I had placed an order on Saturday night 7th November. Here is the order number Ref. No. 228790.
I even paid 99 for the express shipping. It was said that the product will reach under 24 hours. Then in the mail it's written as 48 hours. But now it's more than 5 days and i still haven't received the product. Then why you are charging for express shipping. Even the customer care number is giving the same vague reply that it's already dispatched and we have escalated the issue. It does not take 5 days to deliver the parcel within Mumbai. There isn't even a cancellation option. Please buy it from websites like Flipkart, amazon and snapdeal who accepts refund and return policy!

    I was going to exchange my iPhone 5 16 GB black colour for a Samsung S6 black colour.
    The croma people had agreed to give me 9, 000 for my iPhone.
    They checked it twice.
    Then when I reseted the phone, they found flaws in the phone.
    They then quoted 4.5k.
    After wasting 2 hours, I finally agreed to their quotation.
    And when the time of purchase came they didn't have black colour model which I wanted.
    Since the start they were trying to change my opinion from black to gold model.
    On the same day, I took an iPhone 6s 128 gb gold.
    Still, I faced such harassment from them which resulting in wasting my 3 hours.
    This is a complaint of misrepresentation against croma in oberoi mall, goregaon east, mumbai.
    Please look into the same.

      Hi, I had booked a TV (Invoice - SLF02A[protected], with multiple confirmations from the store guys (both the demo and the billing counter executives) of a guaranteed delivery the very next day. Happily I made the payment and was waiting upon receiving a confirmation sms that my product is in the in delivery as early as 10:00am the very next morning, however its been more than 24 hrs since sms and I am yet to receive the delivery, but the sms have been flowing non-stop confirming my product is in delivery. Now the worst part - customer care - their server went offline from 11am yesterday till as late as 6:00pm, the customer care executives do not know who has my delivery been assigned, when will it delivered, and do not have any means of even cancelling the invoice(due to non-delivery). They neither have the 2nd level escalation and the only thing they do is say sorry. I have had the worst experience with Croma, had never imagined a Tata enterprise to be this worse. I had lodged two service requests - SR[protected] & SR[protected], but are yet to receive a satisfactory closure. Thanks, Prashant

        I had purchased a Aquaguard V-Pur Enchace RO+UV+TDS from Croma retail in Crown plaza Faridabad on 18.10.2015. Invoice No – SLF02A[protected] The service engineer reached at my home for installation on 19.10.2015. He completed the installation on the same date. However upon preliminary operation of the product, the intake pump was not working, and the engineer informed that there is problem with internal wiring. The product had been started for the first time in its lifetime and internal wiring was not adequate. M/s Croma has supplied me a defective piece. He informed his service engineers in Eureka Forbes to visit. This is was informed by me through customer care number(#[protected]) on 19.10.2015 itself. The executive informed me that they had lodged a complaint for the defective piece delivered and replacement of the same will be processed.           I ordered a Sony SA-D100 4.1 Channel Multimedia Speaker on November 3, 2015 with the order number 228058 and I paid Rs.99/- extra for your "express delivery" service which certainly DOES NOT live up to its name. The speaker has still not been delivered, in fact upon calling the customer service, I also find out that even the invoice has not been generated. I was asked to drop a mail and then I would be further informed by today evening, thanks to your brilliantly super-quick service.

          If my disappointment with your service isn't evident already, let me make it very very clear. The only reason I ordered from your store was because of the time factor involved, I wanted it by tonight. Since, you have clearly failed in doing the one task that you are assigned, I would like my INR 99/- rupees back. Also, I would like to assure that I never intend to order anything from your store in the future, and you will definitely see some bad reviews of your store on the internet in the span of next few days. As a graduate in retail management, I would like to give you a small piece of advice. Maybe instead of giving elaborate advertisements and Diwali offers, you should focus on the basics first i.e. registering and delivering orders on time, since that will bring you more customers than lying blatantly. Hope you refrain from being such a nightmare from other people who are stupid enough to avail your services.

