Hello,
I am from Surat.i want to compaint against one your employee
Name: Ravi Gohil, ADM, Adajan, surat.
I went Croma showroom for buy LED tv and as i confirm the model and going for payment the excutive ask him to enter password for further procedure but he didnt response to executive when executive again told him to enter password he scold him very badly infront of other customer and said him i am busy with another customer told your customer to wait.When i am told him to enter the password and complete the procedure he behave rudley with me and said " AAPKO ATTEND KRU TO KYA YE CUTSTOMER KO RASTE MAIN CHHOD DU" then i told him i am also your customer and waiting for more than half an hour for your password procedure.I want to complaint against him and want that croma should take action against this type of employee who is harm fir croma's repuatation and further business opportunity..I personaly will not buy anything from croma in future if we have to tolerate this type of behaviour..

    Company is not sending invoices and orders to customer once after successful order confirmation. They simply wasting customers valuable time and cancelling the orders without customers acceptance. I, Anand Kumar Gone, simply wasted my valuable time by making order on www.croma.com. The reason for order cancellation mentioned by croma backend team via call is order amount paid via gift voucher is not accepted or not valid and thats why they are not sending invoice and orders to customers and making order cancellations, which i believe its false and rediculous. Here iam attaching the success message of purchase orders details which has order id and mode of payment as gift voucher. If reason mentioned by customer executive is true, why web portal allowed customer to make a payment with gift voucher? Simply company and its customer executives are making us fool and wasting our valuable time. I need product to be delivered to me as per promised details as mentioned in order confirmation message.

    Technical team is not so good in understanding the complaint. I called them many times to explain what is the problem and what is the issue. Nothing special steps taken by them in resolving above said issue.

        Dear sir,
        We M/s Greece Saphire is your corporate customer and have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from your RDC Store via invoice no SAA[protected] dated 10/11/2020.
        In the above sale, salesman told us that there is no need of stabilizer in this product however at the time of installation company engineer said to take stabilizer but when we complaint then croma manager again denied to purchase that.
        Now refrigerator is damaged and when we complaint then company engineer again saying to purchase that so we complaint that this product is wrongly sold to us.

        Please take back or change as per the requirement.

          Purchased oppo f17 Pro on 17 October 2020, product auto update on 17 Jan . Phone heated up, post which display problem of burnt pixel, phone in working condition, cordinated for servicing, first job sheet from oppo service centre claimed for display repair, product claimed to be out of warranty, product refused by me for recieiving through Croma, requested for futher detail inquiry on matter, 27 January oppo job sheet claims mother board plus display issue, at this point refused for product recieving as phone was not in working condition ... Escalation of the isssue

          Kindly loook into this .. have beeen waited for almost 20 days .. I m only circling the croma and opppo centre with no resolution and as for today product is not in working condition

            Dear Croma Team,

            I have bought 3 products from Croma Miraroad Branch and my payment has been debited from my account, the branch states they cannot help with the TV as they same is not available at the moment when I clearly booked and made the payment why was my order not kept in place, if the products are going to get sold out and full payments made are of no value why do you make us purchase and now you contact us and ask us to buy another tv in the same price range or go for an upgrade and pay extra
            Is this a joke? My time is getting wasted. I am not free here to sit.
            The options offered suck, they ask me to see an upgrade which are available but I dont wish to pay any extra bucks for anything I already bought stuff out of my own budget and the other option they give is to switch to an alternate which is not providing the same features as the one I bought why should I settle for less when I have paid for sth already.
            I need the upgrade at the same cost or the same product or the money back along with the penalty or anything.
            Really upset with this kind of poor and dull exprecience from a renown brand like croma.

              I had placed an order for a set of wireless earbuds with Croma using a set of Gift vouchers and some extra payment by card.

              I had to cancel the order as the store they asked me to pick it up from was distant from my residence. They declined to shift the pickup to a shop closer home, where the product was available.

