    Today after shopping in your Dmart branch Gopalan maal Bangalore 560026, I had tried to pay through Google pay and transaction failed in first attempt but was successful in second attempt and money was deducted from my account and transferred to Dmart, but bill not generated... So cashier girls demanded to pay again, and made me to pay again through debit card.. so now twice my money is deducted. Please help

    Hi Team,
    I paid through UPI against order 23060406 . The Payment was Successful but failed at your Dmart sysytem.

    My branch SBI confirmed that payment was successful

    Payment details 25/12/2020 Amount Rs 2092 Ref No[protected]

    Everyday from last 9 days i am following them 2 times visited to Dmart ready, so many times on customer care number, 4 times mailed. but no proper response from your side not even got reply of my complaint on mail.

    Please resolve my problem soon

      Reg:wrong billing bill no [protected]/ cashier VAN/122220

      Hello team,

      My name is Disha and today I went to Dmart which is located in tirupati, airbypass road. The person who did billing has wrongly entered the item which I havent purchased. I have given 6 panties out of those 6, one is action ladies Eva'a panties so she asked me that I have to buy 3 products as it comes as packet but due to poor maintainance that was mixed with some other products at the store. Later I asked her to remove to cause I don't have time to search remaining 2 panties from the same brand. She haven't cancelled it and entered 3quantity of eva panties in the
      Bill for which 8 have pain 417 rs extra cause of billing lady mistake. As I'm from out of the town and realised after coming home. Now it's too far for me to go to store again. I tried calling to the store but no one is picking. Please find the attached picture of the bill and do needful asap.

          This happened on 8th dec in Nellore, Ap branch. There were more than 500 customers waiting in the billing counters and after a while each counter was mentioned closed even more than 50+ customers waiting in line for their turn. Literally I have to move 3 times to get into counters...and u know there were more tham 450+ customers still waiting for their billing turn.i have asked the store managers to extend or continue the same counters. The managers clim. To be krishna & Sam were so rube, impolite did arguments.call me to explain the situation in more details.uploading their pics too

I come home that scocity tea500gram is 2in bill which actually I have 1 purchase 500gram.when I call ambegaon dmart they are very roude language use say come tomorrow we will see cameras.and blaaaa blaaaa.is single rupee is time on tree.today I got 235 cheated.image is everyone nis check.

                    I had recently purchased “go processed cheese” packet of 400 gms. The cheese inside is all hard and dry . It does not melt just burns . Photo attached. The manufacture date is of august 2020. The expiry date is within 6 months. Which means the cheese should be good. A few months back in April too I faced the same issue. Since it’s the second time I had put the complaint. Am a regular customer of dmart and have been using the “Go processed cheese “ for the past 8 yrs. Please look into it as I may loose faith in dmart and the company product if such things repeat and are avoided. Email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com

                        Behavior of your on floor supervisor which was very bad customer service experience with me, I have sent my younger bro to purchase oil but they denied to give him and said we will not give, you need to buy more items. As you know if we require oil we will only buy oil to be very honest a person from your team should know how to talk to a customer as they are misbehaving and using bad words you guys should train them how to talk and response to a customer, If this is being continued again I will seriously reach out to consumer forum for such things as we are also human beings and we need respect. I request you to please connect with me as soon as possible on the below mentioned number.

I bought 6 packets of Cadbury Celebration Rich Dry Fruits Chocolate to Distribute My Client at Diwali Festival.One of my clients opened Cadbury Celebration Rich Dry Fruit chocolate. He found fungus in chocolate immediately called me and gave back this packet . I call all my client and take back all celebration packet I feel very shameful front of all my client, In case any one eat this chocolate and anything happen in diwali who will responsible.I bought all 6 chocolate celebration packet in D'MART Store bill no.[protected] date 13/10/2020 Chocolate batch no. Y01008A manufacture date 10/20.
                              Sir your most of product est small children and it is very dangerous children lives and health look at this matter and take strict action against responsible team

                                    In Your DMart Rankal store today (dt.7.11.2020 at 9.45am) I have purchase some (5 Items ) goods. At time of billing in Counter no 1 is yet not started and counter no.2 is for basket purchase customer and display also. But on counter no.2 trolley purchase customer billing there. I ask for that lady supervisor working at that time she never answer properly then I write feedback form and meet manager for further complaint. Manger Mr.Mandar meet me after 10 minute for same issue and apologize for issue. 30 minutes spent of time for all this issue which is annoying me.

                                        I have reached your kanjurmarg branch for purchase of snack item. I have purchase 10 pc. Parle happy biscuit (rs. 10 /pc).6 pc. Dessert fudge cake of britania( 37 /pc and britania wafer 10 pc ( rs 18 / pc) along with other item. Counter staff called lady supervisor. She asked me why you want to buy such quantity. I told her that this is for my children and these will hardly run for 3 days.
                                        In this current corona satuation you cannot afford to come daily.
                                        She told I can buy only 2 pc of each item. I asked why you have not put board at that place. She told in front of all customer that this is not for selling purpose and board is there outside that not for resale..
                                        My submission...
                                        1. How she decided that I have purchased for sale and embarrass me by telling this in front of all customer.
                                        2. If she could have asked for the proof I should have shown her that I am regular customer of Dmart and purchased more than 30000rs by debit card in last 3 month and 12000 in cash and those bill can show purchase stuff..
                                        3. I could have have shown by ID card

                                        Suggestion...
                                        1. It is very difficult to judge that buyer is seller or consumer but one thing sure that seller will not come to you for 60 rs. gain over MRP and spend 30 min. in your shop.
                                        2. To avoid this satuation you may put board on items that max buy is only 2item.
                                        3. Even if you have doubt you should not embarrass customer in public lounge.
                                        4. The deciding person must have capability to judge. In my satuation, it was not much difficult to judge and embarrassing satuation could be avoided.
                                        Thanks. We love your pricing and product but we cannot compromise with self dignity.
