CROMA in Bangalore’s Mantri Mall (Malleswaram) which has been recently opened has the worst of its kind Customer Service Desk. Things are very “mushy” during your purchase, but after that, you need to chase them like “Hell” to get your after sales service done.

We went to buy a small TV - 28inch..just to check the service and product as we were planning to get electronic and home appliances for our new house. For the TV the cashier swiped the card twice and twice the amount was deducted from my account. Following that there was no apology or grievance redressal. thank god it was just a small TV otherwise they would have cleared all my balance. twice I visited the store, 5 calls a day...emails and still they are so sleepy and lethargic...NO MORE PURCHASES FROM CROMA !!

Hello Sir its already 7 days ..you cant resolve a simple query like this.
the double swipe was done within 10 secs and to give my money back its taking more than 7 days.
WHAT IS STOPPING YOU TO MAIL HDFC BANK THAT YOU WONT BE CLAIMING THE MONEY !!! WHAT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION DO YOU EXPECT ??? DIwali was spoiled because of you guys...couldnt any any gifts coz my money got stuck with you !!! this is literally torture in festive season ...I want my moeny back ASAP

Its already a weeks time.this happened last Thursday i.e, 12th Novembwr at 1pm. I didn't get any mail, any follow up from your end inspite of raising an Alarm! 7working days are not enough to resolve this ERROR?? I went back to the store on Friday and your Customer Service Desk were not at all apologetic or sympathetic. They snubbed my request saying this happens. Check your store recordings. They had zero knowledge how to deal and were not friendly at all. You still need more time??? For what? Just reply to the email sent by HDFC bank saying your are not claiming that money. I don't understand why this reply is taking this long!! I want my money back! I shall visit the store ..keep my money ready that's all!
Its already 10 days! No revert from Croma inspite of complaining at the Store or the customer service Desk in Chennai! Absolutely worst customer service and grievances resolution! I would claim damages for the mental torture we are going through because of this! I want my money with interest and all the pains that we went through because of my money getting stuck with you!

    Hi Team,

    I've been associated with Croma for long now and it has been my preferred choice for electronic equipment's always.

    I would like to bring to you notice the drastic drop in customer satisfaction that i have experienced in my last purchase.

    I wanted to purchase a desktop machine at Croma store in R-City Ghatkhopar Mumbai, i chose the product i wished to buy, i billed for the product. While verification of the product i wa told that the make and the color that i had selected is not available. On further discussion the store manager suggested he would arrange for the same product the very next day. With this assurance when i come back home and wait for an entire day, i have no updates on the delivery. The bill mentions delivery would happen between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm but i have not been contacted by Croma as yet and the only response i get from the call center executive is that the delivery is in progress. Are Croma customers expected to wait all day for a delivery confirmation? Is this the kind of service Croma delivers?

        Hi Team,

        I had purchased a Samsung LED 39 inch from Croma along with 2years extended warranty from Croma on 27-Jan-13.

        I got Led Panel problem and called Croma customer care on 29-Sep-15 and they registered a complaint with number:SR[protected]. After that Croma had sent 3 different Samsung services persons who had recomended to replace the panel.

        Since this extended warranty was provided by Croma, all these Samsung representative informed that Croma has to approve the cost before they could replace the LED panel.

        I am following up with Croma more than 15 times now and each time they are giving comment that it will be resolved by 24 hours.

        I have already spoken with many customer care executives and their supervisor (Kamal Kumar and Akash Kumar) but each time they are asking for another 24hours to resolve the issue. Even Croma neither providing the details with whom the approval is pending nor giving the timeline by when it will be resolved.

        it's more than 50days now and I am not getting a date by when the issue will be resolved by Croma.

        Since I did not get any help from Croma, I need your assistance on it. Please help me on this issue.

          Very poor customer service.I had purchased CROMA washing machine last year around august.Now i see cracks in drain hose.I have registered complaint on nov 10th. Case id is 5K11-26854HYSC[protected].I've got message saying engineer mr xx will come and service the washing machine.i waited for 2 days again followed up with this case.They said they have escalated the complaint to higher authorities and engineer would come within 24 hours.We followed up with engineer as we were given engineers number in the sms, He says he will come but never comes.Today again i followed up twice about engineers visit he has not come yet.I have 2 years of warranty from manufacturere and 2 years extended warranty.BUT WHAT'S THE USE???I can purchase a drain hose with the amount i am spending on mobile calls.I would definitely pass this word about bad service within our friends circle

            I had forwarded a request regarding service of my 310l fridge. The first time I called up the executive didn't even bother to ask my address and hung up. Thereafter after speaking to almost 7 executives over a period of 5 days regarding the status of my complaint, a service executive turned up that too ill equipped. The reason stated the first visit is only to assess the problem, then we solve..hats off. Pathetic service..can't believe its a tata venture.

