Dear Sir, I have Purchase a Croma Microwave Solo20L CRM2024. Invoice No. SLF02A[protected] dt 05.03.2011. I have got some issue on the product and I register a complaint (DEL260415FS00008) on dated 26/04/2015. Next day your engineer visit us and take the panel of product with him for repair without giving any receipt and confirm this issue will be resolve in next three days. I had make a call on your customer care no. [protected] on dated 02.05.2015 and there after many times. But every time I got the same answer our service engineer will contact you. but till date I have not receive any single call from your service department. Now its already one month over. please look in to this matter.

    Sir, I purchased a Panasonic air conditioner and a pedestal fan on 24.5.2015 from your Croma store at CBD Belapur . The products were delivered today (25.5.2015). However, no one is coming to install the pedestal fan despite my request in this regard. This reflects badly on the customer service and the after sale customer support.       We had purchased a Window Split AC from Croma, Pacific Mall, Ghaziabad on 28th Jan, 2014 (hardly 15 months now) with Invoice Number - SLF02A[protected]. We with the onset of season requiring AC when the temperature approaches blazing 45 degrees here, the product stands as near non- functional (There is no Cooling). I raised a request on 21st May, 2015 about this issue with request id - DEL210515FS00011 and the technician visited and told us the Ac needs gas refilling. It was pretty shocking as normally another other brand AC works fine for alteast 3-4 seasons. But since the product is in warranty of 2 years iot was confirmed by Croma that gas will be filled by croma only. But till now, even after calling service center moring and evening the AC is still not picked by the Croma guys and no one has contacted us even after assuring that we will be getting a call in 2-3 hours on 23rd and 25th may, 2015. It makes me question the quality of the product delivered and customer service standards of Croma. When i told them i want to speak to there superiors the phone was kept on hold for more than 10 mins and no response. Croma is not having any escalation matrix for their products.         I have Croma 1.5 ton AC, It was not working so I complained on 25th April, Your Executive came after a week and they serviced AC and took service charge 300/-, but AC didn't work. so they told us that there is a problem in some parts and took 2 parts and a remote away.and ensured us to get it resolved in 3-4 days, they didn't turned up even a week time so we called in Croma customer care
        on 12th of May.they told us as parts are not available right now but ensured us to solve the problem by 19th of May., yesterday on 21th I called up again but they gave the same reply.
        Our AC is under warrenty, Croma Company is not taking our problem seriously and we are facing problem because of it as Summer is on peak.


        Kindly look into the matter, we will be very thankful to you IF you could resolve it as soon as possible.

          I had purchased 3 items from Croma ville Parle west. A Sony LED TV, an LG refrigerator and a Philips mixer grinder, all purchased on 17th may 2015. The TV and refrigerator was delivered the next day but the Philips mixer grinder wasn't delivered on the pretext that it is out of stock. This thing wasn't discussed with me while buying the product otherwise no fool would pay and wait for a product to be delivered after more than a week. A complaint was lodged with Croma on 18th, the complaint number being SR[protected]... From Monday till date I dint get any call from their side about any update or any apologies for their delay. This shows lack of professionalism of Croma while dealing with their customers. Today when I called them up for an update, they told that the product will be delivered by 26th may. Why will anyone wait for nearly 10 days to get a mixer grinder which is paid and bought from a retail shop. This is not an online business which can get delayed. And there is no one who has called from their side to update on this though it was a mistake on their part not to inform me about the out of stock thing while buying this product. Strict rules should be made for these retailers to stop harassing the customers like this. I am fed up with Croma now and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from Croma seeing this kinda of professionalism from them.

