No signal half the month

Videocon d2h service has gone too low, a pathetic service where the charges are too high for a package but half of the month it's on No Signal Mode... And when call the customer care they always has a demand to pay money to the engineer who will visit every time... Never going for this d2h company and would suggest others also the same personally as well as online......

Channels Not updated even after repeated tries

Customer care is not giving proper answers. Even after having recharge in account. They are not providing channel MY PACK customised service.
Infinity app is worst...
Online website is also not updating channels....

Even after recharging the d2h TV still its services are not resumed and even the customer care services numbers are not working...

My consumer number[protected] pin 413001

on my screen saying signal not available last 30 days signal not availafor only available 5 to 6 hours only day time your operater says fixing this i am beig asked Rs 200 to a service engineer visit, this is absolutely not acceptable. Why do I need to pay Rs 200 to him for no fault of mine......

No solution of complain

I am user of videocon d2h. Recently they changed channel number. Now my channels are not In sync. I already raised complain with customer care but no resolution. After sometime I received call from technician and told me to change set top box. And it will charge 450rs INR. Here, I have concern. I never asked d2h to update channel number. And I am sure there is not any issue with set top box. If there is a problem with set top box then I will...

I'd like you to disable the mirror connection for my STB. I don't have any requirement for a mirror connection and have never applied for a mirror connection. Different channel showing in different channel numbers

I am having this compalint for 2 weeks now, the channel number 2885 which is to show Tamil Naaptol is showing Telugu TV9, wherein 2453 which is Telugu TV9 also shows Telugu TV9 and this has happened to me 2 weeks before onwards much before the 30th august channel number change announced by the company, more than 30 channels are showing different channels in different channel numbers...
