Recently on the 15th of November, 2015 I bought a Croma 3G Tablet from your store in Bangalore’s Mantri Mall (Malleswaram) to gift it to my wife on her birthday. But after using it for around 10 days the battery started draining very fast and while on internet it never lasted for even 2 hours, thou the specifications on the box says that the battery has a stand-by of 8-to-10 hours. I complained about this to the Customer Service Desk at the store and a lady named Shweta took the tablet to be checked by their technicians and promise a call back within two days. They called after a week to inform me that the tablet as “checked” by their technician and is absolutely fine and should be taken back by me. I tried to make her understand that the problem being faced by me was genuine and the battery longevity is really bad. But she never wanted to listen and was adamant on me taking the product back. I never accepted this treatment and left the product as it was a product fault and should not be handed back to me. Then I tried contacting the Croma Customer Service Helpline number and tried conveying my problems to them. After repeatedly calling and making them understand for a week and a half and talking to every workers and supervisors there namely Su Shree and Kamal, my problem is still lying as it was. I am been forced to accept a product which has been used hardly for 10 days and whose battery life is not according to its specifications and which is having a product fault. I also told them that the product had in-built apps which was acting like a malware and needs to be checked for its better performance. But till now my request has no heeds and the product is still lying in the store. I would request you to please look into the matter and solve it, as I have been a Croma customer from a very long time and this treatment is totally un-acceptable from a company of your stature.

    I have made complaint for Micromax LED TV on 4th December 2015 as it is not powering on. There is no feedback nor any improvement for replacement of faulty part.       I had purchased a product on 12-Jan-2014 from Croma Saket and its invoice # SLF02A[protected]. Croma said “The product cannot be repaired as they don't have the availability of defected part and now you have to buy another product with a depreciation value”. Since my product has 2 years warranty either it should be exchanged or repaired.

        I want to share this terrible experience I had with TATA Croma, when I purchased their TATA CROMA 3G Tablet (CRT1125Q) from their outlet in Bhayender (opp Maxus Mall) Within two weeks of purchase the tablet started showing errors in function. We went to the showroom to report the malfunctioning of device and we were informed that it was minor program error and that it will be resolved within two days. We received the tablet repaired from the showroom in two days. Then again within a week the tablet began malfunctioning. So we went to showroom again and this time they told us that the piece is damaged from inside and therefore could not be replaced and can only be repaired because damage does not cover under guarantee. I asked them how the piece is damaged from inside whereas there in evidence of any scratch or physical damage on the outside, to which they could not respond because they knew that the tab was repaired by their service centre. I tried to contact their regional service manager Mr. Janak Doshi, and wrote him detailed email, but he did not respond despite several reminders. On the contrary, I received the sms from their service team that the issue is resolved and closed, whereas the tablet is still in possession of their service team. I wish to take up the matter with consumer court or some legal authority. Please advise where I can approach to escalate this issue. I also advise you to be careful while purchasing the TATA Croma Tab I have seen several other frustrated customer like me banging their heads to the poor lousy responses at the customer service desk of TATA Croma.           Dear sir, I am a victim of Croma humiliation. I purchased a Microwave Oven from its Pimpri Branch. I had to call entire day to customer care for product delivery. I got it delivered when I went to its branch at the night. At the time of product selling, they confirm that their representative will come for a demo within 48 hours of product delivery. I called Croma customer care 50 times and wait for more then a week for demo but nothing work. Everytime they say that our people will come in 24 hours. Later on they started closing my tickets with the comment that your issue is resolved. I wrote their customer care an email with all details and subsequent follow up email. Every time they reply with recorded message, I asked to return my product and refund but no body is taking care. Can you please help me to get it done. I am still waiting for my refund, product is kept at my home as it is. Here is the email detail, I used to follow up: I purchased that product through a loan from Bajaj Aliange and paying installment for the product that I never used till date 6-Dec-2015 Email sent on : Nov 21, 2015 Invoice No : SLF02A[protected]. Purchase date :[protected] Delivery date :[protected]. Product Samsung Microwave Oven Purchased from : Pimpri Pune. Dear Sir, At the time of purchase, I was intimated that product demo will be happen within 48 hours of delivery. I have called customer care more then 15 times, requesting for the demo. Every time your representative say sorry and assure that it will happen within 24 hours. Today I got one SMS from your side that one of my demo request ticket (Service Request - [protected]) is closed. I called customer care and got the same reply that Sorry and logged another ticket [protected]. Similar kind of incident happen at the time of product delivery. It was scheduled at 9.15 AM on[protected]. We had to wait entire day, we called many times to your customer care and got the same reply that our person will reach your home soon. I went to your outlet at evening and then they called the delivery boy and finally we got product delivered at 7 PM. Now I want my money back without any deduction and you take your product from my home immediately. I don't want any demo further. Your product is kept at same place where your delivery boy left.             I have purchased Samsung Micro wave from Croma, aundh, pune, maharashtra. They have given a schme of free 10 pcs dinner set (Lao pala) free along with microwave. After final billing and fulll payment, they have dineid and they did not give the free dinner set. they are given many reasons. it has been a month and still i have not received the free dinner set. This is a clear cut case of cheating. please help.

