATA CROMA. Worst service, worst product worst representatives. they are duping the people by providing used, defective products.
                    It’s my humble request, kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
                    I want to return the tv.

                      Hi Team,

                      I have placed an order on 4th of June 2022. I have ordered Samsung T7 1 TB. I have paid partially with credit card, croma gift card and TATANEU points. After ordering Iam unable track in order page. After a day I got an email from croma with reference number[protected] saying that due to technical issue my order is not successful. After 7 days partial payment which i have paid through credit card and gift card got refunded. The partial payment which i have paid through Tataneu points of amount 4874 is still not refunded. When i have raised the complaint with croma through customer care. They are not helpful. Each i tried calling the croma customer care they starting the ask the issue from scratch. So far 24 days has been passed. I need a help. Its very frustating with croma.

                        I ordered an Ipad with Rs 4000 instant cashback and no cost emi offer using HDFC credit card, it has been 8 days and I haven't received any cashback not no cost emi discount and now I have to pay emi interest also which is unacceptable. If Croma is showing offer then it should fulfill it.

                            I have ordered the product on above date. As per the Offer on website, I have applied the offer of HDFC Bank Credit Card which would give 4000 instant cashback & No Cost EMI . But it has deducted the full amount of Rs. 78990/- from my credit card & not gave No Cost Emi also. Now this product costing me around 85000/- without GST.

                            I am very frustrated by calling the Customer Care several times sending emails but whenever i calls the Customer Care telling me that Backend team will contact me and resolve my issue but even it’s been 4 days buy still Backed Team are not responding me & failed to resolve the issue.
                            My Service request id’s are

                            2. SR[protected]

                            So, as your return policy i can return the product within 7 days and my return period is getting over on 28 June 2022. Due to your weak response and you failed to resolve my issues i can’t wait further.

                            Hope you will understand my problem .
                            So, I would request you to please Cancel my order & give my full refund immediately

                              I purchased "Symphony D/Cooler 75L Sumo 75 XL" from Croma website on 14th May 2022 and 2 yr extended warranty along with that which cost me Rs 10, 521 and Rs 1187.10 respectively. The cooler was damaged because of which I returned it, after 3-4 days it was returned successfully, further I got the refund after 1-2 weeks (after complaining to customer care multiple times). The refund amount I received was Rs 10, 521 which was just for cooler and I didn't get refund of 1187.10 which was for extended warranty which is of no use for me. It's been more than a month now and I have raised complaint to customer care many times, every time they are saying that I will get my refund but till now I have no update regarding the refund and also no hope of receiving the refund. They are continuously making fool of me and not providing the solution/refund. After so many days and 1 month still there is no response from them and I am not even able to see any update on their website plus i am not receiving any mail/sms/call from them regarding this even after raising so many complaints. They do not want to provide the refund.

                                While purchasing, i have selected the 3rd option of your offer mentioned in your website i.e 4 months instant cash back AND 6 months NO COST EMI by using HDFC card. While while checking it had shown that my EMI would be Rs 11330 after adjusting CB and interest amount totalling Rs 6868. But the amount debited from card was Rs 71990. The next day morning i contacted your CS executive and was informed that it would be converted by the end of day and can take the delivery. But when I saw the HDFC statement i came to know that this was converted as interest EMI and not as No Cost EMI. This is the main reason for returning the product as i would be loosing nearly Rs. 7000 for this purchase. Please understand that this is the reason for my concern and made to suffer because of your fault. Hope you will understand the situation with empathy and arrange to convert this as NO COST EMI or credit the amount to my credit card and i can purchase the same phone by using some other HDFC card and avail the CB and no cost emi facility.

                                      I purchased a samsung 65 inch neo qled 65 inch tv on 17th of june from croma at dlf mall, saket, new delhi ... but till date i have not received any update, confirmation either via email or mobile phone message about its purchase validity, the croma executive suresh and senior executive akash jha despite of me calling them several times dont pick or reply back... i need to know the whereabouts of my purchased product and its purchase bill/confirmation through email and wssp or message ( to be sent by croma or samsung) ..tv has costed me more than 1.5 lacs of rupees and i have the right as a consumer to know where is my purchase... i have been harassed and bullied by above mentioned croma staff and i wow never to make any purchase through croma in future..i had been a loyal croma customer for several years making several lacs worth appliance purchase but the company has let me down as a customer ..my mobile number is [protected], [protected]@gmail.com is my email id..thanks amitanshu jain
