I bought a Sony Xperia D2202 phone and the sales guy at Croma convinced me to buy the insurance for the phone from Gizmo Help. Unfortunately, the phone fell from my table by accident and when I registered claims, the asked n number of questions, forms to fill in, online uploads and hardcopy courier, etc., and finally I didn't receive any reply from them. I had to pursue with GizmoHelp every fortnight on the progress. Still my claim shows 'in process'. Finally, when I contacted GizmoHelp, they said...'you claim is rejected stating the reason that ''Gross negligence in handling phone..." quoting some clause.

I would strongly recommend not to buy this is waste.
