I received my order on 6th may. my order no is[protected]. in 24 hours I get to know is defective because there is no cooling effect.
on 7th may I requested for return and refund. this is my request no SR ID :SR[protected]. i got a message one person will call you for the confirmation . on 9th may i.e. today in the morning call came from this no [protected] and one person said some name Sandeep, Sandeep and disconnected, you can check call recording and after that I look my chroma account, tick mark came on my request that it is resolved.
Now again I have made request and mailed for return and refund.

Complaint marked as Resolved they have called me through +912242791200... 2 days after i have place my complain here...they send me technician to see... my product was declared as defective...i said them for refund...
after 2 days they again make my service request of repairment of product .i called on 04046517910...and complaint there... called them in every 2 days... after 21 days they make a refund to me that is today...calling them again and again ..what i think that helped me ... if i was not calling or emailing them they were not active.
Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Purnima Bamel technician came to see my product and it was declared as defective product.
they talked to me and i have mentioned them very clearly i want return and refund now. they said to me to write mail. i have done everything as told by thwm,
again chroma has initiated my repair request. i dont know why.
today called to chroma service and told them for refund and return.
