We bought one AC 1 ton 3 star from CROMA last year. We are facing regular problem from last three months. You can check the complaint Status, Mobile No - [protected]. We are not happy with the service team. Even after regular reminders we are facing this issue of not cooling from last three months. The only way left us to register a case against croma in consumer forum.

    I have purchased Symphony cooler from croma on 10th May 2015 which will delivered on 12/13 may 2015. As per the Symphony advertising and croma re-presenter descriptions this cooler has an functionality to control the humidity. This product will reduce the humid from the air. My grand mother has some breathing problem and if the product helps to control the humidity its good for her health. This is the only single reason to buy this product. After delivery I have use this product for 2 days. Letter we know that this product will not control the humidity. It will not support Mumbai''s weather. Also my home is very near from Creek where the air already contain lots of humid. After doing lots of research I found one calculation table where we can measures whether cooler will control humid or not. You can see the picture at https://goo.gl/1LsIzN. Humid controlling feature never ever going to work in sea side areas. For the same they logged the support ticket as BOW230515FS00038. In this complain I got the commitment from croma as "They will send technician to validate cooler functionality and condition. If everything is fine then Croma will accept & take a return." Last 2 weeks back I have again visited the croma kandivali shop this time they are denied to take return this product. If the product not as per the description which has been explained while selling then why croma not taking return ?

    2 months back I have logged the complaint in Croma. Croma ticket no is "BOW230515FS00038". Your represented called me many times priors but not providing any satisfying answers. Only I get explanation about humid control functionality which will never solve my problem.

    Hoping that this time my queries will get resolved. I have some below queries. Expected some valuable answers.

    1) Will this cooler work in location where already humid is huge in the air.? Will this reduce the humid from air in this location?
    2) As per croma's described this cooler is reduce the humid from the air then why not Humid Meter shows the reduces count?

      I have a problem with my croma led tv and raised a complaint regarding the same. first time they did not even register the complaint, second time they closed the complaint without action and third time, I have been constantly following up, but still I did not get anyone to look at my complaint.

        Today at 3:30 PM This is Aslam from Chennai. Purchased a mobile phone Sony Experia Z1 from TATA chroma Mount Road with Extrended warranty. I had some problem with the phone and approached the CSD for help. They guided me with claim ID no. 171387 and asked me to hand over the phone to one Mr. Ashok in Clarity Services for repair. The same was done and on 8th June and Ashok called me and said the phone cannot be attended there and it needs to be given to L2 which I do not understand, anyway he took 7 days and returned the phone on 15th June . However when I used the phone I found it to be in the same condition as given. Very irritated and frustrated I called up Ashok, but someone else picks the call and says Ashok is in a meeting and will call back in half an hour but no response. My innumerable calls to Ashok met with no response. I went to Croma CSD and met Santosh and when he called Ashok, he picked the call immediately and on hearing the issue asked to give the phone back for service again. I was very upset to again go through the process but Santosh told me to kindly give one more chance and that Croma will take the phone and get It done. Unhappy to do but with no other go I gave the phone back to Santosh in CSD in 2nd July. After regular followups and enough of frustration, irritation and anger I got the phone back on 10th or 11th . But to my shock I found the phone again in the same condition. I spoke to Sony, they clearly stated that Clarity services is not the authorised service centre for Sony Mobile phones. Nor is there any Job card created for my phone. They said If TATA is not able to repair ask them to replace the phone and that they do not have anything to do with this case. Feeling helpless I called Ashok again but all my calls and messages to him did not get any response at all. Neither did he receive my calls nor responded to call back. Again I went to Croma CSD and took the phone number of the Service Manager. Till this situation the Service manager did not come to the picture at all. I spoke to Ramesh the Service Manager and He is now requesting me to again give the phone to Clarity and give them enough time to repair as though one and a half month is too small a time to repair one mobile phone. Under these circumstances, feeling very frustrated angered irritated and under suffering because of getting disconnected without a mobile phone I called the number[protected] and spoke to waseema and explained the whole story as above and she told me to call[protected] and speak I did so and spoke to Aashish and explained the whole of the above story again. After hearing the whole story he had only one reply . Contact the service centre and they will help you. The most stupid reply received from any Customer support department. I explained to him that it was only because my issue is not sorted out there that Iam calling you for your help but instead of taking it further if you ask me to go back to them is this the support you are giving me, he has nothing to say but contact the service centre and gave a number. I called that number it was again Ashok who is picking the call. Means Iam back to point one. IS THIS THE PUNISHMENT FOR TAKING TATA EXTENDED WARRANTY. The value of the phone when I bought was 40, 000 and today it is 25, 000 and the amount of tension, frustration, anger, hardships and irritation TATA EXTENDED WARRANTY has given is many many times more than the value of a new phone. I am have a strong brand loyalty for Tata products and the way things were handled for me this time by the people down the lane ITS A SHAME FOR TATA. Again I received a call from Reshma from Croma in Hyderabad and again I explained the story to her and after hearing the full story she said she will arrange for a call back. I asked her if there is any email Id to which I can write this she said there is no such email id. but promised to arrange for a call back. What ever is done by you now there is no compensation for the effect of all this tension on my health. I still believe in TATA but people down the line are bringing shame to the company. Now I need only one answer to my question to Croma Extended Warranty. Your site says, if the product is not repaired in the stipulated time It will be replaced. WHAT IS THE STIPULATED TIME TO REPAIR A MOBILE PHONE BY THE STANDARDS OF TATA CROMA. Please have the courtesy to reply to atleast this question. I am worried about that they make me fool and give me wrong information about that laptop when I purchased it.           Croma sales person makes fool and give wrong information and telling lie about that prodcut which they sale. So be careful and avoid purchasing from Croma Stores.

