I had received a damaged Hitachi AC and had to return it and at croma.com can see it is currently available however the agent was denying the fact which is a clear indication of the company not customer friendly.

    This side Abhishek Gupta, I am visiting at your store Croma in Gaur City Mall. When I was entering guard rudely denied and said you can't be enter inside the store, if you know someone in croma then call them and ask to come out side Store. Very Pathetic Service, I never suggest to Anyone to go there. They are not allowed to enter then what if we go for any Service. Too much bad Service, Guard rudely state forward says "Chale jao yha se tum Jaiso ki Entry nhi h'

    I will do complaint this on Social media also. Regarding Misbehave, Rudely Talk, No one staff or their senior came to talk to me that what is the matter. It like Guard is the Owner whatever he says is alright.

    Very Pathetic Croma Guard and their Staff too. I will never suggest to go there, If I found mail id of Sir Ratan Tata then I will mail them to.

      I have ordered an ipad air 5th gen which on unboxing found to be defective after which I shared all the images and video to the concern team and they said(on 27-may-2022)we will return the product and will provide you refund its been seven days nobody has picked my product yet and when I contact the customer care they keep saying that you will hear from us in 24 hour but is been three days nobody has called me nor they have picked my product

        Hi,
        I have purcahsed CROMA LED HDR SMT 39.5inch EL7362N 3YRWR from Croma Dec 2000, This TV is in warranty, I have raised complaint againts this TV on 30 May 22, as the apps are not working, this TV is doesn't support if the apps are upgraded. Technican visited to check the TV, and said that this model had lot of complaints, gradually all the apps will not work, as the software is not comaptible. The Service team is asking to use browser instead, I haven't purchased a laptop to use browser.

        Now Croma Team is not reponding to me, I'm doing a constant followup, but I'm moved from pillar to pillar with no suppport.

        I have requseted for a replacement of the TV which can support the software and the apps.

          As I purchased the Sony soundbar 5.1 HT -RT3 system on 27/04/2022 date and within 3 days of delivery the remote stopped working and was not at all operating so I called and complained Croma for this if which they came home and collected the remote and told me we will replace it for you for free which was obvious because the system was only 3 days old but they didn't returned for month now we were continuously calling your croma outlet but no one responded is croma so cheap and weak that it takes 1 months to just replace a remote from vashi outlet to ghansoli at my place and then when the delivery guy comes he says you have to pay for this is it a joke i have put thousands of rupees and the remote was faulty why would I pay for it and then the call center guy started talking rude and misbehaving with my dad which is very very wrong so Clearly i want this remote issue fixed ASAP and want an apology for talking to my father like this within 48 hours . And let me be clear im not gonna pay even 1 rupees extra for anything now as it was just 3 days old so either solve this or im gonna complaint against croma for selling defective product and scamming people and police complaint against that employee on phone i have full recording of the conversation so I won't think before complaint so issue an apology for treating my father like this and resolve this remote issue asap.

            I purchased my Samsung a52s 5g from Croma and they told me there will be no cost EMI but when my EMI started the interest was charged and after complaints, they told me that it will be returned to you in form of cashback but it has been a long time there's no resolution to my complaint and still, interest is getting charged and the cost of my phone is increased as compared to what I was told so its s sheer case of misrepresentation.

              We took a appliance service gold plan. We were informed that we can receive certain services on all electronic appliances for free of cost until one year. We informed the store to get the services for AC wet service and gas installation. But the agents only do e the wet service and came back 3 days later for the gas installation and charged us money for the service by lying that they will only do for only samsung and that we need to inform the store. But when asked before the work they told us there was no need we will comeback later. Even the vijayawada store where we purchased the appliances and service plans dis not help is and only kept the call going on for 10 minutes. Such a waste of time and disappointment. Completely untrustworthy!!!

                Croma TV installation delayed

                I have purchased Croma TV, on 29 May 22 and TV was delivered on 30 May 22. Today is 1st June 22 still there is no communication for installation from Croma. I called Croma Helpline no 10 times and every time they keep saying it will happen today since yesterday. I was informed installation will happen within 48 hrs of the purchase. It has been 72 hrs now and no technician has called me.
                I have also requested for order cancellation...

