    HI I fed with follow up with croma guys. my AC is not working past 1 month but after long follow up they had repaired but after 1 week accorded same problem and called to croma service center (their representative) but dosen't responce. they just give assurances but dose not the work as per commitments. if you don't give best service then don't gave fake assurances.     Neverthless, your representative (Mr. Angad Gond) visited on 02 June (Tuseday) and tell us that, The AC need to carry with them (Croma) for servicing purpose at service center and he assuared that croma representive will come and carry the same next day. but not yet any representative has been visit the same for carry the same.
    I don't understand, why your team is not responding without follow up by us. how many time should i do reminders and do your responsibility of work.
    Anticipating your reply on priority. Treat those things URGENT.

    not yet the service proper. the guy not yet come to carry the AC and your team not responding until i don't call u or follow up with you...i am feeling that, i did mistake that i bought electronic things from your croma. Hencefarward, i will care. Thanks one things i get experience.

      Its been 21 days and 3 complaints (both via email as well as telephonic) to Tata Croma regarding my Croma brand 1.5 ton AC currently running in extended warranty that i have not received a SINGLE phone call from their service center. To top it, i have received - twice - SMSes that my complaint has been resolved!! What's the big point of repairing the AC later if the you make us suffer in this scorching heat of Mumbai summer. Earlier problems erupoted 2 months back that were mended but again cropped up. Essentially a pathetic product with even more pathetic service. Have spoken many times to their tele executives, floor managers and written many times to their customer support but have not been able to elicit any kind of response what-so-ever. Frankly, Croma's service wasn't this bad earlier but now it is probably worse than any other company Complaint numbers are SR[protected], SR[protected], MUM010615FS00080 2 previous ones were resolved after some deliberations but as i can see, not much was done. regards Ashirwad Pareek

        They dont care for their customers after selling the product. Very bad after sale service experience. Date of purchase:15th June 2014 Product description: 1.5 Ton window AC Brand name: Croma Problems faced: AC doesn't cool at all because of gas leakage. Response from customer support team on 21st May: the product needs to be sent for repair and will be picked up within 2-3 days and then delivered back in another 2-3 days. Visited the Dwarka store in New Delhi and was advised it'll be sorted by 30th. Its been 7 days no has came to pick up the AC for the repair. Customer service doesn't respond. People at Croma store says they can't do anything the only information that they have is the status of the request and it just says OPEN. They provided the number of store manager Mr. Ranjeet ([protected]) but got no help from him as well. Its only 11 months old and the product is having multiple issues but no one is willing to help. I have spent ₹29000 for something that i cant use and the company doesnt care at all. I am now left with the only option which is to take this issue further and report the same to the consumer forum.           We purchased this Croma Split AC 2 years back with extended warranty of +2 years. From the time we have installed the AC have been facing multiple technical issues with respect to hardware. Generally we use AC during Summer’s & with in 3-4 days it starts displaying E1 error, which was beyond understanding to the Engineers in the beginning. The harassment starts when we file the complaint, which nearly takes 3-4 working days to send an Engineer at the place to check the problem, which means we have to sleep in the hot summer nights without AC. After that Engineer came refilled Gas and said it will be fine, but he failed. Again after 2 days we have to filed another complaint, which again took 3-4 working days to send an Engineer. We visited store but was of no help. After few days the Senior Engineer came and replaced the PCB of the AC, which worked fine only for few days. Our Warranty have expired recently and now the AC is under Extended Warranty. What I don’t understand is that, when the product is unrepairable and giving so much technical problems, why cant it be replaced with a new one??? What is the meaning of WARRANTY OR EXTENDED WARRANTY, which we got at the time of Purchase?? Is it just you keep on fixing it for the time span till the warranty expires, & after that its Customers problem. This was a first experience of buying a Croma product, which was assumed to be a good Brand (A TATA PRODUCT), but feels very disappointed and frustrated with the experience I had after installing the same. I have been visiting the Croma store multiple times, now received an update that the spare part is coming form MUMBAI and will take again 8-10 days??? Seriously… I don’t want any more repairs because I have had enough of this product, The whole summers have gone filling complaints and running to store to get the AC fixed. since last 2 years I have cooperated a lot with all your team members but its enough for now. I just request you to please take this AC back, as its of no use to me. The AC is continuously showing E1 error. PCB has been replaced with a new one also, which didn’t work. Now, kindly take serious action during my remaining warranty period left, as we just use it during the Summers only.           I too bought Croma split AC 1.5T from Croma store in Kondapur, Hyderabad in Jan 2013 and now it shows E1 error and does'nt work and keeps giving the beep sound, until we switch off. The technician came and cleaned one copper rod but result is the same. Then he suggested replacement of PCB but it is not being done even after 4 days. Not a good brand and will never recommend anyone to buy Croma products.

