I ordered one earbuds and one powerbank from croma.com on may 25 2022 and I paid via kotak debit card and money instantly deducted and after few minutes I got a email from croma with title "Payment In Transit" and thought I will take 10-15 minutes to confirm the payment but... Here is the gam starts!

My order never confirmed due to payment in transit. I see nothing in my orders page in my croma account. Now you can imagine what I am thinking... After paying full amount you didn't see the order in the orders page, it's pure SCAM feeling.

I contacted croma support and a lady said we will deliver it to you before the estimated delivery date but I was sure that they gonna refund the money and after 2 days I got a email from croma grivience officer that they gonna refund the money because order not confirmed?? I mean really??

I will never ever going to buy anything from croma now and request you all to be very careful while ordering anything from this 3rd class buggy website.

They take the money and after some days they refund it.. this is my extremely bad experience with croma.

This company literally ruining the TRUST of TATA. Tata higher management should take hard action..

For me, I never going to buy anything from croma, REST IS YOUR CHOICE!

    Hello sir sir i am continuously calling you mail message from last 5 days i am telling you about my problem in every way and for which you are telling me again and again upload video back end team working And I am not able to get any solution like this sir I want to clarify one thing to you if I don't get any solution within the coming 4 days then sir I will file in a court against you and its only croma will be responsible for this. Sir I have become very upset and I am very much angry sir I did not get a positive response even one percent from you and for this I will file a case in court within the coming 4 days and on facebook on twitter I will upload your video on every social networking site sir if i don't get my solution in coming 4 days then sir i request you please give me my solution and return my product and i get my amount refund or my product deliver me

      I purchased croma ac at annasalai branch chennai on 15 th and installation was done on 18. today on 27 the ac is showing error and no cooling happending
      error code is EO
      made three calls to croma office. they say engineer will contact but no one responding. pls the registered mobile number with this product is [protected]

          On 20th May placed order for HP 14 S fq 1092 au in Tata Neu website(Chroma ), it got delivered on 22 May 2022 .The moment I unboxed it, found screen frame popped out near to the camera and it’s clearly visible . Raised service request in order details page of Croma . Since then Croma not saying any thing regarding replacement. It’s been 6 days, every day was following up with customer care and also on mail they said wait for some time . I don’t know how long I need to wait . Pathetic service.

          Am suggesting everyone not to buy products in Croma as they are cheaters simple looting customers money by sending defective products.They should be ashamed by providing such kind of service to the customers.

            Received defective laptop and service request has been raised on 20th May 2022 still no update on this issue. It’s been 5 days since day 1 they were saying we forwarded ticket to concern department, they are working on it.Ak not sure how long it will take to resolve the issue for product replacement if it found defective . As per policy if customer found defective then they will replace or refund in 2 working days .
            Ordered product : HP 14 s FQ 1092 AU
            One of the worst customer service . Better don’t buy products online especially in tataneu or Croma .

              Below is the complaint posted on Croma, Belapur Google Page:

              Please note that i purchased a 2 Ton A/C of Samsung from this Croma store end of the month of April. There was an internal error in their billing department after which the A/C was delivered at my home as well as office. The A/C which was delivered at my office was made by error on their part and was done without payment which was stamped and received by one of the employees.

              After one month Croma called me on Sunday and asked about the double delivery. on the following Monday two of the staff from Croma came and inspected my office premises and also questioned one of the employees who had received the A/C. After office hours a manager named Mr. Vikram visited the office and misbehaved with the employee creating a ruckus and called me after which i asked him to leave and come in next day in my presence. The following day he came back again and misbehaved in my office premises raising his voice and even though i agreed that the A/C was delivered twice by error and was misplaced / stolen he accused me directly and said i was lying and hence we proceeded to the CBD Belapur Police Station today and on their advise agreed to pay 45000 for the misplaced A/C and completed an IMPS today itself. Even in the Police Station Mr. Vikram misbehaved and accused me directly.

              I would like to warn everyone and anyone dealing with Mr. Vikram at this store and would advise not to do any dealing with him directly or may face the same consequences as myself. His name and contact number is as follows:-

              In accordance to the above incident please note that i have spoken verbally to the Croma Belapur Manager Mr. Sandeep and also sent two complaints towards Mr. Vikram on their customer complaint emailBelapur-lords.[protected]@croma.com. Hopefully some senior person from TATA / Croma will look into this and get back to me ASAP.

              Below is the complaint email sent to Belapur-lords.[protected]@croma.com:
              Dear Sir,

              Please register my complaint to the higher authority in Croma and let me now the action taken against Mr. Vikram. Please note that even if there was a problem in our transaction which was due to the error from Croma in the first place, Mr. Vikram had NO RIGHT to come and make a ruckus and scene in my office premises as all other staff from Croma have behaved respectfully.

              Such a person cannot represent Croma and arm twist the customers and misbehave in their office premises and have NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY to do the same. Please get back to me ASAP.

