    Hi. I purchased "Echo Show 8" on[protected] around 9PM. While purchasing, I'd shared my one strong requirement that this product's speaker part should run on battery and they gave me assurance. But I didn't cross-checked it having faith on Croma as for last 2 months I've been constant customer of Croma.

    But when I found that feature missing, the 2nd day night on[protected], I again visited the store with this complaint. But they defined to replace this product with any other product that I was ready to take as this product was useless for me as not having battery.

    The representative said you should have tested the product here before leaving the store. But How can it be possible to check every features in the product before leaving the store. Not practical even for the representative.

    I'm really disappointed as I was very much clear about my requirement. But they are not ready to listen.

    The tag LINE about CROMA something-- "WE HAVE EXPERTS. TALK TO THEM" but they're expert for how to make people fool.

    I know only one thing. I was VERY VERY CLEAR ABOUT MY REQUIREMENT and even after explaining to them, why they didn't tell the truth about the product.

      Hi All,

      I ordered the following product with Freebies in Croma on May 30th, 2022, and it is scheduled to be delivered on June 2, 2022.

      On June 2nd, 2022, I received the freebies product but not the main product. I checked with Croma customer service, who informed me that the main product was not delivered due to a technical issue and later the delivery date has been updated to June 7th, 2022 in Croma, but today also the product is not yet delivered.

      I am not receiving a proper response from your customer service team and I am completely dissatisfied with your service. I have now cancelled my order with detailed comments.

      Could you please check and refund the full amount as soon as possible.

          I have ordered my Ps5 from www.cromawholesale.in/ in the name of croma infinity retail unit 701 and 702, 7, HDIL tower, kaledonia Sahar road, Andheri East Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069.

          When I opened an advertisement on Instagram for buying ps5 with delivery within 3 days I got excited to buy because there is shortage of this product and I was trying to buy the same from last two years
          When I opened the add it connected me to a well known croma electric appliances shop from where I buy all my electronics after addressing my details I connected with a croma executive telling him to be firoj shaikh his e:code 8000327 no: [protected] said it is available sir then I asked him to give me the proof of yourself and the order I am interested in so he whatsapp the same with a legit watsapp business account with autogenerated msg to confirm the order just like croma representative he showed me his I'd card and other payment proofs afterwards he asked me to make half payment and half after delivery then he gave UPI I'd as i was in hurry to book my ps5 as it doesn't gets out of stock I send him 20 thousand in [protected]@rbl with which I received a gmail confirmation just like croma with my product details and the executive send me a courier bill in which DTDC showed to pay remaining amount so he asked me again to pay balance amount after receiving truthful mail and a courier bill, in the other upi I'd of the same person name akash his numbers are [protected] and krish named UPI I'd [protected]@ybl remaining 30 thousand once the second payment was done there was no shipment details from both the sender and courier service I made a call on both platform but there was no order placed in the reference of my number then I had a call from akash as he now claims himself as the manager and tries to convince me about my payment that because of some network issue your order has been cancelled it will be refunded in your account within a week and asked me to reebook my ps5 I said I have no money so he told me to give 10 thousand to book and keep on claiming that we are trustfull not frauds but when I didn't gave him the amount he starts sounding different and start to blame me for the money transfer he is scamming more people's I have each and every detail even call recording screenshots there numbers are active

          Since it is the matter of money laundering and fraud UPI payments
          I request you to look in the matter for our sake and take the necessary actions at the earliest, looking forward to your kind assistance in this matter.

            Till now we have not the techinician for installation. Contacting customer care, they say they ll send... but still now the technician hasn't reached us.
            Even worse, the croma customer care personal are disconnecting calls as I call them everyday!

              Greetings of the Day!!

              I am writing this email, to bring to your kind attention the problems I have faced and infact facing, to get the purchased products from Croma.
              Getting a product from Croma has been a hustle for me. Firstly, it was my gastop, which had leakage issues and to get that product repaired, I had to make humungous amount of calls. After constant followups and tiring phone calls, (where I had to explain the problem everytime to the customer care executive ) my issue was finally resolved.
              But it seems like, getting a product from Croma can never be a struggle free process. I made a purchase of the Samsung Crystal Pro HD Tv online recently and it was expected to be delivered yesterday.First of all, i made thebpurchase of 58 inch TV but the protal somehow reflected 43 inches in the final order, after the payment was done. once that was resolved, the delivery process is causing headache. The product was supposed to reach my address yesterday, but It has not reached me yet and instead shows a delivered status on the tracking website.
              I hope you understand the frustration one faces when one has to go through the entire customer service process. And since this has now happened with me twice, I dont think I will be able to trust the brand Croma for making any purchases in the future. The shear lack of a streamlined process has caused me a lot of trouble.

