Hi,
I have purcahsed CROMA LED HDR SMT 39.5inch EL7362N 3YRWR from Croma Dec 2000, This TV is in warranty, I have raised complaint againts this TV on 30 May 22, as the apps are not working, this TV is doesn't support if the apps are upgraded. Technican visited to check the TV, and said that this model had lot of complaints, gradually all the apps will not work, as the software is not comaptible. The Service team is asking to use browser instead, I haven't purchased a laptop to use browser.
Now Croma Team is not reponding to me, I'm doing a constant followup, but I'm moved from pillar to pillar with no suppport.
I have requseted for a replacement of the TV which can support the software and the apps.