              I have booked samsung j7 mobile on 17th Nov 2015 in croma website, initially they told me that the product will be delivered within 7 days but i never got the product. when i called their customer service they failed to give me the complaint number stating that their is no such option available for online shopping. As on till date i never got the product when i asked them for cancellation of order they are telling that i will be charged 2%. For the delay which has been from croma we have to pay penalty of 2%. Worst shopping experience with croma their customer care service is not able to track the order or provide any kind of service. Better be careful with this fraud shopping site.

                  I purchased a product and they offered me discount in way of a gift card and I have made 2 visits and every time they say that this card is not active and they say very rudely that it will be activated next month . Because of this discount of a gift card I bought the product and now I am unable to redeem this gift card. Tried calling at customer care as well they have no idea of it and said I have to visit store from where I received it. Store located at Sohna road, Gurgaon Kapil is one of those people with whom I interacted

                    I bough a Braun Men's Shaver Cruz Z60/Z6 from Mumbai, Croma - Ghatkopar - R Mall, on 18/05/2014,

                    With in one year the coil got damaged and asked for the replacement from Chennai Croma at Phoenix mall, they said it would be chargeable, i agreed and handed over my device with charger on 24th Aug 2015,

                    They took 3 months to get it replaced, on 24 th Nov 2015 i got the device and some other charger which was not given by me and it was not in working condition. when i enquired the support staff kept saying the charger was same as i had given.. i asked him to verify the CCTV footage so that he can verify the same

                    They kept the phone down and till now, no body is responding to my call and message..

                    I contacted the floor manager, but got reply saying, he is on leave..

                    CROMA staff stole my charger and gave me not working one..

                      I purchased Croma bag less 2l vacuum 1600w from city centre mall palm beach red Vashi Mumbai on 13/7/10 serial no: crv[protected] . We use only once in year. Yesterday I was trying to clean my sofa suddenly it caught fire. The fire was very severe and sudden that we were about to call fire brigade.. Some how we manage to control the fire. I have small daughter at home so i[censored] r instruments catches fire like this it's really dangerous for human . The instruments should help the human not to harm . I request u to take a note of this case and please take corrective action asap.

                      sorry to mail but this is really high time, i made complaint from last 2 months abt vaccum cleaner which catched fire while cleaning.this is really rediculas that no one really took any action.this means you dont care for customer.this will be the last warning for you that take action as quick as possible

                        There was a complaint done on the 04th November to change the remote. The attendant came on the 11th November and told that its under warranty and there is a display issue and the part will be changed in 2 days. On 13th November i get a text message staying sorry for the delay as the product is unavailable. I called on 21st November as i did not receive any update and i was given a ETA of 24 hours. No update as usual and again called today and have spoken to manager Kamal and he said the last update is part unavaialble.