          Very very very bad experience with Croma service centre and company . I purchased 3 split ac by 5 July 2018 . One of my ac not working 11 June 2019 . I call in coustmer care on 12 June 2019 . and do complain after 3 day service man coming but doesn't solwed . After two days another service man come but same doesn't solwed . After two days service man come and take motor
          19/07 /2019 with him coz as service man some problem in motor . After 2 days 4 days 1 week 2 week no coming . Lots of call to him . But no reply . Wait and wait . After one month coming motor on 8/07/2019 and service man fix the motor but it's same can't solve problem . This is to much time for solve the problem . Kindly request take away this ac and replace new one otherwise give me back my money .

            This is regarding my complaint number CHN210515FS00004. I registered this complaint on 21st May. Till now I have not received any call from the Technician. Every time I call Croma Helpdesk, they say the issue will be resolved within 24 HRS...I guess they have a different meaning for 24 HRS..Is this the way how you treat your Extended Warranty customers. Hugely disappointed and I promise this is my last Croma product. Thanks.

              I purchased a new phone sony experia E4 from belapur navi Mumbai store on 20 May and the salesperson haroon asked me to get another sim from your store as the phone had dual SIM option and referred me to Mr irfan.                 Sir, I have two Croma 1.5 Ton ACs . Compressor of one of them switches ON for 2 minutes and then does not cool. I had booked the complaint on 06 May 15 as quoted in the subject line. Your service team has visited twice and say that the compressor needs to be taken to the service centre. No one has turned up to collect the AC or carry out on site repair. I have been waiting since the last 20 days without the AC functioning. When do you think my AC could be repaired???? I have always trusted TATA products and this time the reputed company has not come up to my expectations. May I request an early repair of my AC in this hot weather. Thanking You in anticipation.                   I bought JBL speakers from online website and they asked me to go to a far store to pick it up. I did drive 30 km to this store to pick up this product however, as per your manager over there, it is not in stock, Please provide an explanation that why I was being sent to the store if it is not available. The manager is not responsible enough to provide me a solution or alternative. I did call the customer care however, that is another pathetic experience i faced with Croma when the executive put on hold for 10 minutes and never got back and hung up without answering my query. I have no other option after personally meeting the croma store manager and calling Customer care, and both failed to provide me an answer that how can i get the product I paid for. Please treat this as a complaint and escalation to higher management for irresponsible behavior from Ghatkoper store as well as customer care on 1800 number.                     I had purchased One AC from CROMA vide Invoice No.SLF02A[protected] dated 18.05.2015. (i) It was assured to me this AC will be installed within one or two days of purchase. For that purpose I have taken two days leave on 20.05.2015 & 21.05.2015. On both days, no body tried to contact me. Even I have contacted Unit Manager Mr Saurabh Saxena at his mobile No.[protected], Danvee at his landline No.[protected], 4296504, Customer Care at Number[protected] & lodged complaints three or four times from the same mobile Number [protected]. Even I lodged complaint at Customer care via mail/Registered Complaint Redressal mechanism vide complaint Number DEL1905151D0004. After One week, AC person has come & told me that AC Is defective. It means that before clearance of same it was not tested OK. How this sent to me without proper checking. AC pressure knob of COMPRESSOR is not working (free to move). There is no gas in the AC. (ii) Now on my talks with Mr Danvee at Number [protected], 6590692, [protected] through Saurabh Saxena, He is saying we have tried to contact but your number was not reachable during last week. if my mobile number is not reachable how I would have lodged complaints at various contact numbers of CROMA PERSONS i.e [protected], [protected], 6590692, 4296504, [protected] through the same mobile number. In return I have received calls from CROMA persons i.e[protected]Virender),[protected], 6590691. It is clear he is making me fool. (iii) AC box contains the date of receipt of same in store as 05.05.2014, it seems that some defective piece was lying in the store and the same is supplied to me. (iv) It seems that AC was not tested "OK" before despatch/clearance from the manufacturing unit as the knob of Compressor is free i.e not working (v)I have lodged complaints at Customer Care three or four times. even a single confirmation has neither been received nor status of same is showing at the complaint website (vi) Now Mr Danvee is saying it will take next 48 hours to respond by technical team and thereafter It will take further 48 hours to take action accordingly. IT IS JUST LIKE FUNCTIONING OF A GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT where no response comes. (vii) I mailed at the personal e-mail IDs of Mr Ajit Joshi, cpmistry etc. but no response has been received so far. I WILL BE HIGHLY THANKFUL IF YOU TAKE ACTION AGAINST THESE ERRING PEOPLES LIKE DANVEER STORE MANAGER OF CROMA & ARRANGE FOR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE AC. FROM: SUSHIL KATHURIA [protected]

