I, Zamir Alam Khan & Anis Ahmed Khan, had purchased 4 A/c from croma malad with extended warranty/ AMC on 14/01/2020.

Our A/c installation was done on 07/08/2020, as per the commitment done by Daikin & Croma that the warranty will be counted as per the installation date. Now, when I want to get my A/c service done. I tried to reach customer care but they continuously reject the service and also drop the calls without giving appropriate feedback.
It feels like I became fool purchasing product from croma, as from the time of purchase I did not received any calls for service of my air conditioner.
