Nokia 5.4 not delivered

I have purchased nokia 5.4 online in croma website and since it's croma, i trusted highly and paid complete amount of Rs13000 on 27th March 2022.

Not picked up the damaged product and not refunded the amount - Worst customer service by croma

I got an LG washing machine on 22-March-2021.

The product delivered was with a defect so we asked them to take it away and refund the amount.

I booked a complaint and asked them to pick the product. Its been a week and no response from the customer care and also the delivery person..Every day I call the customer care and the delivery person and ask gim to pick the product he says next day next day.How long should...

Dear Customer Care,

We have purchased Symphony Hi Flo Air cooler from Croma, Katraj branch on 02 Apr 2022 & received delivery on 04 Apr 2022 at 08.30 PM.

When start the cooler, we found it's blower not operating at low speed when we set it on low from speed regulator.

It's defective piece we received & it's observed before use which is known to delivery person. So delivery person informed to Croma...

AC fitting is temporary

As I have purchased as from you. Installation guy is for fitted AC condenser unit properly. It is fitted temporary with the help of wire. Also he has charged extra for bracket and installation. At the time of purchasing sales person said maz charge Rs2115/- and he is taking Rs2265/-
Please do the needful and do the proper fittings of AC....

Symphony diet 3D 55 litre air cooler

Hi. I buyed a symphony cooler from croma on Feb 5th 2022. But the cooler is not effective in cooling and it works normally like fan. so I filed a complaint in symphony. A technician called and said that the model doesn't give cooling. It's not worth to buy, you should have think before buying. So I went to croma store and filed a complaint and kept number of mails to customer support. But no response from them and really a worst symphony...

Customer service regarding online product from croma

I brought washing machine. After delivery there should be information given to customer regarding installation date and agent for the purchased products. No information yet. Tried to call customer care no one is picking up call. I will wait for two days and then will return the Washing machine I brought....

Sony TV

We purchased TV from Croma on April 2, 2022 from Koramangala Croma showroom, during the purchase they promised the next day delivery. But after doing a lot of follow ups the TV has been delivered to us yesterday but till now no one has contacted us for the installation. The croma koramangala showroom contact number is also switched off, we tried to reach the support number but it's not connecting at all. Even sent an email to Croma customer...

Cashback of Rs. 3670 not received

I bought a mobile phone worth 61999 from Croma, Rmall Thane on 24th November 2021 on which there was a cashback of 5.92% which is Rs.3670.34 which was supposed to come to me within 90 days of my purchase. I went to Croma Rmall after completion of 90 days then they said that I should wait for 120 days. It's been more than 130 days now no resolution has been provided to me.

Complaint against mal-practices

Croma store in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, hard sold its air-conditioner service scheme comprising of 6 number of services for spilt a/cs. We submitted a request 16 days back with repeated reminders, yet haven't received a single call from any technician whatsoever.

Day light thuggery under the name of a TATA brand...

Delivery of product

I have booked a samsung refrigerator on 27 March. 22
But the product has not been delivered
The reason they are giving is the product was dispatched from the ware house but it did not get delivered to store there was a bill and the name on list too but product was missing
They just saying give me 2days and 3 days
But there is no solution
Manager is also saying there no solution
Except waiting...

Money deducted from bank but no confirmation from croma

My 39999k was deducted from my credit card but there was no confirmation from Croma about the product purchase. Have also raised tickets with them i.e. SR[protected] & SR[protected]. They are asking me to calm down but they themself don't know about the product details, when i can get the product or refund. This is really shameless service from Croma. They should stop this disgusting behavior of keeping customers money without any confirmation....

Tata croma deceit me

I ordered Samsung a52 from TATA croma website on 31 March.
The delivery boy from chroma store didn't deliver mobile on registered address & intensionally decided to cancel order to get more profits & returned the product at store and told me that that it's a system problem.

I have purchased that mobile on heavy discount and now the price is Rs.6000
+.
I found that this is a planned cancellation of my product....

No delivery and no update

I've placed an order for a high-value product and the portal says it should have been delivered 5 days ago.

I've reached out to Customer Support on multiple occasions with a simple request: "Just tell me when I'll get my order" I had no intention of creating any urgency. I just wanted clear communication on a tentative date.

Instead all their communication channels keep saying that they have escalated my case...