            Trusting the excellent brand reputation of the House of Tata, I bought 4 Window ACs in one go from the Croma store in Ghaziabad in September 2014. A complaint was lodged on tele ([protected]) at 11 AM on 18 May about the cooling failure in one AC. At 11.06 AM I received the following sms: "Dear Customer, your Service request DEL180515FS00014 is registered with us & shall be resolved at earliest. Please call [protected] for any query" The Technician visited my residence at around 2.50 PM and inspected the AC and told me that it will have to be removed and taken to the workshop as the gas has leaked. He told me I would get a call from the service team and thereafter a vehicle would come within 24 hrs, ie. the next day (19 May) to remove the AC and take it to the workshop. Since I did not get any call I called up the number given to me ie. [protected] at 11.35 to enquire about the likely timing the vehicle would reach me. I was told the matter is being escalated to the supervisor and that I would hear from him shortly. Since there was no call I called up [protected] at 14.36 and yet I got the same answer and like before nothing happened all day. On 20 May at 10.03 AM I called [protected] to renew my complaint. I was told I will get the call in one hour. Nothing happened so I called up at 14.35 PM but to my utter exasperation I was told to wait for a call. Since nothing was happening I posted a complaint on Twitter handle of Croma and received a call at 16.22PM today (20 May) ie 48 hrs after the complaint was lodged to promise that the AC would be definitely taken away by Friday ie. 22 May. In other words, I would have to wait 5 days for my complaint to be attended and thereafter nobody knows how many days or weeks Croma will take to repair and reinstall the AC at my residence. Please note, the temperature in Noida is already 42 degrees Celsius and the AC was bought to provide relief to me during summer, which is NOW, and getting WORSE by the day! Will somebody at the decision making level in Croma take cognizance of my plight or am I to be left with no option but to get it repaired locally and thereafter launch a concerted and unflagging vilification campaign against Croma on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Quora among other social media sites? Hoping some good sense will prevail and I can continue to be a small but significant goodwill ambassador for Croma and the House of TATA.

              I have been a loyal customer of Croma since quite long now, however, my recent experiences have started to make me reconsider that relationship I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at the Croma (Malad Link Road)store. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service during my last shopping trip at Croma, which took place on May 19, 2015 at approximately 2:00 p.m. I wanted to gift my 7yr old son a Kindle Voyage, which was not available at your Croma store in Oberoi mall, although it was on display. So I drove all the way to Croma Link road, where it was available. I immediately chose the piece and decided to purchase it along with a Croma Kindle case. But when i proceeded to pay, I was bluntly told by the cashiers that I shall not be able to redeem my points. Let me bring to your notice, this is not the first time that I was not allowed to redeem the points (for whatever reason- technical..etc.). I have ALWAYS faced this problem. I have been buying stuff from Croma retail stores and also have been using the TATA Croma loyalty credit card for all my purchases. The points are duly added to my account but when it comes to redeeming them, always there is some technical problem with Croma! What are these points for? Just mere numbers? Or is the customer entitled to some rewards being a loyal Croma and TATA card user?! With a heavy heart, I left without my desired product. It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was politely requesting and ultimately could not make my purchase. I hope to hear back from Croma about this incident soon.                 I have a croma AC model No CRC1067. I had purchased this AC from Croma Store Himalaya Mall Ahmedabad on 13.06.2013. Not a single servicing has been made available to me till date. Now the AC is giving problems. i lodged a complaint for serving of this AC in Apr 15. Despite numerous reminders no one turned up. i again lodged a complaint in May15 vide num AHD140515FS00017 and despite numerous reminders no one has turned up for servicing the same. u claim to be a very big brand. please have some shame.

