[Resolved]  Croma — Very poor service - taking too long to reply and take action on a complaint

I purchased a mobile phone from a Tata Croma store at airport in Mumbai in July 2013 (whilst on HolidayIndia in ) After returning to the UK and using it for a few months the battery failed. Coma would not refund me my money. I sent the battery back to them as requested for a replacement. 12 month later they still have not compensated/replaced it.

E-mail & Mobile number sent to Cromaretail along with e-mail from Croma store stating delivery would have been done yesterday and as of today night NOTHING recieved.
