Today we have received online D-mart material we have found there are lots of mistake in bill and extra charges add I book Oil Fortune plus 1liter 106 and total 1272 (with received box amount is same print in bill) . And in blil to they provide D-mart I pay Oil Fortune plus 1liter 123.5 and total 1482 and Secound is I book Dukes bourbone Biscuits 150gm each 20 and total amount is 40 Rs(with received box amount is same print in bill). And in blil to they provide D-mar In bill i pay Dukes bourbone Biscuits 150gm each 27 and total amount is 54 we have pay extra 224 Rs and please please resolve my problem and Refund my money soon as soon possible.. pics attach for your reference

      Hello good evening, i have visited today evening around 11pm, d-mart (Malad-w)
      I wanted to enquire there about something first of all there was no enquiry counters thats is fine we can understand because may be all staffs are busy in other works with the customers but there was one stupid guy (Uneducated) in light blue shirt at the entrance who doesn’t know how to talk with customers how to reply to customers, my father is government servant so i was enquiring that is any person form government do they have to stand in que or u they also have to first collecting coupons in the morning at 8 am than have to come back for shopping that was the simple query from my side, but that stupid guy he was very rude even he doesn’t know what to reply he was no u go from here u go and he was started abusing in his own language, this is how d-mart staff serve the people this is the way to talk to customers, am very disappointed with his behaviour and i hope he will not repeat with any one and yes he was try to taking my pictures and was saying now i will show u the way he was saying like he is threatening me and even he was not in uniform but i know he was from staff and was saying come inside i will show u, show u means what does he was going to beat me its very scary for me so i hope u guys or d-mart guys will going to do strict action on him thank you

        Dear team,

        I am physically handicapped person living alone in my flat. I have first time order on d mart ready app because now due to lockdown and some other reasons not able to move from my place.

        I have recd called from your delivery person that he is not given delivery on our place. We have to come in front of colony which is approx 300m from my flat.

        I request them that sir i am physically handicapped person not able to carry the bags and walk.

        They said that its your problem, if you are not come then we will cancel the order and they return from near by my location.

        Dear team, is it the way that in this serious condition your delivery boys are treating the physically challenged people. We are not asking anything for free. If we pay the delivery charges then why we are getting proper service.

        Very bad service.

          Online order submit by app on 25.04.2020. Received today with half product and when open the box a lot of item was not ordered by me.in 15-20 items i ordered only 4 things received as per my list apart from that they delivered order of their choice.
          For example - 1 kg nutri choice biscuit i never purchased of 5 rs packet of that brand in my life and they sent me 1 kg
          And many other things they have added

          I know you are doing good but you creating problem also. If you dont have those particular things request you to please hide or tag out of order on the product. You are making money from this but see the situation of others also. Provide right thing to the right person who is in need of that

          And now same scene.. I had called delievery boy he said to contact customer care and their only bell rings nobody is answering that calls 20 times i tried.

          Take a call on this kind of mismanagement and blunder right now you are creating and tag products which are not availabee with you

            I would like to state that i am trying to book the order from your portal from last 4 days, midnight between 1200 to 1245am but every time it shows error, as you are aware that as per the current situation we cannot go out and buy essential products. Earlier also there was complaint lodge personally by me at mira road dmart for cheating with us pertaining at the cash counter.
            At present also the time slots are open for 30 april, but the comments says oops something went wrong pls try again. This is happening multiple times and fed up of doing online.
            Kindly find the screen shot attached below for your information.

            May i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve asap.

              First of all I did not get all d stuff wch I ordered I only got few stuff in wch cooking oil is of different company and 200 rs higher dan the billing price I m not at all satisfied with d service

                I've placed my order on Dmart app on 16th April and the delivery date was 18th April. It's been 1 week now since the delivery date and still didn't get the order. Please resolve this issue. My order no. is 9791235.

                  I had placed an order on 20/04/2020 and my order id is 10881491. My order was expected to come by 21/04/2020, but today is 24/04/2020 and there has been no response about the order from their side.