              Within a reasonable time, they arranged for the refund of the cash that was credited to my card account. On following up for the reactivation of the vouchers both by email and by calls to their consumer are, they continue to make promises to address yej issue within some time frame. They have consistently failed to meet those commitments and I am continuing to wait for their response so that I can procure these products using the expired vouchers.

              I managed to resolve the issue by escalating the issue to the floor supervisor. He listened very patiently to my tale and committed to resolve within a fixed time frame. He personally called up to update the status after resolution and then followed up to check whether I faced any further issue.

              This was a brilliant service recovery by an individual - Bing a member of an otherwise apathetic team. Kudos for trying to make a difference.

              The supervisor was Mr. Shabad.
              We are glad to know that you had a great experience. Looking forward to welcoming you at Croma. #BrighterEveryday

                Dear sir and madam, This is pravin kadam I am facing tv display issue within 3 months i was purchased CROMA LED FHD SMT 39.5INCH TV from croma showroom ghatkoper on 4 sup 2020 INVOICE NO SLA[protected] I am facing tv issue from December 2020. But I wait for cable operator if any issue from set-off bix and cable line or not but from cable operator side all line are clear. I am facing repetitive display problem then i realised need to contact croma service centers. I rasised complaint no MUM080221FS00129 on 8 Feb 2021 technician visited and he checked tv, he told me need to replace MOTHERBOARD or need to replace tv. We requested to him within 3 months we faced this issue we want only replace and even technician raised replace ment request but Nagesh Haire Croma:[protected] not ready to replace my TV. he told me you go anywhere replace ment is in my hand. We will replace only MOTHERBOARD only. Request to you take my request on priority and give me tv replace.

                  Purchased two Lenovo Legion 5i Laptops from Hyderabad Croma which is in Sharat Mall.

                  Employee from Croma provided specifications and based on inputs we purchase laptop. The details which he provided is, with the purchase of laptop, you get life time validity of MS Office.

                  Next day after the purchase, we are trying to active the MS Office and it is asking for License Key. So immediately we reached out Croma and explained the situation and they say "Once it is purchased, we are not responsible". This means, we purchased the laptop based on the wrong specification given by Croma Employee. We asked to refund the money and they are denying it. Customer care ticket was also closed without any resolution. Need help in resolving the issue.

                    We purchased a brand new One plus 8T from Croma. A phone renowned for its battery life. The battery of this new phone drains only within a couple hours. We approached Croma and they suggested we take it to the service centre. They gave us the item back saying there is nothing they can do.

                      But Croma mound road service person told me
                      Your tv price is 10000 now new model is available only price is 17k.
                      You will pay 7k then we will be give the replacement tv.

                      Tv is problem that is not my mistake .

                      2018 I buying tv name is nackson local brnad tv in eBay.com
                      I have board problem.nackson tv service head call to me .we have new upgrade tv only available.your model is stop. Hence we will be send the new model .. delivery time is 12 day hence he give extra 2years warranty ..

                      But Croma is big brand in india...
                      Croma replacement Meaning is customer pay the extra amount..
                      Croma products not working so customer pay to extra..

                      Really super Croma...

                      I need the new 32inch smart tv with seal... Ok m not pay any extra amount..

                        Refund issue almost 15 days

                        Hi ..This about the fraud CROMA is doing and gathering money from the customer. I received 2 Croma EGC gift card for each value Rs. 10000. I have bought a product from Croma SONY HT RT-40 and the delivery person returned back to Croma even before delivered to me.
                        Croma guys called me and said once the product is received a refund will be done within 7 days. For now, it has been 15 days that Croma confirmed that product returned is...