            HI, I purchased an hp laptop (sn no.:5CD3287YKW) split x2 model which was the last piece on display and i got it at a discounted price. After some days there were issues with the laptop's mouse pad and keyboard and some battery life issues as well. The HP engineer visited my place and after around a weeks time they replaced some of the parts in my laptop. After repeated request of changing the battery they didn't change the battery and the problem of the mousepad still persists and there as hanging issues as well. without my problem being solved the complaint was closed from hp side..i was really offended and i went to CROMA electronics for help.Also my laptop was purchased on 19/12/2014 and was promised by the croma representative that the warranty is till 19/12/2017 but on th hp website the warranty details show that it is covered under warranty till 10/2016 which again is a problem.IN SHORT CROMA CHEATED ME AND THE PROBLEM TILL DATE REMAINS UNSOLVED. AFTER REPEATED VISITS NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN WHICH IS FORCING ME NOW TO GO AGAINST CROMA ELECTRONICS LEGALLY..INORDER TO SELL THESE ELECTRONIC GOODS YOU GUYS GIVE FALSE PROMISES AND THIS IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL .PLEASE GET MY LAPTOP REPLACED NOT REPAIRED ELSE I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CROMA .               My complaint No.: SR[protected] regarding Intex Aqua 3G PRO(Dual SIM)(Champagne) on dated 07th October 2015 20:22.

              Regarding the same I am communicating to Croma Customer Support Team on [protected] from last 15-20 days with different representatives and it was absolutely wastage of my time and really unfruitful.

              Every conversation with croma representative ended with only false commitment like ”we have forwarded your complaint to concern department and you will get replacement or refund at earliest”.
              I have submitted my damage Intex mobile on 13th Oct’15 to Fedex person and immediately communicated to Croma Customer Care on phone as well as by mail with scan copy of Fedex tracking number.

              I have been assured by Corma representative, I will get the replacement within 15 days post receipt of damage mobile.
              Now even after one month still there is no clarity from CROMA regarding replacement or refund, which was expressed by Mr.Rajesh in today’s(5th Nov'15) conversation at around 16:20.

              Added to that no Customer Manager/Superior responding to my call. In fact today when I called at around 15:40, Mr.Pawan attended my call and when he was asked to transfer it to his superior, he kept me on hold for more than 11 minutes without any information.

              Really it’s a high time now and such a chaos was not expected form CROMA. It’s creating doubt about TATA-CROMA’s integrity and services.

              Thanks to Consumer Complaint Forum for their speedy response. Post my complaint to Consumer forum about CROMA, I been in touch with CROMA customer care through phone as well as I have sent twice reminder to CROMA through same forum. Eventually I got my refund in the form of vouchers(my transactions was also through gift vouchers only) on 19th Nov'15. Regards Dattaraj Shinde

                I ordered a McCoy cooler from Croma online. At the time of order they promised delivery within 7 days, however it has been 10 days now and yet the product has not been delivered. I have contacted the customer service several times and all they say is that it is in shipping stage but they dont have any delivery information or tracking details. Very poor customer service from them.

                  I am vikash sharma. I purchased croma washing machine around 1 year back. There is some problem occur with its spin tub. I register my complaint on 20.10.2015 one service engineer Mr. MANIKANDAN([protected])visit on 22.10.2015. He told me one part need to be change which is to be come from head office in this process it will take 7 days .After that i called many times croma service center my problem still not been resolved as on date i.e 04.11.2015. Neither service engineer nor service center properly responding my calls.I want to resolve this issue as early as possible.

                    Dear Sir, I am having a EGV Gift card of Crome but i am unable to redeem the same because on the website of Croma the payment mode of Gift Card was removed by the Company before one week and it has been shown in the website of Croma that the Gift Card can only be redeemed through our store but when i visited to the store situated in the Pecific mall, Kaudhambi, Ghaziabad they said to me that the Gift card will be redeemed on the website, i dropped a several mail to the customer support of croma but i did not get any response for the same. And i also talked to the Customer executive over the phone but my query was not resolved.

                      I purchased laptop HP Pavilion 13-A201TU x360 at Rs. 55, 499/- i.e. MRP of Rs.57, 999/- less Rs.2500/- discount from Croma Punjagutta, Hyderanad store on 23-Oct (Inv No. SLF02A[protected]. To my surprise when the laptop was delivered, I saw MRP on the box was Rs.57, 109/- which means I was sold laptop higher than the MRP and then given discount.

                        I have booked the Panasonic AC 1.5 ton in TATA Croma, Mount Road Chennai on 1st Nov'15. They have promised to delivered the product by next day but so far product has not been delivered. I have called more than 5 time with store but they said product will be delivered over the night. Yesterday i got the call from delivery person around 10.15 P.M for delivery, but i have given the time to deliver between 7 to 8 P.M. Croma Store person not even follow up with me whether got the product or not. i have return back the product and ask them to deliver in morning time.

                        Again i called to store around 9.30 A.M mobile is switched off then i went to store around 10.15 almost half an hour travel from my location to store but store not open. I enquired with watch man they said store will be open 11.00 A.M and closing time around 9.30 P.M.

                        I am really frustrated when delivery person call me over the night for delivery even i given the appointment time for delivery 7 to 8.00 P.M. When i go to the store they are happily treating the customer and explaining whatever the question we asked about the product but after booked the product they are not even follow up with customer and response.

