I have order some grocery items from dmart ready app on 22/05/20 via order reference number 16359529 and it was suppose to delivered on 25/05/20 today is 26/05/2020 and still we are not got the items and not even any update. Even no calls are been attended.

Request you to look in to same and deliver order on priority....

I have placed order thrice on dmart ready app - order no. 12622542 dated 01/05/2020 delivery date - 02/05/2020 - never got delivered. Went to store person near my location ie. 380015. They said it has got cancelled due to strict lockdown so again place an order. I again placed 2 orders[protected] and 15793909 dated 16/5/18 with delivery date 20/5/2020 both the orders still not received till date. Please let me know the status...

I bought 2 three fort cloths they are not refunding money our product.. Even though we are in green zone.. Product was not fitting and they were not helping at all.....

I had submitted order for pune through d-mart ready app on 5th may and the date of delivery was 9th may 2020. The order is still not delivered and no update on mail sent to the customer care. The order number is 14125455....

Its been a month i am following up for my refund but have not recived any feedback.

This is arun from warangal urban, telangana. I have brought 6 (Six) nilkamal chairs from d'mart on 23/05/2020. The products were not the finest one. I received delicate products it couldn't take the weight of 70 kgs. I need to exchange or return the items. Hope the complaint would resolve soon...

Brought groceries from dmart.. However noticed that the amount was debited twice from the debit card.

I did purchased grocery, in one of the campaign in our society eisha empire, handewadi rd, pune (411028) on 24-apr-20.

Now in my credit card statement i could see two transactions for same day, i. E.

I have ordered on 19/05/2020 order no.16148056 from dmart app and got a slot of 21/5/2020 for delivery but till now didn't got my order delivered. I have tried several time to customer service but no answer. Atleast you should update us through email, call or sms about date and time. So that i know that will i be getting my order delivery or not... I just want to know the status of my order...

We had an order delivered from dmart koparkhairane branch under the name of akanksha at sector 2a near zaika on 05/22/2020. We are extremely unhappy with the service you are providing during this pandemic. Person delivering the order is not well equipped with the items neither co-operative to check on the items one by one. So u had order only 1 packet of 1.5 kg surf excel powder, they delivered only 1 packet of surf excel powder but they had charged for 2 packet, and also i had order parle hide n seek choco chip and they had delivery macho coffe chip hide n seek parle biscuits,

I need my extra money refund for surf excel powder or deliver some other item instead...

I had place a order on d mart daily app. After try for almost 2 weeks order got place but there was no delivery.

I tried calling cc but can't get to connect with them. Also no status update sms or call. I know i current scinerio there will be some delays. But nobody is informing about the same.

Hi, i wanted to raise a complaint regarding order no 7966425 which i had placed through dmart ready app the amount of the order is ₹1819. The order didn't get placed and also the above mentioned amount got debited from my account. The transaction took placed on 4th may 2020 and i had also talked with the customer service for the same but still i haven't received my refund.