              I had purchased Samsung solo microwave oven (MS23F301TAK) through cromaretail.com on 18th Oct '15, after checking availability of stock online as well as confirming the stock availability by calling the customer care number [protected]. The payment was made through credit card and order registration number and order confirmation / invoice numbers were generated. The company promises to deliver the product within 7 working days, however, in my case, its been almost 1 month, and the product has still not been delivered despite several follow-up from my end. The product continued to show as available for purchase on their website till about a week after I placed my order, which proves that the product was not out of stock when I placed the order as well as till a good number of days after I placed the order, and therefore delivery of the product was within the control of Croma Retail. Yet there has not been any valid justification from the company till date for not delivering my order. Infact, they have kept my money, and not delivered the product, and have become silent, and I as a customer have been calling them periodically to check for delivery status, only to be told that someone would call me to update the status, but then after that there is no communication from their end.

              i have ordered for Nikon camera i got the order no and i paid the full amount on online platform of CROMA, i want to pick my product from thr store but as till date the croma has not confirmed my order, customer care is helpless, they say the can't do anything, i don't know what to do i have paid 28500 bucks and i have nothing with me...i am the first time buyer at CROMA..just have faith in brand value of TATA...but i don't thing so CROMA is adding star to TATA, i want the product or i want my money back...

                Hi ..This about the fraud CROMA is doing and gathering money from the customer. I received Croma EGC gift card for Rs. 1000 . Card No.- [protected] on 29th October. I went to the Croma Website and order Philips body groomer where there was an option to apply the gift card which i did and i got 1000 discount .I order with normal delivery option, after discount coupon applied it showed the the balance of Rs. 295 to pay which i paid from my Citi Bank credit card . I received my order no. 227070 on mail with receipt and through sms as well. Than i just called a day later to check about my order and surprisingly THEY was told that the ORDER IS CANCELLED AND THERE WAS NO NOTIFICATION SENT TO ME. YOU PEOPLE QUICKLY CHARGE THE MONEY BUT NO RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM CUSTOMER IF ORDER IS CANCELLED. I was told that i will get the refund within 7 working days and even i can Re-use the gift voucher as well either online or by visiting the store and i was told 5 vouchers can be used at a time. I agreed, than i again called next week the person informed me sir it will take few more days for the refund and this time i was told that voucher can be used at croma store only if i shop for 20000 or above. Same day another person told me it can be used even if i shop for 5000 or 10000. You people are even not sure about your things . Than i called again on 11th November ..the person who picked up the call said sir what was your order when did you placed even when i have already gave my order number to him and he informed me no refund is generated .. Is this a joke even i after 2 weeks since i have placed the order no refund status neither i was informed about cancellation ..are you people stealing customer money . I would have not called neither i get to know about my order and plus i also wasted my money because of you people. Now he told me i need to send a mail for refund, why i was not told that at first time i called again i need to wait for 7 days to get my money back ..money blacked for near about 20 days ..this is how you work I asked the person to transfer the call to supervisor he said no supervisor available when i insisted he kept me on LONG HOLD ans came back saying i will get a call back tomorrow from escalation team, i asked what about the floor supervisor he said he is not available as well when i forced he said he is on call and again kept me on hold. Its not a toll free no. you people have i have spent around bucks over the calls since i have placed the order why should i bare that expense. Than i asked to arrange the call back for tomorrow he said he is not sure about the time but he will arrange a call back BUT i didn't receive any call back . What do you think are customer fools or you don't even care for them. Now i don't want any refund and want my product i ordered as croma didn't informed me or gave any notification of order cancellation from there side. I have the receipt which says order confirmed. If not i will escalate further even i will file a case if required . Worst experience worst company.