                I ordered a oppo A16k phone from croma on exchange offer for Rs 9990 but the delivery person didn't take the old phone as it was cracked and I had made online payment at the time of placing order .i was promised a refund within 14 days but now it is a month and I made 10 calls 6 complains( registered) and still haven't credited with the refund ! The credit card bill is on my table i m supposed to pay it but why should I if I haven't even spend it ..it's cromas responsibility totally for the situation I am in i want my money back as soon as possible or will be forced to sue you croma!!                   I was promised a delivery date of 24th May. My order[protected] is still not delivered yet. It states out for delivery but the product has still not reached. Tried reaching croma customer care multiple times but no resolution has been provided. i am going to take this to consumer court and sue them. this is bizzare and worst service . I wont recommed croma online to any one. I will also report an FIR to the police station if the product is not delivered to by EOD tomorrow.

                      Hello,

                      I have a problem in my Croma inverter 1.5 ton ac. After 3-4hrs of starting the ac the error comes and blink 5-6 time "pc 04" and ac restart again and its cooling also low when you compare to its first start.

                      I am very disappointed with this issue. I need you to sort this out this issue today. Pls call me to know about the error.

                        According to terms and conditions refund initiate in 5 to 7 working day after the product received to warehouse. I'm calling to customer care from last 2 days and tuday also, they always gave the same answer that "sir aap wait kare aapkho 24hours me humare tema se call aajaye ga" The product is already received to warehouse on date of 15/05/2022, and tuday 9days completed but there is no update of my refund, what is going in work in progress tell me also so that i could also known about your work in progress, Always i call and they reply same. It's a request that please make my refund as soon as possible by tuday because i needed urgently. There is nothing left from my side so please don't let me suffer this.

                          Customer support team placed "Request to cancel" without my confirmation.

                          I have raised SR for delivery delay but they closed the SR and created new SR for "Request to cancel"

                          I paid 60k and waiting for more than 10 days, they are just playing with my money ?

                          if you don't have proper delivery team and customer support team don't come to such a business.

                          "Blue dark courier response - Dear Sir,

                          Thank you for writing to us.

                          We regret to inform you that package has been processed for return back to shipper with an undelivered reason paperwork and ewaybill number not submitted.

                          We would like to inform you that, as per the Standard Operating Procedures and our contract of carriage, deliveries will have to be attempted as per the address mentioned on the Package / Waybill.

                          May we request you to please co-ordinate with shipper for further assistance in this regards for redispatch."

                            I have ordered Croma led from there croma onile website on 21 may my whole amount is debited rs 12169 from my account but still on 24 may my order was not placed i repeatedly calling to croma customer care but every time they said there is some technical issue from there side and wait for response at least 24 hours i mailed there grievance officer but after four days no response i have never seen such a worst service i must say tata will withdraw there name with croma as they are denting there repo

                                I booked boult audio propods from croma on 21 may, 2022 and I made the order prepaid through phonepe UPI to infinity retail and amount of 899rs was debited from my account. But due to some reason I cancelled it.Now, they are not giving any good response and are not even replying back my mail.

                                I request not to buy anything from croma they are fraud....

                                I bought "Hitachi SHIZUKA 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Window AC (Copper Condenser, RAW318HDEA, White)" on 20th May 2022 from Croma store at East of Kailash.
                                The product was delivered to my address on 21st May 2022.
                                The Product MRP mentioned on Croma website and Store was mentioned at ₹40, 290 and Croma is offering a discount of 13% ( Save ₹5300) on MRP.
                                The product selling price mentioned on Croma Store and website was ₹34, 990.
                                I bought this product using HDFC bank card which offered me an additional bank card discount of ₹3, 000.
                                When product was delivered to me on 21st May 2022, MRP mentioned on Hitachi AC Box was ₹34, 790.
                                So, Croma selling price of ₹34, 990 was more than MRP ₹34, 790 mentioned on box.
                                Additionally I felt cheated by false MRP and 13% discount offer by Croma.
                                It is more painful as it is done by reputed TATA Brand like Croma.
                                I feel cheated and my trust in TATA group has gone for a toss.
                                Kindly look into it and help.

                                  I have booked AC Service at croma Tadepalli, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Croma had outsourced service to Zoppfer, the technician had spilled water on the AC board there by damaging the board. When the same has been brought to the notice of croma, Tadepalli, they have not responded and now iam left with damaged AC.

                                      I purchased air conditioning on 1st may 2022 from croma online website(https://www.Croma.Com).

                                      Ac is installed and but no ac cooling comes working the same as the fan. (ac is bluestar 1.0 ton invertor and 3star ac)

                                      ac is a totally fake fraud product given.

                                      I complain 3 times about this defective ac to croma/bluestar but no one is came to my place to replace or return this product.

                                      Croma website had done fake remark on my complaint is "swing not working" without talking to me or any visit to my place.

                                      My ac totally working like a fan.

                                      Please help me to return this fake product and give me a refund of the bill amount (31190 inr) plus installation 2000 inr money

                                      i don't want this faulty piece and i don't want to repair this. I had paid full so i want working new ac.
