I have purchased Samsung SBS 700L RS72R5011SL/T refrigerator on November 21, 2020, under ICICI Cards EMI offer with order number Order no: SLE002EC1494012. As per offer, the cashback amount would be up to 20%(maximum Rs 20000). I have made the payment of Rs 78990. The cashback amount should be Rs 15798 as per 20% clause as I am not crossing limit of Rs. 20000, but I got Rs 6000 only. I raised a complaint with Croma customer care and they don't have answer to that, as they are keep saying that the cashback has been credited correctly as per offer. I have raised complaint via Resolver and INGRAM, but Croma didn't gave any satisfactory reply there and closes the ticket with wrong information that I haven't responded to them.
They are keep saying that as per terms and conditions, they have provided the cashback of Rs 6000, but it was nowhere written that the maximum cashback is Rs 6000. Every time, they are saying that the cashback is upto 20%, but there is no clause of that upto 20%.
