I bought apple iPad pro 11inch from chroma store city centre gwalior at 9pm. Next day I was checking the iPad and I found it slightly bend then I rush to croma store to get replacement of product.
But unfortunately they are not cooperative..they all the time blamed me for this. They registered my complaint and till now no positive response from their side. I spent money about 80k and croma is like they don't care about customer after buying the product ...I also bought extended warranty.
@customersupport croma please help me.

    Dear sir,

    This is the complain against the croma 1 TON AC which was purchased on 1st April 2021.The sales person (ROMIT MEHTA JUHU BRACH) [protected] had told me that the installation is free and it will be done in the given period of time but the same has not been done yet.The person which had visited today morning for the installation was not carrying the required tools for the installation due to which he could not complete his job.I hope you will do take this issue into consideration and try to solve the matter at the earliest.

        I had purchased SONY TV at AS Rao nagar shop, Hyd on 29th March and wanted it to be delivered on 1st april due to domestic reasons. Today, it was not delivered, though promised . We waited for full day. Called the persons 20 times.. But not done. We have been kept in state of tension and anxiety . Having paid Rs. 80, 000/-. We did not expect such un professional practise from CROMA. Vre very bad. We want full refund of our amount.

          I have purchase this cooler on 27/03/2021. But while using it I observe that it is not at all cooling, instead it is throwing hot and warm air though the tank is full. I am not able to understand what went wrong. But as a Croma product I trusted this brand but it has been great disappointment to me.

          I am hoping best solution to this issue from Croma Team else this will be complete waste of money for me.

            I had to travel from Bangalore to Mangalore to get my daughter who is pursuing her college here at Mangalore. I am staying in a Hotel while arranging for her requirements. One of them is a portable washing machine. I came across Croma online purchase and it showed the product will be delivered by 30st March, 2021. I had also called their showroom at Mangalore and understood, I will receive the product. Yesterday 30th March, I got a doubt they are not going to deliver. I called their call center and understood, the product is still in transit. After multiple calls to understand the status, they changed the date to 2nd April, 2021. I had clearly mentioned to the call center that I am staying in a Hotel and awaiting their delivery. With no sensitivity they just changed the delivery date. Today 31st March I called them and they told me that they will give me the update today and possible delivery today itself. I am staying the hotel that cost total cost of more than 3500 per day. I told them I cannot extend my stay. I got a call from their Backend team at 7:30PM and the person has absolutely no background of my request that I had made from yesterday, may be 3 times and today 3 times. She said, I called you to tell, you will receive your delivery by 2nd April only. She also confirmed she has no idea of my case! I feel cheated and even the status provided is not true. Also, entire process feels faulty. I have already paid and there is empathy to my request. I have to do the arrangement to my daughter and leave for my base location, Bangalore and I feel I am stranded because of Croma

              We have purchase orient cooler(40L) from croma Wakad (Pune) last day (29/03/2021).we have been told that delivery will be done on next day(30/03/2021). On delivery date we are trying to call customer care about delivery & we get false commitment that delivery will happen before 9 PM. still 10.30 PM we are waiting still no delivery. We have asked delivery boy which we got his number from customer care, he said I don't have your delivery.

              We constantly getting information from customer care by your product is shipped from store & it's on the way, but it never reached to us.

              We are really frusteted with the way we got information from croma and still our product is not delivered.

              So we decided to cancel the product if it not delivered today (30/03/2021)

              For cancellation croma is solely responsible. We make sure that we never buy any product from croma in future.

                Purchased Apple MacBook Pro & Apple Care Protection Plan on 2nd of January 2020, when I checked Apple Service & Support coverage. They say Covered by AppleCare Protection Plan
                With the AppleCare Protection Plan, you get up to three years of additional service and support for your Mac.
                Coverage end date: December 24, 2022.

                I have called customer care and they said someone will get back to me. I've tried this option twice and I received sam response someone will get back to me. But no one has yet contacted.

                  I purchased a caravan a month back from one of your outlets in bangalore and it has already stopped working. I went to the store taking my device and they told me that they would send a person to my residence to get it fixed but it has been more than 2 weeks and nobody has showed or either given me a call.

                  I am highly disappointed with your service never expected this from such a big company like croma.

                    On hard copy of invoice all details are OK but on soft copy of invoice word limited is not written and on customer GSTIN it is written NA.

                    Very strange you are sending soft copy of invoice in favor of my company and in GSTIN you has written NA.
                    I call to customer care they arrange call and that foolish person said on soft copy we are not writing GSTIN
                    He don't know even this simple concept if you are generating invoice in favor of company then you have to write customer GSTIN

                        I had purchased a Double Door Samsung Refrigerator Ref SbS 595L RS21HSTPN on 21/08/2012 .

                        The Fridge has Stopped working suddenly on 26/03/2021.
                        I request you to please send a Technician to repair the same.

