We purchased TV from Croma on April 2, 2022 from Koramangala Croma showroom, during the purchase they promised the next day delivery. But after doing a lot of follow ups the TV has been delivered to us yesterday but till now no one has contacted us for the installation. The croma koramangala showroom contact number is also switched off, we tried to reach the support number but it's not connecting at all. Even sent an email to Croma customer service but no use.
We are highly regretting that we opted for croma for this purchase. No customer service at all. If this didn't installed today then please take it back and return our money.
