Hi, I have purchased 190 L croma refrigerator in July, 2014 from kondapur store. After delivery of this product i have checked that freezer was not working properly, ice was not forming.so i had raised a complain that time and it was resolved and ice was getting forming. but recently i have checked that there is lot of ice is freezer so i was trying to do defrost by pushing the defrost button but defrost is not happening and after pushing the button.button is not coming in its original state and refrigerator is not working properly. So i have again raised a complain for defrost issue thru. customer care at 24, May. but response from croma side very slow after 15 days then sent technician and told me that one part of refrigerator is not working properly. So i asked to him How and when it will be resolved then they told me with a week your issue has been resolved.But till now i did get any response from technician and daily i am talking to customer care but i am not getting positive response.       I purchased Lenovo laptop from Croma with 3 years extended warranty (extended warranty provided by Croma). In February 2015, I submitted laptop for repair due to hardware problem causing BSOD. On replacing hard disk and processor, it still gave me the BSOD. After that, I submitted the laptop 3 more times and the problem persisted. Now Croma claims that it is a Windows OS or other software issue. I emailed them the log files to confirm that it is hardware issue but they have not replied back. Also, the Windows OS was installed by Croma everytime they repaired it. I have already wasted days on the laptop and taking to Croma guys at the store, on phone and over emails. The standard response I have been sent more than a dozen times is we have forwarded your issue to the respective store/department.

        I purchased eureka forbes's water purifier in march 2015 from CROMA MAHAVIR NAGAR, KANDIVALI(W). registered complain about leak in it on 10th june2015. service request no. isBOW100615FS00002 today is 25th night, I call daily on customer care number, daily I get same answer that your problem will be solved today. how can a reputed company like Croma be so careless about there customers?

        Today is 27th of June I called Croma customer care two times but same reply that by today evening problem will be solved...but again in the evening they said you have to wait till monday ...even complaining at consumer forum didn't made any difference to Croma...what an organisation!!!

          I bought a Croma 5* AC 1.5 ton, which is under manufacturer warranty for 2 years and I purchased additional 2 years extended warranty. 1st year I never had any problem. I used the general service twice, wherin a technician came to my place dusted the filter and went off. I reported a problem for the very first time and it took 1 and half month for the service it. I really felt the pain in wrong place in following up with them. I was kicked here and there. This is one piece of [censored]. pls do not buy croma. Customer service su*x.

            I have purchased Samsung washing machine on 09.10.11 from Tata Croma Mulund shop & I have also taken 2 years extended warranty by paying additional Rs. 1, 000/- . Samsung is giving 2 years warranty & with extended warranty it is valid up to 09.10.15. I have registered my complaint on telephone ([protected]) on 19.06.15 my complaint number is SR[protected]. I am following from last 3 days about status of attending my complaint, every time I get information that technician will visit within 24 hrs. till date no one visited to attend the same. I went to Tata Croma Mulund shop from where I have purchased to check the status of my complaint. I am surprised to see that they do not have any data of my complaint. Mr. Ganesh of Tata Croma shop have gave me information that my complaint is not registered & he again reregistered my complaint. After reregistering he said that technician will attend my complaint within two days. What is use of taking 2 years extended warranty from Tata Croma if complaint is not attending even after more than one week. Sunil Gavali

              I am NRI and I have bought Air conditioner and its under warrenty and i register my complaint after 2 days engineer visit and told me compressor needs to replace, , , Now three weeks and every day i am follwing with then and they just simple said contact you after 24 hours and nothing and i dont know when they gonna repair or replace compressor., , I just bought because its made in india but i guess its my biggest mistake.

              I register my complaint on customer care and everyday I am following up with customer care everyday and they have same sentence contact you in 24 hrs and let you know the update but after 24 hrs no call or update and then i call as indonevery day now its like my routine work and seems that they just don't wanna fix or replace my air conditioner which i hardly use for 3-5 months.


              My kids got sick bcoz i have to keep my window open and due to rainy season mosquitoes and flyes enter my appartment and making me and my kids sick.

              Earlier at list AC fan was working but when technician come he completely remove the cables and compressor connection and now AC fan not working.

              I never assume tata group manufacture or provide that level of service..

