I have purchased LG Side by side refrigerator but not working properly.
I have given return request to Croma in return time limit of croma policy.
But croma not taking responsibility.
I have given complain to LG Also but lg asking ask to Croma and croma asking ask to LG.
Last and final email to Croma please return and refund my money.bit no response by Croma since long.

The order was placed online on 30/11/2021 and got delivered on 1/12/21. When I opened it was an Empty box. I raised a complaint about the same, but they deny for the refund as they were asking for a video at the time of opening. but there is nothing mentioned about the video.

Greetings of the day. This is to please be noted i purchased Smartphone Vivo Y33s via invoice number SLA[protected] dated 14.01.2022 at 1.48 PM from Croma situated at Plot No.C, Aditya City Centre, GH-3, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001.
At the time of purchase, the salesman is in such a hurry that we cannot check the device properly. From the inception device is not working properly and blue light is coming...

I have purchased HP printer from Chrompet and sales person insisted to purchase onsite warrenty.But service is available only in metro cities like Chennai but onsite service provider not available in Thanjavur district.After complaining in your customer care, Onsite person arranged for pickup the printer from my place to HP authorised service center at Trichy.

I booked laptop from Tata Croma, College Road, Nashik. I had cancelled my laptop booking on 9 of January 2022. For this transaction I made payment through my ICICI bank credit card. The authorized person told me that the whole amount would be reversed to your credit card within 5 to 6 days. I visited Croma store and filed complaint against issue of pending refund. My complaint number is SR[protected]. But the amount is not reversed yet. Please...

I bought a noise colorfit ultra smartwatch on 19th Jan as a surprise for someone the price being 2999/-
And as the person did not like the gift I went to croma stores that I need to return it to you as It is of no use to me and claimed for a return for the same but the executive was way rude one can expect directly said no the policy is not like that we can replace on technical fault but no refund and the box is open...I mean obviously...

I purchased the laptop from your store at Hubli Karnataka. While updating of software the Croma service staff made some error. Due to that laptop started miss behaviours. On that basis I demanded that to replace it. They were sent to service...

Now my query is refund my paid amount... now I don't think continue with Croma.....

Hi my self ravi . I have purchased an lg micro wave from croma bangalore location in 2019 . And now i have re located to hubli to my home town . When i have taken the product dey told if i take 2 years extenal warentee ill get free service but recently i have contact croma and given an service request in hubli location . Dey are telling i have to pay now and dey are not responding .

What happens if the product (5days of purchase) is misbehavingly damaged or misbehaved with my windows and MS by the croma staff in the store during installation...?
Cuz my laptop is misbehaving within 2days of purchase......

Recently i purchased a laptop from Croma store kukatpally, they told me if you convert 6 months NO COST EMI you wont get the instant ICICI credit card discount. I said ok I need NO COST EMI but they converted that amount in to normal EMI with 13% Intrest rate. They bluffed me and finally I lost card discount and additional charges for EMI conversion....

I have purchased sampurna sound bar+ sub buffer, but now only bar is working and sub buffer are not automatically connect to bar. Subbuffer is not connecting to it's bar...

I had booked an iphone 13 with Croma and for my old phone (One Plus 5) they told me i will receive 5000 + 3500 as the phone exchange amount was 5000 and above.

We went and placed order of Samsung washing machine on croma Koramangala store on 31st Dec. We were told it will be dilevered within 3-4 days. We have been calling customer care number everyday since 6 days now. Everyday they say it will be dilevered today and it hasn't been dilevered yet....

I have purchased 3 e-giftcards of Croma and which was issued on 19/Jan/21 and 20/Jan/21 and now when I am going to redeem that and checking balance, the croma giftcard site cromo.woohoo.in shows that my cards have been expired whereas the cards validity was 1 year from the date of issuance which meant that cards are valid thru 19/Jan/22 and 20/Jan/22.

Need immediate support and resolution as I have to use the cards within one...