                We have not received our money after cancellation even after one month. We did online shopping through Croma website.The purchased product supposed to be delivered next day but even after one week it was not delivered -no communication from CC.Finally after follow up we cancelled the order and requested money back on 3-June- 2021. Today is 1-July -2021, we have not received our money.
                I request Croma team that please do the needful. We are customer choosing Croma over 100s of other website as we have faith in TATA group.

                  I have booked 'LG Led 107Cm 42LF6500 3D' TV at your T.Nagar Chroma stores on 11.11 .2015 .I checked with Sales person Sugumar & Cashier Yogesh it will be delivered to my home at 12.11.2015 with in 9.00 PM.But as of now product has been not delivered.

                  I checked with your delivery team they Said It is been Loaded to Van, Salesperson Sugumar said will delivery at 12.11.2015 11.00 PM, Transporter Santhosh Said it is not loaded by Stores Due to Stock not available.
                  Today i checked with Branch Manager 'Sailesh Arava' he said it will deliver at 13.11.2015 with in 10.00 PM or else i need to go to Store & cancel the order.
                  If they are unable to supply on time they need to inform us earlier & get excuse.But they are not picking the call & not giving proper communication to me.
                  Is this is the response from your TATA group of companies.It is totally disappointed service from TATA.

                    I am approaching you to give you an insight in to the so called up market electronics store giant called "Croma". A brief on the epusode which took place a few days back at the Croma store at sector 35 Chandigarh. My father a retired Colonel from Indian Armed Forces had visited the ibid store foe upgrading their TV to a bigger size TV set.Accordingly visited the store a few days before Diwali to chose one.On scrutinising the available TV models at the sector 35 croma store at Chandigarh finally a 50 inch FHD Samsung was chosen with a price tag of around 73000/- INR.After this the reps at croma were info to which they replied that the complete amount to be deposited now and bill will be prepared against the amount but the TV Set would be made available only after 8 -10 days duration.. On this my parents told them that as the set would be made available after 10 days a booking amount be taken of Rs 2000 / and when the TV is available the same would be paid in total to which and taken tothey refused despite trying to finalize the deal. Thereafter my parents decided to purchase the TV from other samsung retailer at Panchkula..Oerall its quite disheartening to see that these electroncs stores which is the brain child of one the oldest and most reputed companies in india has such kind of functional efficasy.

                      I had placed an order on Saturday night 7th November. Here is the order number Ref. No. 228790.
                      I even paid 99 for the express shipping. It was said that the product will reach under 24 hours. Then in the mail it's written as 48 hours. But now it's more than 5 days and i still haven't received the product. Then why you are charging for express shipping. Even the customer care number is giving the same vague reply that it's already dispatched and we have escalated the issue. It does not take 5 days to deliver the parcel within Mumbai. There isn't even a cancellation option. Please buy it from websites like Flipkart, amazon and snapdeal who accepts refund and return policy!

                        I was going to exchange my iPhone 5 16 GB black colour for a Samsung S6 black colour.
                        The croma people had agreed to give me 9, 000 for my iPhone.
                        They checked it twice.
                        Then when I reseted the phone, they found flaws in the phone.
                        They then quoted 4.5k.
                        After wasting 2 hours, I finally agreed to their quotation.
                        And when the time of purchase came they didn't have black colour model which I wanted.
                        Since the start they were trying to change my opinion from black to gold model.
                        On the same day, I took an iPhone 6s 128 gb gold.
                        Still, I faced such harassment from them which resulting in wasting my 3 hours.
                        This is a complaint of misrepresentation against croma in oberoi mall, goregaon east, mumbai.
                        Please look into the same.

                          Hi, I had booked a TV (Invoice - SLF02A[protected], with multiple confirmations from the store guys (both the demo and the billing counter executives) of a guaranteed delivery the very next day. Happily I made the payment and was waiting upon receiving a confirmation sms that my product is in the in delivery as early as 10:00am the very next morning, however its been more than 24 hrs since sms and I am yet to receive the delivery, but the sms have been flowing non-stop confirming my product is in delivery. Now the worst part - customer care - their server went offline from 11am yesterday till as late as 6:00pm, the customer care executives do not know who has my delivery been assigned, when will it delivered, and do not have any means of even cancelling the invoice(due to non-delivery). They neither have the 2nd level escalation and the only thing they do is say sorry. I have had the worst experience with Croma, had never imagined a Tata enterprise to be this worse. I had lodged two service requests - SR[protected] & SR[protected], but are yet to receive a satisfactory closure. Thanks, Prashant