                  I bought the Voltas AC for INR 34000 invoice no- SLF02A[protected] on 26/4/2015 from CROMA- and installation is not yet done completely although the guy came once, despite of several reminders against the Reference no-BON120515FS00012 on 12/5/2015 no action is taken from the CROMA side, i just want them either the issue to be fixed as soon as possible or just buy back the product and return my money as it is just causing me a lot of inconvenience in this very hot summers. hope i ll be helped by you.                       I purchased Tablet - Croma CRXT1131 - in Novemmber 2014 of Rs. 10449/- from Tata Croma Bangalore. The socket of the unit handed to me was loose. I was reassured repeatedly by the salesman that it will work. The charging stopped working within two weeeks. On contacting the Croma store, I was told to pay Rs 350 for the repair. Assuming that this will be permanent solution I paid the amount and collected it the next day. The repair itself looked unprofessional. Within 24 hours the tablet stopped working yet again!And when I reported again I was told to take it or forget it! I have not accepted the tablet back and it is with Croma store. I find the whole experience appalling! The valid warranty and the age of the tablet is not being respected. I get to hear flimsy excuses like ‘your child must be playing with it’! I am not inclined to accept something as faulty as the item that I bought. Please replace the faulty unit. Hope you will respect the money and time that I have spent on your product.                         We have purchased a split AC of Croma brand last year in May 2014, with an extended warranty. It has started giving cooling issues ever since it was first time serviced by Croma. The first complaint was registered on 27th April 2015 which was voided by the customer care for weirdest reasons like - we did not answer the call when the service provider called us. The same was re registered in the following week and a service provider with mobile number [protected] was sent to attend the complaint. The service provider gave a reason that the complaint will be resolved within two days as the AC unit has gas leakage. After multiple follow ups with the vendor who was too rude in his replies saying that I do not have a technician to attend to you, I do not have gas at my station, Croma was again called up. We were assured that we will be getting a call from the service provider within 24 hours which never happened. We again called up the customer care on 16th May 2015 at around 6pm and spoke to the Executive Ibrahim and the Floor supervisor Prashant who gave answers like since today is saturday the service vendor will call you on Monday and let me know by when can he come to pick my AC to the warehouse where it will be repaired!! Right from the first complaint lodged on 27th April, we still do not have any Clue on the status of our AC repair and the customer care is of no help. They will just escalate the matter with the service vendors and make customers wait for the calls from rude untrained ammature service providers who not only do not know how to talk but are also unprofessional enough to bluntly deny on your face.                           On 13 Oct 2014 and purchased a Croma 2 T split Air conditioner from Croma retail show room in Phoenix mall Chennai (Chennai Phoenix A097) It was delivered after about 10 days and was installed in the in the first week of November 2014. The Air conditioner was used sparingly in the winter months of November, December 2014 and in the first 3 weeks of Jan 2015. I noticed a lack of the “chillness” when I used the AC at the end of Jan 2015. I contacted Croma customer care on 31 Jan 2015 (CHNCIO 115FS00003). A service engineer visited and could not rectify the problem. He said the unit had to be taken to a service centre. Eventually it was taken to the service centre on 10 Feb 2015(10 Days after the original complaint) I called on the 13th Feb 2015 for an update. The customer care team informed that the service team was addressing the issue. I called on the 16th and 19th Feb 2015. Again, I was told that the problem was being attended. The service centre called on 19th Feb to inform that the AC unit was to be delivered on the 20th Feb2015. It was not delivered and I was not informed of the delay. I called the Customer care again on the 21st, 23rd and the 24th of Feb 2015. I spoke to the team leaders Mr Ajay, Mr Kamal and Mr Dharmeswar. Each of them promised to get back to me with the answer. I heard nothing. In the meantime I was given a standard reply that the AC unit was “under observation” at the service centre. During one such call, the customer care representative placed me on hold for more than 15 minutes and eventually cut off. Phone calls to the Croma store in Phoenix mall was equally futile. I demanded an explanation and one of the senior team leaders connected me to the service centre and after repeated calls, the Air con unit was delivered on the evening of 26th Feb 2015. The service engineer struggled for nearly 3 hours and still, could not get the unit to work. He said there was a fault with a coil, which begs the question, what did they do at the service centre for 3 weeks? This is a brand new AC, which is about 3 months old! The service engineer had no clue as to what was wrong and had the audacity to state that one should expect such defects in manufacturing occasionally! I refused to accept a faulty piece and went to the store for a replacement on 1st March 2015. I spoke with Mr Santosh, the store manager of Croma (Chennai Phoenix A097) who refused a refund or a replacement. He said he would contact his “seniors” and get back to me. I contacted him on the 3 March 2015 at 1010 hrs. He told me it was my fault for not using the AC regularly and that as a result there was a defect in the coil. He said I should have switched on the AC regularly to ensure that it was in working order! I reminded him it was winter and it was a brand new AC. He said he was willing to replace the compressor as a “concession”, although the defect was only with the coil. When challenged, he refused to give any written statement and said the service team commented about the need to switch the AC on regularly and that he was merely quoting them. Mr Santosh went on to say that one would expect to find a fault in 1 in 10 AC which he quickly changed to 1in 100! I protested, I was sold a defective product and he said it was not his problem and that I am free to contact the consumer court if needed. When asked why the coil defect was undetected when the unit was with the service team, Mr Santosh replied that it was my fault to have rushed the service team into delivering the unit. Out of sheer frustration at the level of inefficiency of Croma staff and service, I agreed to the replacement of the compressor. The Unit was finally delivered and installed on 6th march 2015, more than a month after the initial complant. Knowing Croma now, I wait to see how long this will work! The Unit was brand new and came back looking old with scratches and scuff marks. The vents are not working properly. On May 6th 2015 the AC malfunctioned again. I logged in a complaint. A service engineer visited and said that there was a gas leak in the AC, again. I contacted the Store manager Santosh ( Phoenix Croma A097) who pretended not knowing me. He eventually acknowledged. He said it was not his problem that the AC is malfunctioning! He said I should contact the service team. He refused to give a replacement and refused to give a written statement to that effect. He said it was not his problem and that I should take it up with the higher authorities.