              What saw Mr. Ratan tata as my idol and seems to see change in India but I have lost my faith and I have decided not gonna by any more Indian made products.

                This email is in regards to the issues I have faced with Croma. I have detailed below the trouble I have gone through & attached all the necessary receipts including dates for the product issues I have faced with Croma. Name of the customer - Shankar Menon Name of the store - Infinti Retail Limited Trading as CROMA situated at Mulund West. First issue - I bought a Croma Win8.1 Tablet from Croma on 28th January 2015. I gifted this to my wife on our anniversary. This is a in house product of croma & since we trusted them as they explained the features of the product and we bought it. We then tried connecting the internet but it was not working. Hence we submitted the tablet to Croma on 3rd Feb who then sent it to the service centre. We then received this back however internet was still not working as the service centre had just upgraded software but not resolved the issue. We again submitted this on 15th Feb for the same issue. The service centre then confirmed that the product is faulty & sent a replacement tablet which was a used one. So after buying a brand new tablet, Croma gave me a used second hand tablet. On complaining about the same they said you can take a new replacement for tablet however since I have been already given a replacement for a tablet in the event that the new one does not work I would not get a new replacement but the same piece will be repaired & given as per their policy. So they advised not to go for this tablet. Eventually on 28th Feb I bought a laptop since I was not ready to risk my money anymore & ended up spending 24k instead of 11k which I was planning to spend on a tablet. Second issue - I bought a Lumia 535 Orange phone from Croma on 21th Feb 2015. While checking the new phone with the sales person we were not happy with the touch as there seemed to be some issue. However there salesperson fooled us stating that the touch is fast & it will be fine. We trusted her & next day on 22nd Feb we came to Croma to check regarding the tablet issue & again highlighted the phone issue however we were still given assurances that it is fine. THen on 28th Feb we submitted the phone to Croma & this was sent to the service centre. Again same service came through where the software was upgraded & the issue was not resolved. After 2 weeks I received the phone but since the same issue persisted I submitted this again on 25th March to Croma. Now nearly after 2 weeks the service centre confirmed that the issue is with the motherboard & hence has to be replaced. What this meant is that the phone was faulty right from the start & to avoid replacement then went around buying time. Hence I refused to accept the repaired phone as I have paid money for a brand new phone which has been lying in service centre for last 2 months and Croma refuses to provide a replacement as there dealer Nokia is not ready to provide the same. Grievances: 1)Firstly I have been shopping with Croma for last 2-3 yrs & have always trusted them for their products. But the products lately bought with them have been sub standard & I have lost my confidence. 2) The service centre is to provide good service. However in both scenarios the service has been appalling & they believe in making a fool of customer. 3) Why should I pay full money to get a product which has been repaired & used? 4) During this period I was down with chickenpox & had to go through this trauma in such bad health. 5)I refuse to accept the repaired Lumia phone from Croma. 6) Also I have been paying EMI on my credit card all this while when CROMA had both my products. Help required: I demand strict action against Croma for the service provided & compensation for the trauma I have gone through. Also I need a refund for the money paid to buy the Lumia phone as I no longer trust them & cannot accept a replacement now post the experience I had with them. I have provided all the required information regarding my complaint. Please provide me with further advice in resolving this issue.

                  I bought an Optima oven from Croma retail outlet in May 2015 as a gift for my mother and found the temperature control to be inconsistent (Others have made similar complaints on this forum). On May 26, my complaint was registered under DEL260515FS00141. Since that day I have followed up with Croma numerous times both by email and phone. Emails appear to be answered by automated systems which cannot even understand the issue and calls are attended by call center employees who are well trained to provide reassurances without making any commitment of resolution. Since the last 4 weeks the problem has been "escalated on priority to the concerned team" but nothing has happened! I have been a regular customer of Croma in the past but have now decided to stop purchasing from Croma, which claims to be a TATA enterprise, after this horrible experience.

                    Hi, We have purchased croma brand split ac 1.5 ton with extended 3 years. the croma technician installed the carrier in neighbors sunshade with so 4000+ rs additional charges and the installation was not proper Inspite of repeated complaints. No action has been taken all the tickets are closed without proper confirmation from us. And pathetically the customer support personnel give lame excuse and lie customer mobile not reachable.                       I purchased a hp laptop from croma in june 2013 with an extended warranty of 2 years from croma. The in - built webcam stopped working due to which i submitted the laptop to croma in april 2015.

