I had done my recharge on 28th August via recharge pay india of Rs.2000.
Till now there is no credit in my account this amount.
I called your customer care number many times but there is no response from your side and there is no proper answer to give me by your customer care executive.
Your customer care officer not down my complaint on 1st September.complaint...

Additional amount deduction

Please note the D2h company is deducted additional amount once I recharged and confirm to waive, but again denied to return. I have raised many complaints, but still no one is responding against the same.

I have been charged incorrectly by videocon earlier it used to be a fine amount as plan and packages were fixed but from the day new TRAI guidelines have been introduced we were supposed to pick our channels ourselves however videocon d2h adds add on or channels without asking and starts charging you for it and when complained about it they never provide any resolution, have tried contacting them multiple times everytime they say they will...

There is always an issue for MARATHI channels. And have to pay every damn time for the engineer who comes and does nothing useful

Marathi channels don't work properly almost daily. And when called to complaint they charge for every damn time for the engineer to come and fix the problem. And the problem isn't fixed at all. We I think need to change the service....

Refund of the amount paid during Connection request

Hello Team,

I am writing this mail as I am fed up with the customer service executives, available with d2H, every time I am getting the same response as they are working from home and don't know anything.

I applied for the d2H connection on 17th of August and later on 19th of August cancelled it. I applied through the d2H portal and paid the required amount 1741 Rs. Its 27th August and still the refund was...

Tens of irritating spam advertisement calls per day

Getting extremely irritating, tens of spam advertisement calls from Videocon d2h everyday and there is no option to opt out of it. Even without subscribing myself, they themself added my number to their call list for advertisement.

This is highly unprofessional behaviour, do Videocon d2h expect that we have all the time in the day dedicated to answer their calls and do nothing else?

If this unprofessional, irritating...

I recharged my account on 8 April 2021 with Rs.500.00 which was due on 10 April 2021.Next due date was given 24/07/2021.On 22 April 2021, I made a service request 86663411 which was attended by technician on the same day in the evening and he took Rs.200.00. Unable to view all channels subscribed by me

Unable to view all the channels subscribed by me and on channel 755 instead of Fakt marathi Arun prabha is displayed.
While I am able view sone channels clearly other channels display signal not available and on calling customer care they only insist on visit by technician. However when refresh message was sent by you the channels were viewable but again the same problem persists.

Message from Vediocon recharge RS.1140/- 6months offer. But after recharge RS.1140/-get only 5 month offer. We call Vediocon executive he say recharge RS.1157/- but we receive message from Vediocon recharge only RS.1140/- so kindly give 6 month offer. Please extend validity of recharge....

Refund amount not credited

I have discontinued my Videocon D2h connection today (21/08/2021) but I had recharged my account (customer id[protected] a few days back and now my account has ₹ 570 which will be unused and its a loss for me.

I asked for a refund with the customer care but they denied stating it's a prepaid account. And that there is no provision for a refund from their side.

I desire a full refund of ₹580....

No refund or cancellation of d2h connection

We have been using the D2h connection (2 connections) since 2013 Customer ID : 91092115. Now we want to submit the connection but we were out rightly rejected by the customer support team. They mentioned they did not take a security deposit and so they will neither collect the setup boxes or antennae for it. Returning the money is out of question as they said they did not take a security deposit in the first place....

Relocation Charged for 2 Box instead of 1 box

I am using Tata Sky since more than 10 years and my subscriber id is [protected], in Aug 2021 i have given request of relocation of Tata sky from one room to another room in the same premises, customer executive had told me that i will be charged for relocation, i agreed to it, i have moved only one box from one room to another room but i have been charged for relocation of 2 boxes i have raised complaint multiple times but i have not got...

Videocon d2h playing with our money

Unfortunately we purchased video-con tv (with built in set top box). In April/May I charged it with Rs 4000 so that my old parents can enjoy uninterrupted services even if I am out of station or busy to recharge. On 29-June channels stopped working so my father Shri Krishna Murty raised a complaint. A lady named Swarupa talked and assured services. After that a technician named NARENDRA was assigned on the same day. that person came home...

Payment Transfer

I have done recharge on 11th Aug 21 for12 months package, RS.5441 Unfortunately I did on old Customer Id: 28124080 instead of[protected].

I raised this issue to customer care on 11 Aug itself, But transfer process is still in progress, and support person is not responding properly, Since 11th Aug they were saying wait for 8 hrs and 24 hrs and so on....
