Again on 17/1/16 I had to submit the above croma tab wrt service no- MUM170116WS00005 at croma, Kharghar, navi mumbai as battery drains very fast (shows back up time only 1 hrs at 50% charged level) Many times tab does not get charged and does not get ON. Again request to issue another new tab in liew of this tab or a credit note to purchase alternate tab( which had to be submitted 3 times since last 4 month of purchase

    Not given my mobile phone blackberry . I bought a blackberry 9720 a few years back and also bought the extended warranty along with the mobile. Now during the extended warranty term, the mobile is giving trouble. croma costmer care opp infinty mall andheri (w) taking my mobile and he said this is repair free of cost this is under warranty your mobile .I registered the complation The Croma customer, VU team and Croma extended warranty desk have been passing my call around without a solution for the past three four month not any update my mobile black berry 9720, bipin gupta- [protected] not given my mobile phone blackberry

      Hi, My name is Sasi prabhu A T, Thanks for making me write this. I am writing this note in a heavy hearted, even im not sure whether the employees of TATA will take care of the common man issues regarding the products we purchased from you. I rush towards Croma its not because of the offers you run, its only because of the trust worth since I was an employee of TATA. I purchased more than 4.5Lakhs of products from the same store and also I referred my friends. You can also check the same with the executive named Mr.Irfan. I am also one of the person in the list who bought this utter cheap product named "Croma 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner" in the below mentioned store. CROMA Khanna Building AA-5, 2nd Avenue, Annanagar, Chennai-600040 The sale executive sold the AC stating that the AC can be used for commercial purpose.I bought this product a year back and I have been complainting from the first month.The device is not able to chill the room, even after continuous long hour’s operation, and eventually it is heating up the room ( the device is running for a long duration with out cut off). Regarding the issue I have raised several complaints to your customer care.Several technician has visited my place and tried verifying the problem which dint solve till date. Later I visited the branch and complaints directly to the Manager named Mr.Karthik in the month of Feb-2015. He tried convincing me by saying that he will directly speak to the service centre and arrange for the Sr.Technician to resolve the issue and also he placed several mails to higher officials to replace the Air conditioner. The same was been told by him for next 8 months.Later we came to a notice that everybody trying to earn money out of the complaints we make. It become my regular routine to speak up with the customer service and to the Manager. Lastly I visited and spoke to the Branch manager named Mr.Bala. He also tried to convince me by saying the replacement will be done for the AC but it will take time. I 'm totally fed up with the croma service and the product.Do you people think we are fool buying your product which are not working even for a month.I think its not worth speaking to your customer service team. Hoping to end the conversation through this Complaint forem. Why the hell customer need to suffer for your damage products. After a year I am loosing my temper and writing this and I make sure the problem need to get resolved after this. If a police complain or posting in social media will solve this problem kindly let me know, I am ready to do that as well .I don’t want to stick with croma anymore because of their worst annoying product and the customer service.

        Hi Team, Order No : 222582 TransactionNo: SLE001EC0039892 I purchased Panasonic LED 81cm TH-32C400D from your DT Mega mall, Gurgaon outlet on 19th October on a condition that even though I am paying in Gurgaon my product can be delivered from Pune store in Pune. The salesman confirmed me that the product is available in Pune and it will be delivered in the next 3 -4 days. He also gave me a visiting card of Mr. Pratish from DT mall store and mentioned that in case of any issue I can contact him. I paid the full amount of 23, 900. I was informed that I will receive 5% cash back on the amount paid through SBI Card and a croma coupon of 5% of the value. I haven’t received any one of this I haven’t received remote with the sound bar 20th October I received a call from croma mentioning that product is not available in Pune and it will take another 5-7 days. I also received a copy of Order no- 222582 and came to know that someone from croma has ordered it online. I don’t understand why a product for which payment was made in outlet has been ordered online now. 25th October I called Mr. Pratish to check the status of the order, he mentioned he is on leave and will check on Monday and confirm me on my phone no. 26th October No call from Mr Pratish 27th October I called Mr. Pratish again, he said he will check with operations manager and get back to me. I also shared my email id with him to confirm me over email. 28th October No call or email 29th October I again called Mr. Pratis h to check the final status of whether the product will be delivered or not. He said don’t call me again and again, the product delivery will take another 10 days. 10th November The product finally got delivered but without Philips woofer box, without remote and the 5% discount coupon. I raise the issue with customer care After few days, I received a call from [protected]. He introduced himself as Service manager for DT mega mall outlet and said he will take care of the issue and get back. I didn’t received call from him in the few days. 18th November I called him to check the status, he said he just not got the confirmation that woofer will be delivered in the next 2 days and online coupons in the first week of December. 22nd November As instructed at the time of purchase, I called on the Panasonic customer care to request then to send someone to install my television. They said that since the purchase was made on 20th October, they will not charge for installation. I called on [protected] to speak to service manager but he never picked up my call I called customer care and they logged a ticket for this 23th November I called customer care again to check the status; they said incorrect request was raised. They raised another request and asked me to wait for another 2 days. I received the woofer in the next few days I am not sure why I am being made to suffer so much, is it because I have done a big mistake of trusting Croma and buying a product from them. I am sick of making calls and listening to new things every now and then Is there anyone in the company who cares to look at customer service? If you do please call me on [protected] Thanks

