Hi. I buyed a symphony cooler from croma on Feb 5th 2022. But the cooler is not effective in cooling and it works normally like fan. so I filed a complaint in symphony. A technician called and said that the model doesn't give cooling. It's not worth to buy, you should have think before buying. So I went to croma store and filed a complaint and kept number of mails to customer support. But no response from them and really a worst symphony product is sold to customers by croma.     I brought washing machine. After delivery there should be information given to customer regarding installation date and agent for the purchased products. No information yet. Tried to call customer care no one is picking up call. I will wait for two days and then will return the Washing machine I brought.

      We purchased TV from Croma on April 2, 2022 from Koramangala Croma showroom, during the purchase they promised the next day delivery. But after doing a lot of follow ups the TV has been delivered to us yesterday but till now no one has contacted us for the installation. The croma koramangala showroom contact number is also switched off, we tried to reach the support number but it's not connecting at all. Even sent an email to Croma customer service but no use.

      We are highly regretting that we opted for croma for this purchase. No customer service at all. If this didn't installed today then please take it back and return our money.

        I bought a mobile phone worth 61999 from Croma, Rmall Thane on 24th November 2021 on which there was a cashback of 5.92% which is Rs.3670.34 which was supposed to come to me within 90 days of my purchase. I went to Croma Rmall after completion of 90 days then they said that I should wait for 120 days. It's been more than 130 days now no resolution has been provided to me.

              Croma store in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, hard sold its air-conditioner service scheme comprising of 6 number of services for spilt a/cs. We submitted a request 16 days back with repeated reminders, yet haven't received a single call from any technician whatsoever.

                    My 39999k was deducted from my credit card but there was no confirmation from Croma about the product purchase. Have also raised tickets with them i.e. SR[protected] & SR[protected]. They are asking me to calm down but they themself don't know about the product details, when i can get the product or refund. This is really shameless service from Croma. They should stop this disgusting behavior of keeping customers money without any confirmation. Should I file a suit against them.

                      I ordered Samsung a52 from TATA croma website on 31 March.
                      The delivery boy from chroma store didn't deliver mobile on registered address & intensionally decided to cancel order to get more profits & returned the product at store and told me that that it's a system problem.

                      I have purchased that mobile on heavy discount and now the price is Rs.6000
                      +.
                      I found that this is a planned cancellation of my product. Actually the store owner/manager don't want to deliver the same product on heavy discount.
                      There are many more customers like me. And the same thing happened with them too.

                      And now They are saying that order again and we will deliver but the price of the same model is now 6000+.

                        No delivery and no update

                        I've placed an order for a high-value product and the portal says it should have been delivered 5 days ago.

                        I've reached out to Customer Support on multiple occasions with a simple request: "Just tell me when I'll get my order" I had no intention of creating any urgency. I just wanted clear communication on a tentative date.

                        Instead all their communication channels keep saying that they have escalated my case...

                        I have purchased a window AC from Croma Mall of India Noida wherein the installation charges were committed to me were ₹590 however when the field executive visited my place, he was actually demanding ₹410 extra over and above of installation charges. This type of practice should be stopped immediately. Very disappointed from Croma

                                I ordered the Bajaj Air Cooler from Croma JP Nagar store on 27th Mar 22 at around 1pm. They promised to deliver the product on next day but till today 30th Mar evening 6.40pm it is not delivered. Moreover the tracking status showing it as delivered. Store representative Waseem claimed it was system glitch and the status is wrongly updated. but asked when the product will be delivered, there is no positive response from him. with this the way he told over the phone that he will send the product via private porter raised an trust issue as he told he will delivered it from the store which itself shows a used product will be delivered because the representative claimed while selling the product that they dont keep stock in the store but it will come from warehouse. I request Croma to return all my money along with interest and for breaching the trust I also need 20, 000 as compensation. I lived my 4 days without the cooler in this summer where I wanted it on 28th itself.

                                    Not delivering on time

                                    I have ordered a TV from croma and I have ordered it for the faster delivery option. I didn't get the product yet and when i tried to call the customer service, there is no solution rather some useless excuses.

                                    And the installation process is also not on time....