                          I purchase a LED Hitachi 4K SMART LD55HTS08U from croma store when i bought this product i have got all the deals while selling the guy also told me this LED is very good option to purchase also with warranty and all, . but after a month i am facing a problem in LED due to low processing while using Netflix or YouTube, then we call them for check and their is guy coming from hitachi who don't have any knowledge for a product that how to fix and he told my parents that issue resolved and software update. He's fixing the problem to call someone else and other guy guide him how to do it . Really disappointed on that time to hear that he doesn't have a Knowledge and he send from Croma for repair
                          Not only that after a 4 5 days problem is same low processing and Hang up starts in LED. then again i booked a complaint 2 times in croma Jalandhar store, i booked on your CSD department and they booked but no one coming after 2 times complaint .
                          In a covid times we not able to reached and also i hope no one is available in tis crucial situation times .
                          Now you guys can imagine how much times i switch on and take a feel of wow experience if their is plenty of problems in LED even though LED life better then plasma
                          2days back now LED Got blank only voice came and now huge line in their and also Patches are came, without any touching and neither used this LED .
                          I am cx of Croma since last few years but its a very disappointed and pathetic service, i am spending 50K value and worth nothing, i felt cheated and its just harsh, i think they just give me the box not a LED .
                          now i want to get it fixed this problem or replaced my product because this is not worth and non stratification for me . waiting for a positive response now (Billi's Picture also attached )

                            The issue that I have experienced was: This is to inform you that I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, I bought it on 29/12/2020.                               Hello Sir/ma'am,

                              Here I am complaining about the delay in delivering of ACs which I purchased from your adajan branch, Surat on the 21st of Jan by IDFC EMI and also gave a check for a down payment under the register number [protected], which is also clear on the 25th of Jan., As far as I know, your delivery policy is delivered product in 48 hours means 2 working days. But, yesterday on 28th Jan afternoon when I called on Corma's customer care number they told me that your check was clear on 25th but we didn't know about that, that's why we didn't dispatch your product. we got it now and from today onward you can count your 2 days or can say 48 hours because the product will be transported from Ahmedabad.

                              So, sir, that's that. please take some action about that because as far as I can see fault was main, I didn't call you on daily basis like others and wait till your so-called 2 days and now I get my product even later.

                              Franky sir, I didn't expect such delay and unprofessional attitude from such a respectfully and reputed company like yours.

                                Hello,

                                I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator 386litres from Croma Nasik, College road on the 26th January 2021 and I was promised a timely delivery within 2 days that is on the 28th January, for which we made a full payment.

                                At evening on the day of delivery we called Croma on multiple occasions. The Customer care said they do not have any information regarding delivery and the store said the item is out of stock and they will try deliver within 8 days.

                                Now that is a false promise made to us so that we can buy from them an item they don't even have in stock. And now we are suppose to wait and keep a follow up with these people who didn't think twice before making a deal like this.

                                The only reason we bought the refrigerator from a store was so that we can get the same day delivery or a quick delivery as compared to the online stores but now we are at the hands of Croma.

                                And now the only thing we ask for is some professional behavior from the store and an exact date when the refrigerator will be at my doorstep. If they cannot do this, we like a refund.

                                Not sure how this happened as the executive said they will need 8 days to get the stock back and on the very next day to when he said this, we received the item.
                                Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Fridge Delivered today. No further action needed.

                                  I placed an order on 23rd for a Logitech g402 mouse order I'd :[protected] from croma online store and the product is to delivered by 25th Jan 2020. But they didn't delivered the product yet. Called customer care number multiple times but they keep saying invoice is not generated yet. they r making false promises to customers. Refund my amount ASAP lost trust in croma.

                                    Briefing you to understand the issue, I am writing the details as desired by you.

                                    I wanted to buy a Sony 55 inch OLED TV A8G model from CROMA because I thought being a tata enterprise croma can be trusted most. Unfortunately my experience has proved me wrong.
                                    I am working as an assistant professor in Sagar university and my hometown in Indore. with no CROMA store in Sagar, M.P. I had contacted the CROMA store in Indore around Diwali 2020. Shiva from Store got me in touch with Jayesh and I was told they were out of stock of the needed product and the product is also not available at other branches . The price of the product told to me at that time was around Rupees1, 59, 000.