          On Nov 7th an order number SLE009CE0004326 was placed on Croma for a Convection oven. The same was dispatched by Fedex to the delivery address E1 402 Serene Adinath Apartments, Ramakrishna Salai, Mannivakkam, Vandalur, Chennai 600 048. Fedex kept the package for a month and did not deliver claiming that Chennai was under floods. Croma sent the package again on Dec 23rd but mis-sent it to Hyderabad, my credit card address. Fedex has not delivered it at Hyderabad and I have asked Croma to send it to Chennai. Repeated calls to Croma only gets the reply that the matter will be looked into. Today they said that the complaint is closed since I gave a wrong address. That is a lie. Emails sent to Croma is not being replied. I am unable to make an online complaint to Croma as the site says no order pending for me. The customer support number does not give a number for escalating the complaint. There is no link to cancel the order and get the refund on the website. Since I have no other recourse I am trying this website to see of Croma can be prevailed up on to deliver this order as soon as possible - within the next one week as they say on the website.

            Purcheged a washing machine from Croma since two year back under warrenty of two years n extended warrenty of four years .But sorry to say they says extended warrenty doesn't cover its body its body is of iron so it can be junked you should know it before buying of 20000 of washing machine. I can't do anything you can take another body of 4500 rs. Which have life of two year only. Pls do action against this cheat company. Washing machine is a life time thing. 20000 rs have life of two years only. Extended warrenty is for what??

              Hi I would like to draw your attention toward my purchase of product from croma. I have brought a refrigerator from croma invoice no: SLF02A[protected] on 29/12/2015 and i had mentioned that i want the delivery on next day because i am hosting a party on 31/12/2015 and i need my new refrigerator so they assured me that the delivery is always done on the next day itself so i need not worry. It got late and i had not received my package on 30/12/2015 so I called croma customer care thrice with my number 993000**** and they first told me to wait till 9 pm when expected delivery time on my bill was 9am to 5 pm later they made an excuse and said they have some system issue. I waited patiently only expecting to get the delivery by 31/12/2015. But when i called in the morning of 31/12/2015 i was devastated by hearing that i am not receiving my refrigerator on that day as i had hosted a party on the same day. So I also visited my purchasing store of croma . But was only humiliated and petrified. I am a very old customer of croma and all my family, relatives and friends are customers of croma stores all over india when everyone heard this they were ashamed to be a customer of croma stores. It would have been a lot better if somebody could have at least made a call to inform me and update me about my delivery. However i have still a little trust in croma stores and i am hoping to receive my package by 1/1/2016 . Thank you

                  Hi, I have escalated it earlier also that response and resolution time of Croma is pathetic. I logged the call on 19th Dec 15 for service repair vide call number SR[protected]. I have been told that response time itself is 3 days and no assurance on resolution time. The part was collected on 21st Dec 15 (Monday) and restored on 25th Dec 15 which is not functionally properly. I have informed your technician and call centre with no resolution yet.                     Croma LED TV with 24 months Warranty purchased on Feb 2014. stopped working abruptly on November 30th. I have raised a service request on 12/08/2015 and your service engineer visited on 12/10/2015 and mentioned some parts needs to be replaced. Its been 14 days since the issue was escalated to get parts and there is no response. I keep calling your customer service I just get the Msg I need to wait for 15 days to get an update on the part pending issue. and Customer service reps are sounding like a broken record wait for 15 days, wait for 15 days and you will get a call in 24 hours. no one bothers to call or update regarding the issue. This was not part of the Warranty document. It says if parts damaged it will be replaced. No timelines. Its only a 20 month Old product, i am surprised Croma does not have parts back up to service. I have spent about 50, 000 for buy this TV and I need a resolution as early as possible. I seriously think Croma is waiting for me get fed up of waiting and buy a new TV so that they could forget about the service. There is no escalation e-mail, there is no supervisor contact number to escalate this.