                        I am working in TCS and I am really frustrated about time delivery and store response to customer. I am first time facing these kind of behavior in TATA Enterprises.

                        Please review such things seriously and take the appropriate action to not happen in future.

                          After purchasing a 1..5T Split AC from Blue Star brand from Croma on Saturday 24th Oct, its been more then a week many technicians from Blue Star visited our home installed, checked and repeatedly repairing the unit but not ready to replace with new product although it is just purchased and new unit. Every day they are just wasting our time and we have been requesting and visiting their service centers, logging complaints on phone etc. but nobody is hearing us. Please help.

                            Hi, On 14th Oct 2105 i ordered JBL MX150 ipod dock from CROMA online site for store pickup. after visiting store they told me its not in their stock and the will refund me for the same. My order Number is 220671 and invoice Number is SLA021EC0000099 But for refund initiation i called customer service many times. They used to say we have escalated the issue within 24hrs yours request will be processed. After this i called them 4 days continuously and every time i used to get same answer. they gave me complaint number SR[protected]. I also wrote emails to them but no reply from croma side. This is how they make fool of their customers. Later i came to know till today's date my Refund Initiation hasn't started. They used to commit "Within 2hrs and 200% sir we will call you".                             I have placed an order of "Croma 3G Tablet" Croma Retail on 14th Oct. Order Number: 220933 (Ref. No.:SLE006EC0005892) After 5 days my product has not dispatched. So, I have contact the customer care they said we are processing your order so please wait for another 2 days for dispatch. After 7 days, the product is not dispatched. So, I have posted a Complaint on Twitter / Facebook Page of Croma. Then the customer care contact me 21st October onwards and said that my order has been cancelled due to technical issue. What is technical issue? The 3G tablet is Croma brand, then why should you cancelled the order. After 7 days only you can find out the technical issue? If you don't have the stock then why are you offering on this tablet? Giving huge offer on Croma Brand Products, but not shipping any product. Just making customer fool to get easy traffic for their website and keeping customers money for the month. I have asked compensation for cancelled the order without any reason. They are refused to give it and said we are refunding my amount. 21st OCT onwards my order has been cancelled. But still they are NOT returning my money? I have contact through Facebook / Twitter / CC Number. They are not replying on facebook and twitter. Customer Care person said we will make a update and call within 24 hrs. But no one is making the call. Fully fraud business. Just think how many days they will take for refund the amount! Just keeping my money for 3 weeks without any reason. Please guys don't purchase anything from CROMA, then you will get really disappointed. I need my money immediately, refund my money immediately.                                 On 13th Oct 2105 i ordered Nexus 6P from CROMA online site. I cancelled my order on 15th Oct 2015.

                                Their online cancellation was not working so through Customer Care i made it cancelled. But for just cancellation of my order i have to call 10 times and for refund initiation i called many times. They used to say we have escalated the issue within 24hrs yours request will be processed.                                   Extremely poor service. Croma service centre engineer has taken part from the a/c assuring that it will repaired within 3-4 days. Its been more than 20 days there is no revert. After repeated calls to the service centre, they have reverted that they will give back Rs. 11000 depreciated value as this model is discontinued. I have purchased croma AC 0n 11th Nov, 2012 for Rs. 27990. Also, they are not returning damaged part.                                       I had purchased the foot massager from croma online website on 14 th oct and made payment through credit card and i got shocked that product not available with them, and finally they had cancelled my order on 17th but till date i had not received the refund and none of them are called me on this issue but i had customer care more 30 time but i had not received any positive response from them my question is
                                      1. If they dont have stock why they accept the payment

                                        I had purchased this product on 12.12.09 along with an extended warranty until 11.12.12
                                        The machine was making noise for which I lodged a complaint. This was attended to and the technician in his report, Job order # 191593 dated 17.10.15 for claim # 186007 stated that the machine fan motor needs balancing in the WORKSHOP !!
                                        He has carried out temporary repairs only.
                                        Following up, I spoke to the following in customer care
                                        1) 22.10.15 : Radhika, who said I will get a call within 24 hours
                                        2) 23.10.15 : Again Radhika. Was again told that I will get a call within 24 hours.
                                        3) 24.10.15 : Amrita : Apologies and promises of action within 24 hours.
                                        4) 27.10.15 : Rajni : More apologies and promises.
                                        5) 30.10.15 : Zarina : The same old standard speech of forwarding the complaint and action within 24 hours.

                                        When will I get a call and the machine get repaired ???
                                        How much more patient can a person be with this service ??
