I have purchased an LG washing machine on 10th May paying full amount and the product was supposed to be delivered on 11th May. Croma has a cancellation policy of 7 days that they take to process the refund. I cancelled my order on 5th May 2022, so ideally it should have been processed by now but still it has not been processed. The voucher amount that I used was Rs 4000, which I have no idea by when it would be provided.

I have purchased 2 nos of Voltas ACs on 30.04.2022 and delivered on 2.5.22. Installation is free in the product but not yet installed till date .