            I purchased a mobile phone from a Tata Croma store at airport in Mumbai in July 2013 (whilst on HolidayIndia in ) After returning to the UK and using it for a few months the battery failed. Coma would not refund me my money. I sent the battery back to them as requested for a replacement. 12 month later they still have not compensated/replaced it.

              I bought A Split A.C of Croma on the dated 17/06/2014 & with in a year i find Airflow Problem so i register FREE services Complain (DEL170615FS00064) on the dated 17/06/2015. Company's Mechanic Mr. Ashwani ([protected]) visited my place but at that time due to POWER CUT he was unable to check so as per our Conversation he promised to come again but he never visited again and i received messsage from Service center that "SERVICE IS COMPELETED". When i again Contacted to Croma's Helpline to Shot-out my Complain in Continuous Services then they told me that your Warranty period is passed so that you have to pay for Service . if i registered my complain within a year then why should i pay ?????                 Sir I had purchased a croma tab CRT 1131 from Pune Aundh Store one & half year back . After the purchase of 6 six months I noticed in its functioning and approched Croma store and they advised to go to one of the service centre i.e Sriram Communications at Kalewadi Phata. Since it was in warranty periods after 8 days i could get back my tab after repair.Then onwards i could notice the tab functioning was not at all proper.From the Last 6-7 months period touch pad is not working and gets hang while using. Again I approached Sriram Communication for repair and handed over my tab. They are not responding to my call and confirming that they can repair it . It is very bad Croma appointing such cetres as authorised service centres. Can you please look into it and adivise me where it can be repaired. I thought Croma Tab quality will be very good and puchased and after its purchse i realise that quality is very and service is worst. Please replace my tab at the earliest V K Dixit [protected]

                  Dear team I bought Apple iphone 6 16 gb under invoice no "SLF02A[protected]" on 18/4/15 from croma store Jalandhar, Punjab. I was suppose to get Jabra Bluetooth headset free with it but at the time of purchase it was not available with them so i was told that i will be informed as soon as they get it back in inventory but few weeks passed there was no reply from croma so i waited and at last went to croma store to see the status but surprisingly it was closed. Then i made many calls to croma helpline and all the time they asked me same thing again and again that what is the invoice when you made purchase and i was told that they will contact me but nobody called and even few times they said that it has been already dispatched to me. I got a call from croma Chandigarh many times by "Mr jai bhagwan" who ensured me that i will receive my item in few days but now i am still waiting for their call and again i am trying to contact them but i cant reach there number as your customer care guys says that it is centralized system and they can't connect me to Chandigarh croma. So now i finally would like to move to consumer court and file a sue against you for such a worst customer care network and treating your customer in such a bad way. Hopefully i will get some fruitful reply this time from you guys otherwise it's getting too much for me to bear the brand"Tata"is dealing with customer in this way Vikas hastir [protected]

