Dear sir/madam
Today, 3rd july, i visited dmart madhapur, hyderabad store at around 4 pm for some groceries and essentials. Normally there is a queue outside. When i reached there, it was direct entry and i thought there is no rush however when i entered inside it was too rush considering the social distancing norms at this point in time. I asked the security that why don't you restrict the entry and allow in small groups. He guided me to a staff called r venkatesh. When i approached him, he said what's the problem to you! And just ignored my concern. So i thought to take photo and escalate the matter. That's when he called his manager who asked me to delete the photos and when i denied he started to argue and said if you are not fine with rush go to other shops. So i explained him that it's a customer's choice to shop at any store but it's the duty of store to take the precautions for the safety of staff and customers both. And then few more staff started to gang up with him and abuse me and forced me to delete the photos. So i also lost patient and had to shout at the top of my voice to disperse them. But i was still abused and one of them said to get lost as it was their shop. Dont know how a brand like dmart allows such staff behaviour with customers that too for raising a genuine concern and risk. I would request to review the cctv footage near the tea and honey counters from 3.50 pm to 4.20 pm to confirm this incident and see the mockery of social distancing and abuse by dmart staff at this store. When i asked the name of the manager and those staff who were abusing, no one was ready to give and all those staff turned their id cards upside down so that i can't see their name. This itself shows that they were afraid of what they did and was not correct. Can strict action be taken against those staff and ensure that they don't play with the lives of peoole? Or do i need to file a complaint with the police as well?

      My amount has been debited successfully but order states payment failed, dmart has raised a ticket # 496418 but haven't responded for last 4 days on email. I also called on helpline and they stated that there is issue with upi but aren't aware of my refund status.

        I am Balakrishna Poojary i have ordered goods from dmart ready online app and payment done by upi id from my daughter's id and its deducted from our bank account and my order no is 18646431 and amount is Rs.3750.23 but still the status is showing payment failed in their online application and no one is responding from customer services.Also attached payment slip for your reference

            I have placed an order from dmart mobile application on 28th june 2020 for total amount of 8089.62, even after the successful payment the order declined and asked for repayment. I even reached my bank for confirmation they said the amount of 8089.62 debited from the account for the same order. I tried to connect dmart customer care over the email and phone but no one replied from past 3 days.

              I had ordered on dmart app on 28th june. I used the upi payment mode and the amount of ₹ 1290 got deducted from my account. However the order was not processed and i have not yet received any refund.

                I had ordered on 21june and got a slot of delivery for 23rd june. Today it is 27th june and order is not delivered yet. No status updates are given regarding the order. Unable to reach customer care because of busy line. I need my order delivery or kindly refund the amount.

                    Recently i ordered from dmart on date 18/06/20 and received the order on 20/06/20.
                    But i received haldiram soan papdi -250gm which was outdated.
                    When i started eating soan papdi it didn't have a soft bad smell coming from the same.
                    The soan papdi packed on 27 sep 2019 and best before date is 009 feb 2020, means before 4 months is outdated or expired.
                    I also send mail to dmartbefore 2 dys ago foe the same and ask to refund, but no response from them.
                    D-mart provided a ticket num to me on the mail — ticket received #489009

                    Pfa invoice and soan papdi rapper which show the above mentioned dates.

                      I paid online through Google Pay for Dmart grocery purchase. I got an alert from GPay UPI payment option in Dmart payments; that a payment is requested for same amount by the name of [protected]@icici.
                      The amount got deducted successfully, but it is not reflecting in my google pay transactions nor has dmart received it.
                      I want my refund back.
                      Who is this [protected]@icici who is cheating us?

                        Dear sir,

                        Today, on monay, 22 june, 2020 at 3.11pm, i paid rs. 5108.72 using paytm, through sbi upi at d mart supermarket

                        "sector -5, yashwant viva township, village achole, nalasopara (East), thane - 401209. But the transaction failed. Whereas, i received the message of amount deduction from my bank account immediately.
                        Now, i am suffering. Please reverse the payment in my account.

                          Hello! I had placed on order of rs.1928 on 21 june 2020 with order number 18334532 through the upi payment option and i had paid the requested amount but after paying the amount there was no confirmation on the dmart app and money was already debited from my bank account and i m yet to receive any refund of that
                          Please look into the matter and raise the query immediately

                              Respected sir/madam,
                              I would like to lodge a complaint against your nagpada br staff for non cooperating with us by giving several excuses.
                              I would like to inform you that i visited your d'mart store nagpada on 17.06.2020. At around 9.40. A. M. After filling my basket with groceries etc and while making payment at the bill counter i realised that my money had been robbed/fallen from the envelopes in which i was carrying my money rs.8000/-
                              On asking your incharge to check cctv footage for us to identify whether the money have fallen in your shop and we just wanted to check to this but your staff started making excuses. We had to call the police after which the staff assured to talk to the concern person operating the cc tv and to get back to us on the same. After this we made several calls to your zonal incharge mr abdul and also concen store incharge but we didnt get satisfactory answers from them. Therefore this mail.
                              Kindly lets us know the remedy to this.
                              Waiting for your reply and obliged.

                                We have ordered goods vide order no. 17984008 on 13/06/2020 with delivery slot date of 14/06/2020. Unfortunately we have neither received our goods ordered nor received any call from your end. We also tried our local dmart telephone number, but could not be reached.

                                    We are unhappy with this home delivery service as many items are misplaced by delivery boys.

                                    We recieved one himalaya diaper only out of two which have been charged in the attached invoice.
                                    We always trusted in d-mart service but it's unfair to get this kind of service from such big supermarket d-mart airoli.

                                        Payment failed but amount deducted

                                        Order number 17772143. I have tried to placed this order for rs. 1058/- as on date 13.06.2020 but when i reached to last stage of payment i got error and payment failed but amount already deducted from my account. As i got error i suggest to retry payment i did the same. When i asked in my bank they told me first payment has been successfully placed they give me ref. No. Supi[protected].
                                        I have already mailed with ticket number. 481451...
