    No action taken for after-sales service and waiting since 6th.July 2022.
    Raised the complaints multiple times on the phone, but each time the service center is cancelling the request without resolution.
    Pathetic service of croma microwave oven, sorry to say.
    I'd put the most negative feedback over every possible social media platforms against croma products,

      I placed an order with Croma for an Apple Airpods 2 generation on 14th July 2022.
      Money got deduced from my account but I didnt got any order confirmation since then.
      I even raised complaint with Croma but there is just useless I got nothing from them expect that - Please wait.

        Highly unprofessional and fraud people.. including all the seniors.. they are just focused in making money they dont care about the customers and just ripping them off.. they make lame excuses and covering up their mistakes .
        And force customers to go for repair.. so they are not ready to accept their fault..

            I purchased an phone 11 from croma online portal with Rs 2000 cashback offer through HDFC Credit card.
            It has been more than 35 days since I made this transaction by still the cash back is pending .

            I mailed their customer care id several times and have made at least 6 calls to their customer care number but I keep getting dragged around without any proper response.

            I did not expect such a bad gesture from a Tata company.
            Anyways lesson learnt ..

                For my purchase at croma online on 13.07.2022 E-vouchers are not re-activtated yet as the order was not processed. However credit card refund is issued. Please refund/re-activate 2 no. of E-vouchers which i have purchased each worth Rs 500 asap

My complain was registered but no resolution provided it’s been more than 48 hours now. I made many calls for refund but no resolution.

                            I actually wanted to collect it from the store but mistakenly I opted for home delivery then I instantly cancelled the order. There is no any proper message of refund or the product delivered. Please help me with this. If you can deliver the product it's also okay for me otherwise please refund my money back so I can directly buy it from store or any other website.

                              Dear sir i purchase washing machine 11kg samsung from croma s.g high way my purchase date is : 26/06/2022
                              And after 2 day install washing machine after i use next day washing machine but its was take a long time for clothes 4 hours after i visit croma store he say content to samsung service centre after 2 days service engineer visit at my home he say water pressure problem in washing machine but he say this fault is your side not our washing machine side he say water tank height require 20ft but when i visit croma store croma sales executive not say me require heights 20 ft water tank to washing machine i am very irritated from croma service and samsung service i want return this product and want a refund please help me sir crome executive not answer properly i attached my invoice copy please support me and help me sir
