Sir, I am a Videocon D2H user[protected] since 10 years on 30th Aug2021 they changed channel numbers which is not appear on my TV.
d2h change channel number. Now not getting the colour channel. All other channel is working
d2h customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

D2H person is now asking to change the setup box. For one colour channel which is not coming after they changed the channel number. I do not understand what is the logic behind this to change the setup box for the one channel which is not coming. Now for new setup box I have spend money.
I see same complaint are raised by the other customer also after channel number changed by D2h.
Please help me resolve this issue.

      I'd like you to disable the mirror connection for my STB. I don't have any requirement for a mirror connection and have never applied for a mirror connection. Currently there are two VC no. for a single account. One is a mirror connection which needs to be disabled and only one primary account should remain. My customer ID is [3569079].

          Hello team
          I have booked a d2h connection on 04.09.2021 online from official website of d2h. My reference number is #33070 and installation request number is [protected]. On 05.09.2021 i got a message regarding installation. That technician will visit between 04:00 pm to 5:00 pm. But they haven't arrived yet. When i called customer care service they are only misleading me saying call sales department as you have booked online, we have no record regarding this and we are working from home we can't process your call to senior executives . When i call sales department they keep saying that we have only record of booking which is initiated from us. I keep calling customer care but they haven't solved my problem. I feel being cheated as i have done online payment Rs 1741 otherwise i would have taken dth connection from other provider.please help in cancelling my order of installation and initiate my refund which got deducted. It's pathetic customer care response i have ever seen. I am attaching screenshot of payment and message.
          Hoping for necessary action by your side.

                I am having this compalint for 2 weeks now, the channel number 2885 which is to show Tamil Naaptol is showing Telugu TV9, wherein 2453 which is Telugu TV9 also shows Telugu TV9 and this has happened to me 2 weeks before onwards much before the 30th august channel number change announced by the company, more than 30 channels are showing different channels in different channel numbers

                Same issue facing by me. Colors channel which is coming in 105 now change to 107. But instead of color channel getting Asian news net channel in 107. All other channel is working.
                Same issue facing by me. And instead of solving issue they are convincing me to replace set top box. Which is 450rs. I never asked d2h to update channel numbers. Ridiculous services. No reply. And harsh language from customer care executive. I have recording in which he is asking me to pay 450rs and change set top box or else be continue with my issue.

                  I had done my recharge on 28th August via recharge pay india of Rs.2000.
                  Till now there is no credit in my account this amount.
                  I called your customer care number many times but there is no response from your side and there is no proper answer to give me by your customer care executive.
                  Your customer care officer not down my complaint on 1st September.complaint number is[protected].and she told me that within 24 hours your query must be resolved.
                  But till now the amount of Rs.2000 is not credited in my account.
                  Resolve my query as soon as possible and reply me as soon as possible.
                  If I am not satisfied with your service I will complaint against you on CONSUMER COURT (FORUM).

                      I have been charged incorrectly by videocon earlier it used to be a fine amount as plan and packages were fixed but from the day new TRAI guidelines have been introduced we were supposed to pick our channels ourselves however videocon d2h adds add on or channels without asking and starts charging you for it and when complained about it they never provide any resolution, have tried contacting them multiple times everytime they say they will raise a complaint and will get it sorted but they never do, no help is being given and no correct information is being given every single time agent informs something else and never reach a resolution, we really need TRAI to look into this as it's not just with us almost everyone is facing this issue and videocon d2h and other providers are molesting customers because customers don't have rights in india, TRAI has to set an example for these companies

                            Please note that we tried to contact you on 93*****239 for the service charges issue but there was no response. Please note that as per the offer, a 50% waiver against the set-top box replacement charge of Rs.125 has already been credited on your d2h connection customer id[protected] on 22/08/2021. The offer was that we are providing a 50% discount for your connection on a service visit, other hardware charges if applicable need to be paid extra. In case the engineer confirmed that STB needs to be swapped then STB Swap charges will be discounted to 50 % and Service Charges will be applicable. So as per the offer you got the 50% waiver against set-top box charges only. For further assistance, please call us on our customer care number[protected].

                                Marathi channels don't work properly almost daily. And when called to complaint they charge for every damn time for the engineer to come and fix the problem. And the problem isn't fixed at all. We I think need to change the service.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I am writing this mail as I am fed up with the customer service executives, available with d2H, every time I am getting the same response as they are working from home and don't know anything.

                                  I applied for the d2H connection on 17th of August and later on 19th of August cancelled it. I applied through the d2H portal and paid the required amount 1741 Rs. Its 27th August and still the refund was not processed. There is no way to track the refund as well and as already said customer executives are working from home so they dont know anything.

                                  I have attached the payment screenshot for your reference.

                                  Kindly help me and process the refund.

                                    Getting extremely irritating, tens of spam advertisement calls from Videocon d2h everyday and there is no option to opt out of it. Even without subscribing myself, they themself added my number to their call list for advertisement.

                                    This is highly unprofessional behaviour, do Videocon d2h expect that we have all the time in the day dedicated to answer their calls and do nothing else?

                                    If this unprofessional, irritating and cheap behaviour continues, I will be convinced to change my DTH service.

                                      I recharged my account on 8 April 2021 with Rs.500.00 which was due on 10 April 2021.Next due date was given 24/07/2021.On 22 April 2021, I made a service request 86663411 which was attended by technician on the same day in the evening and he took Rs.200.00. This amount was shown as recharge for 2-3 days but due date shown was still 24/07/2021. I called [protected] on 21/07/2021 and he said it will be updated after 2-3 hours but nothing was done. Again I called [protected] on 23/07/2021 at 1:14pm. He said account will be updated after 24 hours but it was not done till 24/07/2021 evening. So I was compelled to recharge my account. I have sent emails to [protected]@d2h.com on 24/07/2021, 11/08/2021 and 20/08/2021 but no reply. I want to know where Rs.200.00 have gone. Is it not a cheating to customer ?
