I have booked a samsung refrigerator on 27 March. 22
But the product has not been delivered
The reason they are giving is the product was dispatched from the ware house but it did not get delivered to store there was a bill and the name on list too but product was missing
They just saying give me 2days and 3 days
But there is no solution
Manager is also saying there no solution

No response from 4 days ammount deducted but no order placed can you please look in to this???

My 39999k was deducted from my credit card but there was no confirmation from Croma about the product purchase. Have also raised tickets with them i.e. SR[protected] & SR[protected]. They are asking me to calm down but they themself don't know about the product details, when i can get the product or refund. This is really shameless service from Croma. They should stop this disgusting behavior of keeping customers money without any confirmation. Should I file a suit against them.

I ordered Samsung a52 from TATA croma website on 31 March.
The delivery boy from chroma store didn't deliver mobile on registered address & intensionally decided to cancel order to get more profits & returned the product at store and told me that that it's a system problem.

I have purchased that mobile on heavy discount and now the price is Rs.6000
+.
I found that this is a planned cancellation of my product. Actually the store owner/manager don't want to deliver the same product on heavy discount.
There are many more customers like me. And the same thing happened with them too.

And now They are saying that order again and we will deliver but the price of the same model is now 6000+.

I've placed an order for a high-value product and the portal says it should have been delivered 5 days ago.

I've reached out to Customer Support on multiple occasions with a simple request: "Just tell me when I'll get my order" I had no intention of creating any urgency. I just wanted clear communication on a tentative date.

Instead all their communication channels keep saying that they have escalated my case...

I have purchased a window AC from Croma Mall of India Noida wherein the installation charges were committed to me were ₹590 however when the field executive visited my place, he was actually demanding ₹410 extra over and above of installation charges. This type of practice should be stopped immediately. Very disappointed from Croma

I placed order in samsung ac and my payment also made but the sales person and manager are intimating things in a wrong way and they abusively talks since i didnt get my product also deleivered from prozone coimbatore

I ordered the Bajaj Air Cooler from Croma JP Nagar store on 27th Mar 22 at around 1pm. They promised to deliver the product on next day but till today 30th Mar evening 6.40pm it is not delivered. Moreover the tracking status showing it as delivered. Store representative Waseem claimed it was system glitch and the status is wrongly updated. but asked when the product will be delivered, there is no positive response from him. with this the way he told over the phone that he will send the product via private porter raised an trust issue as he told he will delivered it from the store which itself shows a used product will be delivered because the representative claimed while selling the product that they dont keep stock in the store but it will come from warehouse. I request Croma to return all my money along with interest and for breaching the trust I also need 20, 000 as compensation. I lived my 4 days without the cooler in this summer where I wanted it on 28th itself.

I purchased PureIt RO-UV water purifier on 27th March from Croma Kothrud branch. The delivery date was 29th. There is no message, no communication from Croma on delivery. The store room contact number provided by Croma is always coming switched off. No one is picking up showroom contact number.

I have ordered a TV from croma and I have ordered it for the faster delivery option. I didn't get the product yet and when i tried to call the customer service, there is no solution rather some useless excuses.

And the installation process is also not on time....

I wanted to place an order today and I noticed that my E-Vouchers expired. I understand it has a validity and I'm to be blamed could not redeem this within the available date, due to some of the reasons. But the Card amount is for Rs. 15000 which is big amount. I request you to help in getting the reactivation of E-Vouchers.

This is Girish Vasaikar from Nasik (MH). I am regular customer of 'Croma'. Few days back, I have given my laptop for servicing. The problem with my laptop was operating system was not working. It was not getting started. So I handed it to them.
Later when I took my laptop back, the whole data other than C drive was missing which they formatted without my permission.
When I took my written complaint to them, they directly refused to take it and also they tried to convince me that there was no data at all.

The data in my laptop was very very important. I can not afford to lose it. So, I hereby request you to please get it retrieve back or ask them to pay for the same or else I had to go to the consumer forum.

I have bought refrigerator on 23rd march from Croma on 24th Whirlpool engineer came for installation after installation refrigerator started making loud noises when complaint immediately Croma confirm that engineer will visit in 2 days to resolve the query but it's been 5 days I been asking for return or replacement but I have not received any support or resolution from Croma.
Instead request log by me for return and replacement was closed by Croma without my consent.
As per policy customer care return product within 15 days they are denying for that as well.
In short I bought this product its defective and no one is responding to my query and I am stuck

My croma 1.5 ton inverter ac is leakaging from indoor ac unit,
Water Draine is not working properly.
Water is leakaging from inside of ac.

1. LG tv is not working
2. Croma 32" is also not working

I had purchased samsung washing machine in 18th march from Croma store on ghodbunder road and was promised delivery on 19th march.
Till date product is yet to be delivered to me and if we check status on croma website it shows delivered.
I have been following up from 19th march however there has been no response from croma customer care

I had bought Croma AC 1.5 ton from croma website while it was showing next day delivery ( 27th March). Even during payment it was showing the same next daydelivery. On the next day morning(26th March) it started showing delivery for 27th March. I talked to various customer services executives but they just provided me a complaint number and no further solution. If they would have not mentioned next day delivery i would have bought it from the store itself the same day but now I'm stuck with payment done n awaiting for the the product. Today is 27th and still I haven't received any info regarding my product. I would like to take this to consumer court for not following their own commitments and running a scam of next day delivery.
