We purchased this Croma Split AC 2 years back with extended warranty of +2 years. From the time we have installed the AC have been facing multiple technical issues with respect to hardware. Generally we use AC during Summer’s & with in 3-4 days it starts displaying E1 error, which was beyond understanding to the Engineers in the beginning. The harassment starts when we file the complaint, which nearly takes 3-4 working days to send an Engineer at the place to check the problem, which means we have to sleep in the hot summer nights without AC. After that Engineer came refilled Gas and said it will be fine, but he failed. Again after 2 days we have to filed another complaint, which again took 3-4 working days to send an Engineer. We visited store but was of no help. After few days the Senior Engineer came and replaced the PCB of the AC, which worked fine only for few days. Our Warranty have expired recently and now the AC is under Extended Warranty. What I don’t understand is that, when the product is unrepairable and giving so much technical problems, why cant it be replaced with a new one??? What is the meaning of WARRANTY OR EXTENDED WARRANTY, which we got at the time of Purchase??
Is it just you keep on fixing it for the time span till the warranty expires, & after that its Customers problem. This was a first experience of buying a Croma product, which was assumed to be a good Brand (A TATA PRODUCT), but feels very disappointed and frustrated with the experience I had after installing the same. I have been visiting the Croma store multiple times, now received an update that the spare part is coming form MUMBAI and will take again 8-10 days??? Seriously… I don’t want any more repairs because I have had enough of this product, The whole summers have gone filling complaints and running to store to get the AC fixed. since last 2 years I have cooperated a lot with all your team members but its enough for now. I just request you to please take this AC back, as its of no use to me. The AC is continuously showing E1 error. PCB has been replaced with a new one also, which didn’t work. Now, kindly take serious action during my remaining warranty period left, as we just use it during the Summers only.
AS THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DEFECTIVE FORM THE TIME OF INSTALLATION, KINDLY INITIATE A REFUND OF THE PRODUCT OR ATLEAST MAKE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT!!
