I ordered a Voltas AC and it is out for delivery for last 2 days but not delivered yet and when I talked to customer care officials they also don't have any idea where my product is so it's becoming very frustrating for me. This was my 1st online order with croma and i never expected this from an tata group company.

      On 15 May/2022, i have received a Bluestar 1 Ton - WFA312LL, the delivery person informed me that the product will be opened and installed by technician.
      On 17 May/2022 technician visited home he unboxed the product and find out that FINS of the ac are damaged, and he informed me that the product received is damage, please return it.
      So i raised the complaint on 17/may/2022 on CROMA regarding damaged product received, with all the damaged details, on 18/may/2022 Morning they have raised a new complaint, for which I asked to Croma, but they don't have sufficient answer. Now on 19/may/2022 they closed all other complain and raised the new one.
      Now again i called customer care but again they don't have sufficient answer for that, all they said, i have further escalated the request.
      A consumer only have 10 days window for the return or replacement which they stretching, so they can cancel the refund of damaged product.
      In this manner they are cheating customers.

      Now they have registered my complaint regarding return, but are not coming the pickup. Its been more than 3 days they have accepted return request, but they are not scheduling a return pickup.
      Croma u make people really frustrated.

        On 14th jan i bought the apple ipad pro 11-inch, at time of buying it there was cashback of 4000₹ was running on icici debit/credit card, they told me that time frame for the same is around 120days. It been more than 4 month now and yet i have recieved any cashback for the same. After calling multiple times and raising request they have not took any step and ignored my problem. Also their customer care representative was not at all helping and cut my call in between. I tired calling dwarka vegas mall croma center, they didnt provided me proper resolution and repeated the same behaviour..

          I have purchased bluestar 1.5 ton on 07/05/2022. Expected delivery date was 10/05/2022. But after lodging online complaint it was delivered on 11/05/2022. On 12/05/2022 installation was done and on checking it was found that outdoor machine body was bent and fan was not rotating as explained by installation executive Inayatbhai( sent by Wasimbhai of Standard AC solutions). We went to customer support of croma near L & T circle who assigned executive again to check the status and possible replacement. The executives completely dismantled the outdoor took out fan bent it and did same thing with outdoor body and reassemble same. Being a customer i can't accept completely dismantled and fitted outdoor unit on day 2 of purchase when the defect came from company itself. On using it further now we are facing issue that indoor unit fan works only on auto mode we can't control speed.
          Requesting you to intervene and do the needful as we have mailed croma customer support but we are not getting resolution/replacement of defective product recieved from their end.

              I buy croma 80cm TV from Amazon in the name of Ritu Baluni Mob No. [protected] against vide Inv No. :XNAI-2598 dated and it is delivered on Monday i.e. 09/05/2022 i called many times in croma customer care but every time they said engineer call for installation but till date its not installed.

              I did't expect from Croma such kind of service and response. Its pethetic service of croma.

                I purchased sony TV on 15/05/2022 and i requested for delivery and installation of TV on 16/05/2022. I spoken with delivery person he told me that sir at your address I can deliver TV at 7:00 pm on 16/05/2022. I asked for installation he told that will be on 17/05/2022. After that I am trying to contact in your office but I am unable to contact. Also the person to whom I contacted for purchasing the TV in your showroom. He is also not provided office contact no. As he was in hospital. So I was not expecting this type of service from croma. It is very bad experience for.me.

                  The order should've been delivered 2 days ago, if the issue was sorted by support team.
                  I've been contacting Croma customer care since 3 days and they are not able to help or even update on the status of the issue.

                      I went to Croma store on 11th April in Supela, Bhilai C.G. 490023 to buy IPhone 13 & gave advance of it one day prior because they said that then only the color i wanted will come. Next day when I went there they told me that they forgot to place order for that, after some discussion he said he will arrange for that color but I have to wait for another 6-7 hours. As I wanted it that day only because I had to travel to Pune and the payment method that I chose was finance basis, the store manager called me after 6 hours & that moment the process of taking finance started. It was around 9:30 p.m. and then they started taking time & after asking a lot finally they said that the phone has arrived but the IMEI number is showing sold for that particular handset.