                                    I visited the CROMA store in Indore during my hometown visit around new year on january 2nd 2021 and again the same thing was told that they were out of stock, only the display unit of the model was available priced at Rs. 1, 69, 990. I was further told by Mr. Jayesh and Brijesh at store that a discount between 15-18% would be given by the store very soon on the display model of A8G once the new upgraded model display piece is received and they would contact me soon. I requested if the discount can be given now I can carry the tv with me safely in car now as they were not going to give original packaging and were not taking responsibility of delivery of TV to Sagar, M.P.

                                    on 5 jan 2021 I received a call from Mr. Jayesh from CROMA store, Indore ( contact no. [protected] ) saying that the display unit can be sold now and the discounted price of the SONY OLED 55 inch A8G TV was 1, 47, 266 rupees and there is 2 years extended warranty free with it. trusting CROMA personnel I paid 80, 000 online through my SBI account on 5th Jan as booking amount and balance amount 67, 266 was paid by my brother on 7 jan2021 through his ICICI credit card. my brother manish wadhwani received the tv from Store and transported it to me to sagar. On receipt of invoice I enquired why an amount of 11, 351 and GST on it reflected in invoice on account of 2 years extended warranty when it was told me its free. I received a reply that it cannot be shown as 0 rupees hence some part price of tv has been appropriated there actually it was free only. this was again a lie, manipulation and fraud as the warranty was given to me on charged basis and not free.

                                    I was being told so far that discount ( between 15-18 % as told on visit to store ) on 169, 990 was being decided by store and TV price was around 139, 000, then why was it shown as 135, 915 was shown as tv price in invoice?

                                    Then on contacting other branch of CROMA, I was amazed and shocked to know that the price of Display unit of SONY A8G 55 inch in system of CROMA was around 1, 34000-, 1, 35915 ( i dont know the exact amount as have no access to system of CROMA). and this is uniform over all stores of CROMA.

                                    In invoice the price of TV may be shown as in system of CROMA I was being mis leaded with a different information and explanation every time. I purchased the display unit only because I was told I am being given 2 years free extended warranty so I was convinced of the parts security by CROMA for 2 more years other than initial one year hence even if tv was used for few months parts are secured for longer period.or else i would have gone for a new unused tv with competitive price in online sale.
                                    how can something be free when the complete price of it is charged and added in price of TV and not even disclosed even on asking clarification? not only a wrong manipulated price of TV was told to me but a manipulated information was given to lure me to buy the display unit, which is equivalent to fraud with me.

                                    now on complaining this to store manager Mr. Sumeet, he said that he apologizes and is ready to pay back the price charged on account of 2 years extended warranty and take back the warranty. This is not acceptable. I want CROMA to provide the product on system price of display unit of SONY OLED TV 55 inch on day of booking which should be a ethical practice to be followed in CROMA without asking and honour their word of giving 2 years extended warranty free in that very price.
                                    Strong action be taken against the wrong doers to re- establish the faith that all Tata enterprises have earned through decades. I am very sorry that despite bringing the issue to the notice of store manager he has not been able to keep the word given to me about free warranty and ensure that system price of 135, 915 rupees as charged in invoice or 1, 34, 000 rupees what ever be the actual price in system on booking date for display unit be only charged from me and rest all is refunded immediately with apology.

                                    I have recordings of talks with person dealt with me ( Jayesh and Brijesh
                                    ) and later with store manager ( sumeet) after coming to know the fraud
                                    i expect an immediate corrective action in best interest of CROMA loyal customer.

                                      We have purchased a Dell Laptop form your outlet in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The sales person Raj Kumar, who first enquired for the purpose o[censored]sage and our budget and suggested this model. ( Invoice copy is attached for your reference). We told him that it is a home system we use it for checking mails, video calls will be done due the pandamic conditions. Otherwise we will use ms office products like word, exce, presentations.
