On 15 May/2022, i have received a Bluestar 1 Ton - WFA312LL, the delivery person informed me that the product will be opened and installed by technician.
On 17 May/2022 technician visited home he unboxed the product and find out that FINS of the ac are damaged, and he informed me that the product received is damage, please return it.
So i raised the complaint on 17/may/2022 on CROMA regarding damaged product received, with all the damaged details, on 18/may/2022 Morning they have raised a new complaint, for which I asked to Croma, but they don't have sufficient answer. Now on 19/may/2022 they closed all other complain and raised the new one.
Now again i called customer care but again they don't have sufficient answer for that, all they said, i have further escalated the request.
A consumer only have 10 days window for the return or replacement which they stretching, so they can cancel the refund of damaged product.
In this manner they are cheating customers.

Updated by Pateek_Verma Now they have registered my complaint regarding return, but are not coming the pickup. Its been more than 3 days they have accepted return request, but they are not scheduling a return pickup.
Croma u make people really frustrated.