                          I purchased fridge, model - Voltas Beko FF 470 liter vide invoice no. SLA[protected] dated 22.03.2021 from O.P. Road, Vadodara
                          Technician came on 24.03.2020 for installation only after contacting croma shop. Technician stated, it will be replaced or repaired. I contacted executive seller of croma shop who completed procedure for purchasing, but no positive response. No one contacted from forma shop. It is very difficult for me. Many items are getting rotten/destroyed. Holi festival is near. Kindly resolve problem immediately. Failing which I will have no option left except legal action.

                            My name is Raghul.E.B. Last week i bought nikon Dslr D3500 (dual lens) from Croma phoenix mall, Chennai on March 17, 2021. I didnot receive the complementary dslr bag which comes with my dslr package. I was asked to come after 7days. Today(24th March) they called me to recieve the bag. But i didnot receive the Nikon dual lens model bag and inturn received Canon single lens bag. I am very saddened by the response i got. i invested huge amount in buying the product at your showroom. i am very much disappointed. The trust i had in croma got reduced very much.

                              I have placed the Order online and the order Confirmation number is[protected]. I have selected Black watch. However, system have selected Black/blue, later I spoke with multiple people (Rohit, Rahul) and no one ready to change the invoice and send black watch instead of black/blue.

                              I am very surprised that being a TATA company, their technology is so poor that, they cannot even change the invoice or cancel the old invoice and raised new one. In this era of technology, this is a very simple process and can be fone by any small shopping company.
                              Later I spoke with Vishal on 22ndar and I have been promised that I will get full refund in 3 working days but I'm yet to receive the documented email that I will get refund in the same evouchers I buy watch or they will credit in my wallet.
                              Such a bad experience with a TATA company I ever had.

                                I got a Croma Gift Card. Due to Pandemic, I got stuck at my hometown and I couldn't do any purchase. Now Croma says gift card is expired. It is very sad that Croma is not ready to extend the expiry date even after sending so many mails. At least considering the Pandemic situation they should consider my plea for extension.

                                  I made a purchase of lenovo ideapad 3 on 15-Aug-2020 by paying in full cash.
                                  I noticed that the battery wasn't lasting for 2 hours in the first week. I wrote an email to croma and they said to visit us in store to get the issue resolved. I had been to my native place and couldn't make it early.
                                  The Sales person and also the customer service desk person NEVER informed me about the Lenovo laptop Model No: 15IIL05, has battery issues, the battery backup is only 1.5 hours. which is pathetic, they asked me plug the laptop to the socket 24 X 7 and work why would i buy a laptop if i had to do so? I could work on a monitor. I hope this laptop amount will be refunded and will buy a better laptop in same or higher price.
                                  Hope the trust i have in croma will be rebuilt.

                                      I am very disappointed with croma service and will be complaining after this on social media my BAD Experience with Croma and also with Consumer forum.

                                      In sept 2020, I purchased VIVO V19 phone from Croma Malad west, next to Dmart, palm court building. Service executive promised Gift card for Rs.1000/- cashback, however said currently do not have one, so let us get the gift card, and we shall call you to come and collect your voucher. Also after that I came again for purchase of one more Vivo phone, on that also, I was informed that you will get Rs.500 gift card and we shall call you got both vouchers together and we will give you. I agreed again.
                                      NOW its been more than 6 months, when I visited Croma, they are denying who commited what was commited, oh.. we do not have the vouchers now.. they again took my number and nothing happened.

                                      CROMA IS A BRAND, BUT I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, SUCH POOR AND FALSE COMMITMENTS.. DEFINETELY PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS AND SHOULD STOP BUYING PRODUCTS FROM CROMA.
                                      I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THIS EXPERIENCE ALL OVER FACEBOOK TWITTER AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

                                      I am very disappointed with croma service and will be complaining after this on social media my BAD Experience with Croma and also with Consumer forum.

                                      In sept 2020, I purchased VIVO V19 phone from Croma Malad west, next to Dmart, palm court building. Service executive promised Gift card for Rs.1000/- cashback, however said currently do not have one, so let us get the gift card, and we shall call you to come and collect your voucher. Also after that I came again for purchase of one more Vivo phone, on that also, I was informed that you will get Rs.500 gift card and we shall call you got both vouchers together and we will give you. I agreed again.
                                      NOW its been more than 6 months, when I visited Croma, they are denying who commited what was commited, oh.. we do not have the vouchers now.. they again took my number and nothing happened.

                                      CROMA IS A BRAND, BUT I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE, NOT ONCE BUT TWICE, SUCH POOR AND FALSE COMMITMENTS.. DEFINETELY PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS AND SHOULD STOP BUYING PRODUCTS FROM CROMA.
                                      I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THIS EXPERIENCE ALL OVER FACEBOOK TWITTER AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