                I purchased a single door liebherr fridge from croma tnagar usman road chennai and it was delivered on 20 may 2022. order id SOA[protected]. after installation it keeps producing wierd noise and i reported it immediatly back to croma on 21 may .sales person ranjith who convinced us to buy liebherr saying its good and quality product. that guy said he will raise a complaint with liebherr india, but twice they closed the complaint themselves without any response. again raised a complaint, finally liebherr tech did a visit on 28 may, but not able to identify where the issue is and told me they will send a senior technician. on 30th may another technician visited and checked, he mentioned this is the first time he come across this kind of noise and not able to identify where the noise is from .he told us he will speak to HO and do the needful for replacement or any other solution. After seeing this i spoke to croma for replacement, no proper response. I spoke to liebherr they put a blame on croma and croma person points to liebherr, telling me to wait wait wait, what a pathetic service. even after 10 days of purchase no solution yet. Customer's money, effort, value is not bothered here. after sales support is so dissappointing

                  It's been over 48hours, since Rs. 2518.20 was charged to my credit card for my croma online order:[protected] by Infiniti Retail/Croma and there is still no sign of an invoice or order confirmation email.

                  All I got is a "Payment in transit" email with the below contents:
                  "We'd like you to know that your payment is in transit and we are awaiting payment confirmation from our partner for your order[protected].
                  We will send you an email with your order details as soon as the payment is confirmed."

                  Support team is only good for letting me know a 24 to 48hrs' ETA, everytime I email or call them.

                  It's as if I'm having to deal with an illegitimate company and not a Tata enterprise.

                  This is my first Croma online order and going to be the last one.

                  Croma issued a refund after a week. I did place another order and it went thru fine.

                  So the issue most likely is their systems don't always behave as expected when you use their coupons. I'd applied a HDFC credit card coupon(advertised by Croma) and that caused all the headache.

                    On 19.05.2022, I have called croma customer care number and informed them that I am facing issues with my TCL LED 109cms, that while watching TV it is flickering and the screen is turning black to which I was informed by the croma that i’ll receive a call from the Kamla Nagar Croma store and then one technician will visit my place to check. I didn’t received any call from the store but the TCL technician visited my place and stated that he he can not fix it as there warranty is expired and I am under the Croma extended warranty. Then same day I again called croma customer care and informed them about the same, then again I was informed that i’ll get a call from the Croma store Kamla Nagar and again 1 technician will visit my place. Further on 21.05.2022, one technician visited my place and stated after checking the LED that my LED is Dead and within 15 mins i’ll get a call from the Croma about the replacement or refund, but all in vain as I didn’t get any call from the Croma. Then again I called croma customer care and informed about the same on 22.05.2022 (I think) and since then I am making regular calls to croma and everytime I am been informed that i’ll get a call from the Croma Kamla Nagar Store for the update, but all in vain as till today i.e. 30.05.2022 at 7.05 in the evening, i have not received any call or update from the store

                    I have never accepted this kind o[censored]nprofessional and unethical behaviour from Croma atleast. The only reason of me buying from Croma is its services but now I think either croma's senior staff has changed or they people has stopped giving its services and are only here to loot the innocent customers by fooling them by charging them extra about the services, and when they need it croma backoff.

                    If this is how croma have changed your services, then I have no other option except to take and initiate legal action against croma, as I have been cheated and looted by Croma by charging me extra for the extended services and when I needed them then I have been asked to run from pillar to post.

                    One of the worst and most unprofessional store Kamla Nagar. As their senior staff does not want to work.

                      This is to complain about the Panasonic AC which was bought exactly a month ago. There has been some technical error seen when we turn on the AC. It not displaying the number and degree on the unit and nor it is taking any commands from the remote. Neither the AC is cooling at all.
                      WE RAISED A COMPLAIN TO CROMA AND ALSO TO PANASONIC. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 48 HOURS AND NO ONE HAS CAME TO GIVE A VISIT AND LOOK AT THE PROBLEM.
                      WE CALLED AT CROMA ISKCON BRANCH AHMEDABAD GUJARAT AND THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE UPDATED DATABASE OF IUR ADDRESS, WHERE THE AC WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED.
                      CROMA AND PANASONIC CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE SAID SOMEONE WILL COME AND LOOK WITHIN 48 HOURS.