              I would be grateful if you can kindly track down my shipment and get it delivered to me (in SAFE and WORKING condition) tomorrow, as I had already scheduled the installation appointment. The details of my purchase are mentioned below.

                I have order ps5 through croma wholesalers and they are not providing any details regarding my order neither the courier service firm is showing any order linked with my number I have sent them full amount of the new ps5 but they are saying it is not reflecting because of some network issue damn like seriously?? The watsapp business account showed after opened the website to order a watsapp user employee order and gave me the courier bill but he is not picking up my call he told me to call in the next morning but no response 50k is a huge amount for youngsters like me plz resolve asap

                        When I visited Chroma Stores to buy the cooler, when I chose the Symphony 35 Liter Tower Cooler they said its price was mrp- 9999/-, 27% discount on it, it comes to you at 7290 rupees and HDFC Bank offer, 27% discount which means I bought the cooler, Afterwards when I came home and looked at the Croma website I was shocked to see that the mrp-7499/- comes to the RS-7290 with only a 3% discount, having the same day, same time, same product two mrp prices. Showrooms have cheated me by showing the MRP 9999 / - price and showing more discount or I thought I was cheated.

                            This side Abhishek Gupta, I am visiting at your store Croma in Gaur City Mall. When I was entering guard rudely denied and said you can't be enter inside the store, if you know someone in croma then call them and ask to come out side Store. Very Pathetic Service, I never suggest to Anyone to go there. They are not allowed to enter then what if we go for any Service. Too much bad Service, Guard rudely state forward says "Chale jao yha se tum Jaiso ki Entry nhi h'

                                Hi,
                                I have purcahsed CROMA LED HDR SMT 39.5inch EL7362N 3YRWR from Croma Dec 2000, This TV is in warranty, I have raised complaint againts this TV on 30 May 22, as the apps are not working, this TV is doesn't support if the apps are upgraded. Technican visited to check the TV, and said that this model had lot of complaints, gradually all the apps will not work, as the software is not comaptible. The Service team is asking to use browser instead, I haven't purchased a laptop to use browser.

                                Now Croma Team is not reponding to me, I'm doing a constant followup, but I'm moved from pillar to pillar with no suppport.

                                I have requseted for a replacement of the TV which can support the software and the apps.

                                  As I purchased the Sony soundbar 5.1 HT -RT3 system on 27/04/2022 date and within 3 days of delivery the remote stopped working and was not at all operating so I called and complained Croma for this if which they came home and collected the remote and told me we will replace it for you for free which was obvious because the system was only 3 days old but they didn't returned for month now we were continuously calling your croma outlet but no one responded is croma so cheap and weak that it takes 1 months to just replace a remote from vashi outlet to ghansoli at my place and then when the delivery guy comes he says you have to pay for this is it a joke i have put thousands of rupees and the remote was faulty why would I pay for it and then the call center guy started talking rude and misbehaving with my dad which is very very wrong so Clearly i want this remote issue fixed ASAP and want an apology for talking to my father like this within 48 hours . And let me be clear im not gonna pay even 1 rupees extra for anything now as it was just 3 days old so either solve this or im gonna complaint against croma for selling defective product and scamming people and police complaint against that employee on phone i have full recording of the conversation so I won't think before complaint so issue an apology for treating my father like this and resolve this remote issue asap.

                                    I purchased my Samsung a52s 5g from Croma and they told me there will be no cost EMI but when my EMI started the interest was charged and after complaints, they told me that it will be returned to you in form of cashback but it has been a long time there's no resolution to my complaint and still, interest is getting charged and the cost of my phone is increased as compared to what I was told so its s sheer case of misrepresentation.

                                      We took a appliance service gold plan. We were informed that we can receive certain services on all electronic appliances for free of cost until one year. We informed the store to get the services for AC wet service and gas installation. But the agents only do e the wet service and came back 3 days later for the gas installation and charged us money for the service by lying that they will only do for only samsung and that we need to inform the store. But when asked before the work they told us there was no need we will comeback later. Even the vijayawada store where we purchased the appliances and service plans dis not help is and only kept the call going on for 10 minutes. Such a waste of time and disappointment. Completely untrustworthy!!!