                        I have bought multiple products from CROMA and was happy with the service. However this is their in house product and the service provided is pathetic. I have also taken the extended warranty which expires in 2016

                          I had booked a samsung fridge on 11th, November 2015 and due to non avilablity of stock.The sevice representive confirmed that it will be delivered by 21st, November, 2015 in the morning and i will get a call before the delivery Today on 21st, November i dint get any call nor confirmation of my fridge.I have called chroma 4 times a day and just recieved a answer we will check.My service request number SR[protected] and still no response. When called again at 5.00 pm in evening all i got confirmation we have escalited the issue from Mr Sagar-chromo customer care, still no signs of deliver and seniors were too busy too attend the call Mr Prakash and Mr kamal -Supervisior Today on 22nd, November though after calling 4 times no response. Finally went to shop of Ghatkopar R-city Croma Branch just got a response from Mr Divendra asvekar we couldnt deliver the goods.When i asked a refund, they denied it saying come tommorrow i need my refund back in borivali as croma is a big fake

                              I have Lenovo laptop purchased from croma and buy extended warranty from it, but whenever I need ther toll-free number [protected] they don't pick up the phone. Some times I try by 1.30 hours but finally I tired and drop the phone so pls pls pls never buy croma extended warranty. If they don't pick up your phone, how can you get warranty from them.

                                I had purchased a Digital Photo frame from Croma store sometime back. The product was manufactured by CROMA .Incidentally I lost the power adapter which is used to power the Photo frame.

                                I have been running pillar to post to get a power adapter for the photo frame and have sent them a series of Emails and customer calls to their Customer Service Desk but in vain.

                                Am not sure if they are planning to wind up their business.

                                I was asked almost 2 weeks ago by the Customer care person in Croma Oberoi mall to submit my existing PhotoFrame . He had promised to look into the matter and possibly replace the Photo frame.

                                They didnt try to contact me. Today when I visited them - there was a cold response stating that there is nothing that they can do.
                                I asked them to give this response in writing so that I have a record of the same. He said he cant give anything in writing.
                                I am expecting some senior authority representing Croma Retail to look into the matter and speak to me.

                                I hope I dont get a standard response like last time - "Someone will get in touch with you shortly" and frankly no one does anything.

                                  I purchased a Samsung led 40J5300 from croma kamlanagar on Nov 13 invoice no. SLF02A[protected].The delivery was delayed and after repeated calls finally they delivered it.Now they promised it will be installed the next day but even after repeated calls they have not still installed it.I have called the customer service many times, even spoken to some manager all assured me it will be fixed in 24 hours and I will get a call back but there has been no response. Now when I called they gave a new story that Samsung guy called I didn't pickup.After shouting at the service guy still no response is given from their side.This is the worst experience, I never expected this from aa TATA company.No more purchases from Croma.

                                    My sister purchased a JBL Flip from Croma Store Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana. The product developed some problem and was deposited at the store on 4th Nove 2015 for repairs. We have called up the customer support at least 4 times and each time we get an answer that someone will call us back about our product. It has been 14 days now and no one has informed us anything about our product. There has been virtually no response from anyone at the service station or from the store. It has been a very bad experience dealing with the people sittiong at customer service.

                                      I have shopped from Croma online site on 14th Oct (Invoice No SLA001EC0000286 and SLA017EC0000032 both for philips headphone) and opted for store pickup the product's which was booked by me was Out of stock in the store when i went for pickup. The order was subsequently cancelled by the store itself on 22nd Oct 2015 and i was promised that the amount will be refunded to me within 15 days. Its now 18th of Nov and till now i have not got my refund i have called and mailed the croma team several times but just got the reply that the finance team is working on it and will get back within 48 hrs which has never happened. PFA is the two orders that i placed and also there cancellation email that i received. Me being a TATA group employee is very much disappointed in croma and the way they handle customer related issues. Kindly request you to take necessary action and take this forward as my mails and call to croma support are unheard. If your team needs any supporting document can also provide the same.

                                        I bought a Sony Xperia D2202 phone and the sales guy at Croma convinced me to buy the insurance for the phone from Gizmo Help. Unfortunately, the phone fell from my table by accident and when I registered claims, the asked n number of questions, forms to fill in, online uploads and hardcopy courier, etc., and finally I didn't receive any reply from them. I had to pursue with GizmoHelp every fortnight on the progress. Still my claim shows 'in process'.                                         I have had a similar experience with Gizmohelp. I purchased an iPhone 6s Plus from Croma last October 2015. I had done insurance from Gizmohelp from the same Croma outlet at Overoi Mall. My iPhone was robbed on 31st December night. I called Gizmohelp the next day informing them of the same. They gave me a laundry list of document requirements, which I provided. It's been 5 months now that I am still following up with them for my claim. Let me say this. I have dealt with various companies and service providers. But Gizmohelp has by far been the worst experience of my life. Absolutely unprofessional and taking clients for a fool. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting service.