                      NOT A SINGLE ### PEOPLE HAD COTHIS IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDED BY CROMA AND PANASONIC.

                        I placed an order on Croma on 23/5/22 for Logitech MX Keys keyboard. The money was paid by debit card to the value of INR 9445.50 but no order confirmation and order is not visible in my account. I saw an error in order confirmation page. CM90000-Unable to process the request.

                        I have not even been provided an order confirmation number. I have since reached out to croma support who has provided ticket number: SR[protected] but fail to acknowledge any further communication from despite multiple emails. I have also requested refund but no response. Please help refund my money debited in full as I have not received the product.

                          I have ordered Boat Headphones for my personal use via Tata Neu. They promised to deliver the product on 21st May. I got the late delivery on 23th May. The reason for late delivery is not disclosed to me and neither I was communicated for late delivery.

                          After I got the delivery (Delivery person just left the parcel to my grand mother without any concern), I checked the product and found that Mic is not working. I initiated the refund request on the same day.

                          I still haven't even communicated on when and how my refunds will be processed. Every time I call customer support they keep saying it will be processed in 5-7 business day. I am no longer beliving in Tata Neu.

                          It was my first order on tata Neu and I am not going to order it from this app anytime in future. Pathetic experience.

                            I bought vivo v23 pro on 26 may 2022 at 9 pm .When I went to the shop, I was confused whether to buy OnePlus 9, Vivo V23But salesboy suggested me Vivo V23 Pro.salesboy told me oneplus 9 have plastic body and vivo v23 pro have aluminum body.
                            And they told me vivo v23 pro have 120hz refresh rate but it is 90 hz and i bought vivo v23 pro for 37k.
                            And when I came home, its battery was getting drained a lot, so I went back to the shop at 27 may 2022, 7 pm and said so they said charge the battery and shopboy told me i have used google 22 hours used whatsapp 4 hours But I did not even get 24 hours for the mobile and how I have used so much that means I did not sleep all night and I didn't also bought the mobile on 26 may 2022 i am really shocked and it's solve little bitbAnd once it hangs for 20 secs. .shopboy sold me mobile by lying.
                            And when I took the complaint of mobile today, the shopboy was lying that I had said that 90 Hz is the refresh rate.
                            But Shopboy compared both Oneplus 9 and Vivo V22 Pro and said that Oneplus is also 120Hz and Vivo V23 Pro also.
                            And then says that it has an aluminum frame and when I said search it went on google and later comes and says that it is a plastic frame.
                            And they again start manipulating me.
                            And when I said that shopboy sold me mobile by lying so much I want replacement.
                            This phone don't have good camera quality and also i want 120hz refresh rate but in this phone have only 90hz .
                            And because of the plastic frame I didn't get the OnePlus 9 and now I want the same.
                            Croma's shopboys tell a lot of lies to sell their mobiles.
                            And whoever you tell good about anyone, he will take the same and I was also take Vivo V23 Pro.
                            And 120hz and aluminum body is important for me.
                            Croma's shopboy cheated meand start misbehave with me i want replacement.

                            And i called vivo company they told me this is plastic not aluminium.
                            But the employees there, when I gone to store on the next day to say him you cheated me, they were still lying that this is aluminum, not plastic and everything that they had said were refuting.

                            On May 28, when I went to the shop, Salesboy told the manager that this is aluminum, not plastic.
                            But yesterday croma customer care called me and told please came in shop and they we discuss your matter.
                            But when I went today, those people said the same thing back and today their manager was on holiday, so i talked to the CO manager and he called Saleboy And said that why did you speak aluminum to him, then today he started lying whether I am telling plastic since the beginning.
                            Croma's salesboy speak lots of lies.
                            Please help me croma cheated me and now they asked me we can't do anything.
                            Croma's manager amit is also a big lier if croma didn't do anything i will contact with police.

                                  From the past 1 week my ac is showing E8 on ac display and registered a complaint regarding this to the croma customer care. They sent a technician to look into it and after checking the ac, the technician told me that the ac will be replaced as this is under warranty.

                                  He informed me that it will take 4-7 days for the replacement and then they closed the case by themselves. No action taken by their side.
