I gave my lenovo laptop for charging problem repair at croma south ex delhi on 31st august under extended warranty. 10 days later after complaining to the helpline no. I received a call that I should go and meet the service centre directly as they need some confirmation about payment for repairs not covered under warranty. When i went there i was told that only verbal confirmation on telephone was required and this was clearly told to the croma executive 1 week back, but still the executive made me go all the way down to the service centre. Anyhow, after the confirmation on 9th sept. I have not received any intimation. The service centre is not picking up my calls. The croma executive told me that he can not help me. The customer care helpline always gives the same excuse asking for 24 hours to reply. This is the most pathetic customer service that I have ever encountered. PS: complaint no. SR[protected]

    Date-14.sep.2015 my name is nishchal kumar singh. as i purchased hp laptop from the croma retail store, escon temple road, on 15 august 2015, sales manager told me that he will provide me all the softwares only after 25 august i agreed on that today i went there with my laptop i asked the salesman to provide me the softwares that he told me at the time of the purchase but now he is giving excuses like - 1. do you bring your charger . 2.do you bring pendrive. 3. why are you so late . 4.and he also talking in very loud voice. i requested him that sir please i am student of gujarat national law university, and i came late thats true and i also told him the reason that sir my exams were going on and sir after that i was sick . but why are you not giving me the softwares then he replied in a very hyper manner and talked in very high tone. that 'ja phle charger leke aai or ha jaha complain krni hai na krde ' . my college is 40 kilometres away from the croma retail . my request through this complain letter is that please give me the response of my complain and pleases help me in taking the softwares from him . and i want him to be kicked out from gthe company so that he will understand that how to deal with the customer .and how to talk with them.

      This is the worst experience till now where I have been repeatedly calling Croma customer service for leakage in my washing machine. The only answer I get is, the technician will be visiting before 7pm or in 24 hours. No one has visited and I am chasing the customer every alternate day. The customer car keeps apologizing but aren't doing anything. I have no clues how to get my machine repaired.

      Finally the technician visited my place and fixed the problem.

      But I had never faced problem like this with any other service providing companies.

      Hope I don't have to go through this experience ever again.

      Extended warranty / Cheating/ Failure to provide Service.

      BAN040414FS00028. The customer complaint was closed without resolving the issue. Complaint was about the AIRCONDITIONER NOT WORKING. THE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY TILL 17TH APRIL AND HAS TWO EXTRA YEARS OF WARRANTY PAID BY US.

        I purchased Panasonic 6.2kg washing machine from croma (Central Square mall, Vadodara, Gujarat) on 5th Aug'15. The sales while pitching the product said it has 10 years warranty. After 2 days from product delivery at my residence, the Panasonic technician came to give demo of the product and fill up the warranty card. I was surprised to hear from the technician that the product has only 2 years warranty. He also said that the Croma must have given the product warranty from their end and I should call customer care. I found his reply suspicious and immediately called Croma customer care to find out what the matter was. They said they will arrange a call back, but no resolution was given on the call back. They just said it is a miss-communication from the sales person and no such warranty can be provided. I again called customer care number and this happened for more than 5 times after the date of purchase. I intimated the girl named Alpa who was calling back that I am about to lodge a consumer complaint, so she said they are ready to give 10 years warranty on my washing machine and technician will come again at my residence to do the formality and will give in writing on the warranty card. But no one came. After taking follow up again with customer care, they refused to provide such warranty again and said it is not possible, please understand and adjust. I also received call last week from Panasonic Area Sales Manager Mr. Kamlesh, who said they will terminate the sales person who gave wrong commitment to me but they can't provide me the committed 10 years warranty. He also said Croma will compensate me with a Microwave oven if I want. Mr Inder Kumar, who is floor manager at Croma called me yesterday and said please visit our store we cannot take the product back but have a gift for you to compensate the warranty which we committed but not able to provide. I went to the store today and he said he will give me 1000 Rs gift voucher instead of 10 years warranty. I am really frustrated because of the service Croma is providing. I have been chasing them for resolution from last 1 month but they are just passing the ball from one to another. Sales persons, Customer care, Floor Managers and even Panasonic representative is giving fake commitments and harassing me by making me call them frequently, asking me to come at their store but still not providing any resolution. I just want 10 years warranty on my washing machine or money back.

        And apart from all this, I forgot to mention, there was an offer of 1kg Arial packet free with the product I purchased, which I still haven't received. Not sure if your employees have taken it home and used it or what...