Due to damaged of my tv remote I am not able to operate my and I have visited all the croma stores in surat but I not got any satisfactory answer or services . But after many followups and complain to customer care there is no action. This is completely very bad and worst service provided by Croma. It's degrading the TATA brand name.                                   i bought a new air conditioner from croma ansal plaza greater noida. it is a great shame on you because it has been almost more than the time asked by the company it has been a height of my patience n yet the a.c. has been placed. and on calling the company's agent more than 200 times there is a worst response from both the company and as well as the agent of the company . the worst of the worst is the company croma .

                                    This is THE worst experience that one can have from their service provider. I was under the impression that when someone has a branch name like TATA, company will have that decency to serve their customers to the extent of satisfaction. I bought a Tata croma AC from the Saket Branch, New Delhi in August, 2014 . The Ac which was delivered was defective . We raised this issue for replacement as it was a defective piece however Croma team came and just REPAIR the AC and given the assurance that no problem will arise in future. The BIGGEST MISTAKE we did ... we trusted on CROMA Again in April 2015 the defective AC reported the same problem. We lodged the same complaint . Our complaint was swinging like a pendulum from one executive to another executive and finally after 15 business days it took into consideration. The customer care team given the commitment for complete replacement however today we received the repaired defective piece again. The Ac was broken from sides and welded . Instead of giving my feedback that my complain is not resolved...team closed the request. Hope you understand the customer point view and get my product replaced.                                       One year ago a split AC was brought from CHROMA store, Faridabad product code 153438, which was found not working. A complaint was lodged on 21st april, 2015.Complaint was acknowledged on 23rd april on service order no TEL210415FS00067.The unit was dismantled and taken away for service on 23rd april.Since then we have been following for status from call centre, service centre Okhla, Mr Girish([protected]), another official who had not disclosed his name([protected]), but unfortunately all in vain. To my surprise a AC has not been corrected since 14 days.My grand children have come from Pune and i had spoiled their trip mearly due to you people, because of your unprofessional approach. Today i feel it would have been better if i would have purchased some branded product like SAMSUNG or LG etc.I regret for the deal of AC.
