Croma not accepting replacement for defective software

Unable to open / login youtube and unable to update any application that was provided by croma. When i try to contact technical team, they are saying, we cant update any application once it's upgraded. is this fair?
if this is the case who will buy croma product ? now am doubting croma is branded or not ? almost 2 am checking with support team but still am not getting proper solution....

Refund Amount not received after Croma did not deliver the product

Hi,
I ordered a Voltas Beko French Door Refrigerator amount 87490 INR, Order ID:[protected], Registered Mobile No:+91-[protected] on 6th Apr'22 which was shown to be delivered in 2 days. After delay in delivery I inquired on 8th Apr'22 but they confirmed only on 11th that product is out of stock and can't be delivered. Redmi note 11 pro

I purchased REDMI NOTE 11 PRO on Saturday 23/04/2022, phone give me lot of problems like hang, over heat, video quality is not good, videos are blur, apps are not properly work... And so on

I request you to refund my money...

And also when I purchase the product there is no demo piece also, croma staff told me to pay first and then only we open the product... So there is no option for me...

Delivery done late and now installation is not done

I ordered redmi 55inch tv on 17th april and tv was to be delivered on 20th april but the product delivery was delayed and it got delivered on 23rd april. Now no one is coming for installation and not getting any calls from technicians who should come to install this tv. Even after calling customer care they are saying to wait 24hrs to 48 hrs since the 48hrs window is also completed. Customer care just ignoring the case and not looking into...

Damaged product received and refusing for replacement

This is regarding one of the product I purchased from the Croma and it’s a refrigerator, it was delivered to me on 6th of November 2021 and as I was travelling and this product was for my new home I kept it at there and decided to open when I shift there, so yesterday 22nd April when I called the Samsung installation person for installation I came to know my product is damaged very badly and it’s the fault of Croma, I have all the evidence...

Transaction failed, payment deducted, but money not being refunded for 10 + days.

I tried placing JBL Flip 5 order on[protected], the first transaction failed but money was deducted form my card. I reordered the product with another payment, hoping the deducted amount will be refunded back.
I called the customer care on 19th, 21th and 22nd April, asking for the status and assistance for the same.
All three times Its said I will get a call maximum within 24 hrs. about the same, but I have received no calls/mails/etc.br...

Ac installation not done properly thrice people from crom had come to resolve the issue but not completed their work

E-gift card expired, Need to renew due to Covid situations

Hello,

I had 2 Croma e-gift cards worth 5000 each, total 10000 Rupees and both the e-gift cards expired recently on 17th April.
I was unable to redeem both the gift cards since last year due to Covid / lockdown situations last year. Also, many for months the Croma shops were also closed so I was unable to decide on purchasing or using the gift cards.
Request to conisder the Covid situations last year and please...

I ordered Apple iPhone 13 on 19th April with my HDFC credit card for 6 months EMI mode. I got confirmation sms from HDFC about this transaction, whereas I didn't received any order detail/confirmation email from Croma.

I ordered an Apple Iphone 13 (128 GB, Blue) on 19th April around 7:00 PM in the evening. The amount got deducted from my credit card, but I received no order confirmation whatsoever on SMS, mail and my croma profile. My order history does not show anything at all and is empty.

Order not confirmed after purchase

My order of IPhone 13 (128 GB, MLPH3HN/A, PINK) was not confirmed by your website portal. I did not receive any mail or SMS on my purchase, nor does it show on "My Order" page.

The amount was debited from hdfc credit card.