          We had purchased LED TV in 2012 from croma of "CROMA" brand, however, due to some problem it was not working properly during Aug 2015 for which we complaint at call centere. Though it took long time, but the part which had the problem was not available at local store and so they replaced the wholepiece of LED TV to us. My previous complaint is fully resolved and we are as a customer 100% satisfied with CROMA, Himalaya Mall, Ahmedabad stores services.

            We purchased a Aquaguard water purifier and Microwave Owen on 15th August. We have not received the delivery the Microwave oven yet. We spoke to 1800 customer care, the store manager Narendran all of them said will get back however we have not received any proper response on when will receive the product from Croma yet. We have done many follow-ups with the Manager Narendran and customer care however we are being failed on every attempt. It’s very humiliating to keep following up for a product that we have paid 3 weeks back. Bill # SLF02A[protected]. Please help us to get the product delivered ASAP or refund the money, as we are running out of patience with Croma's Lousy, Pathetic customer services.

              My croma semi washing machine spinner stopped working and it is under extended warranty. I registered a complaint on 26th of August 2015 and till now no service person has turned up. I keep calling them daily and all they say is within 24 hours a technician would be visiting. But nobody turns up even after repeated calling. I think extended warranty from CROMA is a big fraud. Please donot take extended warranty from these fellows. They keep bragging about customer's satisfaction being their highest priority but do not fall for them. I now regret my decision of buying and taking extended warranty at CROMA. I have now wasted almost 100Rs in calling them daily and donot know how to proceed. can somebody tell me any way with which I can sue Croma?

                I wish to complain about your led product Model-CREL7145 SR -CREL[protected]. I am complaining because since product recieved im trouble with disply issue. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted your customer care and registered complaint against the warranty about the same issue . Call no. MUM130914FS00104. but no one contacted yet. I believe that this response is unfair because my product was warrenty and company should attend this as per agreement. Now said product issue is out of control and nothing seems in LED screen and this is only becouse of your irresponsibility...!                   Hi I am prashanth currently residing in Bangalore and a very loyal customer of croma till now, , , , , but now after the problem I faced the customer care service I will never ever purchase anything from croma and never advise anyone to purchase from croma...infact I was such a loyal customer that I had purchased my tv, laptop, airconditioner etc but for a microwave oven which was of croma brand spoilt their reputation completely ...it has been one month that I have been following up with the customer care to rectify my microwave and they have only given me false promises ...this is basically mental trauma for a person to constantly follow up and how many false promises from their side and to top it up I have taken cromas 2 yers extended warranty which is just a waste of money...my family, frineds and me trusted croma so much that v never purchased anywhere else especially not online just cause of the faith in tata enterprise but never again ...there is absolutely no difference cause I might as well purchase from online if this is the after sale service...they cant fix a simple microwave oven and so many false promises that I am so deeply hurt by their after sale service team...a simple yes of no would have helped rather than me constantly following up for a month and getting hurt like this...its not the matter of money cause I don't mind buying a new microwave definitely not from croma, , , , , , a simple yes or no would help and their supervisor kamal is pathetic at work and their customer care is sadistic in making ppl wait...im deeply hurt by croma and want to warn as many ppl as possible not to purchase from croma and plz beware of extra warranty

                    I purchase Samsung LED 81cm 32F5500 on 11th January 2014 from Croma (Bangalore) with 2 Years Extended Warranty. The OEM Warranty got expired during Jan 2015. Post the Warranty expiry the unit has been faulty 4 times and all 4 times the issue is same i.e. the LED Panel goes faulty and doesn't show any display. Although Croma has replaced the LED Panel 3 times but now the same issue has repeated 4th time 2 weeks ago. This is becoming a huge inconvenience for us. I did my due diligence and found out that this particular model of Samsung had issue and now the model is discontinued. However I am totally stuck now. After every 1 or 2 months the same issue has happened since Jan 2015. I refused to get the LED Panel change from Croma and asked them to provide me a permanent solution as the same issue has happened 4th time. There is no guarantee that this issue will not happen again and hence I have asked Croma to provide me a unit replacement in coordination with Samsung as this product itself was faulty. They asked Samsung to attend this call and Samsung Engineer said that the cost of change would be around INR 14K. He admitted that this particular series had this problem but he cannot write it down official as he will be fired. Can somebody help please?                         Ihave purchased a refrigerator from Sion Mumbai on 16 Jun 2014 for an amount Rs. vide croma invoice no. against 04 years warranty. After 2 month (Approx) the heavy short circuit has been expeirence in the product due to that the main supply breaker of the house along with subbreaker tripped off. After compalint the croma technician visited and told that the the lamp filld with water being lighting ckt in the pessimisms of ice chamber. I insisted that did it may resolved on pmt basis. He replied that no, it will happen again and again. It is a manufacturing defect. I insisted to give in writing and recommend for product replacement but he didnt, telling that instruction from Croma not to give in writing such type of recommendation. I am experiencing such incident after 02 - 03 month frequently

