I bought 2 Philips hair Trimmer from Croma at 3090 Rs each. total amount of 6180 Rs. it got debited from my account . I have not received any order id or any order confirmation sms.
Its not even showing in my order details.
I have mailed all my details and sent transaction screenshot but no resolution is provided by croma customer care.

    TV volume dropping automatically within a month of purchase and remote stopped working. I contacted the service center and one man came and he was unable to diagnosed the issue and said there will be a replacement for remote is raised. after that for 2 months no one contacted me. i even tried contacted them twice and no response. I was given a faulty product. I purchased this 32 inch croma fire tv at croma shop at grand mall, velachery, chennai. Kindly give me a direction to get this replaced with new one.

      I order a product in croma online 15th June 2022, today is 18th still order not confirmed. When I call to customer they told from last 3 day only on thing, your details are not updated in our system, our back end team will provide update .

      3 days over still backend team did not send update .

      Order is not confirmed yet, 19th is delivery date . Still order not confirmed

      They maintain worst customer service, all information is false . I think they cheating every one

      giving order confirmation 3 days, still not confirmed, I think they are doing fraud

            I have calling croma since june 13 every day since my ac is not working, every time i call i receive a message that technician has been aligned to you who will visit in 48 hrs. and later i recieve a message saying issue has been resolved but the technician never visited my place. i have been calling every day to croma, voltas, service centre everybody but everyones reply is same.
            the mark the complaint status to done without even visiting. They claim to resolve any issue in 48 hrs. but its been more than 5 days now.
            after no choice left i am raising this complaint here.

              I was looking for online purchases, so i called store manager, he told a product which i want to purchase is available at der store, so he said I can choose pick from Store option.
              When I was looking for that pick up option, it was not der at all . Very pathetic site and process....

              I have ordered a washing machine from CROMA and of CROMA Brand on Sunday.This product was delivered on Tuesday and its been 2 days now and i am still waiting for the installation.I called the cutomer care to know about the status and they just told me the SLA for the installation is 4-7 working days which is totally not accepted..If you buy any other product, they deliver the product and instllatiin on the next day but here we just need to wait 4-7 days...OMG..If you are buying a new product, you would be in eager to use the new product..But here we have to wait such a long time...

              Request CROMA look into this matter to change their policy...

                        I have purchased Hitachi Windows 1.5 Ton AC from Croma last year in last 1 year 2 times Gas was leaked and also it produce heave noise since day one. At least every month there engineer visited my location and was not able to fix the issue.

                        In last 1 year approx 20 times I reported the issue and by now it is still not fixed. Sales executive promised for replacement but when I ask for this they completely denied this. Now even they have blocked my number so that I can't call their support. This is the worst experience I had with Croma since I bought this item. Please beware while you visit or purchase anything from Croma.

                                      I Have purchased a Croma 1 Ton window AC with serial no. CRAWA0125T[protected] on 30 May 2022 which is delivered to me on 3rd June and installed on 4th June. When the AC is started first time, it was not cooling. The complaint for the same is registered at croma customer support. The Technician visit my home and told me that AC don't have R-32 Gas. The same was registered with Croma and they open a product return complaint. When I again call on 8th June for enquiry about my complaint, the customer care told me that my complaint is closed without taking any action. On my demand they again registered a new complaint with new complaint no and the whole process is to be done again. This is simply harassment from Croma. I Paid full amount of AC on 30th May and I m with a AC which is not working. Kindly Help me !!!

                                      I had the same issue Tanwar ji. I purchased Hitachi Window 1.5 Ton Ac from Crom Aditya Mall Indirapuram. I had the same Gas issue. approx 20+ engineers so far and still the reported issue is not resolved.
