We purchased groccery as per attached invoice attached from Udupi D mart store on 04/05/2023.

First i paid from gpay, payment from my account debited but payment status showed "processing".

Then i made payment from my Canara Bank app and payment was done.

I have enclosed photo of gpay payment history but tried to provide nearly all details which you may require, please see into the matter and initiate refund as soon as possible.

I purchased i cream from out side store presented by d mart but they have to charge 25 rs with recepit and dont get acutal ice cream and told me to take another ice cream insted of the origal..very bed service and behaviour of employee.. i had not reserved amout also icream..and i well never purcase any ice cream... In future

Hello, yesterday in evening at around 7 pm at dmart indore rau avenue. A man tried to cut line and when other person stopped him, he created alot of nuisance inside store. He even beat him badly in the parking lot of the store and it caused a havoc. None of the security guard interfered in the matter which has lead to losing trust with the branch and the security provided to prevent such actions.
I request you to kindly take serious action and prevent such cases in future.

I have purchased some groceries at virumbakkam Chennai on 03, May 2023 and when I was about to pay the bill they refused to accept the 500 rupees note which is Little dirty..

Store manager at virugambakkam is very rude and doesn't have an patience to communicate with the customers and explain the reason properly..

That manager have asked to raise the complaint against him directly in a lethargic way.. which is rude and worst behaviour against the customer.

Take immediate action against him and teach the way how to talk to the customers in the proper way.

Don't encourage this kind of people in the well known shopping bazar like dmart. and reputation will get damaged..

Today I purchased above product from your Damrt shop. Ref bill no[protected] dated[protected]. The above product is defective, bad. I don’t have correct word in English. in Marathi it is kujlela, Naslela.
Kindly record the complaint. I tried to contact phone number on bill [protected] and number[protected] but no one is responding. If I don’t get response by 13 noon tomorrow, I will take further action like FDA or police.

Today I purchase Chedda’s Long masala banana chips from Demart shop at Gat No 1043/1, Wai - Surur Road, A.P. java the, Atal Wai Dist Satara 415518.
My bill No is[protected] dated 30/4/2023. I made purchases of total 2, 897/- Sorry to tell you that above mentioned product banana chips was found bad, defective, spoiled. I cannot describe in words. In Marathi it may be discribed as kujlela, naaslela etc.

I was paying for my order at dmart ready store with my debit card and it showed failed at their card machine but it got debited from my account and after then i done another payment it got succesfull but my previous amount has not been refunded and there are no serious response from the d-mart and it already been 3 days there are no conformation of my refund

Aid order of more than Rs 3000, dated 16April 23, neither delivered nor amount refunded immediately for dmart's inability to deliver the order taken online. WE HAVE WAITED MANY DAYS FOR ITEMES TO RECEIVE ON MORNING SLOT SELECTED. TO MANY PHONE Complaints TO Customer care, DAILY DIFFERENT ANSWERS GIVEN FOR THE DELAY. FINALLY YESTERDAY ONE OFFICER REVEALED THAT THEY HAVE ISSUES AT BHANDUP GODOWN/WHEREHOUSE.

On the top of it. TO OUR SEVEN(7) EMAIL COMPLAINTS NONE ATTENDED/REPLIED AT ALL !!????

THE BUSINESS IS RUN BY THE PERSONS WITH VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS.

I am Senthil Kumaran from Madurai. Yesterday[protected] I visited a DMart store in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. I bought a shirt in the 50% offer section. The shirt printed MRP price is Rs. 299 only. But the billing price is Rs. 199. I asked the biller, 50% offer means the shirt costs Rs. 150 then why are you billing Rs. 199. He told me that the shirt offered only Rs. 100 (No politeness in his voice tone also). This is a cheated or machine false. I am disappointed by this purchase from Dmart. I request you to give me proper reasons and clarifications. Please take necessary action.

I have billed an item 100g jersey mango yogurt worth 25/- along with other items, which is being missed after i check the items after reaching home.

I purchased today grocery in Gajuwaka D mart... each ever picking is additional 500grams in original weighing... example dry chilly (mirchi) packed in original weighing 118 drams.. but it shows 482 grams.. not only mirchi but also sugar, idli ravva, ground nuts show weighing above 500grams in original weighing... ask to staff members this fraudulent weighing but they replied courtesy answers... please check your loose grocery weighing package

This complaint is regarding poor management at Ravet dmart shopping center.

Need to highlight that I suffered with Urinary retention today morning only because one of the floor supervisor vandana gaikwad was not allowing customers to use customer washrooms.

I did wait for more than 30min, later she asked me to go to outside drivers washroom, it was smelling very vad i could bot tolerate...

But, for some time I have problem with the fc maneger, as his behavior is very insulting, and iam resigning my job. He disrespect me upon small matters, although I am very punctual and work very well.

Hi, on 31st of March I shopped from dmart, Hinjewadi phase 1, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra for items of worth 2646.61, due to a server issue from their end my payment got stuck and since the line was long I payed using a different UPI again, which was successful, but my first payment was already debited from my account and showing processing, I contacted the store employees and they assured me that the payment will be refunded, next day the transaction was successful, so I went there again and they assured me the same thing again, it's been a week now but I have not received any refund please look in the matter and give my money back.

I ordered products on 3rd and received msg on 4th that the products have been delivered. But, I still haven’t received the products. Inspite of constant follow up and complaints on customer support, the issue has still not been resolved. Everyday I am given false promise that it will be delivered today but no confirmation on the same. DMart definitely respect their loyal customers. It’s a mental harassment.

I carried out a Rs. 741 UPI transaction on March 29. I made another transaction because the first one was showing as pending, and it was successful. The pending transaction was successful later that day, and I was charged twice for the same amount. Even after several requests, the store employees are not reacting appropriately....

2 April 2023, i did shopping in dmart nanded city pune, first idid payment through goay and that time it showed processing. After waiting for 5 minutes it shows same processing then as told by dmart employees i did second payment it was successful full.
Then afterwards first payment also completed.
So paid twice
Then contact to that dmart they said it will refund in 6 to 7 days.
Is it true it will take that much longtime ?
