I purchased oppo f21 from Croma electronics Borivali west on Sunday 24 April 2022. To this day the phone gives me a lot of problems like overheating, battery draining fast, the video quality is not good, and a poor camera. When I have called someone then the call will be auto disconnected, so many problems received on the phone while using the phone
On the next day, I visit Croma showroom and meet Mr Sameed and I explain my phone problem ..so he has not given me a proper solution, he said you must apply your phone in the dark mode so the phone will not be heated and the battery will not drain fast and for video quality, he said it is a network problem or connections issue. I am using this phone for the last 10 days but still, I have to get the same issue with my phone. he also said you use the phone for 5 or 10 days if you get any issues we can replace your phone.
I am not satisfied with this defective phone.
I request to you refund my money as soon as possible.
Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Kiran Sudam Mhatre SR[protected] very pathetic service, they gave me a defective smartphone and still not given a replacement yet, I complained the next day of the purchased smartphone, and they showed me their internal policy and refused replacement or refund.