                      I had bought a CROMA refrige in Oct 2013.But ever since had bought it its always had problems. The 1st times had called technician when it was still in warranty period I was told the problem in the fridge is because of me n that I had to bear the expense, WHICH I readily did. The 2nd problem arose a few months back when I had to repeatedly remind CUSTOMER SERVICE that the technician had not visited my place then when he actually did they took 3-4 days to get the fridge picked up[again after repeated reminders] n lastly they forgot to deliver.After repeated complains I got a call from their headoffice and my fridge was delivered without being charged anything.NOW within 3 months another problem.THE DOOR OF THE SAME FRIDGE FELL OFF THE Main UNIT.Never before have I heard tht within a span of 18months a fridge has given so many problems.The technician again has conveniently put the blame on me saying its my fault and I am responsible for bearing the charges for replacement of door.I got a SMS [mind you only an SMS no call from anybody] fr them saying it will take time for repairs.Never have I exprienced such bad after sales service in fact ZERO CONSUMER SATISFACTION ZERO PRODUCT QUALITY. I request you to look into the matter at the earliest.I feel I should get a replacement now because I have no patience to complain again and again because I am convinced that its a FAULTY PIECE

                        Dear Sir, I have Purchase a Croma Microwave Solo20L CRM2024. Invoice No. SLF02A[protected] dt 05.03.2011. I have got some issue on the product and I register a complaint (DEL260415FS00008) on dated 26/04/2015. Next day your engineer visit us and take the panel of product with him for repair without giving any receipt and confirm this issue will be resolve in next three days. I had make a call on your customer care no. [protected] on dated 02.05.2015 and there after many times. But every time I got the same answer our service engineer will contact you. but till date I have not receive any single call from your service department. Now its already one month over. please look in to this matter.

However, no one is coming to install the pedestal fan despite my request in this regard. This reflects badly on the customer service and the after sale customer support.                             We had purchased a Window Split AC from Croma, Pacific Mall, Ghaziabad on 28th Jan, 2014 (hardly 15 months now) with Invoice Number - SLF02A[protected]. We with the onset of season requiring AC when the temperature approaches blazing 45 degrees here, the product stands as near non- functional (There is no Cooling). I raised a request on 21st May, 2015 about this issue with request id - DEL210515FS00011 and the technician visited and told us the Ac needs gas refilling. It was pretty shocking as normally another other brand AC works fine for alteast 3-4 seasons. But since the product is in warranty of 2 years iot was confirmed by Croma that gas will be filled by croma only. But till now, even after calling service center moring and evening the AC is still not picked by the Croma guys and no one has contacted us even after assuring that we will be getting a call in 2-3 hours on 23rd and 25th may, 2015. It makes me question the quality of the product delivered and customer service standards of Croma. When i told them i want to speak to there superiors the phone was kept on hold for more than 10 mins and no response. Croma is not having any escalation matrix for their products.                               I have Croma 1.5 ton AC, It was not working so I complained on 25th April, Your Executive came after a week and they serviced AC and took service charge 300/-, but AC didn't work. so they told us that there is a problem in some parts and took 2 parts and a remote away.and ensured us to get it resolved in 3-4 days, they didn't turned up even a week time so we called in Croma customer care
                              on 12th of May.they told us as parts are not available right now but ensured us to solve the problem by 19th of May., yesterday on 21th I called up again but they gave the same reply.
                              Our AC is under warrenty, Croma Company is not taking our problem seriously and we are facing problem because of it as Summer is on peak.


                              Kindly look into the matter, we will be very thankful to you IF you could resolve it as soon as possible.