                            I had purchased a Aquaguard V-Pur Enchace RO+UV+TDS from Croma retail in Crown plaza Faridabad on 18.10.2015. Invoice No – SLF02A[protected] The service engineer reached at my home for installation on 19.10.2015. He completed the installation on the same date. However upon preliminary operation of the product, the intake pump was not working, and the engineer informed that there is problem with internal wiring. The product had been started for the first time in its lifetime and internal wiring was not adequate. M/s Croma has supplied me a defective piece. He informed his service engineers in Eureka Forbes to visit. This is was informed by me through customer care number(#[protected]) on 19.10.2015 itself. The executive informed me that they had lodged a complaint for the defective piece delivered and replacement of the same will be processed.                               I ordered a Sony SA-D100 4.1 Channel Multimedia Speaker on November 3, 2015 with the order number 228058 and I paid Rs.99/- extra for your "express delivery" service which certainly DOES NOT live up to its name. The speaker has still not been delivered, in fact upon calling the customer service, I also find out that even the invoice has not been generated. I was asked to drop a mail and then I would be further informed by today evening, thanks to your brilliantly super-quick service.

                              If my disappointment with your service isn't evident already, let me make it very very clear. The only reason I ordered from your store was because of the time factor involved, I wanted it by tonight. Since, you have clearly failed in doing the one task that you are assigned, I would like my INR 99/- rupees back. Also, I would like to assure that I never intend to order anything from your store in the future, and you will definitely see some bad reviews of your store on the internet in the span of next few days. As a graduate in retail management, I would like to give you a small piece of advice. Maybe instead of giving elaborate advertisements and Diwali offers, you should focus on the basics first i.e. registering and delivering orders on time, since that will bring you more customers than lying blatantly. Hope you refrain from being such a nightmare from other people who are stupid enough to avail your services.

                                HI, I purchased an hp laptop (sn no.:5CD3287YKW) split x2 model which was the last piece on display and i got it at a discounted price. After some days there were issues with the laptop's mouse pad and keyboard and some battery life issues as well. The HP engineer visited my place and after around a weeks time they replaced some of the parts in my laptop. After repeated request of changing the battery they didn't change the battery and the problem of the mousepad still persists and there as hanging issues as well. without my problem being solved the complaint was closed from hp side..i was really offended and i went to CROMA electronics for help.Also my laptop was purchased on 19/12/2014 and was promised by the croma representative that the warranty is till 19/12/2017 but on th hp website the warranty details show that it is covered under warranty till 10/2016 which again is a problem.IN SHORT CROMA CHEATED ME AND THE PROBLEM TILL DATE REMAINS UNSOLVED. AFTER REPEATED VISITS NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN WHICH IS FORCING ME NOW TO GO AGAINST CROMA ELECTRONICS LEGALLY..INORDER TO SELL THESE ELECTRONIC GOODS YOU GUYS GIVE FALSE PROMISES AND THIS IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL .PLEASE GET MY LAPTOP REPLACED NOT REPAIRED ELSE I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CROMA .                                   My complaint No.: SR[protected] regarding Intex Aqua 3G PRO(Dual SIM)(Champagne) on dated 07th October 2015 20:22.

                                  Regarding the same I am communicating to Croma Customer Support Team on [protected] from last 15-20 days with different representatives and it was absolutely wastage of my time and really unfruitful.

                                  Every conversation with croma representative ended with only false commitment like ”we have forwarded your complaint to concern department and you will get replacement or refund at earliest”.
                                  I have submitted my damage Intex mobile on 13th Oct’15 to Fedex person and immediately communicated to Croma Customer Care on phone as well as by mail with scan copy of Fedex tracking number.

                                  I have been assured by Corma representative, I will get the replacement within 15 days post receipt of damage mobile.
                                  Now even after one month still there is no clarity from CROMA regarding replacement or refund, which was expressed by Mr.Rajesh in today’s(5th Nov'15) conversation at around 16:20.

                                  Added to that no Customer Manager/Superior responding to my call. In fact today when I called at around 15:40, Mr.Pawan attended my call and when he was asked to transfer it to his superior, he kept me on hold for more than 11 minutes without any information.

                                  Really it’s a high time now and such a chaos was not expected form CROMA. It’s creating doubt about TATA-CROMA’s integrity and services.