                      Now a webcam replacement will take one day. But i agree that croma gets a lot of complains so i give them three weeks. After six weeks when we went back to ask the guy for our laptop, he said it will take more time. Then we said we are filing a complain to which he replied, " theek hai kal le jana".

                      I got the laptop in this condition.
                      1) the screen panel is broken. It was fine when we submitted it.
                      2) there are movies and games installed in the laptop.
                      3) various other softwares installed which are malware / spyware.

                      I will have to re - format it because of the condition you have given this laptop in. I will remove the software issues. But i cant fix the broken screen panel laptop.

                      Do you keep the customer's product with you for so long so that you can use it for your entertainment?

                      Is this what customer service means for you? To play with customer's trust?

                      I could have given it back to them. But then realized it will take another six weeks and something else will be broken this time. That is why i am writing on this forum.

                      Please rectify the mistakes done by your department.

                        I purchased an Electolux Refrigerator from Croma retail, Sadishiv Ngr, Bangalore on 25th May 2014, wide Invoice number SLF02A[protected]. The product came with 2 years product warranty and we additionally purchased 2 years extended warranty. On 8th of June 2015 the product stopped working and we fled a complaint with Croma service center (SR[protected] and SR[protected] & BOS110615FS00007). No progress till date and we are being told that they are trying to resolve between Electrolux and Croma. However, we are being harrased in the process with no service. Any help and more importantly a legal action would be highly appreciated. Extremely poor service and 0 ownership. All support professionals are making false promises of call backs but no help. Thanks

                          I bought a water purifier of eureka forbes Aquaguard (RO+UV+TDS) worth Rs 16, 574/- on 7th June 2015 from croma (R Mall Thane). It was been informed to us that installation will be done in 48 hours by the professional and the same is mentioned in the installation manual of the product. Now it's almost a week and no one has turned up. We tried calling both Croma as well as Eureka forbes but both of them keeps on telling that the other one will send a person to install the same. Eureka forbes Complaint # : 92086345 Croma Complaint # : BOW130615ID00269 I was informed by chroma call center to install it myself... Now we do not want to install the product and want our money back as, It's not gauranteed that if the product doesn't work properly in furture or if any service is required then these people will turn up or not.                             I have bought a washing machine (videocon model VS75Z11 7.5kg) on 07/06/2015 and got delivery on 08/06/2015 with wrong model. Since from that day I have put complaint with the customer centre and every day getting time of 24 hours to resolve the issue. Croma knows only to sell product and harrrase customers and dont know to resolve issues made by croma.

                            Today is 16/06/2015 still my issue have not been solved every day just time is wasted on calls today again I received wrong machine.
                            Now croma people at Belapur showroom are saying that model kept for display are not ment to be same model sold to customer.

                              I have taken a croma split ac in aug 2013 with 2 years warrenty.and after few months it started water leakage. I called customer care they sent their executive.He came and check and said now all ok but after 2 days leakage again stated and same process going on from last 1 n half years.Now i complaint almost more than 25 times for same problem but noone is bothered.Now warrenty comes to at its end after that they must deny for entertainment of my problem.Plz do somrthing. I want croma exchange my existing ac or extend my warrenty.

