My order no. Is 15253036. I made an order on 12/05/20 after struggling for a delivery slot finally they accepted my order. The delivery date was 16/05/20 but the order has not been delivered till date.

I have been trying on the provided number but no one seems to receive calls, you could have denied the order instead of playing with my time in this pandemic situation.

Today, i received delivery from dmart daily, the items which was delivered to us was not the same which we had ordered. Unfortunately, we have made payment for the items which we have received in the tax invoice bill (1681rs). Kindly, look into my order id[protected]Mumbai - pincode 400083) and take required action on this. I hope we will get delivery of items which we had ordered

I Have booked order on 12 May .it was scheduled for 15th May slot..but Not yet delivered.i have called many times to customer care number still no any response.. could you please help on this and deliver order as soon as possible.. Thanks in advance..

I made an order on 13.05.2020. My order No. is 14712278 and the delivery date was 15.05.2020, but the order has not been delivered till date.
I have been trying on the provided number but no one seems to receive call.
So kindly confirm status of my order.

The payment against my dmart order (#10527396 on the date of 20th april, 2020) has been made thrice. The billing amount (Rs.-1028/-) has been deducted thrice from my bank account. I have written to the customer care several times regarding the same but yet to get any resolution. Please have a look on this matter and take the necessary steps as early as possible.

Not providing any update on my order.
Where as my neighbour had received the order on time.
I was supposed to get delivery on 15th may 20 but order is not yet received and no update also no reply from dmart store.
My neighbour got his delivery on time 16th may 2020.
Very bad service on this part.
Atleast give proper contact no. With whom we can connect and get the status of order.

My complaint is I order my mobile your app but last 5 days not accept your server what can I do your service not good your company ... Which time i do know all orders submit any details send my id :- [protected]@gmail.com

This is regards to dmart ready confirmed online order number 14867166

I have placed an online order #14867166 for groceries via dmart ready app on 10-may-2020. The order was supposed to be deliver on 11-may-2020 however it has not been delivered yet i. E.14-may-2020.

There is no response from d-mart even after multiple calls on [protected] or [protected]

I understand that there could be a delay or cancellation of my order due to restrictions or high demand of groceries delivery but there should be proper way of communication/update regarding the online order and also there should be an option available in d-mart ready app to cancel the online order if not deliver within committed date/timeline.

Kindly look into the issue and resolve it on priority basis.

Thanks for home delivery of items received today. However due to lock-out in our area due to covid19, the delivery was made at security gate of our campus.
The copy of the invoice has been attached herewith. It may be noted that item at hsn 0908 (Elaichi green rs 102.00) is missing from delivery item. Also please note the discrepancy in the invoice shows total 23 packed items whereas total items in the list are 24 packed items + 2 nos. Loose item.

Please review and revert for the discrepancy and for the missing item for which you have already charged the amount of rs.102.00.

I have placed an order no. 13351016 dated 03/05/2020 and indicated delivery date was 06/05/2020. Till date no delivery received nor a phone call from D'Mart team to know the status of that.
After a lot of complaints to company, still no improvement. Kindly help.

I ordered grocery from Dmart which was supposed to be delivered on 10th May. Today is 14th May and the order has not been delivered yet. The order no is 12929316. I tried to contact them but the call is not getting connected. Atleast they should inform the order status.

We placed order on dmart app. Placed an order of Karachi biscuits with other essential items. But to our suprise we received stale biscuits with fungus on it.

I have placed a online order through D- Mart ready app. Order was placed on 9th May 2020. Delivery date was 13th May 2020. Order no. Is 14636546. But still it is not delivered.
Please see into it.
In this pandemic period it will be helpful if order is delivered.

As goverment said to stay at home for that i most of people places online grocery order but dmart is not fullfill customer requirements.

It's seems d mart online service d mart ready is doing fun with his customer in this penic time of pendamic of covid 19.

Place order and confirm by app on 9th may and order no 14733918
Order delivery date 11th may
No delivery, no response of mail. Today is 13th may till now not delivered my order nor respond on mail or calls.

Customer care number are out of service directly it's not ringing also.

I can't understand once order is confirmed why they not supply the order. We understood that this time they have lot of pressure of work but they should at least confirm over the phone or by sms that when we get our order or not get.
No process of order tracking.

All in dark. Can't expect this from avenue supermarts type of organisation. We bound to go out side to purchase the necessary item. This is real exam time of these so called online or home delivery services
