I recently ordered a product from croma which is boat 558 headphones,

It's a defective piece and hence I placed a refund, i returned the product but i still didn't received any kind of reply, i called there customer care number even but no positive response, it's been 16 days and there is no reply from them.

    I purchased oppo f21 from Croma electronics Borivali west on Sunday 24 April 2022. To this day the phone gives me a lot of problems like overheating, battery draining fast, the video quality is not good, and a poor camera. When I have called someone then the call will be auto disconnected, so many problems received on the phone while using the phone
    On the next day, I visit Croma showroom and meet Mr Sameed and I explain my phone problem ..so he has not given me a proper solution, he said you must apply your phone in the dark mode so the phone will not be heated and the battery will not drain fast and for video quality, he said it is a network problem or connections issue. I am using this phone for the last 10 days but still, I have to get the same issue with my phone. he also said you use the phone for 5 or 10 days if you get any issues we can replace your phone.
    I am not satisfied with this defective phone.
    I request to you refund my money as soon as possible.

    SR[protected] very pathetic service, they gave me a defective smartphone and still not given a replacement yet, I complained the next day of the purchased smartphone, and they showed me their internal policy and refused replacement or refund.

      I placed an order for Nokia C1 plus at a discounted price of Rs 1049 along with many other people. It is a prepaid order and I paid the whole amount in advance. The order was confirmed and processed by Croma retail Aliganj Lucknow branch. I received a message that the order was out for delivery in the morning. But it wasn’t delivered till evening. So I called up the customer centre to enquire about it and I was told the order was put on hold just because it was very discounted. The product was well in stock but just because I had placed a discounted product in order thats why they have put on hold. Extremely unethical practices followed by croma retail store.On extreme conversation with customer care executive, They reluctantly credited a mere ₹1000 gift card saying compensation but this is jot a justified amount. I have put many mails, tweets etc but in vain. Multiple emails and calls made to them without any response from their side. Totally hopeless service.

        This is regarding Croma Sales executives' unethical behavior for one of the purchases I did last year from Croma, Sector-29, Gurugram. I bought a Bajaj indoor cooler from Croma in April 2020, and its pump is not working for the past two weeks. I have been following up with them regarding the same since then, but unfortunately, no progress has been done so far. Kindly resolve my issue asap.

          Hi,

          I visited the phoenix marketcity store on 1st May to buy the air conditioner, Zaheer one of the colleague suggested to buy 1.5 ton Voltas 5 star 2022 model. I asked for a site visit and said will confirm tomorrow. I asked his number and told I will call him.

          2nd May I called him to bill the product and send the payment link so that i can pay online. He suggested me to place the order online via croma website and share the order id so that he can process the order. I did the same. He confirmed he have received the order and since 3rd May is EID, he will get the AC delivered on 4th May.

          4th May he is not responding to my calls. I called the store manager Rupen who helped to understand that since the order is placed online it cannot be processed from store which was a total surprise to me.

          Can you please help me sort this out. I have not yet received the AC for my Order Confirmation[protected]. I need my money back since the AC has not yet been delivered. Non of the customer care number for Croma is even functional, its highly unprofessional and disappointing.

          I am highly disappointed how Mr. Zaheer treated my request and misguided me.

            I ordered a Ps5 on 22nd April and it had an expected delivery date of 5th May. I had raised a complaint to them regarding not keeping me updated regarding the delivery and the status of the product. They raised a service request in the term of ‘Backorder’. Today, which is on 4th May i got a call from their customer support saying that the product i ordered was out of stock and you will have to wait till the product is in stock. I have no updates on the package, the money which i paid is with them and i have no assurance from them. The Invoice No. is as follows for product "Sony Playstation 5 825GB SSD (CFI-1008A01R, White)". Im attaching few photos of the service request and the order details

            If there was not enough stock they shouldn’t have let me proceed with my order. And now that it has been confirmed they tell me its out of stock. Im waiting here nearly for 15 days to get the package but all they say in the customer support is that my package is with the shipping company and they will forward the details. From yesterday which is 3rd May I cant call the croma helpline no. They are not picking up and that makes me feel very unsure about the safe buying experience from Croma. I can wait for 10-15 days but making me wait till it gets restock and they don't know when its going to happen is not assuring
            It’s been 2 days since i placed this complaint and still i haven’t received the delivery yet. I went to the nearest croma store yesterday and they told me that my package was at the nearest delivery point so idk what is happening and they are not even calling me back and they have blocked my no. On their customer service i guess. Really disappointed with croma

                I ordered a Haier refrigerator from Croma website on 1st May 2022, also did the payment in full. I was informed that the product will get delivered on 3rd May and I am still waiting for the response from Croma on the status of my product. The order ID is[protected].
                I need the product to be delivered as promised, if cannot, please refund my money. At least keep a communication on where the order exactly is right now.

                  Myself Tushar Patil,
                  I ordered a Headphone model "JBL - QUANTUM100" on 1st May 2022, and it got delivered on the same day which was 1st May 2022, but I dint find the Headphone is comfortable, and the sound quality was also not as expected, so I want to return it but when I am raising a return ticket on Croma site, it is giving me an error, and the ticket is not getting raise.

                  Hence, am Expecting the Croma team to help me by accepting my request to return the product and refund me.