                                I had purchased 3 items from Croma ville Parle west. A Sony LED TV, an LG refrigerator and a Philips mixer grinder, all purchased on 17th may 2015. The TV and refrigerator was delivered the next day but the Philips mixer grinder wasn't delivered on the pretext that it is out of stock. This thing wasn't discussed with me while buying the product otherwise no fool would pay and wait for a product to be delivered after more than a week. A complaint was lodged with Croma on 18th, the complaint number being SR[protected]... From Monday till date I dint get any call from their side about any update or any apologies for their delay. This shows lack of professionalism of Croma while dealing with their customers. Today when I called them up for an update, they told that the product will be delivered by 26th may. Why will anyone wait for nearly 10 days to get a mixer grinder which is paid and bought from a retail shop. This is not an online business which can get delayed. And there is no one who has called from their side to update on this though it was a mistake on their part not to inform me about the out of stock thing while buying this product. Strict rules should be made for these retailers to stop harassing the customers like this. I am fed up with Croma now and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from Croma seeing this kinda of professionalism from them.

                                  Trusting the excellent brand reputation of the House of Tata, I bought 4 Window ACs in one go from the Croma store in Ghaziabad in September 2014. A complaint was lodged on tele ([protected]) at 11 AM on 18 May about the cooling failure in one AC. At 11.06 AM I received the following sms: "Dear Customer, your Service request DEL180515FS00014 is registered with us & shall be resolved at earliest. Please call [protected] for any query" The Technician visited my residence at around 2.50 PM and inspected the AC and told me that it will have to be removed and taken to the workshop as the gas has leaked. He told me I would get a call from the service team and thereafter a vehicle would come within 24 hrs, ie. the next day (19 May) to remove the AC and take it to the workshop. Since I did not get any call I called up the number given to me ie. [protected] at 11.35 to enquire about the likely timing the vehicle would reach me. I was told the matter is being escalated to the supervisor and that I would hear from him shortly. Since there was no call I called up [protected] at 14.36 and yet I got the same answer and like before nothing happened all day. On 20 May at 10.03 AM I called [protected] to renew my complaint. I was told I will get the call in one hour. Nothing happened so I called up at 14.35 PM but to my utter exasperation I was told to wait for a call. Since nothing was happening I posted a complaint on Twitter handle of Croma and received a call at 16.22PM today (20 May) ie 48 hrs after the complaint was lodged to promise that the AC would be definitely taken away by Friday ie. 22 May. In other words, I would have to wait 5 days for my complaint to be attended and thereafter nobody knows how many days or weeks Croma will take to repair and reinstall the AC at my residence. Please note, the temperature in Noida is already 42 degrees Celsius and the AC was bought to provide relief to me during summer, which is NOW, and getting WORSE by the day! Will somebody at the decision making level in Croma take cognizance of my plight or am I to be left with no option but to get it repaired locally and thereafter launch a concerted and unflagging vilification campaign against Croma on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Quora among other social media sites? Hoping some good sense will prevail and I can continue to be a small but significant goodwill ambassador for Croma and the House of TATA.

                                    I have been a loyal customer of Croma since quite long now, however, my recent experiences have started to make me reconsider that relationship I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at the Croma (Malad Link Road)store. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my last shopping trip at Croma, which took place on May 19, 2015 at approximately 2:00 p.m. I wanted to gift my 7yr old son a Kindle Voyage, which was not available at your Croma store in Oberoi mall, although it was on display. So I drove all the way to Croma Link road, where it was available. I immediately chose the piece and decided to purchase it along with a Croma Kindle case. But when i proceeded to pay, I was bluntly told by the cashiers that I shall not be able to redeem my points. Let me bring to your notice, this is not the first time that I was not allowed to redeem the points (for whatever reason- technical..etc.). I have ALWAYS faced this problem. I have been buying stuff from Croma retail stores and also have been using the TATA Croma loyalty credit card for all my purchases. The points are duly added to my account but when it comes to redeeming them, always there is some technical problem with Croma! What are these points for? Just mere numbers? Or is the customer entitled to some rewards being a loyal Croma and TATA card user?! With a heavy heart, I left without my desired product. It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was politely requesting and ultimately could not make my purchase. I hope to hear back from Croma about this incident soon.                                       I have a croma AC model No CRC1067. I had purchased this AC from Croma Store Himalaya Mall Ahmedabad on 13.06.2013. Not a single servicing has been made available to me till date. Now the AC is giving problems. i lodged a complaint for serving of this AC in Apr 15. Despite numerous reminders no one turned up. i again lodged a complaint in May15 vide num AHD140515FS00017 and despite numerous reminders no one has turned up for servicing the same. u claim to be a very big brand. please have some shame.