                  I tried contacting their customer care which always comes to be busy and also sent a mail for which i got a system generated reply that they are not able to reply to queries on timely basis. Instead of such a mail it would had been a relief for me if they had given me the status of my order which perhaps they did not.
                  Also the app shows the same status as "created" since 20/04/2020. There is no option to cancel the order.

                  I can understand that due to lock down they might not be having required staff but, it is at least expected to give the status of the order. Also if there are so many pending order with them they should not have accepted new orders. This is creating mere confusion among customers.

                  I request them to either deliver my order or cancel it and give intimation accordingly

                    I have ordered few items from your dmart store at upparpally hyderabad online (Through your mobile app) on tuesday (21st april, 2020) and the order was scheduled delivery on 22nd april, 2020 showing the time as 7am to 9pm.
                    Still today i am awaiting for my order and i didn't even get any message or a call that i will be getting my order.
                    I tried calling them, sent them many messages through my gmail but there is no response.
                    I am also going to tweet our telangana govt that is this the service we are getting in this critical covid situation.

                        We ordered 5 kg of sugar and we received 5.014 kg of sugar but the amount charge for 10.028 kg. Due to lockdown vehicles are not allowed inside our lane he called us down to receive a parcel so we were not able to crosscheck it.

                              My name is deepak verma, i have order online by dmart aapp and i received at[protected] order id 8914680.
                              I ordered some of items but at the time of delivery they deliver alternate items and delivery boy said some of items are out of stock then we change items in your order from which items are available in store.
                              I order nirma wahing powder they given wheel washing powder, i order nirma det. Cake they given rin cackem i order 1 kg ratlami sev they increased it 2 kg haldiram aalo bhujia.
                              My concern it if the item was not available in store they should confirm from me before adding alternate items or generate the bill.
                              Please look in this matter asap, reply me soon

                                I and one of my friend placed 2 different orders for same location for delivery on same date. Dmart delivered order no. 8230993 partially only stating that the other items are not available. But they did not deliver the order no.: 8230746. They called and stated that 'your location is more that 4 to 5km, so can't deliver'. The lady who spoke does not know the location and simple she stated that. But actually my location is within 5 km. How come one order is delivered and other order is not delivered for same location. I called customer care as well dmart, panvel but they said it will be delivered that day, two days waited calling both regularly and they replied the same but on the 3rd day when i called dmart, panvel, they said 'your order is cancelled'. Even the customer care person doesn't know that my order was cancelled and they were fooling us it will come today like that for 3 days. For the order which was delivered partially, when we visited that day to panvel dmart store we found all items are available but they failed to deliver all items.

                                Similarly, placed an order for delivery on 21.04.2020 (Order no.:8232300) but the delivery person called on 21.04.2020 night and said "only few items are available and not all and should we deliver?". They mentioned that those unimportant items are only available and questioned us 'should we have deliver'. Obviously, we told 'no' and immediate next second we called and said to bring the items but he told order is cancelled and cannot deliver.
                                This is the trick dmart is using to avoid delivery during this crisis time though all the stock is available. All the story is about dmart, panvel.
                                So, again i have placed another order (Order no.: 8579242) to be delivered on 25.04.2020, lets see what's the story they are going to say for this.

                                    I have placed order with dmart on 17 apr, and delivery date date was 20 apr still nahi received my order.
                                    I m trying to call customer care but the number is continuously busy.. I have put a mail on customer care id still not received any reply.
                                    If home delivery is not possible why you have given option...

                                      dmart ready - not received online order grocery

                                      Hello,

                                      As goverment said to stay at home for that i most of people places online grocery order but dmart is not fullfill customer requirements.

                                      It's seems d mart online service d mart ready is doing fun with his customer in this penic time of pendamic of covid 19.

                                      Place order and confirm by app on 12th april order no 9519273.
                                      Order delivery date 14 th april.
                                      No delivery, no response...

                                      I have ordered on 17/04/2020 order no.10609847 from dmart app and got a slot of 20/4/2020 for delivery but till now didn't got my order delivered. Even not getting proper respond of email. I have tried several time to customer service but no answer. Atleast you should update us through email, call or sms about date and time. So that i know that will i be getting my order delivery or not... I just want to know the status of my order...
