I have taken a croma split ac in aug 2013 with 2 years warrenty.and after few months it started water leakage. I called customer care they sent their executive.He came and check and said now all ok but after 2 days leakage again stated and same process going on from last 1 n half years.Now i complaint almost more than 25 times for same problem but noone is bothered.Now warrenty comes to at its end after that they must deny for entertainment...

Faulty good and pathetic customer service- optima oven

We bought an Optima Croma Oven around 2 months and there seem a manufacturing fault in the temperature control. I haven logged three complaints and haven't heard anything yet. Every time I call Croma Helpdesk, they say the issue will be resolved within 24 HRS...I guess they have a different meaning for 24 HRS..Is this the way how you treat your Extended Warranty customers.