                                We bought an Optima Croma Oven around 2 months and there seem a manufacturing fault in the temperature control. I haven logged three complaints and haven't heard anything yet. I am totally frustrated with croma and would never recommended any to buy from Croma.                                   To, The Staff Management, Croma Center I (Monika Sharma) had purchased Sumsang Joy Plus Full HD 32" inch LED through Mr. Manav from your "Croma Center Inderapuram Ghaziabad" on 2/5/2015 . The next day i.e. 3/5/2015 a person from your center came and installed the LED at my place. After installation when i watched the LED I found many black spots. I immediately talked Mr. Manav through whome i had purchased this LED. I had a word with him and he kept on telling me that I will send somebody to check your LED but he didn't. After calling him a number of times my complaint was not heard . Then on 28th May 2015 finally a person from Sumsang came and checked the LED. He also found those black spots in it, and said he can get it repaired and not replaced. I told him to get it replaced as I had recently purchased this LED and it was in the warranty period. I told him that the Croma Center have cheated us either they shown us a different LED and delievered a different one or there was a problem beforehand in this LED about which they did not tell us and this is the resion why when I called a number of times they people did not listen to my complaint . When I did not agreed on getting the LED repaired the service Person made me talk from his cell phone to one of the persons from Customer Service. He started pressuring me to get my LED repaired as it is the policy of the company that we cannot get it replaced we can only repair it. While Mr. Manav had said whenever you have any kind of problem in your LED I assure you I will also get it replaced, but now nor the Croma Center Inderapuram Ghaziabad and neither THe Sumsung Company is taking any responsibility. I had taken this LED after taking loan from "Capital Finance" and you people have shown sach an irresponsible behaviour. Next day i.e on 29th May 2015 one of my friend went to meet Mr. Manav in your croma centre to talk regarding the LED but very casually he said what is the problem when your LED is repaired and he said that one more customer had this same problem but he also got his LED repaired. This clearly shows that this Croma Center situated in Inderapuram Ghaziabad cheats its customers as they provide deffective electrical appliances to its customers and where even new products need repairing even when the products are in their warranty period.on the other hand the customer support services of Samsung company is making an excuse that it is the policy of the company that we cannot replace it we can only get it repaired . It is quit strange and surprising as well that a prestigious company called Samsung can do such a thing where on purchasing a new electrical appliances we get defective pieces and then we are asked to get it repaired insted of getting it replaced. today (8/6/2015) two month have complete of purchasing this LED but till today neither the Samsung Company nor the Croma Centre is taking any responsibility for replacemnt of this LED.When I tell the Customer Service representative that I will sent a mail to the company regarding my complaint they tell me not to do as we are filing your complaint but I hav'nt recive any servicer till now. After calling Mr. Manav also a number my complant was not heard, Then after a number of days a person from the service centre finally came and made an excuse after seeing the LED that it's been a month now since you purchased this so we cannot get it replace. On 6/June/2015) I have recomplend on ur service Centre and today (8/6/2015) sent you this mail also to make you aware about how your Samsung customer are being cheted. It is my humble request to the Samsung Company as well as to the Croma Centre Inderapuram Ghaziabad that T cannot bear any more mental stress which I have been facing right from the day I purchased the Samsung LED. Once again I request to please get my LED replaced and and if you do not do so I consider it a matter of cheating and frogery and file a case against your company in the Consumer Court. I would be greatful to you if you could take the right desicion on time keeping in mind the prestige of your Company as soon as possible.                                     Problem : Doors are not proper, it is making noise and glues are not fixed correctly(glossy door sheet/mat). I Had bought a new refrigerator from Croma in the month on Jan[protected] and within 2-3 days noticed the issue, also raised a complaint. 1. Samsung took too long to bring top and bottom doors. pls note : I had refused to replace both doors since those were worst than the current one. 2. Croma raised one more case, BOS010315FS00006 and closed it saying customer was not available though I had clearly updated my availability. 3. Samsung technicians came with both doors and replaced them even though I had refused to replace it again(by saying you need to raise one more complaint and we will replace a good part). 4. While replacing top door, the samsung technician ruined display panel(attaching the photos). 5. Now Bottom door is fine but top door and display panel has to be replaced. 6. I have received an SMS from Samsung saying, I had refused to pay the charge for the parts hence they had closed it. Does it make sense when the product is in warranty and no physical damage from the customer ? 7. Even the last complaint also closed without any solution(solution is next step they did not even bother to contact the customer and tried to work on it)

                                        Hello, I had purchased Croma LED (99cm) from Croma store at Goregoan - East (Oberoi Mall) on 24th May. And it was delivered by the next day i.e on 25th May, the installation guy (Vijay Yadav) came on 26th May, and found that brackets to install the TV on the wall were missing, so the next day I registered the complaint for the same, but there has been no resolution for my issues since as of 3rd June. It is the third time I have launched the complaint on Croma customer care number, and again I got the same answer i.e the issue would be resolved within 2 working days like the last two times, Please do look onto the matter and deliver the missing brackets of the LED TV as soon as possible so it can be installed.
