Hello,
I had purchased Croma LED (99cm) from Croma store at
Goregoan - East (Oberoi Mall) on 24th May. And it was delivered by the
next day i.e on 25th May, the installation guy (Vijay Yadav) came on
26th May, and found that brackets to install the TV on the wall were
missing, so the next day I registered the complaint for the same, but
there has been no resolution for my issues since as of 3rd June. It is the third time I have launched the complaint on Croma customer
care number, and again I got the same answer i.e the issue would be
resolved within 2 working days like the last two times,
Please do look onto the matter and deliver the missing brackets of the
LED TV as soon as possible so it can be installed.
Had high hopes for Croma customer service, but was very disappointed..