                    I had purchased CROMA Brand Mobile CRB2921 in June 2014 from croma store RDC Ghaziabad. Battery of this mobile get faulty within 1 year.This batter is unique so I couldn't find in local market and Delhi Karol Bag This battery is not available in CROMA store, even not in service center .Croma custome center says croma is not selling battery .From Where I purchased this ? Without battery this mobile useless .I am disappointed and feel cheated for buying Croma brand keeping in mind TATA brand.

                    ...from anywhere...
                    ...the great croma..staff..a special breed of its own kind ...won, t listen ..for a sparepart requiement...
                    ...tata must have been too impressed by itself...that..
                    ...the ..nation ..now has to bear with croma.

                      I have bought two Hitachi split AC Invoice no SLF02A[protected] on[protected] form croma Kandivali mumbai. I have been told that I will get three free services within one year. But sorry to inform you that I got only one service till date that to in March 2015. When I have contacted Hitachi customer care center they inform me that you product is out of warranty. I surprised & shocked that Hitachi customer care they have not infrom me in one year warranty period that your service is due. when I am contacted them they are not ready to give free service. Even when I bought two AC that time free installation was there & I was suppose to pay Rs. 250/- per unit. I told them I want delivery on particular day because some work was going at my place. After product was delivered Hitachi customer care they refused to give me free installation because free installation was there to purchase the product on & before particular day. I will request you to take the matter with the Hitachi to provide me the balance two free services other wise will not buy Hitachi product in future.                         I have order for pureit water purifier on 25th june and was committed delivery on 1st july. In spite of regular follow ups my product was not even dispatched..now they say it is out of stock...I guess they r earning money by the way of interest...take customers money and keep it in bank and earn interest and then refund it after some days...worst of service from any ecom company.. Hate it

                          Not getting replacement

I am not getting confirm answer from chroma representative when i will receive replaced product and whether it will be replacement or repair. They are keep on delaying date.                           I bought a Croma 5* AC 1.5 ton on 25th April, and within 2 months it stopped cooling properly for which I raised a service request on 12th June. The technician who visited after a week said gas needs to be re-filled. It has been more than 15 days now, and I have called the customer care 4-5 time, escalated twice but all in vain. I am yet to get the issue fixed. Are you really a TATA enterprise?? What kind of reputation you are building up?? I am really disappointed and thinking of returning/replacing the product. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy a croma AC. It will take away your peace of mind.

                              Hi, I have purchased 190 L croma refrigerator in July, 2014 from kondapur store. After delivery of this product i have checked that freezer was not working properly, ice was not forming.so i had raised a complain that time and it was resolved and ice was getting forming. but recently i have checked that there is lot of ice is freezer so i was trying to do defrost by pushing the defrost button but defrost is not happening and after pushing the button.button is not coming in its original state and refrigerator is not working properly. So i have again raised a complain for defrost issue thru. customer care at 24, May. but response from croma side very slow after 15 days then sent technician and told me that one part of refrigerator is not working properly. So i asked to him How and when it will be resolved then they told me with a week your issue has been resolved.But till now i did get any response from technician and daily i am talking to customer care but i am not getting positive response.                                   I purchased Lenovo laptop from Croma with 3 years extended warranty (extended warranty provided by Croma). In February 2015, I submitted laptop for repair due to hardware problem causing BSOD. On replacing hard disk and processor, it still gave me the BSOD. After that, I submitted the laptop 3 more times and the problem persisted. Now Croma claims that it is a Windows OS or other software issue. I emailed them the log files to confirm that it is hardware issue but they have not replied back. Also, the Windows OS was installed by Croma everytime they repaired it. I have already wasted days on the laptop and taking to Croma guys at the store, on phone and over emails. The standard response I have been sent more than a dozen times is we have forwarded your issue to the respective store/department.

                                    Today is 27th of June I called Croma customer care two times but same reply that by today evening problem will be solved...but again in the evening they said you have to wait till monday ...even complaining at consumer forum didn't made any difference to Croma...what an organisation!!!
