    I have complained the d2h on 12 th regarding my set top box replacement but till now nobody called me or fix my problem. D2h people are so irresponsible at job given, iam trying to call them every 2 hr but is of no use. They only tell that we need to wait the technician will come soon but no even a single technician came or called me till date

      My customer ID[protected]

      I am using Videocon DTH for more than 8 years now. About 5 months ago all the components including Dish Reflector, LNB, HDMI Cable and Remote Controller as per the D2H technician recommendation. He has charged Rs. 4, 500/- for the entire service activity including Relocation charge (for changing place from one corner in the terrace to other). Later I have understood that Videocon Record of above activity carried out by their Service Technician. The total expenses incurred was more than if I opted for new connection. For few weeks the signal was good.

      Nowadays, I am frequently experience NO SIGNAL issue in the connection and had to raised complaints to D2H frequently. In the span of last two month, I have raised two complaints. Every time only temporary solution is provided by the Company. And every time visiting, they are charging Rs. 200/- service charge. Now also I have signal issues and the service visit was made by Service technician on 10th October 2021.

      The customer care service is also not working properly with VRS not properly transferring calls to back-end customer service executives.

      I am looking for the permanent solution for this recurring issue.

      My complaint is not resolved yet. I want Videocon to take back all the electronic component and hardware & return my deposit money Rs. 4500/- so that I will the freedom to choose other service provider.

      My name is Suchandra Nag, staying in Bharuch, Gujarat, my customer ID[protected]. I am using Videocon DTH for more than 8 years now. About 2days ago, I was registered complaint for no signal was came in my TV . Their customer care had give ensure me that their service technician approach my house within 24 hours. Later I have understood that Videocon Record of above activity not carried out by their Service Technician. The total harassments faced by us because I am living in very remote place and here is TV is only a recreation devise to me.

      Nowadays, I am continuously experience NO SIGNAL issue in the connection and had to raised complaints to D2H frequently. In the span of last two days, I have raised two complaints.           The transaction id WREC[protected] was utilized for 5 days against the incorrect VC [protected] on which payment was made therefore the unused amount of Rs.415/- has been transferred to the right VC [protected]. Now the revised switch-off date is 06/Nov/2021 for d2h VC no- [protected].

                    Videocon d2h service has gone too low, a pathetic service where the charges are too high for a package but half of the month it's on No Signal Mode... And when call the customer care they always has a demand to pay money to the engineer who will visit every time... Never going for this d2h company and would suggest others also the same personally as well as online...

                                  I am user of videocon d2h. Recently they changed channel number. Now my channels are not In sync. I already raised complain with customer care but no resolution. After sometime I received call from technician and told me to change set top box. And it will charge 450rs INR. Here, I have concern. I never asked d2h to update channel number. And I am sure there is not any issue with set top box. If there is a problem with set top box then I will be not able to watch any channel but I can see channels. Only channels are not in sync. Now they don't have solution or don't know to troubleshoot issue so they are asking to change set top box.