Since the time i have purchased this machine in last two months i have to repair the machine 3 times. also every time ur technician repairs and the same problem occurs. Your technician Mr Rehan visited my house on 17.8.15 and repaired the machine 3rd time, But broke the drain button. He was repairing the W/M as if he is fighting with it.I m really unhappy with ur service and have to repair it everytime. I have called many times at your call centre and they are saying only one thing part not available, and no one knows when the part will be available.                                 This is to bring in your notice about my pathetic experience about Croma product that I recently purchased from your store at Pacific mall Gaziabad. I bought this microwave on my wife's birthday as she is very fond of cooking but I never knew it will be such big nightmare to buy one of your product. Now I regret on why did I buy such expensive one such a special occasion. I bought this piece of junk on 23rd July 2015, and from 29th July I am just wasting time on phone to call your customer care only to get assurance that "we will replace the faulty part" however I have been telling I want the machine to be replaced. I don't know how hard is it to understand that I don't want the part to be replaced, I want a new machine. It's 10th August, and still we haven't heard anything from Croma. The representative who sold us this microwave said we have world class service and my experience surely not even near world class. Knowing it's a TATA product I had faith in buying it. Now I am left with no other option than taking legal action and submitting my petition in Consumer Court, for selling hazardous goods (as there were sparks coming from the machine) and mental trauma for absolutely bizarre service. I am also posting this letter on social media to atleast make sure my friends and connected friends should not buy anything from CROMA. John Andrew

                                  Hello Sir This is regarding the compaint I have registered with Croma almost 3 weeks earlier. My name is Sakshi Garg, and I have a Croma S/AC 1T 5* CRC7460 PAC purchased on 06/02/2015 ( It is under warranty) on the name of GAURAV SRIVASTAV I have been filling complaint continuously from last 3 weeks and i am calling customer care daily that there is an E2 problem in AC. The first time, after 3 days a technician came and corrected it saying ti was sensor problem. The very next day it again started displaying the E2 error. Since that day i am filling complaints again and again, The second time, the filed the complaint and cancelled it on there own without any prior notice or anything stating that we were not able to connect on the mobile number given. I came to know about this when after 4 days I called asking when is the technician coming. THEY REFILED THE COMPLAINT . Since then daily I am calling, even the supervisors are saying we are giving this top priority daily but has been till now. Every day I am explaining the complaint to one different customer care employee and each one of them is saying that they are escalating the problem to higher authority. last sunday the same technician called, ( who came the first time) saying that I know the problem that's why I don;t have to come again to check the AC. The sensor is not working we have to order the sensor again from Croma and replace it. It's been 3 days to that also and no one including the supervisor is not able to answer when they are going to replace or when is the AC is going to get repaired. Please look into it. I really don;t know whom to contact for this further.The AC is on the name of gaurav srivastav and the registered mobile number is [protected].

                                  Again I called at croma and your team is still trying to figure out they have to order sensor or not. Or they should send technician or not.
                                  I want a confirm date when the ac will get repaired. Every day i am calling twice or thrice to your team to follow up and morning to night only one answer is there we are trying to escalate it.
                                  I really unable to understand what is there to take so much of time.

                                    I had purchased LED TV of 'CROMA" brand during nov 2012 and the warrenty is up to nov 2016.Since it is not working and not getting on I lodge the complaint on their toll free no. on 29.7.2015. Till today eve on 6.8.15 after giving daily reminders there is no service man to solve our problem. Since our LCD is covered in warranty they do not care it seems. Dailky in morning they are saying by eve. the tech.team will come. Friends beware of this big srores, they do not care for after sales services. Do not purchase any product from CROMA.

                                    Instead of giving reminders to company CROMA call center, we contacted the local stores at Himalaya mall, Ahmedabad. They took note and as it was within the warranty they gave us auxiliary led TV as service piece immediately. After two days we received a call from the store that our complaint is resolved, as they don't have the part the piece LED TV they will replaced. They gave us liberty to choose any piece from their store and original bill amt rs. 24000/= was deducted from new bill. I request all the complaintant of croma reail store to contact the store instead to follow up at complaint call center.