                      Following EMAIL SENT. PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE CONTINUES. Croma is not leaving upto the Legacy of Tata's. One of the worst experiences in dealing with an electronics store. Did not expect them to behave in such a fashion. Dear Sir / Madam, Inorder to get the details of the said complaint, please refer to the history in your system for our numerous phone calls for the said matter. Summary asf :- - On 12th Dec., approached Croma for repair of new C4, bought in April. - Complains were 1) connecting to a wrong number upon dialling of a number 2) phone acting on it's own and running all sorts of apps and programs - It was checked by the Sony counter person and the CSD lady, who advised, that, indeed, there is a problem. - as advised by CSD dept., that, it takes 1 day to get phone repaired, so, better to give phone for repairs on 13th December and same can be repaired and returned by 14th December late evening or 15th December afternoon. - did request for a replacement phone, as, did not have a backup phone, to which, the store personnel advised, that, it's a matter of only 1 day for repairs. - Phone, handed over to Croma on 13th December. - 14th Dec, no update from Croma - 15th Dec, did contact Croma helpline, who suggested, that, store personnel shall update in 24 hours - till 16th december, nobody contacted - Again called up and escalated matter to supervisor, who assured, that, store personnel shall surely update before 16th Dec 1800 hrs - Got a call from the Sony service centre, stating inability to repair phone due to internal software issues and assured, that, store and service centre shall update and return phone on 17th. - Till 17th December, no update from store at all - On 17th December, again escalated matter to customer care, who again apologised profusely and advised, that, within 4 hours, store shall update - On 17th December, called up Sony service centre and fired them. As per them, who were very courteous, stated, that, the complain of phone hanging and app not working shall be solved very soon. - Was frustrated, as, those were not the reasons offered to Croma for the repair. - Sony personnel stated, that, same was offred by Croma store. - Offered them, the correct complains and got a assurance, that, phone shall be ready by 17th Evening or 18th Morning. Very courteous and helpful staff - Then, received a phone call from store (After 4 days), who rudely, stated, that, phone is under repair and it shall take a week for repairs. - did inform her, that, she is lying, as, Sony have confirmed, that, the piece shall be ready by evening. - Did try to advise them, that, they are telling lies about the phone repair taking 1week, as, Sony had already confirmed repair completion the same day or next day. Demanded to talk to the Store manager. It was advised, that, there is no store manager for Croma and have to deal with her only or a man called Milton. - Had to argue with her on all the points, (no updates, wrong delivery dates offered, wrong repair request etc.) at which time, she just banged the phone down. - Did call them again on the same number. - Upon hearing our voice, the lady again banged the phone down. - Called her up the 3rd time, advising, that, banging the phone down shall not help and would like to talk to somebody. Then, Mr. Milton came on the line. - First of all, asked him, why the lady banged down the phone, for which, he was advising, that, the phone got disconnected. - Then asked, him, why the wrong complains were offered to Sony and how would they know of the actual fault with the phone. For that, he did not want to discuss, as, asked him for a copy of the job order submitted to Sony. He was very non committal on same. - Later on, as he did not have any update, was talking rubbish, to which, advised, him to get facts correct and call me back. - After 30 minutes, did get a phone call from some 3rd person, to whom we refused to talk and advised, we cannot keep on talking to different people and would like to speak to Mr. Milton only. - Mr. Milton called up after 1 hour, without any good details and just said, that, phone shall ready in 1 week's time. - By that time, as, he was not helpful -- non commital + did get any update from Sony, that, phone would be ready by evening + was completely frustrated with the attitude of Croma staff, cut short the conversation and waited for further update. - On 18th morning, did get a phone call from sony stating, that phone is ready and can be picked up from the store, as, it was repaired. - On 18th Dec, phone was collected from the store. Funnily, on putting the phone on, same complains from phone persisted, which is wrong number being dialled and phone going into a own run. As of date, as, we speak, the phone has been running haywire and dialling wrong numbers. Have decided to purchase a new phone and get on in life. However, as, Am completely frustrated with Croma and to a certain extent with the Sony Product, did want to sound out the said complaint in writing, so, that, the next customers is not treated in a similar manner. It is not a matter of single phone and the rude customer service staff at JVPD Croma Store. It is a matter of trust, we have in Croma, due to the legacy of TATA Group and the pride of dealing with Tata. However, the above situation, did not help in retaining the said trust and pride. Have vowed, that, shall never put foot into a Croma store, as, there millions of other stores, who are more courteous. Also, shall be spreading same by word of mouth and social media, about, the callousness and wrong attitude of Croma and ofcourse, Sony appliances. Am sure, that, such action of 1 customer shall not be making a dent in the Croma customer profile, but, for sure, in the long run, it shall show, that, indeed, customers are running away from Croma. Let's see, what response, we get from CROMA Retail for the said written complain.

