I am using Videocon DTH for more than 8 years now. About 5 months ago all the components including Dish Reflector, LNB, HDMI Cable and Remote Controller as per the D2H technician recommendation. He has charged Rs. 4, 500/- for the entire service activity including Relocation charge (for changing place from one corner in the terrace to other). Later I have understood that Videocon Record of above activity carried out by their Service Technician. The total expenses incurred was more than if I opted for new connection. For few weeks the signal was good.
Nowadays, I am frequently experience NO SIGNAL issue in the connection and had to raised complaints to D2H frequently. In the span of last two month, I have raised two complaints. Every time only temporary solution is provided by the Company. And every time visiting, they are charging Rs. 200/- service charge. Now also I have signal issues and the service visit was made by Service technician on 10th October 2021.
The customer care service is also not working properly with VRS not properly transferring calls to back-end customer service executives.
I am looking for the permanent solution for this recurring issue.

Updated by Rajds D2H technician called just now and instead of fixing the signal issue, he asked Rs. 450/- for dislocation charge but actually I am not relocating.

Updated by Rajds My complaint is not resolved yet. I want Videocon to take back all the electronic component and hardware & return my deposit money Rs. 4500/- so that I will the freedom to choose other service provider.
