I've ordered new 24" tv of croma brand from the croma store located in chala vapi Gujarat, on 21 may 2022 for which I received the delivery next day i.e. on 22 may 2022. As I was said that the installation person will come for installation within 48hrs, but nobody came up till 25th may 2022, and when I unboxed the tv i found it in opened/used condition. For which I already raised the query via mail. Since no response came via mail I even had personally visited the store regarding the same query for which I they assured me to resolve my problem at the earliest. It’s already 26th june 2022 and yet my query is not resolved. Inspite of my constant follow ups now the representative of tata croma is saying the tv will not get replace as its unbox. The delay was from your end, i already waited for 72 hours, though it was their duty to send somebody for installation within 48hrs of delivery. And now instead of solving the query they are trying to get their hands out of it.
Not expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude from such a big brand TATA CROMA. Worst service, worst product worst representatives. they are duping the people by providing used, defective products.
It’s my humble request, kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
I want to return the tv.

    Hi Team,

    I have placed an order on 4th of June 2022. I have ordered Samsung T7 1 TB. I have paid partially with credit card, croma gift card and TATANEU points. After ordering Iam unable track in order page. After a day I got an email from croma with reference number[protected] saying that due to technical issue my order is not successful. After 7 days partial payment which i have paid through credit card and gift card got refunded. The partial payment which i have paid through Tataneu points of amount 4874 is still not refunded. When i have raised the complaint with croma through customer care. They are not helpful. Each i tried calling the croma customer care they starting the ask the issue from scratch. So far 24 days has been passed. I need a help. Its very frustating with croma.

      I ordered an Ipad with Rs 4000 instant cashback and no cost emi offer using HDFC credit card, it has been 8 days and I haven't received any cashback not no cost emi discount and now I have to pay emi interest also which is unacceptable. If Croma is showing offer then it should fulfill it.

        I have purchased the aquaguard crystal model before 10 month Product is in warranty period also paid for the 1 year AMC service .
        before 2 week water flow is low then complaining to service center she registered the complaint. now the aquaguard is not working.no response from service team they only registered the complaint.

          I have serious issue with my order, details are as bellow:

          Delivered Date -21 June 2022

          I have ordered the product on above date. As per the Offer on website, I have applied the offer of HDFC Bank Credit Card which would give 4000 instant cashback & No Cost EMI . But it has deducted the full amount of Rs. 78990/- from my credit card & not gave No Cost Emi also. Now this product costing me around 85000/- without GST.

          I am very frustrated by calling the Customer Care several times sending emails but whenever i calls the Customer Care telling me that Backend team will contact me and resolve my issue but even it’s been 4 days buy still Backed Team are not responding me & failed to resolve the issue.
          My Service request id’s are

          So, as your return policy i can return the product within 7 days and my return period is getting over on 28 June 2022. Due to your weak response and you failed to resolve my issues i can’t wait further.

          Hope you will understand my problem .

            I purchased "Symphony D/Cooler 75L Sumo 75 XL" from Croma website on 14th May 2022 and 2 yr extended warranty along with that which cost me Rs 10, 521 and Rs 1187.10 respectively. The cooler was damaged because of which I returned it, after 3-4 days it was returned successfully, further I got the refund after 1-2 weeks (after complaining to customer care multiple times). The refund amount I received was Rs 10, 521 which was just for cooler and I didn't get refund of 1187.10 which was for extended warranty which is of no use for me. It's been more than a month now and I have raised complaint to customer care many times, every time they are saying that I will get my refund but till now I have no update regarding the refund and also no hope of receiving the refund. They are continuously making fool of me and not providing the solution/refund. After so many days and 1 month still there is no response from them and I am not even able to see any update on their website plus i am not receiving any mail/sms/call from them regarding this even after raising so many complaints. They do not want to provide the refund.

              While purchasing, i have selected the 3rd option of your offer mentioned in your website i.e 4 months instant cash back AND 6 months NO COST EMI by using HDFC card. While while checking it had shown that my EMI would be Rs 11330 after adjusting CB and interest amount totalling Rs 6868. But the amount debited from card was Rs 71990. The next day morning i contacted your CS executive and was informed that it would be converted by the end of day and can take the delivery. But when I saw the HDFC statement i came to know that this was converted as interest EMI and not as No Cost EMI. This is the main reason for returning the product as i would be loosing nearly Rs. 7000 for this purchase. Please understand that this is the reason for my concern and made to suffer because of your fault. Hope you will understand the situation with empathy and arrange to convert this as NO COST EMI or credit the amount to my credit card and i can purchase the same phone by using some other HDFC card and avail the CB and no cost emi facility.