                        मैंने दो साल पहले एक ६किलो की वाशिंगटन मशीन ली थी जो बीस हज़ार की ख़रीदी थी। उसकी पूरी बाडी गल गई अब कंस्टमर केयर वाले ४ साल की एक्स्टेंडेट वारंटी के बाद भी उसे बदलने के लिए ४-५हजार रु माँग रहे है। एसी बॉडी जो केवल दो साल चलती है। क्रोमा कंपनी की एक्स्टेंडेट वारंटी कोई गारंटी नहीं । कंस्टमर को बेवक़ूफ़ बना रही है। को भी क्रोमा से कुछ न ख़रीदे ।८ महीने वाले वाटर डिस्पंसर का टैप निकल गया उसको बनाने का चार्ज माँग रहे हैं कंपनी वाले। इससे अच्छी वीडियो कान वाशिंग मशीन थी जो ६५०० की थी और ८ साल से चल रही है। फिर भी टूटी नहीं ।

                          I had purchased an IPhone 6 S on Sunday – 20th December at around 4:30 pm in the evening, from your Croma Retail Store in Andheri West by making a payment of Rs.60, 000/-. I was attended by your Sales rep – Ms. Swati I am very disappointed with the way such a big retail store has pushed such an expensive product, when within less than 12 hours a price reduction by Apple was announced. The difference in the price is Rs.10, 000/-, which is a very big amount for me. I would like to know is this the way such a big store guides its customer in providing a world class buying experience. I am sure the new price alert would have been received by you a day earlier, but you still chose to sell your product to your customer. I have been a regular at your store and chose to patronize you over an online store, because I was a fool to believe that I will be getting the best value for my money. But I didn’t know I was dealing with being robbed of my hard earned money in broad daylight. I would like Croma to come back to me on this, before I take it up to the higher authority.

                            Dear sir I Mahesh Mehta bought a juicer to get healthy not to raise my blood pressure.Despite my several phone complaints to your customer care service I am still waiting to get any response from you.No get back only assurance to get back Within 24 hours.I don't understand if a product failed to perform next date from its purchase why taking you so much time to sort out the solution from your side. I bought a juicer from your Mulund west outlet on 12th Dec and start using very next day.Within two minutes it's motor got jammed and stop running.Carrots and other veg stuck in it .Its lid also get a little crack due to it.Next day on 14 th Dec I went to your store for the complaint and replacement but they kept the juicer and told me to enquire after 24 hours. Till now after my 4 complains I am unable to get any response from you.I have not expected such a bad service from the orginisation which belong to Tata.Now I would Highly appreciate if you please refund my money back immediately .                               Croma Retail stores are selling faulty products. Beware of buying anything there. I got a Dlink modem from Bangalore koramangala outlet which was faulty and went back to return it after trying unsuccessfully to reach Dlink or Croma support. It is mentioned in their bill that one should get back in 4 days if there is any fault. I got back in time and they were very rude. They made me wait for 3 hours, figured out modem was faulty but wouldn't accept and said modem has to be sent to some service center to confirm the issue and it would take 10 days.They agreed to come and install it at my home to prove it is working, but delayed sending a person. After 3 hrs of discussion and waiting for the person they gave me a credit note which i didnt want. Pathetic service. They actually said Madam go, we will send the person. But intention seems to be to just gid rid of the problem and delay it till 4 days. I dont want the credit note, I want my refund. Why should i get the credit note, when the products they sell have issues? It is their problem to sort it with their partners-Dlink in this case.

                                I had booked a Samsung LED TV with details as follows: LED 102cms 40JU6470 on 24th Nov'2015 with an advance of Rs 15112.20p with a commitment to deliver the same on 10thDec2015. We are yet to get the delivery of the same. Whenever your Cust. Care is contacted, we get the same reply that we will be updated. Last time we were told that the TV will be delivered on[protected], positively but we have not received. All my electronic items have been purchased from Croma, Mulund West but never have I experienced such bad and shabby response. Customer service at Croma has detoriated very much.                                   Dear Sir, I have purchased one microwave on 08th Nov 2015 at Select City Walk New Delhi, and i have done my self delivery on the same day itself, then i received call on 09th Nov regarding my microwave delievery and i informed that i alreday got but they called me again and again, then i decided to take it on 11th and they delivered, and i waited for two weeks but there is no response, and after one month i am recieving calls from croma and they are misbehaving me (Puneet from Select City Walk) and giving theratning. this is not good i have purchased so many things but first time i am facing this problem.                                       Hello My name is Amrish and my GAN number is GZB221015WS0002 i submit a samsung galaxy grand at croma aditya mall Indirapuram (Extended warranty) and my mobile had lots of problem but after lots of visit in croma center, they guys was told me that sir your product is not ready but i have received a lots of message, which is clearly mention over there please collect your mobile and get a lots of call but situation was never moved. Finally i had received a final call from 2 weeks back, sir please collect your mobile. When i was visit store the button problem still not resolved and service center people broke my mobile body. But they was told me this is not our fault this is service center fault and they still did not resolved my phone body cover problem and he was clearly told me that, we will not offer you new mobile body, kindly suggest me what can i be do.