                    Sunday two television set was ordered... promise was made it will be delivered on Monday...on Monday received notification that product is out for delivery...but delivery was not made...today is Tuesday now it is showing it will be delivered on Wednesday...want to know exactly when product will be delivered ? Why delivery is getting delayed...my house is only 15 mins away from store...
                    Customer care number given on the bill is also not working...no store number is given ...worst service so far

                      As per Subject I had Purchase LED 40 Inch TV. It has Installed on Sunday 1st May 2022. After we had seen that on Monday that after some time TV has been automatically swich-off.

                      we had occur this Problem as on 2nd Day as we had not used TV on 1st day on Installed date.

                      Please Croma Authority take my Complain & Change Product and replace it with Other TV.

                      Dear Sir,

                      Yesterday on 4th May 2022 your Technician visited for above complain. We had one more Issue in this model that Pen Drive has not been connected to TV. that We had 32 & 64 GB Pen Drive with 500 GB HDD. that has not connected to TV. So Techqician told that their is Problem is this but all the same Pen Drive and HDD we can used it in our other Croma Smart TV that is Purchase 1 Year 6 month ago.

                      Please for resolved above issue kindly change TV set and replace with Other New Set.

                        I am Debasis Dhal. I have ordered "Boat boAt 2.1 Channel 160 Watts Surround Sound Bar (Wireless 80W Subwoofer, Aavante 2000, Black)" on 30/04/2022 from Croma and online payment also made on same day and product code was[protected] . While booking it was clearly showing that product will be delivered by 02/05/2022. But on 01/05/2022 evening 17:31 hrs I got message that product is out for delivery. And after 1 min around 17:32 hrs I got one more message that "Product has reached you. "But no product was delivered to me. Again next day morning (02/05/2022) I called croma customer care and asked when it will delivered. Croma customer care told it will deliver by 02/05/2022. Till evening there was no update from croma. Then I called customer care name Mr Rushikesh, Risubh, Indrajit Mandal. No one taken responsibility and said it will delivered by 04/05/2022. And Mr Indrajit Mandal, given wrong information that normal deliver time for Croma is 7 to 8 days even it shows our status for expected delivery is 02/05/2022 which is approx 2 days in Croma site itself. No one helped us after paying our money and disconnected call more than 5-6 times. Please take hard action on this service and on these persons for rude behaviour due to this negligency. And I need penalty charge on this case. I paid almost 8500 rupees and 3 days waste and all my energy I wasted. I want to charge 100000 rupees to all those employees and Croma company for their complete negligency and for cheating and giving fakr information to the customer.

                            I purchased 2 Croma Ac from croma website which was delivered on 28 th April 2022.. even after 4-5 days and more than 10 times calls and emails to request installation of my ac, my AC is not installed nor any call from croma service regarding update for same.. I feel like I have been cheated by croma.. only GOD knows when my installtion will be done OR NOT.. Very very bad experience..

                                On 24th of April I purchased Voltas 1 Ton AC from Tata Neu application (Online Croma store) it was supposed to be delivered on 27th. But still not received the shipment. I m taking endless follow up with Customer care but no firm response from their team. Shipment agency is Bluedart as per tracking ID. But they have not called me single time for delivery confirmation.. as per tracking shipment is undelivered due to wrong address.. but my address is correct. Which I have already informed Croma people.. Request you all to don’t ever go with online Croma because they don’t care…

                                    The amount was debited from hdfc debit card.

                                      Unable to open / login youtube and unable to update any application that was provided by croma. When i try to contact technical team, they are saying, we cant update any application once it's upgraded. is this fair?
                                      if this is the case who will buy croma product ? now am doubting croma is branded or not ? almost 2 am checking with support team but still am not getting proper solution.

                                      I bought Croma TV on 16month back at Tnagar chennai croma showroom, suddenly tv got switched off with some issue. We booked service request on February 17th 2022. Almost 5 to 6 technician came and they told it's not repairable issue better to check with croma headoffice support team. Finally they assigned two person 1. Shivashankar and 2. Chandrashekar they looked into it and they said we will try to give replacement and we are waiting for approval but now shivashankar left from Croma help desk and that ticket is assigned to 3.sathish, he is saying for TV restarting issue and application software related issue we will offer Firestick / FireTV which is an small device to connect applications like YouTube, etc...

                                      I don't want Firestick instead please update my TV software as soon as possible. It should allow me to signin YouTube and other applications.

                                      I was talking with everyone as an cool manner. But still am not getting any proper response we bought almost 3 Croma TV's for friends and relatives but we never faced any issue on those. Am very tired of speaking with technical team. I just want proper solution. Hope i I'll get proper response for this complaints.

                                        Hi,
                                        I ordered a Voltas Beko French Door Refrigerator amount 87490 INR, Order ID:[protected], Registered Mobile No:+91-[protected] on 6th Apr'22 which was shown to be delivered in 2 days. After delay in delivery I inquired on 8th Apr'22 but they confirmed only on 11th that product is out of stock and can't be delivered. I asked for refund and after not getting any response I call customer care they confirmed on 13th Apr that refund has been initiated.
                                        It was supposed to be credited in 5-7 days, but I did not receive any money, upon calling the customer care several times they have given 3 different reference numbers for payment done which is of no use because my bank has confirmed there is no payment made and it need to be checked from Croma's end.
                                        I am attaching here my latest bank statement. Kindly help with the refund as I am not getting any response from Croma Retail and my money is stuck.