                    I purchased a samsung 65 inch neo qled 65 inch tv on 17th of june from croma at dlf mall, saket, new delhi ... but till date i have not received any update, confirmation either via email or mobile phone message about its purchase validity, the croma executive suresh and senior executive akash jha despite of me calling them several times dont pick or reply back... i need to know the whereabouts of my purchased product and its purchase bill/confirmation through email and wssp or message ( to be sent by croma or samsung) ..tv has costed me more than 1.5 lacs of rupees and i have the right as a consumer to know where is my purchase... i have been harassed and bullied by above mentioned croma staff and i wow never to make any purchase through croma in future..i had been a loyal croma customer for several years making several lacs worth appliance purchase but the company has let me down as a customer ..my mobile number is [protected], [protected]@gmail.com is my email id..thanks amitanshu jain

                      I visited chroma belapur store for repair service of my Apple Pencil and the customer service guy directly told to visit the Apple service store without even listening to the query I had. They promise many things while selling the product that we will help you if you have any issues and when it comes to helping, they just say we cannot send from our side you have to visit. Disgusting service at the store for existing customers.

                      Will never recommend the store to family and friends for buying any items, rather it will be good to directly go to the product store and not visiting chroma.

                        I bought macbook air from croma on 18th jun 2022 after booking it in advance on 10th of the june after two days i found that my macbook earphone jack is not working then i rushed to croma store where the employee told me to visit apple service centre there apple employee told me that its hardware problem and manufacturing defect, now i rushed back to croma store and asked them to replace my product first they agreed to do that but also stated that if this product with same article didn't come in stock then they will note replace it as apple has raised the price of same product. now they are saying that their retailer is saying that this product with same price will not come in the stock in near future. the croma store employee gave me three option to choose one from them 1st is refund 2nd is serviced product 3rd is product of same range from other company. But I just want my product replaced.

                            Marketed for S20 FE 5 G Android 12 OS. Shown recent manufactured. Billed. While opening and taking delivery, Marketting officials behind me distracted me and in the name of Marketting screen guard and after taking delivery shocking to see 0% battery 7 months old manufactured item with Android 11 OS.

                            Telephonic complaint simply received and got message as resolved without any resolution. When insisted for CCTV footage they showing deliberately up to certain time I.e just before the Marketting officials distracted my attention.

                            Paid full amount and got last year manufactured piece with old android OS.

                            Rude behaviour and refusing to exchange. TATA name being misused by some cheating girls.

                              @cromaretail, I had to purchase watch for gift, and after checking at website I ordered the watch to be delivered in next 1 days, but on the day of delivery, I received one message that the new invoice is generated and the product will be delivered after 7 days, again after 2 days today they called and confirmed it will take 7 more days, totally breach of trust on the store brand, will think 100 times before purchasing anything from this online store

                                I booked an apple I phone 64gb from croma online store and picked up by myself from the Croma showroom. There was an offer of 3000 instant cash back plus no cost emi on HDFC bank cars. I confirmed about the offer before ordering the phone and have been informed that instant cash back will credit in 24-48hrs max. However it’s been 3 days and I have not received any cash back and also I have been charged 15% on emi. Total I have been cheated for almost 6k including the interest I have been paying. Multiple service requests raised but no use. Each executive say different things and simply asked to wait for 24hrs. Attaching the offer details snapshots taken before ordering. Please help to get the cash back and interest on emi. Thanks

                                  I bought iPhone 13 (₹79990) on 29 Apr. 2022 and my order id is[protected]. i choose 6 month no cost EMI option. according to NO cost EMI my EMI will be 13, 331 but my First EMI is 14, 386 and 2nd EMI is 14, 148. I raised complaint for this SR[protected], they replied me "Hello Sameer, thank you for your patience. Please be informed that you had an offer of 'No Cost EMI' but the transaction has been completed via 'Standard EMI'. Hence, the EMI's are as per Standard EMI. Hope, this information was helpful."

                                      I bought 2 Philips hair Trimmer from Croma at 3090 Rs each. total amount of 6180 Rs. it got debited from my account . I have not received any order id or any order confirmation sms.
                                      Its not even showing in my order details.
                                      I have mailed all my details and sent transaction screenshot but no resolution is provided by croma customer care.

                                        TV volume dropping automatically within a month of purchase and remote stopped working. I contacted the service center and one man came and he was unable to diagnosed the issue and said there will be a replacement for remote is raised. after that for 2 months no one contacted me. i even tried contacted them twice and no response. I was given a faulty product. I purchased this 32 inch croma fire tv at croma shop at grand mall, velachery, chennai. Kindly give me a direction to get this replaced with new one.
