I had placed order worth 7035 inr via dmart ready app.

There have been so many goo[censored]ps by the team.
The delivery agent first handed over wrong order. After sorting that out, 1 dairy product was in a really bad condition and i did not accept that. The refund for this item is still not processed by dmart.
Two more items are missing from my original order - no refund recieved for this either.br...

The lady security staff at the entrance of the dmart, near gajuwaka is very rude. I want to file a complaint against her. As she is not having minimum discipline and manners towards customers....

I ordered online from dmart. Out of footi manufacturing date is june. But it is as sprite or test is as expired date.

I tried placing an order 25th August in the morning. The order number 20202016 faced a payment failure hence I tried paying again and it was again a fail. I used the UPI mode of transfer. However, there was twice a debit of Rs 1373 from my account. My bank account in total processed 2746 debit while gpay too showed a successful transfer. It's been days I am trying to connect with your customer care for a reversal as I need the money to buy...

I had purchase a from dmart they had gave me a warranty of 1 year not completed 1 month also and product defect so now dmart changing words go to company...

I have made a payment through upi google pay. Amount got deducted but order got cancelled. I would like to tell you that i did a shopping at your dmart outlet at zirakpur on 19/08/2020. When i was leaving your outlet there is lady security gaurd at the exit point of gate at time approx 3:55 pm who told me to bring your car inside the premises. So i went outside to get my car inside leaving the trolley there with security guard.
I had seen some person picking one packet from my trolley then I raised...

Hello i have selected some product from your app like i do every month and when i proceed to check out and made payment my money debited but order has not confirmed yet kindly check and revert as my amount was rs 2235 i have all evidence of payment order...

I had ordered on dmart ready app on 14/08/2020.
I used the upi payment mode and the amount of rs 3846 got deducted from my account. However the order was not processed and i have not yet received any refund.

I have been the customer of D-MART from last 3 years and happy with the service and quality of the product. After knowing that D-MART started the online delivery in my area (PIN-421301) I am excited to book my first order through D-MART Ready app, but unfortunately couldn't place it due unavailable of delivery slot. Fortunately I able to place the Order Number[protected], Dt-09.08.2020 and got the delivery on Dt. 10.08.2020...

I had done payment towards order number[protected] and the payment got failed. However the money got deducted from my upi. Now i am chasing them over the mail as their customer care number is not working but i am not receiving any update and my amount has not been credited back to me....

Overcharged for wheet we took loose wheet of rs. 31/- in 3 packs of 5 kg. Same wheet had overcharged on one counter is at rs. 39.50 per kg. And on another it charged at rs. 31/- per kg

If we are in hurry staff charged more on items even if we told the price of what we have taken.

The complaint is that when we notice the bill charged more at home and call the malad mumbai dmart on same day they accept it and told...