                      Instead of accepting there mistake they started blaming me that you could have done payment in afternoon. So now my question is without looking at the phone how can I even make payment for it.

                      So basically this was my experience with Croma & Thank you for succesfully wasting my time & lending me into this problem of not having proper phone while travelling to other city.

                        Tried buying the "Apple iPhone 13 mini" from your website . For the 19-Apr-2022 transaction invoice was not generated hence the order got canceled and I have been told to order again.

                        Hence I ordered the same item on 21-Apr-2022. For this transaction also I got the same order Id. Now both the orders I have canceled and have requested for refund from 23-Apr-2022.

                        I have received a refund for 19-Apr-2022 but have not received a refund for 21-Apr-2022 . Below are the transaction details for the same.

                        Please do the needful for the refund of the highlighted transaction immediately.

                        I have been following the same thing for almost a month. Below are the SR's created but have not received a proper resolution yet.

Since then, I have been receiving unsolicited spam marketing emails from Croma along with their affiliated company Tata Neu. I have attempted to unsubscribe many times in the last 6 weeks but the company says I am unsubscribed but I still receive spam mails.                               I have purchased an LG washing machine on 10th May paying full amount and the product was supposed to be delivered on 11th May. Till now i haven't received my product as well the tracking system is not at all correct. Daily they are updating a different contact number for delivery person and it ended up beings scam numbers.
                              I'm really frustrated with croma service. Even the customer care people can't help here. Croma online service is pathetic. I raised a cancel order request for my product which is again pending.

                                Refund of gift voucher of Rs 4000 is not processed

                                Croma has a cancellation policy of 7 days that they take to process the refund. I cancelled my order on 5th May 2022, so ideally it should have been processed by now but still it has not been processed. The voucher amount that I used was Rs 4000, which I have no idea by when it would be provided.

                                Dear Team,
                                I recently purchased a mobile phone(oppo f21) from Croma electronics store ( Borivali west ) dated Sunday 24 April 2022. The product is giving me issues persistently, to highlight few of them being overheating, rapid battery draining, the video quality is extremely poor and the camera performance is also unsatisfactory. In addition to this, even the calls are getting disconnected abruptly. All these issues are infuriating and adversely impacts the user experience.
                                The other day, I visited the Croma store and had a word with Mr Hanif from your team, to whom I explained the extreme problems that i am facing with the device, but the solutions that he gave seem to be more of a work around, for an instance to address the heating problems he suggested me to use the phone in the dark mode and he referred video quality problem to be some network issue which is ridiculous.
                                Its been more than 2 weeks but still I am stuck with the same issues. I was also promised a complete refund in case if the issues still persisted but all in vain.
                                I tried reaching out through multiple sources via chroma store or even I tried mailing officially but Mrs Manisha from your team is completely ignorant of the whole scnario and has not proved of any help.
                                I purchased the product owing to the trust i had in croma, but this experience has disappoined me beyond measures.
                                Mrs Manisha changes her statements everytime and her behaviour is also too impolite, all my efforts to request for a refund have proved to be futile. This type of service is not expected from a reputed brand like croma.
                                Again i would like to emphasize, I am not satisfied at all with the product and it is my earnest request that you help me with the refund of the same at the earliest.

                                  I have purchased 2 nos of Voltas ACs on 30.04.2022 and delivered on 2.5.22. Installation is free in the product but not yet installed till date . Croma team is also promised daily but not yet completed the job. Its very bad and inconvenient to me. Then what can I do . Only option is to return the goods and go for other stores is only the solution. make arrangement to return my money at an early and collect the goods.

                                    I purchased a refrigerator from Croma store on Sarjapur Road, bangalore and I was promised by sales agent that I will get 5000 cash back and 2439 as EMI interest cash back after 90 days.
                                    It's been 4 months now and there is no update. has called the sales agent multiple times and each time he says I will get back to you sir.
                                    I had such a good offers available on Flipkart and still I went with Croma store trusting Tata brand.
                                    I took a photo too which clearly shows the offer details.
                                    Be careful with these cashback offers. If it's not immediate, you would struggle like me.
