I had ordered on dmart app on 1st of august. I used the upi payment mode and the amount of rs 1248 got deducted from my account. However the order was not processed and i have not yet received any refund.

    I am trying to order groceries & other product from Demart ready online store app, but after selecting all products in cart when I checkout it always shows delivery time slot is unavailable.
    I am trying it from last 5 days.
    If there is lots of orders placing by customers then why you not increase delivery boy & transport services at that Particular area.
    Please resolve this issue.

      Pls let me know when my order will be dispatched and confirm the same. I tried to call customer care phone and even mail several times but no response.

        We ordered online with order reference number 10952265 dt 9th july 2020, we have received one item short. We have complaint online many times at [protected]@dmart.in, but no one is replying, and also not attending the complaint. Please do not order them, they do not provide customer support anytime

            Yesterday on 12 jul 2020 I bought inner ware and as you are aware that cannot be checked for quality since it is packed product. Now I can see it has 2 holes. Unfortunately as per Govt policy set due to COVID situation I know It can not be replaced or take back the product. However I wanted to brought to the notification as it is happening 2nd time with me. I am hoping for a refund that is For sure possible.

              Today i went to dmart store after traveling 30 kms from my native place to shop grocery items. I have a joint family of 15 members. But the staff didn't allow me to take more than one quantity of every item such as 70 g maggi, 20 g sauce ketchup, 2 choclates etc. They argued with me alot. They asked me to show ids for address proof. After wasting an hour of me, still they didn't allow me to take essential items also. So i request you to take an action against the floor staff and send me a letter on my mail so that i can shop from your zirakpur (Punjab) store.

                Sir/madam, i have purchased 1 kg packet walnut from dmart kanjurmarg. Bill no.[protected]; voucher no.[protected] dated[protected]:24 pm sir, the walnuts contain worms when broken and my son had consumed worms. On friday, 10.05.2020 he had severe stomach ache. So we wanted to consult our family doctor, but since he was detected corona+ earlier, he was not ready to check physically. Hence we had given castrol oil on friday and he was on fast on saturday full day with only fluid diet. Thanks god there was no serious issues, otherwise visiting a hospital these days was very risky. We then started giving him walnuts, but on sunday, 12.07.2020 (Today) detected few worms in couple of walnuts.

                I had handed over the defective nuts with packing to d-mart kanjurmarg today, they have broken a couple of walnuts and assured me that the product will be returned to the appropriate authority. Sir at this juncture they must co-operate and have empathy for us. They had denied that my son had stomach ache only due to consuming walnuts & inquired whether any doctor says so. Sir these days we cannot even think of any hospital. Thank god that my son had consumed the walnuts for a month but unfortunately, due to weak immunity, this time he was affected.

                My only expectation that your staff must be customer friendly. Secondly my son had consumed maximum nuts containing worm, you may refund only for the defective balance nuts and oblige.

                I attach herewith cover packaging details & few worms as evidence, for your ready reference. Please also advise to remove such items from shelf

                        On 04/07 i had purchased goods from dmart online website, with order no[protected] of amount 4464.02/- amount was deducted from my account but whereas on website it showed payment failure. I had contacted my bank again to reconfirm about payment deduction so the bank informed that amount was been paid succefully to the respective. Whereas i m trying to contact on customer care number there is no response and even for mail there is no revert.

                          My order number is 15094464 on date 7 july 2020 via dmart ready app. It is showing status as payment failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted the bank they replied that the transaction was successful from their side. So if i get confirmation from your side about payment status on my registered phone no. Or email then i can again contact the bank for a refund. Please reply its urgent

I came to your store to purchase some eatable items like parle chips and some cream biscuits and some wafers for my children as it now your person did not allow me to buy more than 2 packets per instance this is unfair doing to customer not allow him to buy by his needs the quantity reservation is too low that a person should buy only two two of a product as it now i request your good concern change the rule of quantity of reservation because the product was in stock and there there was no demand for the product and i appreciate your company e that your company is selling the product at low margin cost i wish to continue the relationship with you you if you you do me the needful thank you

                              My hdfc debit card ending with 5965 have been swiped twice for bill number[protected], v no : s[protected], bill date 05/07/2020 by cashier mah/139148 at 14:45:46 and 14:46:18, as a result additional 2905 has been deducted from my hdfc bank account, please do the needful to get it refunded as soon as possible.

                                This note is in reference to an incident that occurred with my wife while taking the delivery from dmart courier person.
                                I have also reported the same and opened ticket regarding this issue but it seems that no action has been taken against a serious problem reported by me.
                                On the 1st of july, i received one of the order 18557491 from your courier person rahul ([protected]) and he misbehaved with my wife while delivering the order.
                                He called me regarding the order and i asked him to deliver on the ground floor of the building because there is plenty of space available on the ground floor of my building.
                                He threw all the ordered products on the road which did not even allow my wife to keep into carry bag and left by saying "today i have to deliver 22 more orders so i am leaving and its corona time".
                                It was very very insulting for my wife to collect all the products from the road. She collected it just because the payment was already paid through a credit card. The people were laughing at my wife while collecting the order.
                                My question is "is this how dmart team provides service to the customers?"
                                I called him regarding the same and he used abusive language which i cannot use on this mail.
                                I approached your customer care but there was no concrete reply from your team.
                                Please let me know whether this is the right way to behave with customers?

                                  There are almost more than 50+ people social distancing is there in outer space of dmart but not inside the store
                                  On today they didnt checked our body temperature 🤒 how careless they are as i dont have any kind of symptoms but other people must have or not have we dont know but we have to take our precautions so kindly check and resolve this solution asap

                                      SUB : LED LAMP NOT WORKING

                                      with reference to the above subject, I would like to inform that I have purchased the LED LAMP item code 830323 at D Mart Salem near five roads salem on 28.06.2020. Today I have fixed the same and found not working, so I called the DMart and explained the situation but in vain no proper response.

                                        Dear sir/madam
                                        Today, 3rd july, i visited dmart madhapur, hyderabad store at around 4 pm for some groceries and essentials. Normally there is a queue outside. When i reached there, it was direct entry and i thought there is no rush however when i entered inside it was too rush considering the social distancing norms at this point in time. I asked the security that why don't you restrict the entry and allow in small groups. He guided me to a staff called r venkatesh. When i approached him, he said what's the problem to you! And just ignored my concern. So i thought to take photo and escalate the matter. That's when he called his manager who asked me to delete the photos and when i denied he started to argue and said if you are not fine with rush go to other shops. So i explained him that it's a customer's choice to shop at any store but it's the duty of store to take the precautions for the safety of staff and customers both. And then few more staff started to gang up with him and abuse me and forced me to delete the photos. So i also lost patient and had to shout at the top of my voice to disperse them. But i was still abused and one of them said to get lost as it was their shop. Dont know how a brand like dmart allows such staff behaviour with customers that too for raising a genuine concern and risk. I would request to review the cctv footage near the tea and honey counters from 3.50 pm to 4.20 pm to confirm this incident and see the mockery of social distancing and abuse by dmart staff at this store. When i asked the name of the manager and those staff who were abusing, no one was ready to give and all those staff turned their id cards upside down so that i can't see their name. This itself shows that they were afraid of what they did and was not correct. Can strict action be taken against those staff and ensure that they don't play with the lives of peoole? Or do i need to file a complaint with the police as well?
